I ws lied to about what i was getting. When I asked for clarification about the acronyms they lied and said that the acronyms meant what was discussed, that it was just their nomenclature. It wasn't until later I discovered that this was untrue and the vehicle wasn't what I was told it was. Was offered a tank of gas and trailer hitch if i gave good reviews. I declined. They leaned on their veteran status to give themselves credibility. They prey on soldiers. I tried to leave on several occasions during the pitch, but couldn't because they "lost" my keys. Meanwhile they keep pressuring me to buy a vehicle. I caved and bought. Avoid if you are a good person. Refer people you don't like because they will milk them for what they can.
Daughters 1st car
We searched crownauto.com for a used car for our daughter. Once we found the car we wanted we contacted Tara Montague at Crown Ford in Fayetteville. She worked speedily to have the car transferred to the Crown Ford dealership. She was polite and courteous and made our buying experience of our daughters first car very pleasant.
Stopped in to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter, had a strict budget to follow. Tara Montague did an awesome job finding the right car for our budget, she made sure everything was taken care of! We were literally in and out with a new(used) car within 2 hours or so! The car is great, with low miles and is perfect for my daughter at college. Would definitely recommend and will be back again for another purchase in the future!

One fine Sunday
Stopped in on Sunday, July 9th 2016. This was to avoid any sales pressure and to simply look around. Turned out, it was the first Sunday being open for the summer (lol). We simply drove through and told our salesman, Jonathan, we would return after lunch. His co-workers told him he would never see us again, as it was his first day on the job... And of course they had all heard that line before. We did return and were pleased to find Jonathan was a really great guy. We purchased a 2017 Escape and were and still are extremely pleased. Highly recommend Jonathan to everyone looking for a fair deal with no pressure. He is a Veteran and a very pleasant person to work with. I've purchased two F150s from Crown Ford over the last 2 years, and they continue to deliver quality service. They got me into a vehicle, and at a rate that didn't break the bank. I'll be back to buy another F150 in a few years. I've owned 5 different cars in the last five years and this is the first dealership I've purchased two vehicles from over that period. Internet experience/ worse ever!!!
Twice I've looked online for vehicles at this dealership( just in the last week) First, after 2 hours Ms Rodriguez responded with an e-mail, some pricing and finalized her e-mail with a "Mario Blackwell" signature. I was very confused. Anyway... Today I'm back on the website and sent my information this morning around 9 am , trying to find some specific trucks. It is almost 2pm and have not received an answer from this dealership. We've purchased there before and had a great experience. This time , not so much.
New Car Buyer
Because of good service and hospitality and detailed description of car performance or car's ability to perform. He told us each detailed description of their cars and how they work. He was friendly and neighborly. Was very accommodating. He stood with us and helped us all the way before they were getting ready to close.
Sales managers are the worst
Robert Jackson is a liar, dont deal with or trust him. They will tell you anything then dont care after the papers signed. You cannot get a hold of anyone via telephone and they just give false info if you do talk to someone.
Terrible business practices
First I applied for pre-approved financing online for a specific car, got a call by a sales agent ( Alex ), discussed the car and was supposed to get a call back. Fast forward to a day later of me having to call them back and being told I was approved and when was the soonest I could make it up there. I live an hour away so I told them I'd head up there as soon as I got off the phone and to talk to a guy ( Nathan ). As soon as I get up there, I'm told that the car has been sold and was I interested in another car. Consider the other reviews this looks to be a regular business practice to lie to customers just to get them to come into the store not even caring about the burden it puts on the customer. I'd recommend people staying far away from this dealer. If they'll lie about things like that, I'd hate to see what all else they're doing to customers.
Horrible Customer Service.
Found the vehicle I wanted, but getting any type customer service has been very difficult. Response back oh the phone was very seldom, getting any information was very difficult. It was like after I bought the vehicle, nobody wanted to talk to me anymore when I had issues that needed taken care of.
A total disappointment
When in to buy a new truck, asked for all the bells and whistled ..one thing i needed more than anything navigation, they showed me what i wanted and was assured me about all the special treatment and deals i would get if i bought the truck and gap insurance and extra items, then after I bought it found out it was all a lie..on top of that was told I could buy navigation for an additional 2,000.00...even though on the msrp you only charge 700.00 to add it as a feature?? I understand salesmanship, but being shady and a liar is unethical. .Reporting the company to the BBB . Also contacted Ford corporate office. On top of all that, my BRAND new truck is in the shop and customer service and whole experience was horrific....had to go to another ford dealership and found out how much more Fayetteville lied about just for a sale...will make sure I have the company put on the do not use / deal with/ or go to list for all the poor new military families so they don't get screwed. Jeremy should have made sure to tell me the truth and help me instead of pedaling his other business..he was a complete xxx and very shady..
Told them to call when a truck was ready that i wanted, drove 40 minutes to be told by the same sales man i had spoke to that he sold the truck already, had spoke to a woman on the phone and she also said it was on the lot and was the one that set up our appointment time, bunch of liers
Horrible customer Service from management
For anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in the Fayetteville area I strongly don't recommend crown ford. Takes a lot of hassle, time, and pretty much a arm and a leg to get them to commit to anything they promise you. Customer satisfaction seems to be toward the bottom of there priority list. Never willI purchase anything from them again, glad to be done dealing with that dealership. Took over a month to get them to tint my windows they promised me for accepting the color I got instead of the color wanted, told me to drive my car till my tags came in(after the 30 day expired) and told me they wouldn't be responsible if I did get a ticket, promised me 3 free tanks of gas(which I never got) and also offered to pay my first payment and then tried to get out of it they wanted to ignore me and avoid me till I got corporate involved, even after I got them involved they still didn't make the payment in time, my payment was due the 2nd my payment statement didn't come in the mail till a week or so after, had a friend take it to them a COUPLE Saturday's ago and they finally paid it today after calling and going up there and raising xxxx serval times. If you want to deal with seemingly never ending xxxxxxxx go to crown ford. Also if you do go here don't deal with Kevin Johnson, the guys a xxxxxxx and try's to be intimidating sometimes I don't know how he got the position he's in at this dealership.
Selling broke vehicle
I just recently bought(not even a month ago) a vehicle from Crown Ford and it is already having problem. Not only that, Mr. Trent Taylor and the financial guy we dealt with lied to us about the vehicle still having a warranty. Manager was rude when we tried to explain the situation. Seriously bad customer service from management
This place has the absolute worst customer service when they have an unhappy customer. Management, including Pete Macy, Jack Pait, and Steve (his last name escapes me, but he's a finance manager) all are either "with a customer" or "not available at the moment". Long story short, I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from them, at the time of sale, Steve (finance manager) forced me to buy dealer add ons including lo jack, service plan, maintenance plan, and a first place finish detailing contract,,, if I didn't buy these things with the car, my interest rate would be higher. Fast forward to April 2016, I foolishly went back to them to buy our new mustang. Mark (sales manager) informed me that he was unable to give me the rebate Ford was offering on the mustang, nor give me the "x plan" (a discount i'm entitled to because of my employer) because he had to pay 2800.00 to a bank to get them to finance me. I finally realized they were screwing me and walked away from the sale. Bottom line is this,,, these people care nothing about their customers,,, all they care about is how many cars they can sell in any given month!!!
Went to this Dealership to purchase a vehicle with my wife. The sales process went well picked out a vehicle happy about the product. The Financing end is where I had the problem. After signing paperwork three times. Each time the payment and rate went up. They finally closed the deal on a 40K truck that was a 2015 last years model. I ended up paying the sticker price for. My wife did not get the service plan they promised and my rate is 11%. I called Adam the finance so called manager. He has yet to return my call or send me a copy of the paperwork used to close the deal or clarify where the service plan went. He never mentioned the term of the loan at any time. Just sign here, sign here. Thank God for my local credit union. They cut that rate in half and reduced my monthly payment.
Too Little Information
I bought a new Explorer from Crown Ford and noticed that the sun roof wasn't sitting flush on one side so I took the vehicle back to have it repaired. That was on a Monday, the next day I was called to go pick it up because it would be Monday the next week before they could get to it. When I got there the salesman was nice enough to leave me in the loaner stating that I was spending too much money to risk my new vehicle getting rained in but that I would need to get another plate for the loaner that Monday. Well, Monday came and I was then told that the loaner policy had changed and that the Service department would give me a loaner and was escorted across the street where I waited for about 45 minutes before asking how much longer before I could see Steve Rickett only to be informed that he didn't know that I was waiting to see him. Steve was pleasant and informed me that my car was at the body shop so that they could work it in and that it would probably be Tuesday or Wednesday before it would be ready and that he would keep me informed. Tuesday evening I got a message that it would probably be Thursday or Friday before my vehicle would be ready so after not hearing anything Thursday, I call Friday only to be told that it would be the following Tuesday or Wednesday before I could pick up my vehicle. Steve told me that they had been working on it since Monday and that it was just taking awhile and that they didn't know if they would have to replace the whole top. Out of frustration I called my salesman (Antonio) and was told that they had to order a part and was waiting for it to come in which is why it was taking so long. If that is indeed what the problem is, why couldn't Steve have just said that instead of steady pushing it off further and further in the future, all I wanted to know was why it was taking so long. At this point, I'm hoping to be able to get future services transferred to a Ford service center in Lumberton or Rockingham.

Worst experience ever
I came to crown and not happy that I was lied to and drove all the way from va only to find out that my deal was not solid like I was lied to and told it was. I really hope that your dealership is not in practice of lying to people...that is not integrity and I will be posting review on your website and filing a formal complaint....thanks for nothing.
Super friendly and helpful
I came to this dealership just to look around and see what was my best option for a first car. Henry mims was the salesman that helped me and was super honest and friendly. He helped me find a realiable car that fits my budget for a first time buyer. I wasn't even planning on buying a car at the end of the day but I got a good deal and a friendly service thanks to the ford team! Highly recommended.

Never Purchase a Ford Again!
I took my XLT Ford F150 to have a window repaired and the rear door would not open. The first tech called and said the door would be $874 and the window $200 something with a total of over $1000. Got the next call saying that they could do nothing for the rear door and could fix the window issue. My issue is.... This is a FORD dealership who makes these vehicles so who suppose to fix it. You could do nothing, IT is my husbands truck and I took it home and found a small tool kit and took out 2 of the 4 screws holding the door ( A Women)....But the dealership charged us over $130 for a diagnostic fee for nothing and nobody could explain why because the tech did NOT open anything. I have a 2005 GMC and never had as many cosmetic issues that I have had with a FORD.

I just got my 2014 ram 1500 from crown ford and was very pleased with the whole process. Jasmine Holmes was so helpful and answered every question I had in full detail. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal and very helpful staff. I am scheduled for a oil change/maintenance appointment Friday. I will update Friday afternoon and tell you how it goes!

What a joke this dealer is! UPDATE...below
I purchased an 08 f250 with 59k miles, used. I scheduled to pick it up on Friday, it sat the whole week and wasnt ready to go on our agreed time. Then, after driving it for less than two weeks, a trouble light came on. I was told it had 100k warranty during purchase. I took it back today only to be told I had to pay 600 bucks for a new sensor...they would not cover it! Wow....losing a customer over 600?? Trust me. Dont buy from these cheap people. Go to Raleigh!!! A dealer in Raleigh even agreed they should cover it as it hasnt been 30 days!!!! Do not buy from these people at all. Find another dealership. They want you to buy....and will leave you hanging!!!UPDATE: So, I left messages with 1. My sales person 2. The used car manager 3. Received message from GM, i left a message for him. GUESS WHO RETURNED MY CALL? NOBODY!!! NOT A SINGLE CALL BACK FROM ANYONE. This is just a prime example of the customer service you will receive. This has to be the most disappointing dealership I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, drive to Raleigh and dont waste your time with this dealer! Deal with a dealership that understands business....especially when making such a large purchase!

I recently bought another vehicle from crown ford. I love both of my vehicles. The staff was very helpful from my salesman John to the managers Mark and Robert. And the finance guy Dan was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the warranties and broke all of the options down and at no time did any body pressure me in any way. I just bought a new fusion from Crown Ford. I just want to say the crew there is just fantastic. Everyone treated me so well from my salesman all the way up to the GM. Great Customer Service
Purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey we saw online. Salesman and financing did everything they could to make a deal. The only area I believe needs improvement is the auto detail. After our vehicle came out of detail it was still dirty.
Repair of McQ Inc Expedition Vevicle
The company Expedition stopped operating and we had it towed to Crown Ford. The vehicle had a dirty Mass Flow sensor that prevented the normal engine operation. The Service Manager recommended a 100,000 mile servicing in addition to the repair. Everything was done and we got a call that the vehicle was good to pick up. It was a good experience.
The employees at Crown Ford's Quick Lane are always professional, polite and helpful. I purchased my used vehicle from Crown in 2013 and have used Quick Lane for all maintenance and purchases (tires, etc.). I am very pleased with the service I receive.

I like Crown Ford so much that I take my truck to them and didn't even buy it at that Ford dealership but at another local one. They take care of my truck and what needs to be done. Lots Courtesy towards customers. Steve was very helpful and took care of my truck. the shuttle staff they have are very friendly as well.

When your in the business of getting a new vehicle sometimes car sales staff can make you feel like your being pressured into buying. In doing so it can leave you feeling used and rushed into making a rushed decision. Here they did not make me feel that way. From customer service to discussing my needs and wants, the dealership was there as a partner and not a salesmen. This made my car buying experience way better then ones in the past and that goes a long way in my book.

I would never recommend this dealership service department to anyone. I had a problem with my Brand New 2015 F 150 XLT that I purchased from Crown Ford of Fayetteville NC. They smile at you and shake hands and take your "MONEY" Soldiers be aware of the dishonest people that call themselves managers. They will take you for a joke and will not resolve any issues that you are having with your vehicle in a professional manner. One of the customer service associates who answers the phone Mr. Bobby does not know how to talk to people with respect at all. He is very rude and arrogant and will try and make you feel as if you need him. Listen People, you have the right to take your cars and trucks to other dealerships who are more organized and professional and can get the Job done the right way the first time. I went in for a issue of an alternator according to the expensive diagnosis that they run and will not service your vehicle until you agree to pay ($130) dollars off top by the way. If you are having warranty issues be warned that you can expect to pay for those issues you think are covered by Ford out of pocket, and you will find out the hard way that it is almost 95% your problem. Mr. Bobby will get firm with you on the phone and demand that you get your insurance company to cover the "DAMAGE" as they put it."we do this all the time" What a shame. My vehicle was "diagnosed as having an alternator issue and it cost me $859.72 that's right!!!!! for a freaking alternator. Mr. Bobby will then make you feel as if you made the biggest mistake in your life for buying a product that he sales by telling you that Ford done a horrible job in the engineering department because part placement. I paid the cost of 859.72 and got the truck back. 14days and 2hrs later the truck dies in the middle of Yadkin Rd at Lunch hour 28 Sept 2015. I call back to Crown Ford Service department and they say "call roadside" Make a Long story short I had to physically go up to Crown Ford to Speak to the Service Manager who's proud of the fact the he's retired 15yrs from the (Airforce) I guess that's suppose to make me feel liike were're the same in some fashion because I am a Soldier on Fort Bragg!!! It doesn't. They called me back today to tell me that the truck is in worst shape than previously diagnosed. He's telling me to call me insurance company to cover the damage and ask them for the refund of 859.00 that's already been paid. First of all why didn't the truck get a thorough diagnosis in the fist place after all it did cost $130 right? The service manager said we wouldn't do a diagnosis for a no start issue. Now Im shaking my head in disbelief that he cannot take responsibility in making me wait almost two weeks and for a mis diagnosis of the truck. They say they treat you like family yeah the ones no one likes. Please if you're reading this take heed to what I'm telling you. Don't matter what your profession is they don't care about you! This was a horrible experience and I will never go back to Crown Ford Of Fayetteville NC they don't know what it means to have a standard of excellence in the service department.

great sales team
the sales team was great. They did everything they could to make sure I got what I was looking for. Their after the sale help wad great too. I had lo jack put in my truck and the mechanic who installed the devise broke my third row seat and tried to hide it. The drivers seat upholstery was broken also. I informed the sales team. They bent over backwards to fix this problem and make it right. My third row seat got fixed but the drivers seat didn't. The mechanic who was assigned to my truck did not do the job properly. He just stuck the broke piece in and returned my truck. I am not happy with the service department. They seem to cut corners and only do the job right when their feet are held to the fire. I have an extended service warranty but I don't know if I want Crown's service department working on my truck. They broke more than the fixed on my truck. I don't trust them to do the work right or to standard.

I had recalls on my 2013 Ford Fusion, so I took it to Crown Ford. They set up the rental service,which was very fast and I was out the door until my car was finish. The service member (Bobby) provided updates on my vehicle almost everyday while waiting on part for my car. Great customer service. They will take of you and your car.
I went to Crown and drove off the lot within 3 hours in a brand new car. After having the a week I received a phone saying my credit wasn't good enough for the. I was told to find a co-signer or return the car. I agreed to return it because not having a co-signer was the deal breaker. I returned the car and received only a partial refund. It has now been 2 weeks and I have received the other half. I was told when I returned the car that the other amount would be sent in the form of a check. I have called the Sales Manager and been told that he has been busy but will call me back. Another week has passed and still nothing. It is not a large amount of money but it's mine. I should not get the run around when I returned the car as asked.

Military- Do not purchase your car here!
My husband and I worked out a deal on a truck for our son who is presently deployed and returning in the next few weeks. This was a truck that he found online while in Iraq and was very eager to purchase. We made the deal with the salesperson on Saturday (8/22/15) - had an agreed upon price (and proof of this). The financing was approved through USAA and we were putting $10,000 down; we were told by Mario that he overnight us paperwork. I was driving to N.C. from New Jersey on Thursday to pick it up. The salesperson told us that he removed the truck keys from the lot so that it would not be sold. Monday morning, my husband emailed my POA to the salesperson as requested. He replied with a text message saying sorry the truck was sold on Saturday after we had a deal to purchase it. Yes, a text message not even a phone call. We were told by a sales manager, Okie that the salesperson was "reprimanded for his role in double-dealing" and that they would make it right and find a truck similar for our son. Extremely leery of working with this dealership, we decided to see what the manager could come up with because we hated to have to tell our son when he steps off the plane from Iraq that he doesn't own the truck that we told him was set to go.The sales manager has not made any real attempt to "make it up to us". As of yesterday at 4, I asked him to price a specific truck and he responded that he'd get to it "first thing this morning" - it's now noon and we have heard nothing. They understand that we had a quick timeline as we needed to pick up a truck today.Anyone who has a loved one deployed (especially a twenty something year old son) understands that finding your dream truck and thinking the purchase is set to then have a dishonest salesperson double deal is heartbreaking. Management has not taken care of the situation and it is apparent that our business is not wanted.I am one of the administrators of a military mom Facebook page with over 5,000 members and plan on telling this story over and over again to military families, especially when I know their loved ones are headed to Ft. Bragg. I am sure when our son returns back to the states and finds out what has happened, he will be telling everyone he knows as well. Crown Ford Fayetteville has a tab on their website called, "Salute the Troops", don't believe it! If they cared about the troops, when this salesman was found to be double dealing they would have turned around and allowed us to purchase the truck as agreed upon. Shame on them for allowing this to happen. My husband and I have bought numerous vehicles - especially Fords- throughout the years; we presently own three. We have never received such horrible and unethical treatment. I wish we could rate them with zero stars. DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CROWN FORD FAYETTEVILLE!

He is a professional, and out standing sales men he didn't rush me, and he actually was there to help me look for the right truck. Jermaine also did all he can to get the best price for the truck and monthly payment. Jermaine isn't a typical sales men he is there for his customers and rather help his customers to get the best value for their purchase he keeps it real. I took my car in today to get an oil change. When I got there at 9am I told them I wanted an oil change and detail to clean out the inside. 3 hrs they said. I was OK with that. 3 hrs later I got my car. The oil was changed. The change oil light was STILL on and the inside of the car was not touched. When I asked about the detailing they said it would be another 3 to 4 hours. I reminded him I had already been there for 3 hires he said it'll be another 3 hours. There's a big sign there that says "We love our customers " I tend to think NOT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Finance manager uses high pressure sales tactics
Mr. Johnny Sapp repeated several times that he is not a sales person, yet he used high pressure sales tactics to push the Car Care Service Plan and extended warranty. Buyer Beware. I caved in and purchased the Car Care Service Plan. After a few days and researching the reviews on the net, I learned this company (Fidelity Warranty Services) is not reputable and has mostly bad reviews. So I decided to cancel the plan a few days after the purchase of the new vehicle. Of course, Mr. Sapp tried to talk me out of canceling the plan, but I was not going along with him this time. I signed the form to cancel and now I am waiting for my refund. And still waiting going on two months. I called the Fidelity Warranty Service customer service department and they told me my cancellation was already processed and was credited to Crown Ford on their June statement. The customer service representative told me to contact Crown Ford to find out where my refund is. I emailed Mr. Sapp over a week ago and he has ignored my request. I am not happy when folks owe me money and ignore me.

I would like to thank a great young person that helped me when I came into Crown Ford looking for a used truck. Her name is Megan Ryder. She greeted me with a smile and a warm greeting and did not appear to be pushy or trying to sell me something. All she wanted to do was to help me with what I was looking for. Because of this young lady, I did not buy a used truck, I purchased a new one ton truck from Crown Ford and I did not even see the vehicle. Her demeanor and trustfulness is what helped me to decide to purchase this truck without seeing it first. As before this gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty, I feel, to make sure that I received the best deal possible. I must state that this whole process started with A young man I believe is also part of the fiance team name Robert, I do believe. Please forgive me if I am wrong with that name. He was the one I spoke to first on this date and he explained the deal to me. Very clearly and professionally. Although I didn't believe him at the time! I received a payment bill in the mail for a 2015 Ford Focus but, I have not purchased a car. The car was purchased at Crown Ford by someone else but on my credit. I contacted Crown Ford and they accidentally clicked on my name because I was still in their database from 2008. Scary Right! This happened in Feb and just got resolved in April and I had to fix it myself with no help from them. So, if you want to protect your credit, do not give them any personal info or you will be at risk too! PROTECT YOUR CREDIT AND STAY AWAY FROM CROWN FORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Top Notch Service
My brother recommended Crown Ford when I decided to purchase a new car at the end of 2012. I got the 2013 Focus and loved it. However, I just traded up for the 2015 Focus Titanium. It's a fabulous ride and looks so elegant (metallic grey). Each time my buying experience was great. I was was asked if I had a particular vehicle in mind and taken to that area on the lot. I was allowed to browse at my leisure rather than the sales rep 'pushing' me towards a certain vehicle like at some dealerships when they want certain cars off their inventory. My questions were answered, selection made (test drive) and puchase process started. I will return here when it's time to buy another car. Also, the service department is great!
Kevin and JR were very helpful in helping me to purchase my ford focus hatchback. They were very courteous, friendly and even offered us pizza for lunch. The only disappointment I have is that they can't offer a loaner car to me. I need to bring my car in for some issues that are of concern. I live approx. 35-40 miles away and it's difficult to get someone to bring you back home.

Poor Customer Service
I went in to the dealership to look at the new Ford Mustang. I was greeted by a salesperson Mario. I had told him I wanted the whole sale of the vehicle not to exceed a 2 hour window which he did diligently. (Excellent job Mario, but I still haven't heard from him about the factory paint defects on my car and what ford plans on doing to fix it.) When I went to the finance office I found the payments to be much higher than agreed upon. Apparently a "special" service plan was tacked onto the bill worth several thousand dollars. After refusing the paperwork, the finance manager took the time to remove the bloated services from the agreement and we finalized the deal. A bit shady at the time of signing, but I'm not new to buying cars so I keep a eye open for hidden fees and services. The real issue is after I bought the car. I had a security camera system installed in the vehicle for insurance purposes. After the system was installed the airbag light came on. The air restraint system is very sensitive to touching or moving the wiring under the dash. Well my car has a bumper to bumper warranty so I made a appointment to have the code cleared. The appointment was on a Monday which I promptly showed up for. At this point, I was turned away by the service department due to a large amount of vehicles that had been "left" at the dealership before they opened that morning. Frustrated I left and made it the point to come later on a day that they would not have many vehicles so the work I needed completed would be in and out quickly. That day was today 4-20-15. I went into the service department for a second time explained the issue and was told I would be charged $100 dollars to clear the code on my car. I explained that the light should not have come on in the first place from having a camera system installed in the car and I was told its my fault so I will have to pay. This is the third time in three months I have had poor service from this dealership. The previous dealership I came from did everything in they're power to aid the customer. I will not be returning to Crown Ford. I will take my business elsewhere. I work In customer service, one on one with people everyday and my advice to the service department guy's that sit at the desks. We the customers pay your company, in turn your company pay's you. We are most important in your day. No matter what the situation. Especially something as simple as clearing a code that takes less than five minutes. A good rule of thumb: One good experience will tell one to three people, One bad experience will tell dozens of people.
Having had a real bad experience with another Dealership" I was apprehensive about buying another vehicle, Dwight Shoe and Cari Sanchez were very helpful and a delight to deal with. It's nice to know that there's still a Dealership out there that still believes in and practices great customer service!

Truck Buying made easy
Tony Perez and his salesman we're very knowledgable of the the inerts of the new F-150s as well as the comparison to top competitors. The buying experience was smooth hassle free. Once I found the truck I wanted no pressure was given on the haste of purchase. Furthermore the added features I wanted were put in writing and no hassle. Dan the fianance manager was a true professional. He asked if I wanted additional options of warranties and LoJack and throughly explained the benefits of additional protection. When I was finished Tony Perez personally placed the temp tag on my truck and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I went to Crown Ford on Sunday 22 March 15 expecting the dealership to be closed and I only wanted to look at the chevrolet Sierra I had seen on the internet and had talked to with Lydia.When I got there they were open so I went ahead and decided to talk to them about it. I met with Dwight Shoe and he put me with a young man by the name of ChrisHe was very nice and polite but evidently a trainee but that was ok. Looked at the vehicle and test drove it and we went back to the lot. Did some paperwork and Dwight came out with an offer which had a good price and I agreed to the deal, signed the paper and shook hands with him.Thought it was a done deal. I was going to get my own financing but then after talking with Dwight he said he would try to beat the APR and then I told him if he could I would finance with him. Did the credit application and then Nelson (used car finance ?} came out with another agreement for me to sign and price was several thousand dollars higher.. I told him no that wasn't the price I agreed to. He then went in search of the original paper that I had signed..acting at first like he didnt'know where it was. Finally came back with the original and said oh this was wrong your payoff wasn't on this one. If the paper had been right when it was first presented it to me I would have said no and left without wasting more of my time filling out more paperwork for the loan application. Upset, I decided I had wasted enough of my time, felt like I was treated as though I didn't know what was going on, think this is a way of getting someone to agree to something that wasn't on the original deal. When I make a deal I stand by it. I am self employed and have a times underestimated what a job would cost but was always honest and kept my part of the deal..I don't feel like the people at Crown Ford did this and didn't even try to meet me on it. On the way home Nelson called me and said he would be glad to give me 10,000 for my truck and I politely refused as before we started I had informed Dwight that I wanted 10 or more for my truck. When he brought the deal out I thought he had more than meet that..I really never looked at what he was giving me for my truck I had only looked at the bottom dollar amount..I have purchased 2 new trucks from Crown Ford and almost bought the 3rd however after this experience I don't think that will happen.
Saying Good Bye to Dumbo
"I could not ask for a better Team".Exchainging Dumbo had been on my mind for a while. Dumbo a F350 Tuxedo Black Lariat SuperCrew Dooley. Yes I am a girl and it was my truck. I let Pedro and Dwight know about my intentions. They called me up everytime they saw something that they thought I'd like. Well when I finally went on the lot I spent 3 different days sitting in every vehicle I thought I might like, Explorers Edge and F150.I have no idea how they put up with me. Test driving, or just wanting to get in and out of the vehicle orsitting inside with Pedro figuring out is the LADY could understand me. The computer lady that is.To make a long story short the one vehicle I liked I thought it might be to pricy for what I was looking for.Robert came in the picture. They all agreed they wanted for me to be happy leaving Dumbo behind.Well I m riding a beautiful Ruby Red 2015 F150, the Lady understands me perfectly. I can get in and out without any problems. I thought Id miss Dumbo the truth I really dont.Pedro, Dwight and Robert you are the greatest!!!! I am so so happy and Im getting many compliments.So Muchas Gracias!! The Crown Ford Service Department staff is extremely proficient and polite. I brought my truck in for service and it went into the shop at my scheduled appointment time and was returned to me within the time I was quoted. Great job all around, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
A pleasant experience.
I brought my vehicle in for the annual vehicle inspection at Crown Ford. They took my keys to the vehicle, showed me to the customer waiting area where there was coffee, magazines, and the morning news on TV. In approximately 25 minutes later, the vehicle inspector came to where I was setting drinking coffee and handed me my keys and the inspection paperwork. He then walked me to the cashier's cage where I paid for the inspection and left. All before my cup of coffee had started to cool. I thought that in itself was pretty cool. Thank You. I like this dealership. They have always treated me like a friend.

Great Shopping Experience
I was in the market for a new Focus, and since I had a good experience at Crown Ford nine years ago, I went back to them. I drove in and said, " I want a new Focus, only this one has to be blue." They took me to look at one on the lot, but it had features that I did not want. After determining what features I wanted in my new car, they put in a search for it, and found one that met my criteria. They let me keep the blue Focus that I didn't want as a loaner until my car came in. My car came in two days later, and I am now a very satisfied customer.

I had a bad experience with a competitor here in town and came in to just complain about it. Mark Linsangan listened to my complaints and said he could get me in a brand new car with a much better interest rate than I had gotten from the other place. Long story short.....he got me into a 2015 Fusion and was able to get me a 0% interest rate!!! I am still waiting for it to sink in. I just got my 1st brand new car!! My family loves it as much as me and as soon as the wife decides to trade her car in we will be going right back to purchase another Ford from Mark and the Crown Ford team.
I recently totaled my Mini Cooper so I started car shopping. Being a military member I went through USAA to shop. Crown gave me the best price around through the USAA service. They immediately called me and offered to set up a viewing time with no pressure. I came in found the car I wanted and they let me take it home overnight. The next day I came in to get the car and told them I already had a great financing rate through USAA. They asked if they could run my credit and they got me the best APR I've ever had by far. Phil the salesman was very nice, straightforward, and very honest which is important in my book. I didn't want any of the extra warranties or things like that and they honored my requests by not pushing them on me. Overall this is the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will gladly return to Crown in the future!

Kudos to Susie who did a great job. I enjoyed negotiating with Nelson and Dan got me through the paperwork. It was a little over two hours to see the vehicle, test drive it and purchase it. The process works and the people were very helpful and friendly. I did not rate Customer Service or Quality of Work as I did not experience any service or work requests.

Crown Ford Quick Lane experience
I utilized Crown Fords quick lane service on Sat 18 Oct 2014 for an oil change and as usual they were outstanding. The service tech advised I needed a brake fluid flush and I was skeptical at 23000 miles, however given the history of the vehicle he was correct. After the service I noted a significant improvement of the performance of my brakes. Great job and thanks for putting up with a cranky customer!Jim

Extended Warranty and Service Lane
My wife and I have been with Crown Ford for the past 12 years. We have bought our last 8 vehicles with them. We currently own a 14 Fusion SE and 13 Escape Titanium. Back in Aug 14, my wife and I took our vehicles in to have them serviced for the oil. While there, we decided to buy an extended warranty for my Escape as it had 30,000 miles on it. The finance rep took out check and provided us with a copy of the paperwork. The following month, September 14, I took my car in for its 35,000 mile service and oil change. I was greeted and told the wait was only 45 minutes. I waited in the lobby and later the service manager approached me with my vehicles Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter. Both we're in need of replacing. I asked the rep how is it possible that my Air Filter needed replacing so soon, since I had just had it replaced back in May of this same year at the dealership. The Air Filter had 2 pieces of long leaf pine straw on the interior of the Air Filter (I'm ASE certified mechanic as a reference point). The rep explained to me that there a lot of factors that could cause the Air Filter to needing replacement. I opted not to get the replacements done at this point. I drove to the nearest auto parts store and bought both filters. Upon returning home, I found several issues with the supposed repairs/services that the quick lane hand done. My Air Filter for the engine is in a protective housing of a lower and upper unit. The two units (housing) are held together by 4 bolts creating a seal around the filter to direct airflow over the exterior of the filter. The Filter itself was not mounted at the base, meaning debris could enter into the engine. Along with that, 2 of the 4 securing bolts we not mounted, leaving another separation in the housing allowing air to flow into the engine unrestricted/filtered. Also, of the 2 bolts that were actually in place, one was stripped out and the other cracked the lower housing mount (cosmetic). When I removed the filter and inspected it, it was wet and again had pine straw debris. Had this debris actually made it into the engine, I would have been in need of major repairs and not covered by warranty since mine was never processed. After returning home, my wife and I discovered we have not been charged for the extended warranty. We were balancing our check book when we realized the check we wrote for the extended warranty back in Aug 14 still had not been cashed (now over 5 weeks since we bought the policy). I called Crown Ford and inquired with the finance department. They told me I needed to call Fidelity Inc about warranty questions. I then called the Fidelity immediately, which their customer rep told me I was not even in their system. They stated that the dealership had now processed the application yet or they would have my information. My vehicle at that time had over 35,000 miles meaning my factory warranty has now been expired. I called Crown Ford back again and the receptionist transferred my call to the finance department to get this matter resolved. I was unable to talk with a Finance Rep and left a message for a return call (this was a Thursday, about 1130 to 1200 hrs). On the next day, Friday at 1300 I called the dealership again trying to get my warranty issue resolved which ended in me leaving another message on voice service for a return call. On the next day my wife and I called from separate numbers asking to speak with a rep in the finance department. Again, we both got voice mail. On Monday, my wife and I repeated the process till she was able to get through on that Wednesday, 5 days after we started. At this point we called out bank to put a block on the check (banks charge for this) and cancelled the contract for the extended warranty since they (Crown Ford) had no interest in calling back a loyal 10+ year customer. On the same day I wrote to Crown Automotive Group telling them this same information, in the hopes that the issues would be addressed (I'm not looking for handouts, but keeping a customer informed of services provided). Here is it a week later and no feedback from them. I can only assume communication with the customer is NOT A PRIORITY with the company from its leadership to lower level employees.My wife and I will still own Fords because they make a great product, but we'll no longer do any business with any portion of Crown Automotive Group. Lastly, i'll be sure to post this with the Better Business Bureau as well. Good luck should you decide to do business with this company's current management team.
After the sale....
Went to the Dealership to look at a 2006 ExpenditionEB that I saw on-line. Tha SUV was nice, and for the price, I was impressed. Russell was my salesperson, and he was very nice. We took the truck for a test drive. The cigarette lighter was missing, and I told Russell that I wanted that replaced, and he told me that was no problem. As we were coming to the end of the test drive, I noticed, that there was no gas in the vehicle. Russell said that he would make sure that the truck has a full tank of gas. Everything is good. So I purchased the vehicle that Saturday. I didn't take it with me because it had to be detailed. Was told that it would be delivered to me on Sunday, but that didn't happen, but no worries. So now we get to the problem. They brought the vehicle to my home because I was at work, and had no way to get it home. That was nice. So when I got home Monday I could not find the mats, but I did on. So Tuesday morning excited about driving my new SUV not. They brought my vehicle to my house with no gas. I mean the needle was behind E. I was like D-M. And no lighter. And sometime between Saturday and Monday, the Tire Pressure Monitor Fault code is blinking. So you would think that before they delivered the vehicle they would have reset the code. So I called Russell my salesperson about the issues with the vehicle, and he assured me that all would be taken care of. That didn't happen. So now it's Wednesday morning, nothing. I called the dealerships, and I spoke to Tony, the sales manager, and I explained to him about my dissatisfaction about my vehicle. And Tony told me that someone would come and pick my truck up from my house, and take care of my concerns, and told me that he would also give me another full tank of gas. So I took him at his word. No one came by to pickup my truck Wednesday. It's Thursday, no came by to pick up my truck. No phone call, no anything. So may read this and think this is no big deal, but it is. You buy a vehicle. You are told that things will be done to the vehicle when you buy it, You pay your money, and that's what you expect. But you get nothing but lies from everyone you speak to. But you got my money. Tony, and Russell told me that my issues were going to be fixed, and I'm going to hold you to it. But what I'm not going to do, is keep call everyday until it's done. Because it should have been done by now. Tony's word right now, means nothing, because him lied. So my next step is to speak to the GM. And if I don't get any satisfaction there, than I will take the next step. Crown Ford should really be ashamed and how they have treated, and lied to me about this matter. SHAME on you.

I bought my very first brand new hybrid from this dealership. I knew I wanted to get a hybrid but I wanted to do my research so I visited 3 dealerships around here. I ended up buying my car from Crown Ford because of the professionalism of the sales people who work there and because of the price they gave me. They went above and beyond to make sure I get all the features I wanted in my new car for the price I felt comfortable with. Terry Holland was the nicest person who had an answer to all of my questions which I had a lot of, by the way. He helped me out with everything I needed assistance with. I got a good deal on my new car. If u don't want to waste your time don't go to the other dealers go to these guys. I visited 2 other dealers and this place was the best by far in terms of professionalism and value for my money. I highly recommend this place.

It was a pretty decent experience
Crown Ford was easy enough to get along with, the buying process was simple. We just couldn't come to terms on the price of the vehicle so I wasn't able to get the truck I wanted. I only dinged the facilities because they used department is inside of a temporary trailer and we were all lumped together. Their main building is clearly under construction so in a couple of months I'm sure they will have great facilities.

First of all the staff was all polite and very patient with me. I was unsatisfied with the selections that were available to me and the fact that they could not find the vehicle i wanted but what was really great was how thestaff was willing to help put me into a car that i would be satisfied with and willing to do whatever it took to get me into that vehicle. Everything was great, from the check-in through paying the bill. I was kept informed on the progress of the service and ETA for completion. The bill was less than I expected.
I will never step foot or recommend anyone to go to Crown Ford. The general manager is a honest any politician who does not know the definition of transparency, or his people. By the way Ohio State is the Buckeyes not the Hokies. Kevin Johnson who tried helping us did a good job but like I said I will not recommend this dealership. They do not listen to what the customer says and to me that is not good customer service. Very dissatisfied and they have made my decision to not include them in my car buying experience.

Poor Customer Service by Gordon Zurbrick.........
I had been looking at Ford Mustangs online for several weeks and received almost weekly phone calls from Gordon Zurbrick to come in and see what they have. I told him the price I was looking for an that it didn't have to be new (slightly used was ok). He assured me several times they had a lot to choose from. I asked him specifically if I needed to make an appointment to come see him and he said "No, just ask for me specifically or other sales rep will try to sell to you". So I went in and asked for Gordon Zurbrick specifically. When he came out (after about 10-15 mins) he had no idea who I was and acted completely bothered to have to show me some cars. He quickly said he didn't have anything in my price range and pasted me off to a used car salesman on the lot. The second sales man was horrible as well. Acted completely irritated and bothered to have to show us some cars. He took us to a lot across the street and behind the shop to look at a car that he wasn't able to find. My daughter fell in the parking lot (behind the auto repair shop) and torn her knees up pretty well and he hardly blinked an eye. He did get her a Band-Aid and asked to appraise our current car. After he appraised it he parked it on the other side of the lot and gave us a very low ball offer for the car. This is by far the worst customer experience ever!!

My family recently suffered a financial crisis, when our recently new car was totaled in the last snow storm. As if the economy isn't already bad enough for everyone we were rebuilding our credit with the previous car. To purchase that one we had our jobs over 10 years ea. my wife and I at the same institution. We had a down payment of just over 2k from a death in my wife's family. After the total of the car in question we had a gap that we are still responsible for and are working out with that credit company but, after three other dealers wouldn't talk to me after a credit check at the other suposed "Good, Bad, or No, Credit--No, Problem Dealers" Then I made a simple queary on their web site and was invited to come by the dealership and before I knew it I had asked about a car that was 5k less than the last car I had been turned down for by a lumberton dealership. Pete at Crown Ford asked me to come in. Then I met Jerry and Ryan who were my sales team. I told them my story of woe that that despite the loss of our only car. We didn't have anything but our word to put down for a car and wouldn't you know it. We left with a bran new 2014 Focus SE. I can't thank you all Jerry, Ryan, Jack and Josh. you were all a real bunch of classy guys and I would most certainly reccomend you to my friends and family and trust that you would be as honest and sincere as you made me feel. Fast Routine Maintenance =)
Ford sent me an email reminder to keep my warranty valid by having the routine maintenance done at the dealership (oil change, lube, and tire rotation). I am a teacher and it was only feasible for me to go at the end of the day. Due to the extended hours of the service station (which I discovered by calling the dealer that sold me my car) I was able to bring my car in at 5 and get out in about 45 minutes. The best part was the comfy chairs in the seating area connected to the service station and the fact that the time was exactly what the service person estimated for me =)

Joe Johnson and his staff (Daniel and Rob) are consummate professionals. My 2012 F-150 had mechanical problems with the keyless entry and rear defrost. It took me several trips to the Service Department before the problem could be duplicated by their technicians. Joe Johnson ensured I was taken care of whether it was a ride to and from my job or a rental so that I was not without a vehicle. Joe Johnson took the time to personally evaluate my situation rather than delegate a subordinate to due so. I have never been treated better by any other head service manager or staff in all my years of having my vehicles serviced. Joe Johnson truly cares about his customers. I just wanted to say thanks to Gordon Zurbrick. Gordon helped me search for a truck that would fit my needs. After a week or so of searching I had to put my truck search on hold for about a month because my wife and I decided to buy a house. Once we were all situated in our new home I went to Crown Ford in Fayetteville and asked for Gordon. We spent several hours test driving both new and used trucks and after hearing my likes and dislikes about all of the trucks we drove Gordon knew exactly what I was looking for and took me to a truck that was exactly what I was looking for. Gordon was a very helpful and patient salesman and I greatly appreciate everything that he did in helping us find our new truck. I also want to say thanks to both Steve the finance guy for getting me a great rate and Ashley Munoz for assisting with getting my truck titled and registered in Ohio, which saved me the headache of dealing with the BMV. We purchased a Ford C-Max from Crown Ford of Fayetteville as a result of their response to our online inquiry. The dealership provided us a competitive price on the exact car we were looking for (over the phone). We traveled over 250 miles to purchase our car, and found the dealership friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to complete our purchase process in a very short period of time. The price we were quoted online, was exactly the price we discovered when arriving at the dealership -- and the car is great! As we drove to this Ford dealership, we passed many other Ford dealers -- none of them offering the same car or a car at the price we found in Fayetteville. We are glad we took the time to come to this dealer. It's been 13 years since we purchased a car -- I never thought the process could be as simple as this dealership made it be for us. Glad we came here!

Customer loyalty is not too high on their list of strengths. We were told by Gordon that he would hold an F-150 for my husband, who had designed the truck and had it delivered to Crown Ford. We were waiting on orders to find out if wen were staying in the United States or moving over seas. We were assured over and over again by Gordon that we would be able to buy the truck as soon as we got word on our orders. The day we found out we were staying in the states we contacted Gordon but he was off of work that day due to it being his birthday. Because we had worked with him so long we wanted to stay loyal and purchase it from him instead of another salesman. We decided to call him the next day and let him know that we were going out of town on post-deployment block leave to visit family and would be purchasing the vehicle on December 30. Gordon told us that wasn't a problem and he'd be ready for us when we returned.We called him on December 30 as we were heading back in to town and let him know we would be in the following day at 3PM to purchase the truck. Again, he said that it would be no problem and that he would see us the following day. The following day we receive a phone call at 10AM from Gordon letting us know that "for some reason" the truck had been sold. This was the vehicle that my husband had designed overseas while he was in Afghanistan, waited for, test drove and then TOLD the dealership we were going to purchase on December 30th.I spoke to a sales manager and there was not a bit of remorse or even an attempt to help remedy the situation. I was told that I should have put a deposit down on the vehicle- I was not actually told that I needed to put down a deposit on the truck by Gordon, our salesman. If I had known that was necessary I would have done that! We were repeatedly told that the truck was ours, the keys were in Gordon's control and that he would make sure no one touched the truck.We were beyond upset at the terrible loyalty and customer service. We instead called over to Lafayette Ford, in Fayetteville, and we were assisted by a salesman who looked in the Ford inventory in the state of North Carolina and surrounding areas. He found my husband's exact truck (different color) and is having it sent here to Fayetteville for him. We also got a better deal. I do not recommend Crown Ford.

Of all the dealerships I've been to, Crown Ford of Fayetteville outdid every one by far. The salesmen were knowledgeable, treated me kindly and with respect (which doesn't happen often for women when buying a car by themselves), and went above and beyond to take care of me. I went in having my own financing secured, knowing the value of my trade-in, and told them the exact vehicle I was there to buy. Never once did I get the typical run-around about looking at other options and I was given more than a fair amount for my not-so-great trade in. When I test drove my Jeep, it had just been brought in and was not cleaned or conditioned at all. In one business day, they managed to thoroughly clean it to my standards, as well as took care of any minor issues I had concerns with - and even more, they put all new tires, brakes, drums and rotors on for me. Dwight, the internet sales manager, is very personable and even talked with my children rather than ignore them like some other dealerships in this town have done. Justin was my actual salesperson and he was just so nice and enjoyable to be around. He was patient with my millions of questions, as well. Josh, in the finance department, was very humorous and knowledgeable and just made the whole experience feel like a fun one rather than a task that needed to be "gotten through." He went as far as to give me helpful advice concerning finances as a whole, information that he did not have to do as part of his job, but just to be a helpful person. Beyond that, when there was a snag with my insurance papers being faxed, and I had to make two extra trips to the dealership in the first week, I was offered extra gas in my vehicle for the trouble. THAT is customer service - lending a helping hand even when the problem wasn't caused by them. Crown Ford and its employees are far superior to many other places, particularly in a military town where taking advantage of military members is common. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Everyone has a great attitude and makes me feel welcome. All my questions were answered without hesitation, time was taken to explain in detail. I know they appreciate my business. I went in on Aug 6 to purchase a Mustang GT that I had been wanting for several years. I got approved if I traded in my vehicle and gave them $5000 cash down. I agreed, transferred tags, got insurance and gave them $5000 cash. THREE WEEKS later, they claimed there was a lien on my title that they were never told BUT they were, they had the paperwork in my file. So they wanted another $2500 down. They didn't even tell me that the deal had been sent back, I found out from my previous loan company that they were trying to get them to take back my loan on my previous vehicle that they had ALREADY paid off. When I went to the dealership, they told me there was a problem with my proof of income, so I got my boss to print out a pay stubb for previous pay period. They made me feel like I was telling a lie. The finance manager then talked to me and said he was resubmitting it with my new stubb and the $2500 would be discussed with the general manager and he should know an answer in the morning. I went home. At 9:30 at night, a tow truck came and towed the mustang out my yard, said I was behind in my payments? Who told that lie, when my first payment wasn't due yet? they didn't call me to tell me anything just had repo men DRAG the mustang up my driveway, alarm going off and lights blinking all through my neighborhood! I had no way to my job the next day, and no one from the dealership had tried to contact me at ANY time! So I now have my trade in back, because ALL OF THE SUDDEN the loan company that had a big fat APPROVED on my paperwork had all of the sudden denied me and they didn't even ATTEMPT to try another company. The finance manager didn't even talk to me, he sent a SALES TEAM to tell me and sent me on my way. The whole time they acted like they had no idea of what was going on...Then they just basically said, owell now please leave...I will NEVER go back to that dealership and will NEVER recommend it to ANYONE PEOPLE BEWARE or they might tow your new car too in the middle of the night!!

I purchased two trucks (an F-150 and a Ranger) from Crown Ford in December 2008. I thought I got a great deal, was treated well, and the service department treated us well. Two years later, they called and we worked out a deal where I traded in my 2008 model for a new 2011 model. Again, we got a good deal, great salesman, and the service has been great. I just replaced my F-150's two rear tires for $480. They checked out my alignment, and showed me it needed no adjustments. This was a $75 service they could have cheated on but treated me honestly. As long as we own a truck, we'll get it serviced there and buy any future trucks there.

I was treated with respect, they didn't try to take advantage of me, and were willing to compromise for a deal. I was very happy with the service and personable attitude of the employees. Also, afterwards, their customer service is very good and I brought my car in and one of the managers personally met with me to discuss any needs I had and how I enjoyed the car.
Great experience, was contacted in great timely fashion, and got the deal I wanted without taken up all of my time.

Have been going to Crown Ford many years with my Ford and Dodge Van. I always receive the best service I have ever had. I am an older senior citizen so have been to a lot of service shop, but this is the best. Greeting is a big thing to me, when I pull up , someone comes running to help me. No waiting lines, they listen to my problem then fixes it. When finished they explain what it was in down to earth terms. Great bunch of people.

Upone the completion of my service, I was promptly contacted, very close the time promised, the truck was nicely detailed and parked where it was easy to locate. When I pulled up, Donnell greeted me again, and guided me to the place to settle my visit. The Diesel Repair shop is a very professional shop. Everytime I go there, Frank and his staff are always friendly and never steer me wrong with my F250. Whenever I have questions or concerns, Frank is always able to answer them and give me advice. The services are timely and if there is ever an issue, they call me immediately to let me know the status of my Truck. Mr Stewart called and advised that I had a nail in my tire, and they repaired it. I was notified when my vehicle wasd ready. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and it had been cleaned and vacumed. I appreciate the quick service, attention to detail, and the way I was greeted by Mr Stewart. He acted in a mannewr that he actually enjoyed his job and was willing to do it the best that he could. Horrible experience! My husband and I wanted a better second car since the one we had wasn't safe for our daughter so we came to Crown Ford. We found a fusion we really liked. Our sales lady, Juanita, was knowledgeable but that's about it. We weren't notified of what was happening with the car deal we were shuffled around and pretty much kept in the dark. The finance guy was short with us and complained alot. They made us sign an agreement and then sent us home to see if they could make the deal work in the morning. We didn't hear from them ALL DAY the next day and when we tried to reach our sales women, Juanita, she would NEVER ANSWER. We were avoided and basically thrown around for no reason. And didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call to keep us updated! WORST PLACE EVER! Horrible service. We are now very happy with a Chevy Equinox from Powers Swain off Bragg Blvd. Don "DC" was THE BEST there! Very happy Chevy customers!

I stopped in and test drove a 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 Ecoboost with no expectation to buy it. The Sales rep, Chris Smith, was friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. After talking with him for a little bit, I decided to see what kind of financing I could get into with every intention of walking away if the payments were going to be more than or in the same bracket as my current truck was. Long story made short, I walked out with a truck that has everything, lowered my payments by $100 per month, received more in trade-in value than what my '09 F150 was worth and was treated with the utmost respect during the entire process. This was my seventh vehicle I have bought through Crown Ford and I've never been let down by them.

His people skills are great and made the buying experience very pleasant, short from the waiting which had nothing to do with him by any means. I told him what I wanted, what I was expecting and he came through for me from start to finish. He found me a nice truck with a fair price and worked hard to accommodate me. After calling Crown Ford the sales person who accepted my call was very professional. He listen to exactly what I wanted and during my appt. he already had a couple choices for me to look at. After he showed me the first set, I did not like them at all. The second selection was perfect. I loved the first minivan I looked at, and after looking at another one I knew my choice. After the paperwork work was complete (which was a little time consuming) I drove home very happy in my minivan (the first one I looked at and loved). Nolan was wonderful and very professional but not uptight. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car.
