Great service

Dropped off car at 8am, had repairs made and was out the door before 9am. The free car wash was a nice touch! The cost of the repairs was just what I had been told when I made the appt. No surprises and car works great! I'll be back in December for the car's regular oil change.

Bad experience

I bought a truck that had 17,000 miles on it three months ago. The first day I noticed the tailgate didn't work. Inspection? Then they called me a month later and said the title got sent to the wrong city ( Milwaukee ), and I need to drive back to Winona and redo the paperwork? ? Why is this my issue??? Its the dealerships mistake. After I had the truck about 30 days, the air conditioning seemed like the air that was blowing was not as cold as the day I drove off the lot. It is now blowing ambient temp air. Mechanics I know think that free on (or whatever is now used) was added right before I bought it. Didn't get the truck I thought I was paying for.

Recall on 2016 Envision

This was a simple fix for the recall. All they had to do was put a new sticker on the door regarding the tires. I drove up, drove in, they came and put the stickers on and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I have always had wonderful service at Dahl and will continue to use their service department.

initial service was good. I've emailed and tried to contact them numerous times after the sale and haven't received any response. I tried the sales person Brett, the account manager Monica and even the GM asking about Tabs and the Title. I wouldn't recommend them since they only care about the sale and not the customer

A Great Experience with out new car

We didn't even consider buying a car here to start, we were literally 'just shopping'. We wanted a good car at a good price and didn't even consider the vehicle we test drove as a possibility. But after we looked at the vehicle and compared it to others, it was easy to see that I had to do some further research. After looking at the model in more depth and getting my wife to test drive it as well, we put money down to hold the car. All the sales staff were helpful especially our sale rep, Matt Galewski. Matt took extra time to help us reach a decision and go over all the details. I would also like to commend Monica Lewis for all the help and detailed work she put into finalizing and completing our purchase. It would be hard to imagine all the work she has done to complete this one sale and she deserves recognition. The facilities are very nice, well thought out and I know very new. Car Service

Dahl was very flexible with me and my school schedule when I had to bring my car in for recall repairs. They gave me a shuttle back to my college in time for my class and then serviced my car in a very timely manner! I am definitely going back for more repairs when needed.

Oil change possible 4 low problem

Took my 05 Colorado with lights blinking when tried to get into 4 low or switch back to 2 high let me use loaner truck and had oil changed and problem solved in a couple hours. No excessive charge to fix my problem. Thanks Russ Prenot !

New Tires For 2010 Enclave

Thanks so much for getting back to me on my service on Wednesday. My New tires are wonderful. I didn't realize how Bad the old tires were, until driving home. They found some other issues with my Enclave that will have to be addressed in the future. I have a question ?? How much should a person spend on repairs to their Enclave, before pulling the plug ?? I will do the repairs; but when do I look at replacing to a newer Enclave ?? What is the value of my old Enclave ?? I would really like some advice on what to do !! I also need honest answers!! I'm real new to trade-in value and new prices on a new Enclave. Thanks so much, again to your email. I really want to continue my business with you folks. My service has always be great. Sorry, Lots of questions going through my brain !

Above and Beyond!

Service was above and beyond, as always. I brought my vehicle in to have snow tires put on and they noted a sound that concerned them. I brought it back a couple days later, was given a ride to work then a loaner car overnight. They replaced/repaired needed parts (under the powertrain warranty) and even did an oil/filter change and I was charged nothing. The facilities are great but what they stand out for most is their excellent employees and customer service! Thanks!

George was great. He could tell I was very unsure about purchasing the truck and let me take it for the weekend to get a real feel for it. After having it for just a few hours I was sold. George was great to us, he wasn't pushy at all, just a down to earth, nice guy. Kevin Rich was our Consultant and he was great from the start. He took the time to show me several vehicles and let me test drive them and take them to my house to make sure they fit in my garage. He also didn't make me feel pressured and wasn't aggressive. That would have been an immediate turn off and I wouldn't have stayed and made my purchase through Dahl Chevrolet. After I made the purchase, Kevin took the time to explain all the features of the new vehicle and filled the gas tank. I appreciate how polite and respectful he was through the entire experience. All the others that we met with during our purchase experience were very nice. The facility/dealership is was nice, new and well staffed.

Very pleased overall

Of all of the cars I've purchased over the years, this was easily the best buying process I've ever experienced. The sales person I worked with was extremely down to earth and not at all pushy. He explained the pros and cons of buying vs. leasing and had our best interest in mind, not his. I felt completely at ease during the process and felt like we had enough time to make the right decision for us. I would definitely return and have already started recommending Dahl to my family and friends.

Very Helpful

I had a problem with my 2015 Colorado which was probably my fault but they took care of the problem for me quickly and completely. I was very happy with the service.

New service area

The new Dahl GM building and facilities are top notch. The drive-in, drop-off area is very impressive, as is the customer lounge area, with TV, reading materials, coffee, soft drinks and popcorn.

Friendly Staff

The staff here is always so friendly! I love working with Russ as my service advisor, he is always knowledgeable and happy to help. He got me estimates on needed service work and prioritized them for me which was very helpful. The service manager Pete whom is new was also very cordial and polite and it was great to know that the service department is being lead by such a nice guy. Great job Dahl Chevy!

Paul - always does a good job for me. Had some issues with the throttle causing my Enclave to lose power and then check engine light would come on. He found a bulletin that indicated issues with the linkage and was able to repair it under warranty. Buick runs great now.

My back wiper blade went bad, the service folks were great as my husband just dropped in without an appointment. It was no problem and they put a new wiper blade on in few minutes. Great service.

I have worked with PJ VanValen in service (Winona GMC) for many years. He always has treated my like I am the only customer, even when it is obvious (number of people, phone ringing off the hook) that the whole department is very busy. He has wonderful follow through and is always sincerely concerned when there is a problem. He will keep looking until he finds an answer and get back to me in a timely manner. Flat Tire

Our New Chevy Equinox car notified us on Monday that the air pressure was low in the front tire. Of course we filled it with air but to our surprise it was flat the next morning. We called the service dept. at Dahl Chevrolet and they set up an appointment that afternoon to repair it.. Not only did they fix it but the best part was they came to our house and picked it up and delivered it back to us when it was done. All in less than an hour. Now that's what we call service! Loved that pick up and delivery service. We are very happy customers.
