We have always driven Ford Vehicles and Fuquay Ford has always serviced our vehicles. However, since Fuquay Ford was purchased by Cross Roads Ford, I have found them in my opinion not to be customer focused or customer driven. I have tried for two days just to set-up an appointment to have 2013 Ford Vehicle brought in and leave it for service. All we can get is voicemail from the customer service department and when I switch to the operator they will leave a hand written note but then no one calls you back.

I brought in my Mustang GT for a tech issue. The Service Staff immediately greeted me and got my car moved into the shop for the review (they also protected the floor mats prior to entering the vehicle). I tok a very comfortable seat in their waiting room and within 30-minutes I had a Service Staff representative explaining what they found. My car was back in my hands in very short order. Friendly, knowledgable, fast. This dealership will get all my Ford business.

My initial contact was via the internet with Larry the sales manager. The price he gave me was $1200 cheaper then a similar ford transit at Crossroads Ford in Cary which confused me since it is a sister owned dealership. In any event I chose to conduct my business with Crossroads in F.V. since 1) the price was much cheaper and 2)your people called me back and communicated constantly via email so I felt that they wanted the sale which they ultimately got. Chris the salesperson was the salesperson and helpful and knowledgeable before and after the sale. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Chris!The only negative I would have is that the start to finish of finalizing the sale was to long and drawn out. The overall process once I agreed on a price took 2-2.5 hours which far to long especially since I did not have a trade in and paid in full with no financing. Once I did get to see the finance manager Jan all went smooth and he was also great to deal with.Thanks all!Tom Crudele

I had a very serious problem with my c-max. I worked with Tori and she was able to get the car repaired by my insurance company with very little cost to me she also spent a great deal of time working to ensure my car was right I was billed correctly and it was done quickly. She talked to me several times to let me know what was happening. Tori is am asset to your business, I was very dissatisfied with my car it had only 67000 miles and the transmission went out. This left me considering never buying a new ford again this was my third new ford in a row and fourth overall. Tori's actions to help me have made me put ford back into consideration for my next new car.

I called and was on hold for 5 minutes with no one answering from service to say anything. So I drove there and walk in there were three advisors there two had customers the third was on the computer, got up walked by me walked out toward the service department came back by me walked into the showroom came back in and sat down and not once did he say a word to me. Not the type of service or recognition that one would expect.

They are no pressure alright.... stopped in to have my vehicle appraised and asked them to let me know the number, as I didn't want to sit around all day. Took almost 2 weeks after repeated calls/emails and even having trying to contact the general manager. In that time I had already looked at vehicles at another dealership and they appraised my vehicle at $5,000 more than the number Crossroads finally came back with. Not sure if they didn't want to deal with me because I receive supplier pricing or because they didn't want my vehicle.Not worth your time.

The staff worked diligently to find the vehicle we desired including color and trim. The vehicle was in South Carolina, so they sent a driver down to pick it up. As they attempted to meet the deal with one they had on the lot, it became apparent that with the MSRP of available vehicles, they could not meet the deal. As my hopes and excitement increased looking at what was on the lot, it was quickly deflated with the numbers that were presented. I wished they would not have gotten my hopes up if they weren't going to meet the original deal.We are satisfied with the vehicle we purchased, even if we did have to wait a few days to pick it up.

I had a great experience , they located a metal skid plate for me and installed it on my F-150. I drive off road with work and was concerned to learn that the cover plate was a Hard Type of card board. 2015 Ford Escape, first service. I had a 3pm appointment but found that I had some free time prior, so I called the dealer and asked if i could take the vehicle in earlier and they said they were busy but i should bring it in so I did. The advisor wrote everything up took the vehicle, showed me to the lobby and pop-corn to wait. While doing their multi-point checks they noticed a nail in the right rear wheel so they took the wheel off and patched it. All-in all it was pleasant experience. I should have bought the vehicle from them instead of driving to Capital Blvd. I would highly recommend them as my co-worker had recommended them to me. Ray

I don't think he ever spoke to me and when I was sitting waiting for my vehicle, he walked by and turned his head the other way so as not to speak. I think the guy has a chip on his shoulder. My company truck was under warranty; I called and set up a drop off time. Person on the other end was very polite and took information. I dropped off truck, gentleman I gave keys to was very nice. I didn't hear back for a few days so I called to check on truck; was told they were waiting on part. Part came in that afternoon and I was notified truck was ready. I gave them a 5 rating based on the gentleman I worked with but it would have been nice for them to have called to be given an update/status. Just me but my opinion. I would and will again take my vehicle there for service.

The experience was good. The sales person was patient and friendly. She was very helpful getting the vehicle on site and initiating the process. The sales manager seemed a little put out by the time it was in the evening. Seemed to be wanting to get out the door. The finance rep was friendly and professional. It seemed as if I was being pushed through an assembly line. I wanted to by local in case of problems with the vehicle. I guess I am used to buying from dealerships where I know the staff and has a more family atmosphere.

My Ford Edge was serviced for a 95,000 mile check-up. One of the items to be replaced was the cabin air filter. When I got home, the glove box would not shut properly. It was shut when I left the dealership, but when I opened it at home to put some items back in it, it wouldn't shut. My husband had to take the glove box off and fix it--it had not been put back correctly. (The filter is located behind the glove box.) Thank goodness I had a husband who understands cars--I would have had to return to the dealer to get it fixed.

The experience was good; however, it would have been nice to have been called about the status of my car. I dropped off my car on Tuesday and had to call for a status update on Friday morning. I was told that the only problem was the battery, but they could not replace without my permission. The problem was resolved, but again I would have liked a status update earlier.

I brought my Fusion in to have the transmission checked. It goes into low gears slowly especially 3rd gear but does fine in the higher gears. No problem was found with the transmission but there is a problem however I have 30,000 more miles of warranty. The girl at the desk was super nice, could not have been any nicer but I feel that I still have a problem.

Recent service (replace rear hvac coolant line) was done on time and within quoted price. Although this was apparently a difficult repair as the coolant line had to be fabricated and then run from front to rear of vehicle, it seems to be working fine.

I had been considering a vehicle that I saw online at another Crossroads location. When I saw that the vehicle had been relocated to the Fuquay-Varina location, I called and spoke with Larry and told him about my journey as it related to the vehicle. Based on my conversation with him, I decided to drive almost 2 hours that same day to take one more look at the vehicle. My salesman, DON BROWN, was wonderful! He made me and my family comfortable, answered all my questions and even threw in some humor that made us all laugh. Once the deal was done (Frank was the Finance Manager), I walked out with my Ford Edge one happy customer. Since then, I have told EVERYONE about my experience and how this was by far the BEST dealership in the Crossroads family. They went beyond my expectations to demonstrate that Customer Satisfaction is their top priority!

Ford F-150 has 40,000 on it. Took it in for service as recommended. Have a 6 year service plan breaks included. Complained that truck was beginning to shake a little upon breaking. Informed by the service department is was due to warp rotors however my pads were fine. They charged me to resurface them, no pad exchange never informed my wife this was not a safety concern until after work was complete $130. Ridiculous and frankly hard to understand. Definitely feel taken advantage of. Would not recommend service at this dealership.

I called the dealership prior to actually even visiting and from the first moment I talked to Shellie Evelyn, she made my experience important. She worked her butt off for me and was super sweet. She, Patrick Partin, and Greg Stancil were awesome and helped me to get the exact car I wanted, even though I had lacked having credit. I've only had the car for a day but I do love it. I can't see the future but I think they sold me a great car at a great price and made me feel like I was important. I would highly recommend these three to anyone looking for a great place to purchase your next car. Oh, and the young lady at the front desk even let me use her phone charger because my phone was about to die while I was on the phone with the insurance company.

Where do I start.... I purchased a used 1997 Ford F350 with a Brand new motor from Crossroads in Wake Forest. The engine had a 3 year / 36K warranty from Ford. Don Jenkins refused to honor that warranty. I took it to Crossroads in Cary for warranty work. Did I learn my lesson, NO. Since they are a mile from house I gave them another opportunity. I took the vehicle in for the yearly inspection. They immediately called and said it would not pass. In fact, they said that it was too dangerous to drive off the lot. So, I had them repair. Ouch! To the tune of $900+ to repair ball joints. The engine developed an exhaust leak, what did I do? I took it them to resolve since the engine was out of warranty. Not only did they NOT fix the leak, they called and told me that my steering linkage was so bad that it could break at any moment. What did I do, I had them fix it to the tune of $1200 with the expense of the SHODDY exhaust manifold work. I fixed that myself with $6 copper RTV, now its whisper quiet. So, another year another inspection for the truck. I get a call 20 minutes later from good ole boy, Coy. "Sir", he says that truck will never pass inspection. The power steering is leaking. Having just painted the power steering box, I KNOW its not leaking but is nice a shiny. I am on to them now after sooooo long. I informed Coy that I need to confirm that leak with another mechanic. Thats when the customer service went south also. What did I do, I took it to a trusted local mechanic who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with that steering box. As a matter of fact, he went over the entire truck and said it should pass with flying colors. I would like to warn EVERYONE that Don Jenkins Ford in Fuquay Varina runs a dishonest and unethical business in their service department. They intentionally find non-issues and exploit them which usually cost several hundreds of dollars. Unless you have a Ford vehicle under warranty and its an emergency, I would not even consider this dealer. Take you vehicle to Crossroads or Capital Ford. If it is not warranty related, visit a local mechanic who can be trusted. Don Jenkins Ford needs to go out-of-business NOW. There will never see my business again ever.
