My wife and I went to the dealership to check out the price of a used 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. pulled up the vehicle and allowed us to inspect the car alone, without any pressure. We took a short test drive around the neighborhood for the first time without a salesperson in the vehicle. The fact that we were given time and space to talk to each other about the potential purchase was much valued.Afterwards, we were able to sit down with Juan Suarez (our sales person) who answered all of our questions about the vehicle. Trading in our old vehicle was the easiest process all day, priced extremely fairly based on the condition of the car. The whole experience was pleasant and polite, if a little long. But lets be honest, when buying a vehicle it always takes a million years for paperwork to get finished. Many thanks to Crown Motors for making what could be a nightmare into an exciting experience.

I went to this dealership in holland from rochester hills to check out a fiat 500 abarth. I liked the car and once I started negotiating the price, the sales person said,"it is a long drive back home, you should start driving back now".I will never recommend this dealership to anyone

Having left the HZ dealership (see other review) due to poor customer service we went to Crown because they had an identical vehicle listed. We were treated well, greeted promptly, shown the vehicle we came to see, plus another that had come available. No pressure, just good information. They explained the history on the vehicles, allowed a test drive, stayed late (twice) for us and were happy to answer our questions. We returned a couple of days later to buy one of the vehicles we looked at. Conrad and Lee were easy to work with. Customer service matters and, while we do not buy many vehicles, the interactions so far with Crown are positive. Certainly worth visiting and I expect you'll be treated very well.

I bought a used Ford F-150. Sales man was very helpful, kind, and was not pressuring in any way. Overall pretty happy with deal. The pictures posted didn't show some of the defects but I have learned that most of the time they don't, so I was ok with it. Sales man did state that when they go through vehicles, they change oil but it was not changed. I called and asked him about it and he said he would check it out and get back to me but he never did. He did call prior to this and mention the previous owner dropped off the owners manual and sales man sent it to me, that was very nice. I was looking for a specific truck for some time and they had the one I wanted, so it is nice to finally get this one. It was a 2 hour drive from where I live so they made it happen for me. I am one happy customer! :)

Needed a oil change and the Crown Motors folks at Buick Caddy sent me over to the JEEP store for an in and out oil change. After being told it would be a 45 minute wait, 3 hours later we got out the door. Didn't even give us a car wash or offer us a free $4 cup of coffee. I would not recommend this to anyone, find a new place to get your oil changed.

HORRIBLE customer service... I never write reviews, but our experience is worth you knowing about it. Here's our story. It was diagnosed at crown as a fault in 1,2,5, and 7 (spark plugs). We had that fixed by a local mechanic at a much lower price than we were quoted. It wasn't a week and we had the same issue and the vehicle quit on the side of the road and we were able to get it to crown to be worked on. In the original conversation we had, the woman we spoke to said it would be diagnosed at the very least that day and we would know more about what work we needed by the end of the day. The vehicle was dropped off before noon on Tuesday. Nothing was done or diagnosed that day. On Wednesday, my husband called 3 times and the response was they didn't have a chance to look at it- which now it was 4:30 on Wed. I too called and was then told they could not contact my husband to get approval- however no call was made and that was a completely false statement. So bc "no approval could be made immediately" they pulled another vehicle in that someone agreed to 1500.00 of work. I actually asked how we get on the list to be seen, seeing he said it all depended on if something else came in that would "bump" us. We then were demanding it be seen the next morning- which it was- and we thought we were moving forward finally. They "dug" into it and found the push rod and rocker assembly needed to be replaced and # 7 was faulted again. We agreed to the work, had the work done, and my husband arrived at 5:00, paid the bill, and got the keys so we could pick it up later. He was told they drove it 10 miles and everything was running fine. When we did pick it up, it wasn't hard to see that it was no where near fine. It was making the exact same noise as when we dropped it off. He didn't even make it home before the check engine light began flashing on and off. We called immediately and left a message. No call was returned. It is now Friday and my husband left 3 messages for Mark and none have been returned. In looking at the notes it stated the mds kicked in early so they flashed the PCM and replaced two plugs. So to me the road test was not fine and they knew this. The lack of customer service, quality of work, and overall hassle this has caused is outrageous. To say we are "dissatisfied" is an understatement. It was 4 days of headaches, cash out of pocket, and a truck that is still not fixed. Bring you vehicle somewhere else unless you have lots of money, extra time, and don't really want your vehicle fixed after all.

He helped me find something that fit my needs, wants, and my budget. Duane was honest with me throughout the process and didn't pressure me into anything. Shopped here because I knew one of the sales people so I thought I could trust what they were selling me. Boy was I wrong. I have had nothing but problems. The second I drove my car off the lot the breaks started squeaking. Brought it back, they deduced that the rotors were bad. They didn't replace them but offered to "turn them down" but would not replace the break pads (even thought the break pads were bad because of the rotors). They offered a loaner while they did the work, but it was like someone shaved 13 dogs in the car before we got into it.(Sales people laughed when we mentioned it, said it was the only car not cleaned for the lot.) When I picked up my car the breaks still sqeaked so I had to pay $250 (at a different mechanic, because we were quoted an astronomical amount for their service department to change them) to have break pads changed. Oh, we also purchased the extended insurance...which did nothing in this situation. Plus the service department was saying there needed to be a bunch of work done on it, but as soon as they found out they sold us this car, they were only sure that the rotors needed to be turned. Would not trust taking my car to this mechanic unless you want to pay a lot of money to have things fixed that don't necessarily need fixing. (Either way someone was lieing about needing work or not needing work.) Also, the tired pressure sensor would not turn off. And in the rain my tires were terrible. So I replaced them (this was within 2 months of buying this car) and the tire pressure sensor was broken so they had to disable it just to change the tire. Immediately after we signed the paperwork for the car we were informed it did not come with a spare key, but we could purchase one from them for a couple hundred dollars. I don't know about you, but I've always received 2 sets when I bought a car. (And maybe that should have been shared upfront BEFORE we signed the papers...) I traded in my old car and they were going to take care of transferring the title for me, but I didn't realize I would have to go in there 3 times to resign paperwork for it (misplaced, filed wrong, etc.) each time taking forever (I was not greeted or asked if I needed help or anything). I am very unhappy with the service I have received. If anyone asks I will definitely tell them not to come here. I feel duped and am only expecting more problems with this car because so far its not been good and I haven't had it very long. Already had to put $600 into it for things that should not have had to be replaced so soon.

I went to several different dealers in the area before going to Crown and noticed a big difference. Other dealers created a lot of pressure and talked highly of themselves or their 'great' deals, which weren't great at all. From the process of setting up a test drive to finally buying a car was very smooth and not stressful. Kim was excellent with finding a time that was convenient for me and with the closing process. Rob was my dealer and he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me one that matched my description, other dealers tried to steer me to other vehicles they had available. Rob has been able to show me different features of my vehicle and answer all questions before and after I bought my Jeep. I would recommend anyone to work with Rob and the team at Crown.

I went for service and i had questions about my vehicle and the advisor could not answer them so i asked if i could talk to the service manager and she rudely told me that she was the manager. I asked her about the Manager that I knew and she said he no longer was employed there and she was "In Charge Now" in a rude voice,she also had no knowledge of vehicle repairs or parts, how could someone with no repair knowledge be a service manager, and oil changes are a joke 45 minutes for a oil change when they were not busy, they are not an express service! I will be telling all my friends and family to not go there anymore. It is not like it used to be when Mike was manager there.

While traveling we needed to have our Chrysler serviced. No interest in buying a car but while waiting, we test drove a car and loved it. We practically had to twist the salesman's arm because he didn't want us to feel pressured. Got a great deal on our trade-in and drive out with a brand new car. EVERYONE was nice, accommodating. The facility was sparkling clean. They have a Starbucks-like corner for anything you might dream of and the ladies room was complete with feminine supplies in a complementary basket. Have never seen anything like it before. Too bad we live in KC because we would prefer this to be our Go-to dealership. '

We have been to this dealer twice in a year. Simply put, they are honorable, service-oriented, professional people. They stayed well-beyond closing time to make our sale happen and were great about it. While we were waiting for paperwork, I watched an elderly man come in, also after closing time, and ask about a truck. Most places would have turned him away, but another salesperson sat with him for quite some time answering his questions. The salesman acted like he had nothing better to do right then than to sit with this man. That is impressive service. I also feel that we will get honest answers to our questions at Crown. While we aren't hoping to buy another car real soon, we will go to this dealership when we do.

I had a dollar amount that I had to have for my trade-in before I could buy new and they were very easy to work with with this. Mark Doyle and Doug Vandyke showed top excellent customer service and took care of a loyal customer. I have Crown Motors service both of our vehicles and will continue to do so in the future. I was looking for a new Ram truck; which would be my 3rd Ram. I stopped in at Crown and my salesman was Darren. He was great. Very down to earth and friendly. He answered all my questions and showed me some of the Rams they had on the lot. I was looking for a Big Horn Ram so we sat down by the computer and found a couple that were available in the style and colors I wanted. They were out of state but that went real smooth. In a couple of days the truck was here, I loved it. Paperwork went well with the help of Tim. A couple of hours later I drove off the lot with my new 2013 Dodge Ram. I drove straight to my husband's office to show him. He thought it was good too. Thank you Crown for a very smooth transaction. I love my new truck.

I recently purchased a car from Crown, and overall was pleased with the experience. I would recommend it. There is one caveat. Initially my wife went alone to the dealership to look at a car she was interested in and dealt with a salesman named Steve who she said pressured her to have me come look at the car to make a decision on it. She felt like he didn't respect her ability to make decisions on a car. Later that evening I called him, and he simply said he would like to sell me the car and gave me a cell phone number, a pretty standard, off the shelf conversation for the situation. Later in the week we went together to look at the car (which we purchased), but this time worked with a salesman named Rob. Rob was excellent. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone. I would recommend the dealership. Rob was an excellent salesman. If you're a woman going alone, I would recommend not going through Steve due to my wife's experience. I personally didn't have any issues with him, but he did make her quite uncomfortable. One last thing, the filing of the paperwork did take longer than normal. It was probably attributable to the fact that we went on a Saturday to buy the car, but we were at the dealership from 10am-230pm, and all but the first half hour of that was spent filing the paperwork. Not a huge issue, but it was more time consuming than I believe is normal.

We had the best experience with Crown when buying our very 1st Jeep (a used Commander). We live over 2 hours away from this dealership. Found the car on Autotrader.com, and phoned ahead of time to inquire about the vehicle. After a pleasant and honest phone conversation about the vehicle, we decided to make the drive across the state to see the vehicle in person. It was better than the pics, and drove better than we expected. We have had the vehicle for about 4 days now, and no regrets whatsoever! The price was great, and the vehicle is wonderful. I absolutely LOVE IT! I have been getting lots of compliments on it too (which is always nice). We appreciate the friendliness of the staff, and our salesman Doug, was very pleasant to work with. He understood the drive we were going to make to see the vehicle so he was honest on the phone about the vehicle. We enjoyed working with him, and when we make our next vehicle purchase, we have already discussed making the drive across the state again to purchase from Crown. We had a very good experience at Crown, the only thing I can say that was frustrating was the gathering of the cost to buy the car. Several mistakes were made in the final cost document and when asked repeatedly for a copy of the invoice, just couldn't seem to get one. The price of the car was in keeping with what we were told it would be and was similar to other dealers, but it seems to me if a customer wants a detailed invoice you get it.

Originally visited this dealer looking for a used Dodge Avenger. They didn't have quite what we were looking for but opened our eyes to a whole new option and we ended up with a great deal on a 2012 Avenger. This other dealership had promised me a certain price and when I walked in to complete the sale they switched numbers around and told me the price we had agreed on was not possible. First we met Doug and told him we were looking for a used pick-up and he showed us a couple and after a bit of discussion we had a deal. That is when Doug, Rick, and Larry all got their heads togeather and unbeliveable to us came up with a deal we could not resist. A great Team and we will cerently go back again in fact we have told several people about Crown Motors and it's staff. We were also introduced to the maintenance lady,Cindy Vanlangevelde, and she explained the points system and our coupon book. So with all that said the reason we rated them as we did is simple they did us a great job.
