My fiance and I went in looking to buy a SUV. He found is the perfect jeep with everything I wanted! Plus my fiance recently took up woodworking so we needed a SUV that had enough room to fit all his wood and everything else he would need to haul. Brandan was very patient with us (really just me) because I had no idea what I wanted. He found us the perfect jeep at a great price! I would totally recommend him to my friends and family for any and all there car needs. Plus you can't beat free car washes for life (ownership of our jeep). I am so glad we came in. I had a very good experience with the Dean Team Volvo of Brentwood. Alen Prohic greeted me within minutes of my arrival, &, immediately made me feel welcomed & comfortable. I told him I was shopping for a pre-owned car, &, what my budget was. He showed me several cars that were in my budget. He answered my questions with authority & also shared information with me, that I didn't know to ask about. I did 3 test drives with Alen. He continued to be friendly, &, answered all the questions I had. I have owned my new Volvo now for 1 week. It is a beautiful car, &, I'm very pleased with the choice I made. I am giving the dealership a 4 star rating ONLY because I have only dealt with them for a week now. I am assuming the follow up care I will receive from them will be excellent, but, only time will tell. I would highly recommend shopping for a car at Dean team Volvo of Brentwood. Dean Team Volvo is a true team. We connected through the internet. When we arrived to look at cars we were welcomed by Joshua Holtzman. He listened to our needs and we test drove 2 cars. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features and options. He was with us through the whole process. We like the way they worked and communicated with us and felt confident in our choices. We worked with Josh, Edin, and Todd. Then Scott did the finance and extended warranty. FYI - when you bring your car in for service its a nice to know that you get a loner and a wash!

We purchased our first Volvo at Brentwood in 2006. It was a 2005 and was serviced there. Minimal issues with the car. We traded it for a new Volvo in 2016. Todd Trentham was the sales person. He responded immediately to a text giving the price. I had researched the value of my car. The process was fair and painless. We drove the new Volvo home that day. I will have the new Volvo serviced there, as I did the old. Highly recommend the cars, this dealer's sales and service personnel.

I would recommend Volvo of Brentwood to a friend, and in particular, Ted Kidd, the sales consultant who worked with me. He was friendly and relaxed, answered all my questions, and I never felt "rushed" or "pressured" by him in any way. He respected my parameters for what I wanted in a car and my dollar limit.There are a few things pending, but I have every confidence I will continue to get the same level of care and attention, even though the car is purchased, as I received during the negotiation and sales process.

Following several phone conversations, I made the trip to St. Louis, purchased the S60 R, and drove away. Ted was the salesperson that helped me buy my new VOLVO XC60. He was very Professional, Polite, Poised, Pleasant, Helpful, and Knowledgeable. Our new car buying event was not a haggle game like we had with past car buying experiences. Ted made me/us feel like he was there to get the best deal for us; not that we were there for him or the dealership to make a commission. We drove off with our new XC60 very happy with our buying experience and with a feeling that we got an excellent deal. My cautious, practical husband even said that he was very pleased with the transaction and he was surprised that we got everything we expected. Volvo of Brentwood gave us a different opinion of the 'Car Buying Experience' from Painful to Pleasant. I would like to add that even after the purchase was made and I was given the keys to my new Volvo, Ted took the time to get me familiar with me new vehicle. He explained how to operate and even set up key functions and components in my XC60; this was very helpful and unexpected. I went in looking for a used but newer suv and bought a new XC60! Chose to stop here after seeing several different models of cars I was interested in on their website. Website is easy to use and has lots of information. Met as we drove in by Alen. I went to the dealer want to purchase a SUV, I took a look of a VW Touareg first and asked the agent for the technical question, he doesn't even know that the difference between "miles of the trip" and "mileage of the vehicle". When I went back to his office to argue the price, I told him that I saw the vehicle has been post online over three months and I think he would provide me a discount of the online price because the value of a vehicle is always reducing even people just leave it there. However he told me it's normal for them to hold a car for three months, he said "we have no problem hold a car for a year,, that doesn't cost us anything so we are not be able to discount that". Well, I just left then cause i felt he thought I am an idiot that I could be cheated. Yea, it's ok for you to hold your brachial over a year, just do it then, and don't remember to keep talking your online price and never reduce that because you think the value of the car won't be change.

I brought my 1999 Volvo C70 here to be serviced when the Check Engine light came on. They put the cost of that diagnosis towards the repair and I also used a manager's special coupon on their website. I took advantage of their GREAT shuttle service to get to work when I dropped my car off in morning and Jeff, a service adviser, called me to discuss repair options mid-day. I had the car back by 5 pm. They also gave me a multi-point inspection report card so I know ahead of time what "may require future attention" - which I think is great for transparency and what I might expect to need done on my car in the near future. Thank you!

Selver was a great salesman. He worked hard to get us the car and the deal we were comfortable with and he was incredibly down to earth- a good guy. After taking the car to a third party mechanic, there were a few things that passed inspection but would cost us money down the line (cupped tires, rusty rotors, antenna), but Dean Team offered to take care of these imperfections free of charge.

I drove 3hrs to this dealer to find that the vehicle was in less than desirable shape. I then test drove the vehicle, and afterwards told the salesman that I would go to lunch and think about it. After thinking about it, I called the salesman back and made an offer. By this time it was close to 5pm. He stated that he would call me back and to give him an hour. So we started making our way back across town so we would be closer once he called. At about 7pm, I had noticed that there was still no callback, so I attempted to call him. He did not answer after several attempts, I decided to send him a text. He did reply to that with, "Not yet, should know more in the morning". The problem with that is that is the dealer is165 miles from me and the trip cost me $100 in the first place. So I just head back to the dealership to speak with him or his manager. I get there at around 7;30pm, only to find the lights off and the door locked. Mind you, he told me that he was there till 9pm and it is posted on the front door. So I try to call him again, but still no answer. We decide to head back home and not attempt to deal with these guys again. I still to this day have never had a reply from these people.

UPDATE: Matt Newbold, the service manager, called me today and did a good job to made things better. I will be giving them a chance to earn back my business.At best they suffer from poor communication, and more likely are just full of bs. Had my 2008 Volvo S80 T6 AWD towed there because car would not start and key would not come out of ignition.Service department called me after 2 days trying to diagnose saying corroded negative battery terminal and needed $300 software upgrade. First of all, negative terminal was not corroded, at least not much. I know this because I charged the new battery and put jumper cables on the car immediately prior to having it towed. Secondly, why would it take them 2 days to diagnose a battery terminal?Paid the $300 for the software upgrade and called Volvo customer service. When VCS contacted dealer, the facts suddenly changed. Now it was a corroded battery cable and the software they installed for free. Really? That's news to me.Overall, if the cable was bad, and they charged me to change it, then the $300 is probably OK. But like I said, at best they are guilty of very poor communication. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not return to this dealer for service or to buy a car.

Bought a used Acura SUV from this dealership. They never do inspections outside of the required state inspections. They do not value their customers enough to sell a high quality used vehicle. They lie and say they are in good condition when in reality they should have been wholesaled. They charged an insane amount and then sell a product that is junk. The car I bought ended up needing $3,000 worth of work done within 3 weeks of driving it off the lot to include a timing belt, repairs on a massive A/C leak which I'm sure they noticed. Things the dealership should have taken care of as part of good customer service. The dealership's response was "due to the age of the car this is expected". They only reimbursed me $300. This was ridiculous. The dealership treated me like I was an idiot and it was my fault for not knowing what I was buying. This is horrible customer service. I ended up trading the SUV exactly 3 months later, took a huge loss and moved on. I will NEVER do business with a Weiss dealership ever again. I will be writing a letter to the owner of the dealerships and to the Better Business Bureau about their practices. I encourage people to research any used car they would think of buying from these dealerships as they will sell you a piece of junk just to make a dollar. And I will NEVER go back there even for service on any of my other vehicles and I am too afraid of getting ripped off.

I have been very happy and pleased with all of my interactions with Weiss Volvo. I actually purchased by Volvo from another dealer in St. Louis but switched to Weiss Volvo for all of my routine maintenance and service. I have an S60 and love that all the scheduled maintenance for the first 5 years is free. The experience here had been over 100 times better than the service department at the (other) dealership I purchased the vehicle from. I'm glad I switched. I am always greeted with a smile and the Service guys take time to answer all of my questions. My car is in good hands and I don't have anything to worry about when I'm there. They always have a loaner if I need it and they have Saturday hours too. I would recommend this dealer to a family member or a friend.

Keith in the service department worked to resolve an issue with my 2004 XC90 and was able to get Volvo to pay for 100% of an expensive repair without me even asking him too. I have had other very good experiances with the service and the sales areas. I will always use Weiss Brentwood Volvo for sales & service.
