Took the car to have it service and for a recall. I was accommodated even though I had no appointment. Robert Frank was extremely helpful in my needs and made sure my car was ready at a time of my convenience. By the way the car was obtained at a competitor dealer.

Extremely rude, worst experience. Because of them, i will not buy a VW ever again. And I had heard from many people to stay clear from that dealership. Unfortunately I had to experience that first hand too. Very disappointed.

My 2011 VW GTI (9600 miles) had minor dent on the right front fender and was being repaired by a reputable body shop adjacent to this dealership. The car failed to start after the fender was painted and the shop sent it over to Deel VW to repair. The problem was diagnosed a failed sensor and the bodyshop was told that the part had been ordered would be deliverd ina couple of days. I never signed a work order nor received any communication from the service writer or service manager at the dealership. After a week of no responses to calls, the body shop manager gave me the service writer's name and phone number and asked me to call.I left several messages for Robert Frank over 3 days with no response so I went to the dealesrhip. Mr. Frank did not give me a direct answer as to what was actually wrong with the car brushing me off with a "the car is under warranty and that they would also do the free 10,000 mile service". I specifically told him to only repair the car with the part that was on its way.It took another week to get the car from Deel with no call backs from anyone. No paperwork was provided and no record of the repairs done given to me or the body shop. The car subsequently stopped running in the middle of an intersection two days later. This time I had it towed to Esserman International where it was repaired in one hour by the tightenting a loose cable from the DSG shifter. This was a simple problem that took almost 3 weeks to repair and could have had far more serious consequenses. Mr. Frank's condescending and arrogant attitude tells me that they are not interested in the customer only in billing VW for repairs.

We read the negative reviews here, and were cautious when we went to Deel Volkswagen. We haven't dealt with service department yet, but we had a really positive experience with our used car purchase. Jorge "JC" helped us get the price we were looking for on a 2008 Passat. Overall it was a good experience.
