My salesman was Mike Magee and he is wonderful! No pressure to buy from the very beginning. I went and test drove my Toyota Tundra on a Saturday morning. I loved the truck but needed time to think it over. Mike said no problem come back when you are ready. I went back Tuesday morning and was thankful my truck was still there. I bought my beautiful Toyota Tundra in an hour. Amazing!

Crosspointe went above and beyond to find us our perfect car. They listened to what we wanted and respected our budget. We were never pressured into anything and it made the process so easy. Our salemen Doung, even texted me to show me more cars after our first initial visit and kept me in the loop of their inventory. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Purchased a car; 6 or 7 times to drop off to their mechanic. He is completely clueless and useless. The company is out for themselves. Spent another 1500.00 to fix their mistake and all the mechanic did is lie and clear the computer to shut off the check engine light. Rip off place.

Great salesman, disappointed in customer service

The guy that helped us was awesome. This place in general I really liked. Not the typical used car lot. I work in customer service and I do whatever I can to make people happy. I was very excited to get a new (used) car. I assume normally when walking off a lot that the car looks brand new inside and out. They knew we were coming to look at the car, yet the outside was filthy dirty and the inside had dirt all over the floor boards, dog hair in the back seat and crumbs in the cup holder. They had a manager driving the car around as his daily driver. Why they didn't clean the car before putting it back on the lot blows my mind. It was really important to me to have a spotless car. I asked them to detail it but they said their detail crew doesn't work on the weekends. They pressure washed the outside of the car and sent us on our way. I took the car to get detailed and it cost $200. It would have been nice for them to at least offer for us to bring it back on Monday for them to detail. Nice people, but bad customer service.

Nice salesman, but car was very dirty

We had a great experience with the salesman that helped us. He wasn't pushy at all and he was a very nice guy. The only thing about the whole experience that really upset me was the fact that the car was really dirty. A manager had been driving it around and the outside was covered in dirt and the inside had crumbs. We bought it on a Saturday and their detailing crew doesn't work on Saturdays. So they pressure washed the outside and handed us the keys. I expect that when I buy a car and pay over $15,000 for it for the car to be spotless inside and out. We ended up taking it somewhere and having it detailed for $200. If they would have offered to pay for it to be detailed or even offered for us to bring it back Monday that would have been really nice. Nice people though.

I needed a new car for my daughter and Crosspointe had a Subaru Impreza that fit the bill. I worked with Bryant and he was great. The experience was easy and I didn't spend hours trying to haggle.

Being single on a limited budget with not so great credit , I feel that I worked with a dealership that really cared. When I purchased my car I knew that the finance situation could be tough and that I would not be able to afford a new, problem free car. Paul helped me find the best car in my budget. I won't forget what he said when I left. "We can't take care of everything that may happen with a used car but we are good people and value our customers, so don't hesitate to call if you have a question or problem." A couple of weeks after my purchase I couldn't get the car to start. I called them before 8 a.m. (expecting to leave a voice mail) and I got an answer. I was stressed out and thought I would be late for work. Mike came to my house, jump started my car (now I was embarrassed) and asked if it would be okay if I took a loaner car to work so he could make sure we didn't have a bigger problem. After work I went and picked up my car only to find out that an after market security system drained the battery. With my permission it took about a half an hour to remove. They gave me the keys and no bill! I wasn't even late for work that morning. They do my oil changes, but no problems since that day!

Where to start... First of all, I would have to agree with one of the other reviewers - these people epitomize what you think of when you think 'car salesmen' (think the dad on the movie Matilda and you've just about got it). They are very friendly and cheery when you walk in the front door (hence the '4' for friendliness) and will shake your hand and take your picture while they sell you a total lemon. Unfortunately, I did not have much car buying experience and therefore fell for the act and was lulled into a false sense of security (How could a guy this nice be trying to swindle me?!...). So I will preface this with a shame on me for not being skeptical and not trusting the word of a salesman (heck he's the salesman, maybe he didn't even realize he was selling me a xxx but whoever let it onto the lot sure did). Anyhow, this is a breakdown of everything that went wrong with the car, all within a few months of purchasing it (this is a manual transmission vehicle): bad emergency brake (like roll down the hill when it's set bad); transmission completely shot to xxxx (the man who replaced it said there was no way this developed in the 3 months we had the car); Completely destroyed suspension (same story, mechanic didn't know how this had even happened on such a relatively new car). So, THOUSANDS of dollars later we have a driveable testimony to our gullibility. I tried to contact them and see if they would make this right in any way (I admit they don't have any legal obligation to do this but, heck, maybe they are decent human beings, right?) and got no response at all. Ok, if you really HAVE to purchase from these people, HAVE A TRUSTED (NOT RECOMMENDED BY THEM) MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY!!!! This may cost you a few bucks. It's worth it, I wish I had. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought a car from Crosspointe in December, with a small exhaust problem that they promised to fix. I had to take the car back several times before it finally appeared to be fixed. Now, five months and over $1,300 later the car is having problems again and their mechanic still cant fix it. Dont get me wrong, they seem like really nice people, but that is where the service stops. There are plenty of other places to take your money. Dont buy at Crosspointe.

The dealership epitomizes your typical dealership. While trying to trade in my car, the dealership low-balled the NADA trade in price on my current vehicle. Even going so far as to hand me a printed quote from NADA's website, which when I pulled up the same website on my phone gave me a higher trade in value. Then they proceeded to completely ignore NADA suggested price for the vehicle I was looking at, by going over the value of the "Excellent Condition" price by $6000, on an 11 year old car with a check engine light on, broken equipment inside, and bald tires. After telling me that most lenders use NADA value for lending, they then tried to convince me to trade in my car, and re-finance the current amount on my car, and the difference between the NADA value of my car and the value they tried to convince the other car was worth. Which was still $4000 over the NADA value of the car I was trying to buy. Not to mention the NADA trade in value of my car is higher than the NADA retail value of the car I was looking at. Throughout my military career I have warned my Soldiers not to purchase cars from a dealership just outside of a base, I guess the same is true just outside of an Air force base.
