I had purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Davies and it was in for inspection. The service and parts team were so helpful and friendly. The service guy talked to me about new tires and made a suggestion. They were much cheaper than what I had on there, but got me into a better tire with more tread life. The jeep rides like a brand new high end car. Just from changing the tires. Now they could have just as easily left well enough alone and I could continue to spend like $1150 for all 4 and maybe get a year out of them, but they didn't. I can't say enough about the care they take from the time you purchase a vehicle to the general maintenance. Top notch in my book!

So far all visits have been satisfactory. THis is a very old dealership in a very old building. When you go in there you dont feel like you are paying for the building when you buy a car. Some people dont like this but less overhead on a dealership the less they have to pass the cost to the customer.

Being able to get it at a super price with the Premier Maintenance agreement, new battery and tires - awesome! I made an appointment over the internet for 10:15 on Friday (Black Friday) and they had me in before 10:00. The service only took about 45 minutes and I passed the time in the front display area/waiting area during this time.

Had major work performed at a very reasonable price. Consumers have no way of knowing how to estimate the cost of repairs, Davies does have a fair pricing policy compared to other repair shops who have done work for me.

Went in for service on my '04 F150 - ended up purchased new F150. Sales and service worked well together answering all my questions about all the bells and whistles. Lynn Wooley is the most arrogant man I've ever dealt with. I was going to buy a 2013 ford escape. While I was waiting to make the deal, Lynn Wooley was cussing out one of his mechanics. After that I met with Mr. Wooley to sign the papers while the vehicle was getting cleaned. I walked out the door to drive the vehicle home. I noticed a nice size dent in the door. Lynn Wooley was going to let me drive the car home without saying anything. Good thing I noticed the dent. This man and this company is not to be trusted. After I told him I did not want the vehicle, Mr. Wooley actually started yelling at me. Lynn Wooley needs to find another line of work.

I took my 2011 Ford Fiesta to the garage to have my transmission replaced, which was recalled. About a week later it started acting up again. I called the ford garage and they told me to drive it for 1000 miles and it should fix itself. Now my car is randomly shutting off, revving up to 7 rpms and all out giving me 10000000 sproblems. The service garage refuses to fix it as my warranty is up although my car was not acting up until the "fixed" it. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN HOW THE HANDLE COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES!!!

The entire staff there was excellent. The negotiation process went smoothly and the sales process was done in a professional way. This by far was the Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I had everything set up w/ Internet Manager Bobby Myers. He told me that the car would be cleaned, filled w/ gas & ready when I arrived. Because I spoke with him on the phone & said I didn't have much time. "Not a Problem". He did everything he promised & is very professional. I would recommend him & the dealership.

I'll keep this simple. I showed up at Davies Ford looking to buy a new Focus. The salesman, Vince Lamanna, was rude and slightly condescending throughout the process. He also seemed aggitated that he had to help me. However, things took a turn for the worse once Finance Manager Drew Zinck got involved. The guy literally - no exaggeration - yelled at me and made some of the most inane, condescending remarks I could imagine... all because I wouldn't accept their offer and wanted to leave. He even claimed he was going to "lock the car up" from another dealer - inferring, at that point, that he would keep me from getting it if it wasn't from them. Surprise, surprise, I found a similar (but better) car in Ohio - two and a half hours away - I drove out two days later and purchased it. Saved THOUSANDS over what Davies was offering me - at Montrose Ford in Alliance, OH. (Great staff, by the way! They DID NOT yell at me or make fun of me!) Stay away from these guys. Their behavior is unprofessional and callous.
