I was so impressed with the customer service skills of the staff at Delray Honda. Everyone there was intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was a last minute emergency, and the nice young lady named Cia helped get me worked in even though they were full. The nice young man Hans helped me fix my radio stations. The service advisor Lewis was great, he thoroughly explained everything so that I could understand what happened. The facility is brand new and very nice. They even have a kids playroom and a cafe. I will be back for sure!

I am a 75 year old woman and I dreaded having to buy a car but when Mark Contento called me to explain the process I felt reassured, At Delray Honda nobody talked down to me, Matthew Lamoureux had so much patience explaining - without pushing - the advantage of one model over another and then guided me through all these fantastic electronics the car is loaded with. He truly is a gentleman. I have been in there for things covered in the wrap program & every time I go in the time they say the car is going to be ready it is not. I have been late to work or apt's. It is very frustrating when you have been promised the car in a timely manner & you have to go up to the service advisor & remind him you have to go & get the car stat.

I just bought my second Honda from Delray Honda and what a great experience! I like the people at Delray Honda because they all get along so well and seem like one big happy family. They are all courteous, helpful and treat me with respect. Lauren, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. My salesman, Pete Carrigan knows his Hondas and his business. I took my last Honda to Delray for all it's service needs, even oil changes, because Lewis Pichardo is the nicest and most knowledgeable Service Manager I've ever dealt with. I go out of my way to deal with Delray Honda. (Two other Honda dealers are closer to my home.) I didn't feel the need for the new insurance office, but can see why some people would.

We have been Honda owners for many years. This was our first experience in Florida. We felt as if we were being pampered. Loved my sales agent. Knowledgeable and friendly; Tim Pracht was able to adjust to my speed so I felt I could understand and not feel that awful "trapped" feeling which usually goes along with buying a car. The dealership was bright and clean with everything out in the open. I feel I got a great deal on a great car. I was on a waiting list for a passenger side airbag replacement. Ashley called me when the part was available and scheduled an appointment. She was very personable and friendly. Mike Harris saw me immediately upon my arrival, filled out the paperwork and told me it would take 3 hours due to number of cars in front of me and the length of the procedure. He was very up-front. The customer waiting area was very nice and the coffee very good. At exactly 3 hours he came and told me the airbag replacement was complete. I bought my 2006 Pilot new from this dealership and had one bad service experience. This time my service experience was exceptional. Not only did they replace my airbag but returned my dirty Pilot washed, waxed and vacuumed. They also filled my empty windshield washer reservoir and checked the battery. Fantastic job Delray Honda, well worth the wait.

If you need to get any mechanical service for your used Honda this is not the place to go. We took our CRV 2014 Honda for a battery light. We explained that the battery was brand new and that the light just came up after we changed.They called us and tell us that it was the Alternator and got approved by our insurance, but after they installed the battery light was still on, then they said it was the control module and called the insurance company and got it approved... changed it but the light was still on. So they came up with a new idea, they needed to change all the wiring of the car which is thousands of dollars... the insurance company declined the approval on the basis that THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Their plan is simple... replace piece by piece the car and if the insurance doesn't pay then bill the owner. They had the car for a full week and now ALL the lights on the dashboard are on. There is no way for us to tell anything but the speed and the amount of gas we have... This dealer is completely irresponsible they made the problem much worse drained our insurance and now we are stuck with a worthless car that they don't want to touch because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. In the meantime they are pushing for us to get a new one...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

After comparing the Accord to similar cars from other competitors (VW, Toyota, Nissan), I found the Honda to offer the best style, amenities, and most comfortable ride. I took the Crosstour in for the airbag recall. I was warmly greeted when I pulled into the service bay and directed to the service writer who was pleasant and accommodating. The repair was made as promised and the car was waiting out front when I came late from work to pick it up. They also did a free inspection and provided me with a list of recommended services. I came in for an airbag replacement. I had called months ago to schedule it and was told they were not in stock yet. I called several time after that and was told that I would be notified when it was in stock. In the meantime i could not have any passengers in the front seat. My wife needs the car to drive the kids and this was very inconvenient!!! I called again last week and was told yes the part is now in stock. WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED? So I made an appointment for Tuesday 7:25am. I got a confirmation call Monday night. I showed up and my service agent could not find my appointment in the system, at first...then he found it scheduled for December 9th? You got to be kidding me! Anyway, the service was completed in 90 minutes. When I got in the car I found that the dashboard in the airbag area on the passenger side was scuffed up, dirty and the surrounding area was scratched. I can tell you I keep my car very clean and it is in great condition. I sent an email regarding the damage and have not received any reply.

Jason Salomon was GREAT and very professional! So was Jerry Robinson in finance.My only frustration was the used car dude who wanted to offer me $4,000.00 for my 2007 4Runner when Braman had previously offered $8K in trade. We settled on $6,500.00, yet I truly felt I was showing up with a "deal" in place at $8K for my car (admittedly Jason did say that my vehicle needed to be inspected, and it had been inspected at Braman). My trade did have $1,000.00 (previous quote I had in hand) in minor damage - you used car guy said it was a $2,000.00 fix and I knew better! Your guy talked about the quality of the "repair" I had quoted, yet I knew the car would be off to the auction block. Notwithstanding, I knew $8,000.00 was offered from another dealer who said it was simply going to go to the auction. The "boiler room'- "strong-arm" "stare down" tactic with the used car dude was not warranted or appreciated! Luckily my years of law practice mediations, etc. resulted in a quick replacement of the used car dude with your sales manager who WAS courteous. We quickly negotiated a deal I was willing to accept. I still felt like I was leaving $1,500.00 "on the table" which I would have willingly spent on accessories. If you're really sincere in wanting to make my car buying experience outstanding, I'd accept a trade out of my 18-in Black factor Wheels for the top end 18-in Chrome-Look Alloy Wheels even up.
