Priced High and Low Ball Trade In

So I searched for the car I was looking for and found them at Dado Motors. They were high on the car by $500+ dollars, but I drove over an hour because most dealers will deal with you. After test driving the car they went to check a few things. So we get into making a deal on my trade in and the car I wanted to buy. I had done my research before going there and knew what my cars worth. They lowed balled by $1000 on my trade that had lower miles then the one I was buying. They came back with $600 lower then it was worth and told me they won't go higher because they haven't driven it yet...how can you get a good trade in amount if you don't drive the car? After talking with the bank they even said the car I wanted to buy was high (like I told them). Called them to get them done and they refused. They say "Our mission is to improve the vehicle-buying experience one customer at a time.", but I have to say this was not a good experience. Under shooting my trade in and then refusing to come down on their over priced car. Do your research before going here and walk away if they refuse to make a fair deal.

Good people, great service

Goran and Dado were able to work with me. They were very helpful. In a week I had an approved credit and a new car. I definitely recommend this place. They have different car options for every budget.

Great Service

First time buyer with no credit and had an overall great experience. Came here on recommendation from both my sister and her wife who have bought cars from Dado in the past. Great customer service. Both Goran and Dado are very nice and super helpful, they truly want to help their customers and are super friendly. I bought a 2006 Volkswagen Passat. It was very clean with minor things wrong but they fixed quickly. 10/10 would do business with again.

Worst experience at a dealer ever

Not very motivated to sell. They low balled me on my trade in when I asked why they were so low they gave me nothing but lame excuses

Best of Everything

The guys here never cease to amazing me with their amazing customer service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure your experience is top notch. Told them what I was looking for and a few weeks later got a phone call that exactly what I wanted was on the lot waiting for me. The vehicle was much nicer then I expected and was actually below my budget. Never met a salesman that comes in under budget. I've sent people to buy here and they too have the experience I have every time I deal with them. I will never buy any where else. Best Car Buying Experience!! Hands Down!!

I was both pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the customer service I received at Dado Motors. I have bought numerous cars over the years through various avenues; family, private owners, auctions and dealerships both big and small. I can say without hesitation that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Dado and Goran were both professional, intelligent, friendly, honest and easy-going. Before arriving at this dealership I dealt with several shady car salesmen and had begun to believe they were all pretty much the same. The gentlemen at this dealership proved that I was completely wrong. When I couldn't get off work before closing time they stayed late to accommodate me. When I asked to have the car inspected by my own mechanic before finalizing the purchase, Goran took the car to them himself so that I didn't have to take time off to get it done. There was absolutely no hassle, they offered me a fair price for my trade and a great deal on the car that I wanted. They even provided me with a Carfax report for my vehicle that basically informed me about everything that happened with the car from the time it left the factory until it ended up in my hands. I absolutely love the car that I purchased from Dado Motors. I was able to get a great warranty at an affordable price and I have a car that I love to drive. My son is already hoping I'll pass it on to him in a few years. I'm not so sure about that, but if I ever decide to let it go, I know I'll be back at Dado's to find my next vehicle. Don't waste time with these other car dealers, stick with the best! :)

Excellent service/highly recommend.

Was the last dealer I checked with in my Cars.com shopping list, should've been my first. It would have saved me a whole two days of frustration. First of all, it's hardly a dealership. They have a dozen or so cars parked at an office space plaza. Only a couple of guys work there, and they are legit. Super friendly, zero pressure, honest, happy to help, and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. No hassles, no problems.

I purchased a truck from Dado Motors today and i was very impressed. Goren was a very professional, knowledge and customer service oriented business person. It is very relaxing to do business with them and the negotiation process is very smooth. I have purchased many cars from big dealerships to small car lots but this buying experience was the best! There is a reason Dado and Goren have such great reviews, but go find out for yourself.

Small in variety but HUGE in customer satisfaction

Dado motors is a young car lot and has much more developing to do; that being said, the fundamentals needed for this company to be successful are already in place, starting with my salesman Goran. Great guys, would recommend to anyone

I was in need of a good used car and after 3 days searching other shops I found them. Saw the listing and photos on cars.com and these guys give you what they show. After seeing other places pics which only highlight the good angles I was getting tired of seeing a beatup car in comparison. When I got to Dado I was pleasantly surprised, the car was better then even the pics showed. Other dealerships in my price range showed me tornup and dirty interior and rundown engines. At Dado i saw a car with only minor blemishes on exterior and near perfect interior, plus the car purred when started. And after the test drive i was convinced. Between having great cars and a great staff i knew I was going to buy. Goran was very helpful and kept in contact with me very fast. sending me email text and phone calls during the process. Once i decided to buy the paperwork was more then easy, and they gave me a better price then i had hoped for. Friendly entertaining and helpful. I couldnt have bought from a better dealership. The car even had more features then listed. I took a chance buying without my wife seeing it but when she saw it she was ecstatic. These guys will definitely get my business in the future, and I will send anyone looking to them

Deffinatly recommend him

So I'm in the military. I called dado and I told him I couldn't come down to see the car till about 7. He waited there until 730 for me. The car is amazing and the whole process took about an hour. He is a trust worthy person when it comes to the whole process. From test driving to the paper work. For all military this is a guy who will not let you down.

I bought a 2003 Audi A4

As I was searching this specific vehicle through cars.com I found the car and all the reviews for this dealership were all positive. I was not sold yet. You can never be to sure of what people put on their sites or even if there factual. I emailed the dealer with the interest in the car in evening and I got a response back and a call to go alongside the email. It came directly from the owner. He was profressional and NOT aggressively trying to get me buy the car. We agreed to meet, he was professional, provided all the details and how he obtains the cars he sells. All his cars have car faxes which provided peace of mind. He was also willing to negotiate the price of the car. I testdrove the car and the car was mechanically sound. I did see his inventory and his cars are perfectly picked. I will say this a dealership I will do business with again hands down. It's a smaller dealership, but I felt more of a personable feel, one-on-one feel. You don't have to wait for sales people to attend you. Or feel just like a number. See Dado and he will take care of you.

Dado Motors was a great experience. The owner is not just someone who wants to make a quick sale and get you out the door, he is someone who really cares and makes sure everything is perfect. He went out of his way to help me with my Passat. Since I bought my car I have no problems at all, my Volkswagen Passat drives beautifully. Amazing service loved how they deal
