I had problems with the charge port and the charging cord on my 2013 Volt purchased used from Dahl Auto in La Crosse, WI. Winona Service Manager, Pete Gaustad, and the Winona service team patiently worked with me to resolve all the issues. I feel I was treated with courtesy and respect by all team members. Dropped off car at 8am, had repairs made and was out the door before 9am. The free car wash was a nice touch! The cost of the repairs was just what I had been told when I made the appt. No surprises and car works great! I'll be back in December for the car's regular oil change.

I bought a truck that had 17,000 miles on it three months ago. The first day I noticed the tailgate didn't work. Inspection? Then they called me a month later and said the title got sent to the wrong city ( Milwaukee ), and I need to drive back to Winona and redo the paperwork? ? Why is this my issue??? Its the dealerships mistake. After I had the truck about 30 days, the air conditioning seemed like the air that was blowing was not as cold as the day I drove off the lot. It is now blowing ambient temp air. Mechanics I know think that free on (or whatever is now used) was added right before I bought it. Didn't get the truck I thought I was paying for.

This was a simple fix for the recall. All they had to do was put a new sticker on the door regarding the tires. I drove up, drove in, they came and put the stickers on and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I have always had wonderful service at Dahl and will continue to use their service department.

We didn't even consider buying a car here to start, we were literally 'just shopping'. We wanted a good car at a good price and didn't even consider the vehicle we test drove as a possibility. But after we looked at the vehicle and compared it to others, it was easy to see that I had to do some further research. After looking at the model in more depth and getting my wife to test drive it as well, we put money down to hold the car. All the sales staff were helpful especially our sale rep, Matt Galewski. Matt took extra time to help us reach a decision and go over all the details. I would also like to commend Monica Lewis for all the help and detailed work she put into finalizing and completing our purchase. It would be hard to imagine all the work she has done to complete this one sale and she deserves recognition. The facilities are very nice, well thought out and I know very new. Thanks so much for getting back to me on my service on Wednesday. My New tires are wonderful. I didn't realize how Bad the old tires were, until driving home. They found some other issues with my Enclave that will have to be addressed in the future. I have a question ?? How much should a person spend on repairs to their Enclave, before pulling the plug ?? I will do the repairs; but when do I look at replacing to a newer Enclave ?? What is the value of my old Enclave ?? I would really like some advice on what to do !! I also need honest answers!! I'm real new to trade-in value and new prices on a new Enclave. Thanks so much, again to your email. I really want to continue my business with you folks. My service has always be great. Sorry, Lots of questions going through my brain !

Service was above and beyond, as always. I brought my vehicle in to have snow tires put on and they noted a sound that concerned them. I brought it back a couple days later, was given a ride to work then a loaner car overnight. They replaced/repaired needed parts (under the powertrain warranty) and even did an oil/filter change and I was charged nothing. The facilities are great but what they stand out for most is their excellent employees and customer service! Thanks!

George was great. He could tell I was very unsure about purchasing the truck and let me take it for the weekend to get a real feel for it. After having it for just a few hours I was sold. Kevin Rich was our Consultant and he was great from the start. He took the time to show me several vehicles and let me test drive them and take them to my house to make sure they fit in my garage. He also didn't make me feel pressured and wasn't aggressive. That would have been an immediate turn off and I wouldn't have stayed and made my purchase through Dahl Chevrolet. After I made the purchase, Kevin took the time to explain all the features of the new vehicle and filled the gas tank. I appreciate how polite and respectful he was through the entire experience. All the others that we met with during our purchase experience were very nice. The facility/dealership is was nice, new and well staffed.

Paul - always does a good job for me. Had some issues with the throttle causing my Enclave to lose power and then check engine light would come on. He found a bulletin that indicated issues with the linkage and was able to repair it under warranty. Buick runs great now.

Our New Chevy Equinox car notified us on Monday that the air pressure was low in the front tire. Of course we filled it with air but to our surprise it was flat the next morning. We called the service dept. at Dahl Chevrolet and they set up an appointment that afternoon to repair it.. Not only did they fix it but the best part was they came to our house and picked it up and delivered it back to us when it was done. All in less than an hour. Now that's what we call service! Loved that pick up and delivery service. We are very happy customers.
