I have an electrical issue with my 2014 Equinox the won't cover fixing the issue under warranty. I was hassled when purchased the vechile and gives 2 different prices. My battery has died twice with a year of owning the car leaving me stranded. Now my seat warmers no longer work. They do not stand by there product. Buy Honda

Found a car in their inventory online. Called and verified car still available. Spoke with very nice person who verified the car was still available. Made an appointment to see the car the very next day.That morning, they called to confirm appointment. I asked to verify the car is still available, they did and was. Went in on the scheduled time later that evening. Manager was quick to tell me the car was no longer available. Goes to "check me in" the system and saw I had inquired on another vehicle last year and pushed me into that same vehicle even though I said no 3 times. Both the manager and sales rep were making excuses to why the particular car I had come in for was gone within the few hours from the last phone call, confirming the appointment and availabilty. After I expressed my dissatisfaction in lack of communication on their part by not trying to contact me prior to my arrival, they offered NO alternatives other than pushing me into another vehicle higher in price. On top of the fact I traveled a ways to get there, I left.Next morning they called to say opps, we actually DO have the vehicle. No, I'm sorry, you can't make an about-face on this when I was there. Without even checking on the vehicle, if it was indeed left, they were quick in telling me it wasn't there. They were unsympathetic to the situation and do not deserve any reconition.

This was the second dealership that I visited on a Saturday to inquire the possibility of trading in my two 8 and 9 year old cars to get something newer that was within my budget. The first dealership that I went to made me feel like this was not possible. They also made me feel pressured and like I was being taken for a ride. The second dealership that I visited was Curry Chevrolet. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and respected. What a difference from the other dealership. They offered me refreshments and actually listened to my needs and budget. Anthony Fragnito was such a pleasure to work with and he got me a great deal on a certified used Chevy Equinox. He made it work with my finances and never pressured me to spend more money than I had to spend. He also spent so much time going through the whole car with me when I picked it up and he even paired the car's Bluetooth with my phone. If you go to Curry see Anthony and you won't be sorry. Eric Hughes, the business manager, was also very pleasant and welcoming.

Curry Chevrolet was the 3rd dealership we visited while looking to replace our leased Rav4. The first 2 Dealers were the typical stereotypes employing every trick in the book and we expected more of the same when we walked into Curry Chevrolet. We were pleasantly surprised when we met with Garfield who, with the utmost professionalism, asked us about our needs and budget and promptly went to work to oblige us. After some back and forth, we were introduced to Laura, the Sales Manager, who worked with us relentlessly to get us the deal we were looking for including $4000 in Dealer incentives. Both Laura and Garfield worked with us well past their closing time of 6PM. At 9PM, we finally closed the deal and left while Laura and Garfield stayed to find us the vehicle with the options and color we requested. A few days later, Laura contacted us to inform us that she had found a vehicle match at another dealer that included options above what we requested ($1500+). We were thrilled to learn that they would include the options without increasing the price we agreed upon. When we picked up the vehicle, we experienced the same professionalism and courtesy as before with no hard sells for aftermarket items, warranties, etc. What was agreed upon earlier was what we paid out the door. Garfield took the time to guide us through the signing process and walk us through the features of the vehicle until he felt we were satisfied. We are extremely happy with the way we were treated and the price we paid. If you want to avoid the stereotypical car buying experience and not get taken for a ride (pun intended), I highly recommend going to Curry Chevrolet and dealing with Garfield and Laura who will go above and beyond to earn your loyalty as a satisfied customer.

Purchased used . Told one price at day of signing was much higher. Never serviced the used vehicle before reselling. Failed emissions. Brought back for repairs. Did none as was not out of pocket to me so they did none. No vehicle does not run and I am stuck with payments on a useless vehicle that now doesn't run. Stay away from this place. Dishonest at its highest level. How they sleep at night is beyond me.

Out of every car dealership I've been too and dealt with in the past in NYC and within the 5 Boroughs all of them have been full of you know what but I have to say with HANDS DOWN that Curry Chevrolet is the BEST BEST car dealership I've ever dealt with. CURRY CHEVROLET ARE REAL!!! Ingrid, Laura and Michael are Excellent, Excellent and more Excellent because they are real and they tell like it is without all the nonsense, the BS switch and bait babel and the fast talk so that you're confused and lost in transit scratching your head trying figure out if your coming or going.They truly take their time (with integrity and honesty) and will give you the best best options (based on what you present to them) of what they can work for you because every situation is different. Even with the credit that I have (which isn't the best) they were able to still get me the same exact car that I had looked at (on the same day) from another dealership (a beautiful 2015 Chevy Trax LTZ AWD with a Sunroof) who turned me down stating I would have to get a lot of items removed from my credit report before they could even consider getting me the vehicle which would have taken more than a month (if any) to get these items removed and the car would have been sold to someone else.Not only did they get the vehicle from that same dealership that turned me down, the price I got from them was significantly lower in payments by $222.00 per month. I really appreciate Ingrid, Laura and Michael (The Finance Genius/Miracle Maker) for all all of their hard work to make this happen for me as this is a gift to my precious daughter whose well deserved of it who graduated with honors in college pursuing her 2nd and 3rd degree(s).I recommend with honors to go down to Curry Chevrolet and receive the best car buying experience ever so you too can walk away with the vehicle of your dreams or for one of your loved ones.I will definitely buy my next personal vehicle only from Curry Chevrolet ...Again Curry Chevrolet is the BEST!!!

Sales staff waited patiently on us as we test drove a new vehicle and asked lots of questions. We opted for a late model used version and drove home. But we were dissatisfied and brought it back the very next day, returning to our original plan to buy the new one. The dealership made the whole thing relatively painless for us.

I had an excellent experience with Curry from start to finish! Francis listened to exactly what I was asking for in a vehicle and the things I wanted to avoid. When we went to do a test drive he ensured I drove a vehicle that was in my price point and not something out of reach. I ended up leasing that exact car! Marsha was fantastic with going over the paperwork end of the deal and it was an easy and painless experience. Laura went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and worked her magic to allow me to have my dream car at a payment I could afford. I purchased a 2015 AWD Traverse LT1. I initially considered leasing but eventually ended up purchasing the car. Laura and Andrew worked out a good lease deal for me. They were very considerate and patient and met our outlined pricing needs. Eventually, when we decided to switch our decision to purchasing they were supportive and worked out a very good deal for us again. We were able to go from deciding to buying the car to walking out with the car in a matter of hours. Very importantly we carried out a a lot of our interactions over the internet and phone. Well let me start by saying that I was a challenging customer from the minute I walked through Curry Chevrolet's door. My husband and I wanted to buy my sister-in-law a car because her's was totaled but unfortunately we had a very limited budget (far below what Curry usually sells their used cars for).But once I explained the situation to Joe the manager and my salesman Brian, both promised that they would find me the perfect car. It did take a few days but sure enough, someone turned in a 2008 Hyundai Sonata in mint condition. I could tell instantly that the car was probably worth more than my budget. However, Joe and Brian are men of their word. A week or so later we drove away with not only an amazing car but renewed faith that there are still people who care more about the customer than the bottom line. This is truly unique and quite heartwarming these days. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly.

With the tragic loss of my husband in January 2015, I felt I needed and deserved a pick me up. My husband and I previously purchased a 2013 Equinox from Curry Chevrolet and I felt that maybe a change of vehicles would be the pick me up that I needed.I called that Sales Manager Laura Sodano and explained my situation and she asked me what kind of vehicle I wanted and I advsed her a Chevy Traverse. She asked me all the specifics and advised me that she would call me back.Laura had the previous sales person that I worked with Marsha Robinson call me back with all the specfics of the Traverse and the rest is history. I picked up my 2015 Chevy Travverse on Saturday June 13th and I abosuletely LOVE it.It doesnt heal my situation but it definetely put a big old band aid on it and a tremendous smile on my face.I received folllow-up calls this morning from both Laura and Marsha.I am one happy person .I love Curry Chevrolet, Laura Sodano, and Marsha Robinson. I had a Chevrolet SUV that was 8 years old and due for annual Inspection. I was afraid it would take too much money to pass the inspection, so I decided on buying a new vehicle. From the time I walked into Curry Chevrolet, I was met by Brian Levine and Laura Sodano, the Sales Manager. I told them I was a Veteran and buying through the USAA Car Buying Service. Laura acknowledged that USAA had a great program and usually get good deals. I originally thought of downsizing to a Malibu or Impala, but saw a Chevy Equinox in the showroom that appealed to me. Since I was a chauffeur, I thought the black color might be able to be used as a vehicle for hire if I so chose. We started to talk about all the bonuses and discounts currently available and I decided to buy the Equinox. They tried to get me a discount based on a current lease, but I could not get all the documentation, but we tried nevertheless. I was introduced to an Army Ranger who was now a Business Manager at Curry. It was comfortable to be able to talk to another Veteran like myself. In the process, we were able to get a prime interest rate on my loan. This is a great team who works together to get you anything they can. I believe I not only bought a new SUV, I made some friends. Bravo Zulu

Very positive experience right from the start. My family was greeted kindly at the door where we were given a gift for coming to the showroom. Our info was taken before hand as well as the details of our vehicle we were interested in. By the time we were introduced to our salesperson Osiris, it was right to business. Our dealings were honest, professional and fair. I got a fair prince on my old Mazda trade-in as well as good price on our Chevy Traverse. The vehicle was offsite and a lot they own a few miles away so I couldnt pick the car up for another 2 days while some add-ons were installed. I was pleasantly surprised that I NEVER got a phone call about numbers changing or financing falling through. Got there on the day the vehicle was promised and we drove away VERY happy. I would not only recommend this dealership but I would consider buying my next car here down the line.

Avoid the service department at Curry. One employee in particular, Derrick, is very unprofessional, incompetent and also a liar.I had what I thought was an alignment issue due to a small accident so I brought it in to the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle.I left it in the morning with Derrick who called me later that day saying there were bigger issues with the car and that he would get back to me soon with a proper estimate. The next day, there was no call, so I called to check how the estimate was going. Derrick again told me "soon".I waited one more day, which is now two days after I left the car. I called in the morning and Derrick told me that he would have the estimate ready in MINUTES and he would call me back. I wait two hours and call again. This time I tell them not to bother with the estimates and that I would come back to pick up the car. Derrick tells me I can pick it up right now and that it would be ready at the front.I get to curry and my car is not ready. I'm also charged $130 for them basically doing nothing. Then when my car is brought out, there is a bunch of snow on top of it. So when Derrick told me that morning that the estimate would be ready in minutes, it was in a parking lot.When I complain to him about these facts, he replies that he's not a mechanic and that he can't really give me time estimates. Are you serious? Derrick, you're the employee there, and it's your job to find things out and communicate between the mechanics and the customer. Not just sit in your chair diddling your thumb and just lying to customers so you get more thumb diddling time.Do not ever go to curry chevy to get your car serviced if you ever want things done in a timely manner or be treated with honesty and integrity.

Service department is a joke. Last year I was there for a minor problem. They fixed it and I paid $200 deductible as expected. they called me a week and a half later and said I didn pay! I brought them the receipt to prove them wrong and the manager apologized and said the girl I paid would be fired for theft! Stupid me goes back last week with a recall and an other repair. They fixed the recall but nothing else. They wanted to charge me $140 for a diagnosis but didn't diagnose anything. Since I could not leave the car there, they told me I would be charged over $400 to diagnose when I bring it back!!! Ridiculous... Needless to say they will never see me again! I can't stress enough-stay away. These people don't care about you or your car. I would give 0 stars If possible

As a recent graduate who has never purchased a vehicle, I walked in to the dealer knowing very little about lease options and pricing. Basically an easy target for any sales person. But here you will not find any ordinary sales people. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and just wanted to give me the best and easiest experience. I worked with Alen (Sales Consultant) and Alfredo (Business Manager) who both helped me pick the perfect new truck to lease. They were able to help me meet my price requirements while still getting me in a new truck with extra features that I never expected to drive away with. They were also able to help me get the most of my trade in vehicle. I could not be any happier and this will be the only dealer I will work with in my future purchases. If you are thinking of purchasing a new car, I highly recommend purchasing it from this dealership and only this dealership. From purchasing to servicing your vehicle, Curry Chevy is THE BEST!!! While the building may have recently been remodeled, the dedicated staff remains. Over the years, this has been my third purchase from my salesman, Mr. Gary Urban. Gary is always available for advice and handles any issues from insurance to financing. He always has your best interest at heart. Also, Ms.Laura Sodano is extremely helpful from start to finish in the purchasing process.

I recently accompanied my daughter for her first new car buying experience. We both agree that the level of attention provided by Curry Chevrolet was excellent. If your anything like me, you hate the thought of car shopping! After dealing with the vultures at every dealership on Central Ave in Yonkers, I was prepared to drive my current car until the wheels fell off. My husband and I decided that we would check out one last dealership before throwing in the towel. We walked the sales lot and I didn't feel like cum in shark infested waters. Anthony, a salesman, approached us and offered his assistance, without being pushy and overbearing. He was patient and knowledgable and helped us find a car that met our criteria. For the first time a salesman made me feel comfortable!!! After finding the car I wanted, I had the pleasure of meeting Alfredo, the finance manager. Anthony and Alfredo worked so well together that a process that is normally very stressful for me and many others was pleasurable. I went to Curry Chevrolet to have the ignition on my Saturn ion replaced as part of the manufacturers recall. I had the displeasure of dealing with Tony Riccardi. He was pleasant and told me the job would take 2 1/2 hours. It took 2 days. The ignition was replaced. However I had a auto start which they ignored. Needless to say as soon as I used the start, two blocks from the dealership, the ignition did not work. I had the car towed back, the security system from the car drained and eventually ruined the battery. I had to buy a new one from the dealership. It took 2 weeks until Tony called me to say the car was fixed. He wanted me to pay the the repair. I told Tony i would not for the trouble with the car was their fault. I came to the dealership and the car did not start. Another week it was "fixed". Tony told me that the auto start was removed ( the start button had been removed and thrown out ) and that he usually has the customer remove it before they work on it. I told him that he had said nothing about it to me. I didn't drive the car for 3 weeks ( vacation and out of town at the time). When I did finally drive the car it started once and then the dealership installed ignition once again did not work for it no longer recognized the key. I had my mechanic call Tony to find out what work had been done...and Tony stated that the auto start had not been removed because I would not pay. I had the real mechanic fix the ingition by removing the auto start and then he cleared all the "fault codes" that had developed with a scan tool. If ONLY the "mechanics " at Curry Chevrolet had the knowledge to do so. If I was told to remove he auto start I would have had it done but not pay the dealership after the fact. The dealership prepped my car so they could get it out without regard of actually fixing it. My car came into the dealership in excellent working condition and they ( for lack of a better term) "MESSED IT UP". Don't expect anything more.... I will never deal with them again. Tony will smile and tell half truths to get you out. (He even told me they washed it which they had not done, nor did I ask or expect them to)

I recently leased a Chevy Traverse from Curry Chevrolet. My experience there was EXCELLENT!! The sales person Gary and manager Laura Sodano went above and beyond to get me a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. They spent a lot of time and effort. They didnt just rush me into something that I didnt want. The service from both Gary and Laura was both friendly and professional. Overall just outstanding. When the sale was complete Gary went over the whole car with me and made sure I knew every feature on the car and how everything worked. He helped me set up the onstar. The manager Laura came out after to make sure I was happy with everything. They also said if i have any questions after to call or stop by and they would answer any questions and help. I would definatly recommend this dealership to anyone!! Team at Curry worked very hard to locate the specific car I wanted and ultimately found it and retrieved it from 200 miles away. Their price was very fair and essentially the same price as an in-stock car. And that price itself was very competitive in this region. The reviews for the new Chevrolet Impala were excellent.Although the initial price quoted was a little high, Meg Haviland, our salesperson called back and said thatshe had the perfect vehicle for us, at the price we had requested. The Impalla 2LT sedan, that was put aside for us, had upgraded features we had not expected (Sunroof; Bose Audio system). Worst Experience Ever, I bought a car from this dealer when I went to pick the car up, it was not inspected, they left sticker from the previous owner on the vehicle yet I paid for inspection to be done. While driving the truck had so many issues, the breaks were bad, front rotor bad, temperature gauge not working so there is no way of knowing whether the car is overheating , called the sales manager and he told me that they are not going to fix the car that the car is used and if I don't like it I should return it.

I had my 2008 Chevrolet Malibu serviced in preparation for an 1800 mile trip. I have had this car serviced regularly, but some things like flushing the cooling system and the braking system had never been done before. So, in addition to the regular oil change I had these and a couple of other things done. The ride leaving the dealership was so smooth it felt as if I was driving a new vehicle. We monitored the gas mileage throughout the trip, and the average mileage was thirty miles to the gallon! Curry Chevrolet, you rock!

I had roughly 10 yes 10 problems that if the vehicle was in fact inspected it would have not been delivered to me with these problems. If anyone ever asks me my opinion of your dealership it will never be good. Then to top it off vehicle was brought back in, only after calling GM directly and you still did not address the problems. Sale started on a good note, finance manager held the vehicle for 3 weeks while i made provisions to secure a "cash" deal. I finally made an appointment to pick up vehicle, the process took almost 3 hours to complete as the registration was out of state and insurance card didn't match and detained the " in transit " permit needed....not Curry's fault here. Took owership of vehicle late in the afternoon and anxious to get out of White Plains as I had an hour ride back home. After getting home, we noticed a crease on the passenger side of the bed of my 2011 Dodge Dakota. It ran just below the bed rail vertically down to the bottom of lower panel, as we continued to look vehicle over, I see the rear tires are a mm short of being illeagal and severely cupped and it was quite evident they came off the front. This vehicle had 11k+ when I took ownership and could not believe the tires were front and went to back as the dealership I'm guessing put 2 new ones on the front. John the GM at Curry didn't agree with the dent and after a few emails back and forth, blew me off on replacing the rear tires. In addition, I lifted up the bench seat console and there was grease on the seat. So, 23 thousand for the truck....$370.00 for 2 matching rear tires, estimate on dent repair $430.00.Bank lean release did not match title, additional $97.00 in Fedex charges as motor vehicle sent them all back and the grease is not coming out of cloth seat. 48 hours after receiving this vehicle I left for Florida and presently still there. Sorry however not pleased with this buying event at all.

I bought an amazing used car from Curry. The car was a 2011 used Cadillac with only 5,000 miles at what seemed a too good to be true price on-line. I drove from Long Island on a Sunday, to see car and no gimicks, no bait and switch just a mint one owner car at an amazing price. I agreed to buy car and since I could not drive it home that day I was told to take train from work the next day. Curry would pick me up. Well they did a 109 checkpoint inspection of car, detailed it, registered it, took care of insurance and when I picked it up Monday after work it was perfect. No pressure to buy warranties, no pressure at all. The next day Curry called me up at work to check in with me to make sure I absolutely loved the car and if there was anything they could do. Amazing Amazing service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been there for both sales and service and both times was the worst. I went there to buy a car and i walked in the showroom and no one approached me which is no big deal but then i asked someone to help me and he said sure 1 min...10 minutes later nothing so i left. I bought a chevy elsewhere and brought it to get serviced at this dealership and once again such a horrible time. My truck had a recall so i brought it in on a thursday so they would have friday then saturday so i would get it next week. I had a family trip the next week so when i didnt get it the first tuesday i called they said wednesday they would call. So i waited called thursday they said friday a week and one day later didnt call just went in to get it and it wasnt even worked on. I had to put my trip off and got it two weeks after i brought it in. One word to describe this dealership: HORRIBLE.

Though initially shocked by the scope of work to be done to my vehicle (it needed a new engine due to an oil leak), the representatives from Curry addressed my issues and have managed to procure a temporary vehicle.Communication between the service department and myself regarding the status of the repair could have been better. That issue has since been remedied.Derrick and his manager were very courteous and professional in helping me during this stressful ordeal.

Today I went to go check out some camaro's and corvette's with my fiance We walked in, no one asked if we needed help and we were looking at cars very interested in them...we then went outside to look at camaro's outside since no one was helping us inside...we then went back inside because we wanted price quotes and just overall info on some cars...we asked if the camaro iwas open to take a peek inside and guy kind of just shrugged us off...FINALLYY after about 10 mins we got the attention of one sales rep who asked if we needed help,,he then proceeded to help us, had pretty good info and was helpful...then he asked us to stay to meet his manager who always meets any and all potential clients. manager walked over to sales rep desk, quickly sat down as if on a thrown, and proceeded to belittle us (young couple) and give us "advice" on getting a price quote from insurance company first, and basically trying to persuade us NOT to get the camaro, maybe he thought we didn't have the money..Felt like saying its not like that car is 70,000 its a 30-35,000 car..geeez... and they have a corvette on display inside which says in big letters "do not touch!" ummm..okayy...mayb if it was a 150k+ then okay i could understand, I've been to many other dealers who have cars worth much more than the corvette they had on display and i was allowed to sit in them, and play around with all the gadgets....not to mention the dirtiness of the place...dusty, dirty dirty air vents on ceilings yuckk!!, floor is dusty, window sills are full of bugs, chairs are dirty and rickety...no ac..felt muggy in there...i just wanted to get out!...

Our experience at Curry Chevrolet and the way we were professionally treated were way beyond our expectations for a car dealership. My wife and I received a solicitation in the mail offering special financing and the purchase of a vehicle. I have gotten so many of these letters in the past that I was reluctant to even entertain this one, especially after I spoke to a friend of mine and he told me of the horror story of another dealership that he had visited with the same type of offer. I decided to call anyway. Well ! From the way the call went right from the start I decided to make an appointment. Very professional. The whole rest of their process was a real pleasure and I even got the car I wanted which I never expected because of my low credit rating. Ms Soto, Mr Cohen, and a third person, Erica were so informative (I was helped by their team of 3) and went so far beyond what I had expected that I must commend them in writing for all to see. This is a very professional car dealership and the management and owners are obviously reflected here in a very positive light. I recommend this dealership with five stars.

I have been looking to buy a new Tahoe for a while and been to 3 other dealers pricing and seeing what I can get on my trade in Vehicle I went to Curry last (which I regret I should have gone there from the start.) When I arrived I received a warm welcome upon entering the dealership by Laura Sodano who introduced me to Kyle to help me with my purchase of a new Tahoe that I was interested in. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles the vehicle had and how they worked. Laura who was the sales manager gave me an excelent price on the new vehicle and a more than fair price for my trade in.(they beat every dealer I went to on both New and Trade in price) When all was said and done I purchased the new vehicle and picked it up the following day. From start to finish it was a pleasure to do business with Curry and would Highly recommend them. Thanks Kyle and Laura I am enjoying my new Tahoe.

I went into Curry Chevrolet in Scarsdale because I live locally in Edgemont. I am very familiar with the dealership since I have lived in the area for 55 years and went to school with Nancy Curry. BIG MISTAKE...... They are overpriced, nasty, and full of themselves especially the sales managers ( they sit above the salesman) on sort of a throne. I believe there were 2 or 3 managers 2 males and 1 female.I visited the dealer twice and by my second visit I knew exactly what I wanted. After being there for at least an hour I decided on the 2011 Equinox LT with the driver convenience package. I was quoted 26,695 as invoice price. I told the salesman to do better. He came back to me with 26,395. We both went over to manager ( by this time I had to leave so I tried to speed up the process) I told the manager 26,000 even and he would not budge. I felt bad for the salesman because they let me walk out for 395.00. He did even want to split the difference. Long story short.... Went to Beck chevrolet on central in Yonkers.... bought the 2011 Equinox Lt with the convenience package, SUNROOF, all weather protection package for 26,395!!!!!!! So take that Curry... You are a bunch of thieves...

Worst dealer and service ever. Do not buy from or get service done there. They are rude and take weeks to do anything. AWEFUL!!!! BAD !!! Nasty!!!in four years my vehicle needed a transmission, two front differentials, and 3 wheel bearings. They didnt care and just treated me like this was normal. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

My X called ME from Curry Chevrolet,after hours waiting,I called back to find out what's up,Finance Rep.Greg Cohenat(914)725-3506 was sarcastic, unhelpful & when I pushed redial by mistake & hung up w/o a ring(I thought)& a Female & the GM CALLED ME BACK yelling at me contemptuously! My X even told me the reason he was going there now was to make sure I was comfortable to take me on a trip. If it wasn't for me he would'nt have been there. Or at least he said he wouldn't have gotten a truck for at least another 2 months. So they really should have been respectful as I was to them of course.
