From the moment that I was approached in the car lot , to the final handshake... I was treated with respect and sincerity. My salesman, Joe was very helpful with no high pressure at all ! Within minutes we were on the road in this sweet Colorado truck . The truck was great , and so was the staff. Joe answered ALL of my questions and concerns. A very fair deal was made ... the truck was prepped meticulously... and all the paperwork was finalized in what seemed like " no time at all". I received a tour of the facilities and met the sales manager and the service manager( both of which seemed very professional as well). I have been looking for a 2013 Black Diamond LTZ for a couple years with not much luck. I know what I wanted down to the last detail. I finally found one on the internet. Only problem 8 hours away. We got in touch with Jon Dunphy . He responded right away, gave us all the information we needed. We hit the road on Sunday for the U.P. of Michigan. got to the dealership at 9 a.m. Monday morning. My Avalanche was sitting by the front door, ready for the test drive. We took her for a ride and loved her! Jon set up the financing information for us and I believe the woman who took care of us for that was named Terri? If not I apologize. We had everything set up including financing, my bluetooth and onstar, Avalanche washed and ready to hit the road back up to Escanaba, Mi. by noon. I can't think of anything they could have possible done better. I highly, highly recommend Jon and Dave White Chevrolet.

Purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade that was "Certified". Upon arrival in Michigan I found two wheels to have a peeling abnormality. I notified Dave White within the 30 day warranty. A salesman who talked with the Manager assured me that they ordered new wheels and would send them. This happened in March, and now it is May and no communication or wheels. Buyer beware, Dave White promises things they have no intention on delivering. I am a proud GM loyalty buyer and have owned many cadillacs, however, I have never been treated like this. Skip Dave White and go anywhere else. They are liars.

First time visiting and buying from this dealership. Called ahead regarding an on-line used vehicle and Jon Dunphy looked it up quickly to ensure availability. Arrived the next afternoon and Jon had the vehicle upfront and ready to test drive. He was very easy to work with and pricing was as listed. The entire staff was friendly and really great to work with. I returned to purchase the vehicle with my wife and 2 very young children. Everyone was understanding, friendly, and flexible. The paperwork was fast with no surprises and they provided an overall excellent experience. We drove an hour each way and will gladly do it again to receive such great service and an excellent deal.

My wife's car broke down and we needed a car ASAP. Luckily for us, we didn't have to waste our time going dealer to dealer since there are so many cars on the market online. After researching, we found a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic with all the features we were looking for in a car. I spoke with the man in charge of internet sales, Jon Dunphy, and he assured me the car was still available (this can definitely be an issue with internet shopping). When we met Jon, he was everything you would want out of a car salesman. He was very kind and patient. I'm serious when I say there was ZERO pressure to buy this car. He aimed to be as helpful as possible throughout the entire process. After our test drive, my wife and I noticed the clutch was rather squeeky. We looked it up only and found out it was a quick fix issue if you applied some kind of lubricant. When we brought this to Jon's attention he brought it to their mechanic who immediately sprayed some stuff on it, which completely got rid of the noise. Not to mention the facilities there are wonderful. The only cloud on this experience was when we worked with the finance person. As you know there is lots of money being tossed around and responsible people discuss their options. While negotiating an added warranty, he kept looking out the window which made us feel pressured to hurry up. Twice I asked him to leave the room so my wife and I could discuss the numbers before we forked over our hard earned money. He wasn't rude at all but there wasn't a lot of patience and we felt like we were "numbers" rather than "customers." Besides that, we left extremely happy with our purchase and feel great knowing our car will be well taken care of by Dave White Chevrolet for the next few years.Thanks again!

Made and appointment to come out and look at used Ford Focus. we can there about 10am and were out the door in a new car by noon! You couldn't ask to be treated any better than they did with us, they offered as drinks and full use of the tv in the show room for the kids to watch cartoons while we waited. Honestly this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I called Tony Agby on a Friday to look for a car with my specific requirements and he called me the next morning with exactly the vehicle I was looking for. He was very helpful and professional during the entire experience purchasing the 2016 Equinox . He explained the process and how things worked in the vehicle. He told me that if I had any more questions to please call him. I liked the fact that he was not the typical pushy car salesman. I would buy another vehicle from him. I would recommend him to other people to locate the car they are seeking. The whole experience from his assistance to the finance department was quick and I was on my way quickly. Had a great experience with the purchase. I am having issues with the heater. I have had it in twice this week, they tell me its fixed and I get home and its not fixed. So far i am $100 in the hole and have wasted 2 days this week. Never buy from here again.

I had a wonderful experience with Tracy and Jay. I have since been having heater problems with my 2010 Terrain. I have been in twice this week for service. 1st time cost me $100 and was told it was fixed. Wrong. 2nd time just cost time out of my day and was told it was fixed. Wrong again. I dont have the time to bring it in daily so they can try and guess whats wrong. Looks like this is my last car I will buy from Dave White.

I took my car to check the remotes after an ignition recall, the customer service person hastily looked at them was rude and told me both are broken and replaced. I asked for a supervisor who checked them and told me one was broken. He was not courteous as well. I asked for a complaint form, he told me they did not have one. I called and asked for a manger. I talked to the manager but he was rude as well, but said he will talk to his employees. The next day I called and asked to speak to the manager to follow up on my complaint but he would not take my call. Enough said about customer service i mean rude, disrespectful service, not to mention and dishonest service.

I took my 2011 Equinox in over a week ago to get serviced for a recall issue. I am new to the area and had never dealt with this dealership before. I have a history of really bad experiences but they have changed all of that! I dealt with Matt, the Assistance Service Manager, and he was beyond wonderful. They found a few issues and needed to keep my car longer than originally planned. He arranged a ride home for me and my 6 month old son, moved all of my belongings for me, including installing the car seat base for me too! Matt sent the young man back over to pick me up when my car was ready. He really made everything so easy! Matt really went out of his way to help me (a mother or father with a little one can definitely appreciate someone like him). Because of this experience, I decided they would be the first place I would look to upgrade my car to an SUV with third row seating. I had just as wonderful of an experience with Jay Yoder in the Sales department. He was very patient and understanding while I took my time going over a few Traverses. I also briefly spoke to Adam, who is very kind and made sure he got someone to help me when he encountered me on the lot but was already with a customer. Also, Matt in Finances was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Overall, Dave White Chevy has been an awesome experience. I highly recommend them for sales and service.

The staff is very friendly and not pushy. They listen to the needs/wants that I have for a vehicle and are honest if they don't have them at that time, but then notified my when they did.

Buying my vehicle at Dave White was an excellent experience. From the time I walk in the door till the time I left there was trust with all of the people I dealt with. An awesome experience!

My employer has an agreement with Dave White which entitles us employees to no-haggle pricing. I phoned the dealership and made an appointment with a salesperson, told him about my employer's "deal" and gave hime the stock number of the car I was interested in. When I got there, I had to hunt down the salesperson, and he insisted on showing me only other cars, not the one I wanted. He kept insisting that the colors he was showing me were "better" than the one I wanted. Finally, after an hour-and-a-half, and my third request, he "let" me test drive the car I wanted. He acted surprised when I told him I wanted to purchase that car, not the others he showed me. He then told me that that particular car could only be sold at sticker price, i.e., that my employer's agreement did not apply. I walked out. He continued to call me to get me to buy the car, but never responded to my counter offer, or my repeated requests for documentation on the car. This went on for a month. If I do buy a Chevy, it will not be from Dave White. The salespeople at other dealerships treat their women customers with much more respect!

They truly do make you feel confident in your purchase. We dealt with Chris in used cars. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with me while I tried to decide what I wanted .Ended up buying new and had help from several others including Monty. I can't say enough about the attitudes and friendliness of everyone at this dealer.

When I went to Dave White I did not know what to expect. People had told me that they had bad experiences at this particular dealership so I was skeptical. When I got there I told the gentleman that greeted me and my mother that I was there to see Darrell Bishop. They called him and he returned to the dealership in a timely fashion. I told him where I was looking to keep my car payments and he worked with me until I was able to drive my 2013 Malibu off the lot that evening. The finance guy that worked with me, I am sorry but I cannot remember his name but he has a son that is about to be a year old if that helps, explained to me some things about the warranties and other things, like the GAP insurance, that my own insurance agent did not tell me. He and Darrell were very patient with me and my mother and let us ask all the questions that we needed to! I was very impressed and very satisfied with the customer service that I received. I had to leave and go to work and I came back around 7:30 that evening and they worked with us until after 9pm. Darrell explained the main features of the car and told me that I could always call with questions. I just want to thank them both again and Dave White for having such good people on staff. I would also like to thank another gentleman who went out of his way to get my mother coffee and he was not even working with us! I am bad with names, but he wears a bowtie! LOL! Thanks again!

I was satisfied with the purchase of my car. I have had issues with the keyless entry that I have returned 3 times now and the issue is not fixed.

This is the best dealership I have worked with in buying a car and service. I always refer all my friends to Dave White Chevrolet. They are very friendly and their service department has always been very good at repairing my vehicle when needed. I had an emergency service need with my vehicle so I just stopped in to see if they could help. They got me in right away! I buy all my vehicles from Bruce and he is fair and honest. I would highly recommend Dave White Chevrolet for buying a car and service!

Contacted Mr. Dunphry to find us a red 2011 new Equinox. He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers at Randy Wise Chevrolet in Milan, Michigan and they had found us one in Columbus, Ohio. Two days later we paid for it and picked it up from Milan and drove away a happy customer. Seems that the Ohio dealership should have known more about the Ohio stock than a Michigan one, but oh well. We found what we wanted.
