In the past 2 months I've been into Davidson Ford for both sales and service. The sales experience was no pressure, efficient and I got the perfect truck thanks to Frank Donato. My service appointments were quick and efficient as well. The staff was also great to work with! I had to have lug nuts ordered for my tires and they were able to do this all in one day, without making me wait too long. Will definitely be back!

I ended up getting to my appointment earlier than expected. The staff members were very polite and gave a great estimate for how long service would take. I had a toddler with me, so having a good estimate of how long things would take was very helpful. This location also has a play room for little kids that made it a much easier stop.

Davidson ford clay damage my suv and would not fix it the right way. looks really BAD. this is a 2016 escape . I took them of their word ,that it would be taken care off. But their word did not happen after I sign the papers.

I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT. I called prior to visiting the Watertown location because I live an hour and half away. I spoke with Mark Appleby who was very helpful over the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greaded by a salesman right away, I informed them I was there to see Mark. The saleman left for a few seconds and came back and said Mark is finishing up with another client and will be with me shortly. Mark introduced himself a few minutes later and we proceeded to make a deal. The deal was smooth and easy. An hour later I left with a new car. I will gladly pass along Davidson Ford and Mark to any friends or family that may be in the market for a new car.

I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for a recall replacement and the service was excellent. What I don't like about this car or any new car is the way they are made. I know that the dealerships are not responsible for the manufacturing of the vehicles that they sell but the problems that come with them is directly on their shoulders. Dealing with irate customers and servicing the vehicles with these mistakes are unnecessary events that many dealerships have to deal with. I know I had better things to do with my day than drive 60 miles round trip and wait an hour for the repair. Well 'rant' is over but maybe someone higher up should be reading this!

We had an emergency breakdown on our to the Adirondacks for vacation. My husband has a meter so by the code we were pretty confident in either the rail fuel sensor or fuel pump had given out. We called AAA and chose to be towed to Davidson Ford since we owned a 2005 F-150 pickup. They got us in within an hour and diagnosed the rail fuel pump sensor as the culprit. They had the part and another hour later we were set to go. We fully appreciate the dealership working us in so quickly so that we could get back on our vacation drive and make it to our destination. The waiting room was comfortable with a TV and free coffee or TV and reasonably priced vending. We will consider the drive for a future sale.

I purchased a 2012 ford f-150, The service was great was able to leave with my new vehicle that same day, and was surprised to hear that for the life of the vehicle i get free inspections done there at there garage and first oil change is on the house . Suppose to be getting me a second key to my new truck , haven't herd anything back on that yet. They explained everything out to me about the oil change, fixing tire and the paperwork on what they did. The people who set up my appointment were very good in explaining to me what time I was to be there. They were very acceptable and very nice to me when I came for my appointment. If there was a score of 1-10 in which 10 was excellent, I would say it was a 10.

We stopped into Davidson on Tuesday May 3 with the intent to drive a Ford Edge. Loved the vehicle but it was to big for what we need. Our salesman Frank set me up with Ford Escape. First one we drove had a 1.6 L engine which didn't impress me plus didn't have the stuff I was looking for. He then put me in a 2016 Escape with the 2.0. This one did it. It was a great ride with great pick up and had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Frank also explained about leasing this vehicle. This was a first for me so I was a bit skeptical about it. But he reassured me it would be fine. So he made the numbers work for me and I drove off the Davidson lot with my brand new loaded 2016 Escape!! Love this vehicle!! I would like to thank Frank for being very patient with me and taking his day to help me find this great SUV. See you in 3 years Frank!!!

Your service department went above and beyond to help me with my truck. I brought it in about 3 weeks ago to have a major brake service performed. Within a week of the service, the rear calipers started to smoke. Matt told me to bring my truck in immediately. My truck was repaired quickly and I was down the road.

My wife and I went to Davidson for our current lease payout. Minimal paperwork was truly needed from the dealership. However, the staff were excellent and provided very knowledgeable assistance. We feel we received a much better outcome than if we had merely paid out the lease by our own understanding. Also, we have had our vehicle serviced multiple times by Davidson and have always been pleased. They go over and above every time.

I was trading in a new car which I owed money on. The salesman offered to cover the cost of the loan without haggling which was refreshing. Salesmen was great I could tell he wasn't playing games.I went there with the car I wanted already to go and the process still took 5 hours. I do not know why it took so long. The last time I bought a car there it took over 7 hours. I understand a car is a major purchase but it is really an endurance trial getting through the process.

I went in with no expectations. The car buying experience is one that I typically do not enjoy. I worked with Scott Webb who was very accommodating. He let ME "take the reins" so to speak. He was very open to me looking at and driving any vehicle that suited my family. Together we looked around the lot and I was able to test drive a couple vehicles and I immediately fell in love with the 2015 Ford Edge SEL. It has all the options I was looking for and the price was right. I'm very very happy with my new vehicle thus far and hope I (and my family) enjoy it for many years to come. You guys won. I wasn't coming in to buy a vehicle but I left with one. Sales rep was very nice and friendly. Although he should be more knowledgeable on the specs of all Ford vehicles. Manager was a little pushy but that is his job. Finance guy was a finance guy. Very happy that there were no hidden fees when it got to finance. Overall good experience which is hard to find from a car dealer near a military base. I will suggest to any one I meet in the market for a new vehicle to go to Davidson.

Had my oil changed and could not read the attached sheet to the billing sheet as it was a poor copy and tried to read the tire issue. It said they checked the air in the tires, the very day the light came on the dash board telling me I had a problem with the air in the tires. Because I live 30 minutes from Davidson's I had to have a local person fill the tires with the appropriate PSI. When I called the service dept. the gal said it was due to the weather. It is not due to the weather, not brand new tires of this era. Maybe older tires but not brand new. Also, this is a 2015 Ford Easape, first oil change was 7,000 miles per your representative's suggestion, the next oil change was for 3000 miles now it says I should wait 5000 miles for the next oils change. very confusing.

I worked with Jarrod Barker and he was great to work with. Right out of the gate I informed him that I was using a Z plan and I already had a pin to get the Ford discount. I have seen other dealers get almost weird about it, but Jarrod was very knowledgeable and understood what I was saying and was more than willing to help.The only open item on the truck is the Bed Liner, which he even offered that he will come and get the truck from my place of work and return it when it was done. That says volumes of the customer service level in my opinion. I am waiting for his call/email, which should be this week and can't wait to get the bed liner installed.

Your staff was very friendly and courteous, "The Works" service was completed with no issues. I am surprised no rinse (car wash) like some other times, maybe too busy. I did have a squeaky driver door and no one mentioned that, or maybe I should have to get it checked out. Maybe the multipoint inspection should add some other basic areas as well? All very minor things I wrote, but details can help make a business more profitable. Overall, still great. Thank you.

After seeing 2 of the guys in a store with there Davidson's shirts on and grilling them on if they had any Ford Flex's on the lot.. they were so fun and knowledgeable on the inventory and promised me they could make me a good deal/offer so I could get the Flex. After just a few "back and forth" a deal was made. I drove a 300 and LOVED it.. but I have to tell you the Flex drives as nice or better, a comfortable ride. The gas was better on the 300 but I have so so much more room.Thanks Davidson Ford for my new ride...Tina Bourgeois

Temple was great..was not expecting to have to pay for lug nuts for my 2013 Ford Escape when I only have 19000 miles on it so ford really needs to do something different with there lug nuts on the newer vehicles..as far as davidson ford I really enjoy dealing with them..
