Had $6000 for a $6900 Lexus. Had financing approved thru Westlake financial, in which Dennis told me was a financing partner with the dealership. Eric recommended a $2000+ extended warranty thru Zurich Insurance, just for basic powertrain, because of the high mileage on the car. I declined. After that, I was too far away (Texas) to do a financing deal and the dealership didnt do business with Westlake anymore...etc etc...My potential business became a "virtual online" waste of their time. Pity

I was referred to Eric by a co-worker of mine and I can absolutely see why. Never have I ever had the pleasure of working with someone so educated or so easy to work with. He genuinely had my best interest in mind, which was an extremely pleasant change from previous car buying experiences. Hands down best sales experience I've ever had. The car was EXACTLY what I wanted, to a T. When I came to pick it up he was there with a smile, remembered me by name, and the car was spotless and on time. Brian Dontje is the auto service dept mgr at Dahl Auotmotive La Crosse where I get my cars serviced. He is incredible. Very user friendly, focused on serving you, follow through is amazing. I can't fund the La Crosse Dahl Service department on this web site but wanted to make sure he received credit for his hard work.He does a great job in thoroughness and explanation of the servicing at Dalh Automotive Downtown La Crosse. Additionally Lee, the mechanic who services my car is phenomenal. He knows what he is doing and does it very well.

We had started the process of looking for a Ford Edge or Escape in our hometown but didn't like the offer we were given by a local dealer for both our trade and the new vehicle price so we decided to wait and keep looking. We have a 2nd home in the Onalaska area and decided to go online and see what Dahl dealership may have available; that's when we connected with Jessi Sveen. She was very attentive to our quick request to come in a drive an Edge. She asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for and what the vehicle would be used for. We drove a couple and then sat down to discuss options. Jessi got Joshua Anderson involved with us to discuss the vehicle options and deal as well. They ended up finding us a Ford Edge with all the options we were looking for at a different dealer. They offered us a great price on the vehicle, a fair trade value for my car, and figured out all the available rebates. They were able to get the vehicle to their dealership within the week. Joshua helped to arrange for tinting the windows and getting some of the protective finishes on the vehicle prior to us picking it up. We were so pleased with the attention to details that they both showed. Jessi even took pictures and emailed those to us as soon as the vehicle showed up on their lot! When we came to pick up the vehicle they again showed excellent customer service and went over everything from the warranties, service, and how everything worked on the vehicle. This was one of the best car buying experience we have ever had and we would definitely recommend Dahl Dealership, Jessi Sveen and Joshua Anderson to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I had brought the vehicle in to address a handling issue, which turned out to be a rear wheel alignment problem, which was repaired. However, a problem with the rear anti-sway bar was not brought to my attention until the vehicle was off the hoist and out of the shop, so needed to get back in the queue for repair.To compensate me for being inconvenienced, I was offered two free oil changes. I am satisfied with that this was fair compensation for my trouble. I will return for service in the future.

I have been coming here to Dahl since I moved to this area which is around 4 years ago. I gave them a high rating because they are so helpful the minute you walk in. They have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks, drinks and the television available if you are interested. Also, there is a great children's area available as well. I appreciate how they always inform me about the condition of my car whether I need tires, or anything else that they see. Their service is quick but efficient. I will always use their service. The people there have always been friendly, fast, and reliable. I seldom have had to wait any longer than the predicted amount of time and when I have waited, the waiting area is comfortable and is stocked nicely with food and beverages. The prices have been reasonable, especially for tires which I seldom purchase anywhere else. If I liked my car as much as I like the service staff, I would be a committed Ford buyer. Unfortunately, until they get a better transmission in their vehicles, I can't see myself buying another one. I like everything else about my 2010 Escape except the transmission. When I need to accelerate quickly onto an expressway or need to back into traffic from my drive way and quickly shift to drive to join traffic, I want the car to respond immediately, not after a second or two delay. Even if I go back to a Honda, I will continue to get it serviced at Dahl.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape a week ago. My initial contact was with Heather Wantoch. I asked for her advice on scheduling a test drive and speaking to a sales associate. Despite the fact that Heather was at another location, she contacted a sales associate and scheduled an appt. for me. She referred me to Shane Lawrence in sales. She followed up with me periodically via text messaging to ensure I was having a good experience, that my questions & concerns were being addressed, and that Shane was providing great service. She offered to come in-person if I wanted her to at any point. Shane Lawrence was my sales associate and he was phenomenal! I genuinely could not have received better service from anyone else! He is so friendly, honest, accommodating, and trust-worthy! Shane is the kind of sales associate that will go to the ends of the earth for his customers! I've been back to the dealership several times since purchasing my vehicle to finalize some details with the sale and I've worked with Shane every time. I worked with Josh Anderson for the finance portion of the sale. He performed at the same exceptional level as his co-workers. He was also incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. If you want to find a dealer who goes the extra mile, my suggestion is Dennis. I got home from work Monday night and my driver's window would not move. (It was halfway open). I called Dennis and he showed up at my house 45 minutes later with a loaner car for me and took mine back to the shop to be worked on the next day. It was done by the time I was leaving work and I was able to swap out the cars on my way home. I am very impressed by the service Dennis offered me.

Dahl Ford has serviced my car since Day 1, and I have been very pleased overall with the experience. The visit always begins with my selected service advisor, Travis Rae. He is prompt, conscientious and friendly throughout the whole process. If something isn't fixed right the first time or a new problem develops during service, he is quick to resolve it. He does his utmost to handle my "emergency" needs to in order to minimize disruption and get me back on the road. It didn't take long for me to develop implicit trust in whatever he recommends needs to be done. The courtesy transportation service is excellent...fast and the drivers are a great bunch. While I have had minimal one-on-one with the technicians in the service dept. themselves, they seem to be conscientious in their work ands not returning the car to you in a dirty state.I cannot complain about any of the non-warranty/routine maintenance costs. They seem quite fair and customary.My experience at the Service Department here would be a STRONG factor in deciding where I buy my next vehicle when the time comes.

We went to the dealership to look at cars because our primary family vehicle was experiencing a slow and painful death. We weren't really ready to buy, but we had done our research on the cars before so we were at least educated. Nate met us in the parking lot and showed us cars that met our criteria. We were pretty simple, we needed something reliable that had third row seating for our large family, and not a van. Nate helped us find a 2014 Ford Explorer that fit us perfectly! With heating all the way through, and a LOVELY blue color, we were in love! Nate worked hard to get us a price we were happy to jump on no questions asked! We even purchased (for an amazingly low price) a protection plan that protects the windshield, undercarriage (which is completely necessary for our lovely Wisconsin weather), dents, and most importantly, protects the interior for LIFE!! We have three children and a dog.... this is incredibly important to us. If the kids stain the seats, they clean it. If they can't clean it, they replace it. For ever. Life can't get much stress free with that type of guarantee! Oh! And it has a couple of warranties to protect us if something goes mechanically wrong. I'm so glad we went to Dahl, and we will be sure to go back for our future car needs. Thanks to all the employees and staff there who helped us with this purchase. :)

I was very pleased to be able to purchase the car I wanted (Ford Fusion Hybrid) for the right price, with a good trade in allowance. Working with Tony was very pleasant and I was amazed how easy it was to own the new car, due to their seamless connection to Altra Credit union, at Altra's best great financing rate. This is the second time we had a great experience bringing our car for service. We were greeted and our car was taken right in to be checked out. They told us an hour to have a new belt put on but it ended up to be 45 minutes at the most. We enjoyed our wait, hot chocolate and coffee. We checked out the car lot and was approached by a sales person and asked if we wanted help but we were just looking. That was a nice gesture. We were on our way and the car runs great. Thank you, we will do business with you again if there is a need.

Randy, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. To help us make the choice on which vehicle to purchase he brought two Ford pickups for us to test drive, one a regular V-8 and the other an Eco-boost. Randy was able to answer all Bob's questions. He gave us the best price of all the vehicles we looked at. The price was a little more than one but that was because of the Eco-Boost and accessories purchased. He helped get all the accessories on the vehicle before we picked it up. He even sent pictures of the vehicle when all the accessories had been installed to my cell so we could see the pickup; because we were not able to pick up immediately. We will definitely be back when we need to purchase another vehicle. The salesman was great and the dealership was great also.

We ended up not buying the minivan we looked at because the trunk did not quite fit our son's wheelchair, but our experience with MIssy (the salesperson) and the dealership was very, very good. They were up front, answered many questions (about the vehicle, financing, etc.) before we showed on the lot, and they all were friendly throughout the entire process. When we shop for another car, we would definitely return there.
