As a college student 600 miles away from home in my very first accident, I had no idea what I was doing with repairs or insurance. My insurance company referred me to this dealership and I could not be happier with the service at Curry. I came in concussed & crying and left (leaving my totaled car behind) feeling much better about the entire process. Jermaine, who works for Progressive, was a huge bright spot in the whole experience. He understood my position and explained the whole process to me so I wouldn't get lost in the jungle of insurance. If you've been rear ended on the highway or otherwise require service to your vehicle (ESPECIALLY if you have Progressive insurance), I absolutely recommend this friendly auto center.

I usually get my oil changed there and in doing so, I observed how the service center as well as salesman treat their customers and it's always been great! I was lucky to find a type of vehicle I wanted on the lot and made arrangements for a test drive that ended in me purchasing the vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I've had so far and would recommend them to anyone!

The only complaint I have about my recent service visit is that the tech left grime on the arm rest and the center console that must have come off his arms. Pet peeve of mine - because this is so easy to clean up before the customer picks up his/her car.

On that preceding Saturday I called Curry service dept to see about what to do when my car wouldn't start. The service writer I believe it was Joe absolutely did not have his self together. I had to repeat myself repeatedly and he would ask me the same questions over and over. To make a very long story short the worse of it was he told me he would call AAA and have my car towed. He said he would call them for me and he would call me right back after 30 min. wait I called Curry back and Rick answered and he obviously knpws what he[s doing and he told me that they do not call AAA that Joe had called Sturges wrecker service and they would charge me. Rick then cancelled Sturges and I called AAA 2 hours later AAA shows up and jumps my battery. I wasted my entire afternoon waiting for a jump. After my family found out what was wrong with my car we took it to Curry to be repaired. My concern as a person not car savy whenever you go to pick up your repaired car the service folks do not want to talk to you or go over what they found and did to your car they just send you to the pay window with no explanation of what you were charged for. I believe this is not the way to do business because once I was overcharged for a tire rotation that I did not receive and Scott caught it when I brought my car back for further repair and he caught the overcharge. Curry employees need to go over every charge with the customer when they come in to pick up there car before paying for the service.

Dead battery. Only a banana and a small homemade cookie for breakfast. Got there and handed over the keys. Asked and their driver went to McDonald's and got me an egg McMuffin and an orange juice. I reimbursed him. He would not accept a tip. I've already posted this on my Facebook page. I call that excellent SERVICE!

Customer waiting area is just awful. I also own a BMW. The customer area at the BMW dealership is dramatically superior. I know that Curry also services Chevy owners, but as a Cadillac owner for over 15 years from Curry, I really expect more than an crowed area with a TV blaring, a tiny uncomfortable desk to use with my laptop, and absolutely no refreshments. Come on guys, I really like Curry, but your customer waiting area reflects an interest in owners of cheap Chevys, not high end Cadillacs.

Long wait times can be troubling and thats why I rated the way I did. Also waiting until I was ready to drive my new truck away and then offering me an extended warranty was also troubling, that it had not be factored into the pricing on the truck, as my other vehicles had been.My salesman John Beatty was very professional and knowledgeable.

While I was waiting, Brandon Edwards was kind enough to check out a problem I was having with the navigation system on my phone that I thought might be connected to the WiFi in my car. Stopped in at the service department on a Friday around noon. Told the guys we were hearing a noise and feeling something breaking loose in the rear end. They sent a mechanic out with us to drive the car to see what the problem was. The car made the thumping sound and breaking loose feeling while the mechanic was driving the car. He recommended that we get the car fixed before we left on our western trip on the next Monday. Scott took our keys right then and gave us a courtesy vehicle to drive. They called Monday afternoon and had found the problem and corrected it. I wasn't crazy about the idea that a new Cadillac that I had Purchased less than a month before needed to go into the shop, But as usual the guys in the service dept. at Curry made the situation as good as it could be! I appreciate the response we get every time we have a problem with one of our vehicles. Great job service dept.!

I lost my passenger side wiper blade (I had both wipers replaced late last year because of wear) I dropped by to see if I could get a replacement. The staff worked me in and took care of the issue with in 30 or so minutes. I was very surprised and quite pleased.

We had warranty work scheduled on the transfer case due to a leak detected during our regular oil change. On the scheduled repair date after the truck was disassembled, we were told the replacement gaskets needed were not in stock, so the Silverado was needed an extra day. The guys did quality work, and we appreciated it.

I was to take an out of town small trip. Just before I left town light came on telling me my left front tire was low. 4 women about to leave town no way. Called Bart he said come right in and between Bart and Rick J I was taken care of. They were very busy but made time for me a good customer. My sales rep Tom talked to me checked on things so I might get away to leaving town as I needed to go. Next thing Scott gets me in s courtesy car to go get my lady riders to get them to the show room to save me time. Above and beyond all of them. I went to get my lady riders and by the time I came back Bart bless his heart pulled my car up and we jumped in. Off to the the show in Indy made 10 till. Moral is "what is customer service". Well these 4 guys know and how blessed I am to have them to take care of me and my family. How blessed even more so that Mr. Curry hires the best and respects his staff. It shows. Personally my family loves Curry and all it stands for. Thank you again.

One minor thing that I asked about when I dropped off the car was not taken care of. Because the car is new to me, I talked with the salesman (Tyler) when I picked up the car about how some things on the car worked (e.g., the latch under the hood) and he was very helpful. He also assured me that the minor issue would be taken care of the next time I bring the car in.

I called with a problem with throttle body and the shop on the east side could not get us in for a few days and directed us to the Hwy 46 shop whose service was excellent! Talked with Rick at east side then who had communicated with GM specialist and was able to get our car repaired at a discount since it was out of warranty. We were very appreciative.

I live 100 miles away from Curry, but I saw a car there that I wanted to get a closer look at. Having family in Bloomington I thought I'd pay them a visit. While I was there I ask my cousin about Curry and he told me that they were one of the most reputable dealers in town, so I went over and took a look at the car I was interested in. They gave me a quote on it and I went home. Later I sent an e-mail with my offer and they made a counter offer close to mine and the next day I was driving a 2006 Equinox home. Love the car and the people at Curry were very respectful and courteous. I will even go back if I buy again.

I have been test driving trucks at Royal Toyota and Bloomington Ford. All that was needed was a copy of my license. However at curry they wanted a insurance card also and would not let me use the phone to call my insurance company. I will probably drive out of town to get my new GMC or Chevy.

Took my car there for a repair. They gave me a quote of over $1700. I took it to Royal on the Eastside and got it fixed for less than $100. I would definitely get a second opinion before agreeing to having ANY work done there.

the people at curry went out of there way to make sure i was happy. i was so surprised at the non- confortational way they do buisness i will recommend everybody i know. jeff and paul went above and beyond to make sure there was no waiting and it was as quick as possible to get in and out of the dealership as quick as possible.

Our salesman was very professional, no hard selling techniques. I am a very busy individual,and explained this to him right away. While I was out test driving the car, he had my car appraised and a second car ready for me to drive when I got back from the first drive. I then had to leave for an appt and explained that I would be back to work on a deal. He had paperwork all ready for me upon my return. I was very pleased with my trade in value and was ready for a deal. Paperwork only took about 30 mins and I was ready to go in my new car. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. I have bought several new vehicles(luxury) and this expereince was even better than a luxury brand.

The sales person that showed us cars was very informative. When we made our decision to buy, the process was very up front with no hidden costs. We were not pressured to purchase any extras by the finance office. We didn't quite get the trade-in value we thought we would, but we were not far off in our estimated trade-in value. Overall, we had a good experience at Curry and would definately buy another car there.

I live in Indianapolis and had been searching for a new Equinox. I found 2 in Indy but both dealers tried to steal my trade. Andy Mohr was the worst. I found an Equinox at Curry that was what I wanted and they gave me crazy money for my trade. I still feel guilty about how much more they gave me than the other 2 dealers. Everything was easy and the finance rate was less than when I called my bank direct.It was worth the drive.
