Never again would I shop here, nor recommend this place. Bought a 18,000, 2011 Silverado two weeks ago. Before the sale was done, and during the process, it was all cordial. "Want some water? How about some pizza"?Looking at the truck while the paperwork was being processed, and noticed there was no spare tire under it. Advised the sales guy, Mark Degnan, and he said he would have one put on, while we waited. Asked to have a scratch on the cab touched up, he said no problem. Brought the truck home, and a day later, noticed the spare tire that they put on. It was an off road style tire, two sizes bigger than what's supposed to be on it, and the rust coated wheel looked like it's been sitting in a junkyard for 10 years. Sent an email, got no response. Called them, no return call. Called again, and was told by Mark that the truck was discounted, and he's just a sales guy. I then talked to John Del, who said the same thing about the discount. Sent another email with pictures. No response, no call back. Not my idea of service after the sale. And the scratch was never touched up either.

Everyone was very nice, no pressure, very straightforward with their pricing and their quote for my trade. I knew what I wanted, they didn't try to up-sell me anything. As pleasant an experience as you can have buying a car. I'm not entirely convinced it was the rock bottom price I could have found so I didn't give 5 stars, but I'm okay having not the absolute cheapest price since everyone seemed above board

The manager was a snake. He wouldnt lower the price any but he said he would throw in an extended warranty for us and ended up it was 2000 extra on our final bill. When i told the finance guy he just shrugged his shoulders. When i said something to the car dealer he said it was just his job to talk us into buying the car. We went into the dealership the next day.to.drop off the title for my trade in and when hearing us ask about the extra 2000 on the paperwork the snakey manager overheard us and YELLED from across the room, thats not what he said! My husband and i both looked at each other like thats exacly what he said. So this could have been a 5 star review, but now i barely can give it 1 star. I will tell everyone to not go there to buy or have any repairs done. Del Chevrolet, bad business

They bandaged up a vehicle and sold it to my son. Salesman assured us their mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. $2000 dollars in repairs, black tape over the engine light, tape and clamps on rotten lines, a broken hydraulic on the rear window that shattered all over my son the first time he opened it. I could go on. I wouldn't buy anything from this place ever again. On a side note, the sales manager called because of reviews. He said they only look at the frame, and make sure it stops when you hit the brakes....period. So the salesman lied through his teeth. Stay away!!

I recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. The salesman lied to me and said the brakes were "fine," the check engine code was for "a routine servicing," and the second window not working in the rear ( they disclosed that one was faulty) was not working because "one motor controlled both of them." The vehicle actually needed brakes and rotors, six engine codes came up when tested, obviously both window motors needed replacing, and the front differential bearings were bad. This dealership makes "used car dealers" look good compared to them. Don't go to Del Chevrolet in Paoli!

I chose Del, even though it was third on my list of dealers in my area, for 2 reasons. The first reason was because I and a friend had had a problem with each of the first two dealers on the list. The second reason was the radio ads with the line "Jack, sell em for less". I wasn't going to either of the first two dealers on the list, so I went to Del. Donald Short met me in the parking lot. There were no Colorados on the lot but he tried very hard to get one there in the color I wanted. When that fell through he helped me get one ordered and all along the way he made feel comfortable about the process. Buying my Colorado was a big deal to me, this was the first new vehicle I had ever bought and I wanted it at great price. Donald got that done for me. I am very happy with my decision to buy from Del.

Shaughn, the sales pro was terrific as were all of the people I interacted with. Two issues arose after driving away...I received the vehicle report via email telling me the tires were not inflated properly and I noticed that the inspection sticker was 5 months old and needed to be updated and replaced. Furthermore, the car ride is not good as the engine pushes and pulls back especially at high speeds and the car tends to bounce quite a bit. Very disappointing.

I had a very good experience. Staff was very helpful. This has been my dealership and I wanted to go to a dealership I trusted when purchasing my Camaro. Mark H. helped me find the car with the options I wanted and worked very hard at getting a dealer trade. Mark kept me informed of updates and when I arrived to purchase the vehicle it was detailed and ready to go. They were able to do everything needed for a VA purchase, except for inspection which is to be expected.

We had a great experience at Del Chevrolet! Kevin Axe, our sales consultant, was courteous, knowledgeable and very responsive. He made the process so easy!! I went in just thinking I'd take a quick peek and possibly take a test drive and by the time I left I'd completed the financing information, they'd assessed the value of my trade and they were putting together a deal for me. I even had two different individuals call me in the days following my initial visit to let me know they really wanted my business and would offer me the best deal possible. We were back in on Saturday to sign the papers and drive home our new Tahoe!

Had door handle on driver side interior replaced was delaminating and rear passeger exterior door handle pulled out of door. Both were covered by extended warranty and was also in for inspection and oil change all of which was handled by the Del Group. Mark the service Tech is a pleasure to deal with and is the reason i bring my Suburban to Del his knowledge is imsurmontable and always delivers.

Bobby G, Kevin and Jim couldn't have been nicer. They were happy to give their best to fulfill my requests and I was warmly received, even on my unannounced visits. Ordering and building a new model requires a lot more work by the dealership. I'm sure it's much easier to buy an in-stock car. Bobby was on top procedure from day one. When the allocation became available, Jim spent much extra time and effort to get me the options that I wanted and Kevin was there with technical and other follow-up support. They were all up front with the pricing and there were no surprises on delivery day.A+ to all!

The dealer traded my Malibu from another dealer because Del Didn't have the car with the upgrades I wanted. When it arrived the chrome frame over the passenger side door was missing. I noticed it was missing when I arrived home that day. I called Chevy and was able to have it fixed at no charge in a timely fashion. That you for the good customer service.

Took a Suburban in for brakes and to have the glass portion of the passenger side mirror replaced. Was told by Mark at the service desk that they had to replace the whole mirror as the clips holding the glass portion were broken. This was a lie as there was only 1 that was slightly chipped and the glass would have been held with the remaining two clips no problem, so instead of it costing $150 (which is higher than the replacement part you can get online for $95), they charged $331 and unnecessarily replaced the whole mirror component. It is a shame that you cannot even trust the dealership that you buy a car from. We will not be purchasing another Chevrolet vehicle, ever, as they up charge massively and apparently tell non truths to try and justify it. Bad form.

I recently bought a 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. When I went for the test drive the vehicle drive fine but there was a check engine light on, when I asked about the light Kevin lied to my face and told me it was a o2 senor and not to worry about it. After I decide to buy the suv I took it to a shop to have the code looked up and it was a transmission code not a o2 sensor. That's the difference of $100 repair and $1000 repair! I also found the Cherokee was still listed on there web site for $1000 less then what they sold to me. Do not trust them if you plan to buy used, They will have no problem lying to your face just to make a sale.

The sales and service department at Del Chevrolet are the absolute best I've ever experienced - and I've had a lot of experience with cars since I've been driving for over 60 years! Kevin Axe handled my recent purchase of a 2013 Malibu (beautiful, sharp car by the way) and he couldn't have been any nicer or more professional - more importantly, he couldn't have given me a better deal. Since I have been dealing with Del Chevrolet for several years, I am familiar with their service department as well as the sales staff - Joe Holbrook and Tom April are the BEST - not only are they the nicest guys you'll ever want to deal with, but any service that I have ever needed has been handled promptly and properly. What a great, no stress experience! This was my first new car and the first time I bought a car by myself in my 40 years of driving. I was leery about going to a dealership on the Main Line but the internet price was great (I showed the quote to another dealer). Chuck Colletti was a delight to work with. My family has been going to Del Chevrolet for over 20 years now and I will not go to any other dealership for sales or service. I have purchased 4 vehicles (2 Silverado's and 2 Malibu's) from Mark Degnan at Del in the last 2 years and they have been fantastic with prices and with being honest and fair with me. I trust the sales department, which is usually difficult to say about any car dealership. They have always tried to give me he best buy for my money, and they stay in touch in case there are any issues.The service is second to none anywhere, and Joe Holbrook and the rest of the service department staff go beyond 5 star care in pretty much all they do. I have had Joe talk me out of spending money, because the car did not need it at the time. I have also had him ensure that the service is up to date and done correctly. He has a very high standard of service and each car must meet that standard or it won't leave the property. They are courteous, friendly and honest to a fault. They provide reminders for service and in those infrequent times when I have had a car misadventure or emergency, they have always come through for me and my kids. Joe Holbrook is the absolute model of what a service manager should be. As I said, trust is very difficult to come by and Del Chevrolet earned our trust over the last 20 years. I had been to a few dealerships looking for an inexpensive car for my daughter. I found a couple cars I was interested in at a couple places but Christian, Mike and Kevin at Del Chevrolet made the experience at Del refreshing and really impressed me. Christian really outdid himself when he was able to get me a 3.5 % interest rate on a 10 year old car. Another place told me a car of that age was ineligible for financing and said I should get a personal loan. It really made the whole deal so affordable.

I have been using Del Chevrolet for 34 years. I wouldn't use any other dealership. I recently purchased a 2010 Malibu LT. I always leave the dealership feeling that I have gotten a good and fair deal. The staff is so helpful. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted (color and accesories) and they made it happen! I got the exact car that I wanted. I was so impressed. I completly love my car! The Sales Staff and Service Department are great. I have also had the oppertunity to use the Roadside Assistance. I had a flat tire with a screw in it. I called the Roadside Assistance and was amazed at how quickly they got to me and fixed my tire. The Service Department is very good. I always feel satisfied and safe after my car has been in for service. It is always completed in a timely fashion. Tom April has a very good staff of service writers. I have also had the oppertunity to use the Body Shop, and was more then satisfied with the results.I would not purchase a new or used car from any other dealership. I just can't say enough about how helpful Joe (service) has been over the years. He is always pleasant and makes you feel very secure in his ability to resolve your problem; whatever it may be. Specifically, whenever I take my Chevrolet in for warranty work, there is never a hassle about whether or not it is going to be covered. Dell doesn't play "head games" with you regarding warranty coverage like some other dealers (see my review of Robert's Chevrolet). I have purchased a number of cars there over the past 20 years, and they are the best dealership I deal with for service of any dealership we use, including the local Mercedes and BMW dealerships.We currently have three of our cars serviced there inluding our 2002 Suburban, our 2008 Tahoe, and our 2009 Corvette ZO6. The service reps are very friendly, and do whatever they can to schedule our cars to match our needs. The Mechanics, and in particular Joe, are also very friendly and helpful, and come out to take their time in expaining any issues with our cars. And, their work is always completed the first time, without having to keep taking the cars back over and over again. I have also never been told the common "we could not duplicate" BS that other dealers use regularly.
