Always wanted a Fiat... My husband and I came over to Cutter In Ala Moana to check it out. Richard Grimes welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm! He was great and helped us to narrow down what I really wanted... test drove 2 Fiats, my choice was originally the basic 2 door, but I ended up upgrading to the 4 door 500x Lounge on display in their showroom! Yes, Richard is Awesome, he was patient and knew that the car was sold... it's just a matter of price! So, he did his magic... and Got ME a Happy Birthday Deal! And he did his best to keep me happy for my upcoming birthday... even delivered the Fiat to our house that same day! I highly recommend all of you to ask for Richard Grimes, yes, that's he's real name, to help you with your car needs! It was a pleasant experience, and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new car!

Let's just start off by saying that this is my first ever time buying through a dealership and I went into this totally blind! I stopped by yesterday at about 6pm, not thinking I would be taking my beauty home. Cory helped us and boy was he helpful! I really wasn't sure what I was looking for, so we walked around the lot and he answered any questions we had about every car! He asked my price range, how much I wanted to do monthly, and basically all of the necessary questions to find a car in my price range. I bought my Dodge Charger from her previously the other year and recently referred a friend to her. Highly recommend

I was looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and wasn't getting much luck with other dealerships. Scot was incredibly nice and wasn't trying to sell me on something I didn't want and didn't try to convince me to buy something higher than what I was willing to pay. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and really made me feel taken care of. Both he and Casey offered food and beverages and kept me up to date on the progress of my Jeep. Very nice guys. Richard was awesome, very knowledgable on the vehicle we purchased. The Head Sales manager was also great, finance manager as well. The moving pieces and personal in between, not so much.

Danny was a pleasure to negotiate the purchase of our new Fiat. He was easy to work with and so there was minimal un necessary back and forth. Danny seemed knowledgeable on the features of the car and was good at expressing them.When we got to the financing piece it was quick and to the point, however the wait to complete the financing was excessively long and arduous.

Terrible customer service

Went to buy a Jeep today. Upon return to the dealership my salesman disappears and when I find him he gives me a card and tells me to call if I have any questions. We didn't talk price or the fact that I am paying in cash. He said he had to take care of another customer. Won't be heading back to this dealership.

Recommended. I went to multiple dealers on Oahu that used ridiculously high prices as a starting point for negotiations and high pressure sales techniques. Cutter Dodge, specifically Marlon, used neither tactic. They treated me with respect and didn't waste my time. When I need another vehicle, I will return to work with Marlon at Cutter Dodge.

Awesome customer service

I recently had to take my 2013 300 to service the ABS, TCS and a power steering whine. I bought my 300 from them and always return for great customer service from Service Consultant Tom Kenley. I knew the repair work would be covered under the warranty, but was happily surprised to discover that there was no other fees for me to pay. Tom called to update me on the work and when it was completed. If I could I would give Cutter Chrysler 10 stars instead of 5!

Starting off buying a car from Cutter Fiat it wasn't going too well but after talking to the sales manager Brehon who's customer service was beyond excellent I believe everything will work out just fine.

Yes I have bad credit and yes they did get me into a car but just be careful of what kind of car they give you when they say brand new car

Started off by going to cars.com because I have bad credit recommended Fiat cuz that's the car I was looking for. getting into the used one was problemsome so Danny got me into a new one. can't thank you enough for being able to do that for me the problem for me now is that this supposedly new car has 958 miles and has some scratches on it and interior is intrusively dirty been in contact with them set up a detail appointment so we'll have to see how satisfied I am after its all said and done. So have to see if this review will go from good to bad in a hurry depending on what transpires. Will let everyone know after its all taken care of or not

Awesome Experience

We went to Honolulu Cutter Jeep on Saturday. Did the usual, you know, negotiation about price. We came prepared and the dealership was great. We worked with Marlon, Donald and Shane. We drove our 2015 2 door Jeep Rubicon off the lot and was excited we came. The experience was great and I recommend anyone who wants a new vehicle and excellent service to go here. So, from Saturday to Monday, our situation changed. We were called by a social worker telling us they need an emergency home for a family of 3 children. Let me tell you how GREAT the people at Honolulu Cutter Jeep are. I emailed Shane in Financing and explained our situation, saying that we will need a bigger vehicle to fit these children. Shane called me back immediately, on his day off, to tell me come in and he will help us find what we needed. My husband and I went in on Wed. and in no time, traded for a bigger Jeep. After we chose the vehicle, Shane understood our situation and said it was OK for us to leave, pick up our children and come back to finish paperwork. We did just that. Our paperwork took less than a half hour. Not only were they Great, they were compassionate about our extended family and that was comforting to know. Its good to know that NOT all dealerships are money hungry and want you to sign the dotted line to close the deal. The people here at Honolulu Cutter treats you like family. very upset with lack of customer service

Never got the spare tire kit I paid for. Got a lot of run around while trying to do something about it. They took off the one that didn't fit and now won't give me the money back

Great Service Department

They got my Jeep Wrangler in quickly and addressed the issue. They also notified me when I made the appointment that there was a recall. They fixed both issues quickly and now my jeep is running great. Keith was my service manager and was very helpful. Id highly recommend this dealership and this service department for sure.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and honesty. I had the pleasure of working with Art, Danny, and Tyson - all are a true asset to Cutter! During the test drive, every detail of the car's features was explained thoroughly to me; both the menu and phone were set up for me as well (thanks, Danny!). I didn't have to go home and navigate the manual and explore features on my own. My wishes for the type of car I wanted and the payment that I was comfortable with were honored without the back and forth persuasion and negotiation that is almost always a trademark of other dealerships. When it was time to sign the papers, all costs were explained to me and there were no "hidden" costs (thanks, Tyson!). Exceptional Sales - See Paul Borset!

Our family had been vehicle shopping around the island for about a month before we stopped at Cutter based on a recommendation. The #1 thing I loved is that the salesmen are warm, friendly and informative but not pushy and aggressive. Our guy was Paul Borset. I am very pleased with his professionalism and patience as he listened as I told him exactly what my expectations and limitations were. He also drove myself and my 5 yr old twin sons around ALL day for 6 hours to ALL the cutter dealerships until I had found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. He's a trooper and I can't sing enough praises about this establishment. Even when it came to pricing, they gave my husband and I a fair deal on our trade and catered to all my nitpicking about what I wanted done to the vehicle before I'd sign. Finance also put is in contact with 5 different banks to help us achieve the lowest possible interest rate and we ended up with the payment I had originally asked for. Bravo Cutter. Great Deal, Great People

We walked in not really expecting to buy a vehicle but the deal we got on the 2013 Jeep Wrangler 4dr Unlimited was too good to pass up. The sales people worked and worked hard on getting us the deal we wanted for the payments we were willing to pay. Then the finance person worked a deal to get us the best finance rate even after the banks we well closed. On Monday, when the bank didn't give us quite the rate we wanted he worked with us to keep the payments exactly as we were quoted the Saturday before. We not only go the Wrangler but a 10yr/100,000 miles warranty, tinted windows off our choosing, backup sensors, free detailing for the next three years, etc. Needless to say, we walked away happy.
