Very bad and unprofessional Service dept

Went there because of a recall, told us their service manager was out due to illness, so they had our vehicle for 2 weeks, couldn't get them to call us back or give us updates. We showed up there they had music blaring so loud hey couldn't hear a customer if they wanted to and it came back with additional problems and they wanted to say ' o, that must have already been going bad when you brought it in' and didn't even diagnose it correctly. We ended up taking vehicle back to Florence, AL where we purchased vehicle to have them fix what Crossroads broke. And then charged us for what was suppose to be covered... NEVER again... never ever again, very bad service and even worse management.

I recently purchased a New Buick Encore at Crossroads in Corinth. They are very honest and hard working people. You wont find a nicer and fair dealership. The Buick is perfect for us .We havn't had a new vehicle since 1996. We are very proud of it and the payment is perfect for us and we also got a Lifetime Warranty. You cant get a better deal no where in the world and then they threw in the LIFETIME WARRANTY too. Thanks for helping us with our NEW Buick...

We purchased a used truck and after only a week and a half experience reduced engine power where the truck wouldn't go over 45. After dealing with the service department who was no help and rude, the sales manager who took my number and never called me back and Jeff Smith the owner who said he would take care of but only offered to not charge the labor if we paid $344 for the computer that was burnt up due to corroded wiring. I filed a BBB report which he would not respond to after two weeks. After leaving two messages the day before on his voicemail that he did not return and says he never got, I left a message with his secretary. He called back and refused to help me further. I asked him to put pur keys in our truck (the one we have been paying on and still are that has been parked at his shop for over two weeks) so I could come and get it and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional management. Beware!

I was customer for 3 years with oil changes, rotation, and other service repairs on two vehicles. One being a 2010 Equinox 4 cyc. While getting oil change I had them check for exhaust leak. They told me I had one near the engine and said they didn't to exhaust work to take to muffler shop. I used Corinth Exhaust, found my exhaust manifold was busted, ordered GM part from Crossroads, and replaced it for $300. Exhaust manifold is supposed to be covered on power train warranty, I called dealership, told me they wouldn't honor it because they didn't do the service. REMEMBER - I took it to them, and they sent me somewhere else!! I will not be back, loss my business over $300. Wouldn't recommend .

Went to there give away. Drove all the way down there and only walked out mad cause of the sales man that helped us was unfriendly. Because we were in a rush. I purchased a used 1999 Chevrolet S10 pickup from the Crossroads Chevrolet dealership in July 2011. I had been looking for a truck such as this for many weeks and I found it listed on the Internet. I contacted Russ at Crossroads via email to find out more about the truck worked out the deal on the phone. I live 85 miles away but I drove to Corinth (MS) to see the truck and to take it home. Russ and the staff at Crossroads Chevrolet are very friendly and made it easy to work with, they even helped me procure a rental tow dolly to tow it home. I would seriously consider dealing with them again.

Excellent buying experience at Crossroads. I went to three other dealerships and none of them measured up to the customer service and friendly staff at Crossroads. They were very fair on my trade in and easy to deal with on the purchase. I would defiantly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I bought a used GMC Canyon last year during on of the celebrations. We had a super salesman who went above and beyond if you ask me so that I could get that truck. He went back and forth with the managers to find me the best deal and he did. His name was Roland. He was one of the team that they brought in for the event... We were there for all five nightly drawing. Although we didn't win, It was fun anyway! We have been bakc for the last two promotions. One of these times, we WILL win!

I bought a 2011 SUV earlier this year and I had the best experience ever in buying a new car. I was told all the information up front and it was reliable. I just had my vehicle serviced and I set up my appointment and I was called when the service was complete. I didn't have to wait days to get the vehicle in and I was able to pick it up in a couple of hours. Russ Rakestraw was my salesman and he was very patient and courteous. The service dept. was efficient and respectful.

The car I was looking for was not on their (Crossroads) lot. Zak and Tom went out of their way to find a car with the options and color that I wanted; then brought it to Corinth. Memphis dealers were less interested in going that extra mile to sell a car.I can't really give a 5 rating to "quality of work", since I have yet to use their service department.
