I bought my 2016 Buick Lacrosse at Coral Springs dealership. I had a problem with the vehicle and after calling my dealership service department I decided to take my vehicle to Delray Beach dealership instead. I was quite surprised with the high level of customer service over there. I was well attended by Bob Heinsohn who arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me in the loop with the problems of my vehicle. Very happy with the service.

I had to help a lady with a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She had a flat tire on her Jeep. The tires on the Jeep were all dry rotted, she told me that she bought the Jeep 3 week's ago and on top of that the Delay Buick GMC didn't give her the spare tire with the Jeep when she bought it. So beware of buying used cars at any dealership. I know that when a dealer re sells a used car they are suspost to replace the tires and how can you not check if there is a spare tire before re selling the car. Also the dealership should replace the battery and brakes. Thanks concerned citizen in

I shopped around and went to a number of dealerships in South Florida looking for a new car. While I was disappointed in almost every place I went to, Delray Buick GMC was in a catagory by itself. In my opinion, this dealership by far had the best sales person who went out of his way to make the car buying experience more convenient (Alex Sotelo) and the best managers (John Catalano and Jake Tuchman). Not only do I love the new car, I left feeling like if anything went wrong, this group would go out of their way to fix the issue immediately. I would highly recommend Alex and the dealership compared to all other GMC dealerships in South FL.Rich

Test drove a car, decided to purchase. Salesman said same car on sales floor and never driven that would be ours. Sounds great! Turns out was a model year older. Contacted the salesman next day, he said to come down, redo paperwork, and get the new car. Arrived at dealership, were told he had no right to say that and would not stand by the deal. Our old car was gone and we were strong armed into signing 'better'deal for the year older car. Funny salesman could take our monry originally, but no power to do the right thing.

Went in on a busy Friday afternoon, and expected to be harassed to buy something but had the opposite effect, I had nothing but a great experience and I was in total shock that things went so smooth. It has been my biggest fear in going to buy a new car. We went to Delray GMC/BUICK yesterday to look for me new Buick Encore. Sava was our product specialist he was very patient and answered any ridiculous question we asked. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Www left with our new car that evening. We came back tonight to complete the paperwork a d we all know that takes forever however they did their best to make it as quick as possible. Allan the sales manager helped with our paperwork and was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience. ( by the way they have a surplus of black 2016 encores. I'm sure Sava will give anyone a good deal!)

I went with my father-in-law who is 92 to purchase a Buick. He knew what he wanted and Fernando brought the car to the front immediately...he didn't try to sell us something he didn't want, didn't try to to up-sale us on a newer model or a larger vehicle. He was patient, professional and explained everything slowly and deliberately so that we could understand. He over-extended himself to make sure that we received every discount and promotion to wich we were entitled. We had a leased car to return and he arranged for the car to be picked up and returned. Since the papers weren't ready on the day the car was, Fernando came to the house with the documents to be signed to save my father-in-law a trip to the dealership.I guess customer service is a priority with Fernando and it goes a long way!!! Thanks!!!AND THE FACT THAT HE HAS A SON WHO IS A NAVY SEAL MAY HAVE PREJUDICED MY REVIEW!!!! LOL!!!

I am an old geek who makes a point of having a deal before going to a dealership. But after my wife and daughter met Saba Nappi at DBGMC, they came home and convinced me to go in and meet him and I am glad that they did. Saba helped me transition from a deal I had set up myself online and was not really happy with to a vehicle I'll be pleased to be driving. Saba and the Sales Mgr, Allan Oliveira saved me from myself on this purchase but the personnel in sales and service and reception were so friendly and professional that my wife and daughter and I will be staying with this dealership. Meeting the service staff and Mark Willis was fun, Mike and Tony were real pro's and very helpful with the contract stuff and John Catalano capped it off with a nice congratulatory gift basket. I was a pain in the neck, comparing vehicles, comparing dealership "out the door prices," asking multiple questions and making multiple visits to the dealership to be sure of exactly what features and which model of vehicle that I wanted. Tim Sweeney was the only salesperson, toward the end of this process, that returned my calls. He had an encyclopedia sized folder on me on the multiple vehicles at various dealerships that I was comparing. I kept telling him, "I found xyz vehicle at xyz dealership for this price, can you beat it?" In the end, because of his excellent service, I paid a little extra and bought my vehicle from Tim because he was nice to me. Tim spent several hours with me explaining all the features of my new vehicle. As a resident of South Broward, my options for dealers in the area were vast in both Miami Dade and Broward County. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in which was a 2016 GMC Yukon (lease). After some sly negotiations on my part, Cheryl Burke and her Manager Allan Oliviera, were able to agree to my offer, and I could not have been happier. To make this transaction even easier for me, they even agreed to purchase a used vehicle I had and Alan Senhoreti was more that fair with the price he gave me. Financing was also a breeze with Jacqueline Barlow, the finance manager, who also gave me great deal and helped make this deal happen.In closing, If you are in the market for a new or used Buick, GMC, good coffee, or my 2006 extremely reliable Chevy Avalanche I sold them, I wouldn't deal with anyone else but Delray GMC. My wife and I recently went to Delray GMC Buick dealership to check out pricing to lease a 2016 Buick Regal. We knew one of the sales representatives (product specialists) and asked to see him... his name is Jeff Knox. If ANYONE goes to this dealership... you must ask for Jeff as your sales person...We had discussed the target vehicle we liked, features, etc. and what we wanted for a monthly payment - and left it to Jeff to "make it happen"... and "make it happen" he did indeed!!! He went over the inventory available worked with us on prioritizing features and comparisons and handled every one of our concerns and questions. When it came to making the vehicle match the monthly... he enlisted his sales manager, John C. to help "make that happen"... John worked with us on every angle (including the best option for us to take care of an early lease termination for our current vehicle (not a GMC - not even one of their vehicles...), Jeff and John were terrific!! Additionally, we filled out, completed and finalized our leasing experience with Jacqueline Barlow who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and friendly... she made the process "easy". We went through the paperwork and "crossed the T's and dotted the I's" and we were in our new Buick Regal Turbo and out the door... We walked into the dealership and were warmly greeted by a smiling Jeff Knox. He sat down with us and we told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we wanted. We took the car for a drive and then he went over the entire car and its features. Having leased cars for the past 20 years I came to the showroom with many questions. After Jeff did a thorough job of going over the features, I think I had only one question left. He made it easy for me to make up my mind. We discussed price and we filled out some preliminary paperwork plus left a deposit. At all times he was so pleasant to talk to. The next day we came back after having returned my leased car to another dealership and then went through the final process of leasing my Terrain. We dealt with both Jeff and Jacqueline Barlow. Jacqueline was also very outgoing and made our experience pleasant. While we waited in the well-stocked, clean and comfortable lounge, people there were always asking if we wanted anything. When we were finished, we were very pleased with the way we were treated. When my lease is up, we will definitely go back to this dealship.

They assured me that yes, the deal and car were as advertised and that I wouldn't have any unpleasant surprises upon arrival. When I got there the following day, Gerry couldn't have been more welcoming or easy to work with, and the car was shined up and sparkling for me. It was all so easy, and the price/deal exactly as advertised online - which saved me thousands over the prices I had been quoted (after negotiation) at Dealerships in Miami, and made it totally worth the drive to Delray! I only wish this dealership was closer so I could go there for my regular service - it was such a better experience than Williamson by me. Jacqueline in Finance was also extremely sweet and accommodating, even though the financing process took a while and she was there well after their normal closing time. The sales manager was wonderful for our delivery (he stayed to make sure I was happy with everything and even gave me a beautiful and delicious gift basket of treats to congratulate me on my new car!) - overall this was the best dealership experience I've ever had!

I enjoyed my experience very much! I knew I needed to leave the dealership that day with a new-to-me car and from the moment I walked in the door Stephanie was there to make sure I left happy! Spending time with Stephanie through the test drives was like spending time with a friend - she made the experience exciting and it was kind of like riding around with my own personal cheerleader in the car as she was supportive and informative! It was very scary buying my very first car all by myself, but she kept me relatively calm through the whole process and made me feel like a million bucks when I walked out the door and stepped into my very own new-to-me car. I have loved every minute of it! Jeff Knox did a fantastic job selling me my new 2016 Enclave. He really went beyond the normal level a car salesmen goes to make a sale. He brought out a car so my very sick wife could see how the seats feel for our long drive up to Vanderbilt University. We are taking time to say how great the sales department staff at Delray Buick GMC were. The sales team that handled our purchase was Jeff Knox sales and Jacqueline Barlow closer. Both were very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, answered all of our questions that we had on the Enclave. The quality of the 2016 Buick Enclave helped close the deal. It was much quieter then the Acadia SLT & the Traverse 2LT that we had rented a week each. Jeff went over everything with my wife and I, took his time and we covered everything. We took the Enclave for a nice test drive. We had come prepared with loan approvals from two of our banks but they were not needed. Jeff and Jacqueline had worked out a 0.0% interest financing through GMAC. We applied the savings to pay for the 10 year warranty that they offered. I was in sales for 30 years, Delray sales team, all the front end staff were great, Hopefully we will not require the service dept. staff except for general maintenance and required detailing to keep up with the Florida. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Tony at Delray GMC. First let me start by saying when you are looking to purchase a new car there are a million places that will sell you a car, not as many that will help you select the correct car for you. I purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali and I have been so happy. My search started by looking at Mercedes and Escalades. To say the experience at those two dealerships was sub par is an understatement. Both dealerships asked me within the first 10 min if they could make me a deal would I buy today. Robert was the exact opposite! (Refreshing!) My wife and I had our first child 12 weeks ago and we were looking to move her out of her VW Beetle, as you can image a little small. Getting time to spend hours looking at cars with a newborn is not the easiest. I came by the dealership on a Friday by myself and explained what I was looking for and that I would need to bring my wife back as she would be the main driver. Robert was quick to show me the vehicle I was interested in while presenting all the features. We test drove 2 SUV's that day and discussed setting up a time for my wife to come back. Well it turned out we could only make it back the following Thursday. Once arriving for the appointment Robert showed us the vehicles we were interested. Again discussing the features and asking what was important to us. This time the test drive was a little longer as my wife needed to see if she would be comfortable in such a big SUV. While considering our options Robert even showed us some pre-owned SUV's. He introduced us to Bob the service writer and Alan one of the managers. When it came to pencil out the deal things went smooth and easy. There was no if I could would you scenerios. Just conversation about what made sense for us and for the dealership. Tony was fantastic in finance. Again another smooth easy conversation. He even ask another client to go after us as we had our 12 week old little girl present. During the delivery process Robert went over all the features again, set up our onstar system and set up on apps on ours phones. The entire process was great and I would without a doubt recommend buying from Robert and team!
