Had a great experience buying from Cross Chrysler Jeep dealership. Chase and Jordan were great to deal with and knowing that I was coming from Raleigh NC they made the process quick and painless. Their prices are also very competitive. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I found my Fiat through Car.com and dealt with the internet sales staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me feel like I was someone special. Austin was my salesperson and he was great every step of the way. The only mark downs are for their facilities. The show room is a dome and has acoustic issues (I felt like I could hear some conversation I did not want to hear). The show room is also far off the road, and can be tricky to find.

Sure you can't pronounce Bill's last name but make him your salesman. Real honest guy and he will get you into a nice ride. Our 2008 JK has run great with no problems whatsoever. I just maintain it and that is it. Bill is an asset to Cross Motors. And if you want a built jeep they will do it the right way. Thanks Bill. .

Been dealing with Cross Chrysler for many years. I needed a used car and told Jon Cross the amount of money I had, and not a nickel over. He looked for several weeks, kept me informed he was still looking. One day he gave me a call, said he just received a car as a trade in. The first thing he said was that it wasn't a Chrysler product. (Hyundai) When I got there, he not only let me test drive it, he let me take it home so my wife could see it. He listened to what I said I needed, and found the car that had all requirements I asked for. Front wheel drive, good milage, and a one owner. Bonus! Not only did he keep my payment low, he even took my old truck in for trade, and spent $500 less than my limit. I love Cross Chrysler dealers! Need a car that is right for YOU? Been there twice for recalls on my used 2014 Grand Cherokee that I bought elsewhere. First time took two and a half hours with appointment and I waited there. All was not completed at that time because they did not have the parts, remember I had made an appointment for this purpose. Second time was still for the recall that dealer told me they would send me a card in the mail when they had the parts. After nearly ten weeks I contacted the FCA recall line. They contacted dealer to confirm they had the parts. Made appointment at that time. Arrived at 7:30am for 8am appointment. Told service tech I would wait. After three and a half hours I began looking for my vehicle. This recall was to change the alternator, that is all. Glad I didn't get other services or may not have gotten Jeep back the same day.

We bought our 2nd Jeep from Cross just over a year ago. Taken it for oil changes and tire rotations and even a few minor scratches we put on it they got it fixed at a very fair price. Keaton Horvat was our sales person and has really gone above and beyond what I think a typical salesman would do once the transaction was completed. My Jeep was unfortunately involved in an accident recently and even as the ambulance is loading me up I told my husband to call Keaton so he would know it's on it's way. Keaton made sure the top was put up in case of rain and found an extra set of zippered windows to put on. He did this on his day off. The next day he went and took pictures of the damage so I could submit them to our insurance. No matter what we have done there everyone is very friendly and not pushy. I personally just can't thank Keaton enough to make sure our vehicle was secured for the evening. If you go to Cross ask for Keaton he is simply the best at what he does!

My wife and I are senior citizens and bought many cars. Tim Hendren was the most helpful and did not pressure us in any way. He knows his product and was extremely helpful in helping us obtain a vehicle perfect for our needs. I was looking online for a used Chevrolet Traverse and found a 2012 at this dealer. Called last week and was put in touch with Austin Lockett in sales. Austin was very nice and great answering all questions. Made a deal over the phone to trade my used car in on trade and was pleased with price we settled on. Drove 200 miles to dealer and met with Austin and had a great buying experience. Car was ready and looked great. Matthew Ward was great at getting all paperwork signed and answering my questions. I would highly recommend this dealer if looking for new or used vehicle.

First of all, I would like to say that I am very particular about what vehicle I was looking for and I was limited in how much I could spend. I found my awesome truck on Cars.com at Cross Jeep Chrysler which is 250 miles from where I live. It had all of the options that I was searching for, it was the right color, and it was priced very fairly. I was out of town traveling when I first saw the pictures of this 2012 Ford F-150 STX 4x4, but I wanted more pics to look at and of specific aspects of this vehicle. The day I first saw the vehicle online was actually the day that it was traded in to the dealership. I completed the online contact form and Matthew Beard (sales) was very helpful in getting me the specific pics that I wanted and he was very patient with my numerous questions. We were talking back and forth mostly via email and he was very responsive to what I wanted. The vehicle was very fairly priced (well below NADA clean retail value and had options that do not increase the book value) and we quickly agreed on a sales price over the phone. The information provided through all of our communication and the fact that the vehicle was very low mileage and still under warranty prompted me to buy the truck sight unseen. I was pre-approved for a loan through my credit union so I didn't have to arrange for financing at the dealership, but Matt Ward (manager) already knew that my interest rate was better than local banks could offer. The whole time I was at the dealership there was never any pressure and the entire staff was very courteous. The truck was serviced, washed, and filled up before my arrival and was ready to go. This was by far the least time I have ever spent at a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I WILL check with Cross Jeep Chrysler the next time I want to purchase a vehicle. AWESOME buying experience.

Do not get your car serviced here because of the lack of the knowledge of the service department front desk. Worst customer service if ever experienced and the wait time for a oil change is hour and half. That's a redicolous time and now I know why they offer free oil changes for two years, but actually we paid for. Nobody what's to wait that long so I'll just go to valvoline instant oil change for now on. I'll give a shout to to Ron the guy we bought the car from awesome guy.

I purchased a Chrysler 200 at Cross last month and all of my expectations were met or exceeded. It was my first purchase of a new car ever, and every employee I spoke with throughout the process offered me their congratulations and seemed genuinely excited for me. I spoke with/was helped by Jared Cross, Joe Cross, and David Moser (among others, whose business cards I can't seem to find); they were each enthusiastic and made sure every concern or request I had was met by the time I drove my car off the lot. The process was much smoother and more pleasant than I could have expected. I felt comfortable and appreciated from the moment I walked in and I can't imagine going anywhere else. A+

I was shopping via the internet for a specific used car, & Cross Chrysler had it in stock. From the minute I contacted them inquiring about the car, until I drove away with it the next day, I was very pleased with all elements of the process. Bill Zhunga was the sales rep I worked with & I would highly recommend Bill. I drove 4 + hours to purchase the car thus Bill & I had a lot of communication before I made the drive. He stayed past closing time on a Friday to wait for me to close the deal. The car was spotlessly detailed, and looked unbelievable. Bill contacted me twice after the purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall I can't say enough how pleased I am with the entire buying experience at Cross Chrysler, and Bill Zhunga. In January 2012 I went to Cross to check out a problem I was having with my heating unit in my 2012 2DR Wrangler. I just moved to Louisville from Indianapolis and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Jeep dealerships. I took my Wrangler in to get it checked out and find out why the drivers side vents were blowing cool air (in the WINTER) while the passenger side was blowing the blazing hot air that the new Jeep is known for. I knew something wasn't right. I took it in and after about 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem as "We checked the lines and we aren't sure what's wrong. I guess it seems that one side just get's hotter than the other!" I immediately dismissed this and just realized they weren't willing to do the work to fix it since I didn't purchase it there. The next week I took it to Indianapolis to get it looked at and the entire heating unit needed to be replaced, the lines were filled with sludge and the alternator had to be replaced because of it. Thank GOD it was still under warranty. After the major surgery my Jeep went through it was pretty obvious that it was a little more serious than one side blowing hot air and the other not. Now if I need anything done I feel more comfortable driving 2 hours north to get maintenance done.

Having five kids in the home is always a challenge. Getting them all in a vehicle with enough room for everyone to be comfortable was one of them. We won't do business with them again and it is a shame because we really liked out sales person, Keith Linton when we purchased the car a couple of years ago. Instead of apologizing and offering to remedy the situation to some degree for what commons sense dictates occurred (not checking the tire pressure as we asked), they want to pass the buck and claim the weather caused all the tires to deflate or we have leaks in all of our tires that caused them all to be off by large varying degrees over night from the time they were supposed to check the tire pressure. See the Facebook conversation below that they deleted from their page... Jeremy posted toCross Jeep Louisville 40 minutes ago near Louisville .. I am slightly perplexed at the service I received yesterday. I advised you I was taking my car to Atlanta for a road trip today and I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced and I asked that you do a complete check-up on the car to ensure that fluids were topped off, air filters were okay and that tire pressure was accurate. This is what I paid for. Why is it today when I checked my tire pressure before departure the numbers were 26, 28, 31, & 34 psi? We bought this car from you two years ago. I will not be bringing it back to be serviced by you again, and probably will not buy from you again. Like . Cross Jeep Louisville Jeremy, when you left was the tire pressure light on?? 33 minutes ago Like.. Jeremy No. 32 minutes ago Like.. There is nothing for you to be perplexed about. The rational conclusion that makes sense is that you did not do what I asked you to do, as your customer. The reason I am perplexed is because I am wondering why you never checked tire pressure when I asked for it to be done. You had just mentioned in your previous post that when I left yesterday, "the monitor was reading that the car was in factory specs" May I ask how you know this? Because in your previous post you said "Yeah, I'm not sure whether we checked them all until I talk to the technician on Monday" So, can I asked what changed between that post and this most recent post, because now you claim to have info that counters what you said previously that you were not sure if you checked the tire pressure as I had requested.

I'll get straight to chase: -- Sales do not answer their phones. No telling how many potential sales are lost. -- Sales people do not return phone calls after leaving messages. -- They don't prep cars when you expect them to. Had to do myself! -- Owner's manual was not included in jeep. -- Had to put gas in the jeep to test drive the jeep! Imagine that!! -- Business manager was sllooooowww! No efficiency what so ever! Will not buy another car at this place. Don't believe me? Try to buy a car there.... you will regret it! Try another business that wants your business!!

I made a 800 mile round trip to purchase a used but never titled 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from this dealership. The buying process was straightforward, but after I got home with the vehicle I realized the owners manual was missing. After contacting my salesperson Matty three or four times over the course of a month, I was told that one would be mailed to me, only to be told a few days later that his manager would not allow him to do so. I finally just told him to forget it. It also took several emails and phone calls to Matty and the title clerk and over a month to get my paperwork to purchase my tags.

Excellent experience even from almost 200 miles away. Handled all negotiations over the phone and paperwork and vehicle were ready when I arrived. A deposit is req'd but worth it to hold the vehicle for you. My recommendation for a sales rep is Austin Luckett.

I've purchased vehicles in the past here and had very pleasant experiences. My last visit included a trade-in which I think they weren't much interested in. Anyhow it unfortunately got to the point where leaving phone messages got unanswered and one visit asking that the salesperson I was working with give me a call back went unanswered also. Anyhow, I gave up trying and got my Rubicon at another dealer in another state. A deal I felt could have been done locally with Cross if anyone there had been hungry enough to follow up. I was sort of shocked but maybe next time, guys.

After answering my questions, we set an appointment for the weekend. After my test drive and details about the Compass, Bill Z. worked on some figures for. I took the Jeep home for "final approval" from my wife. When I returned, I gave my final "out the door" offer, which was accepted by the dealership. No pressure, friendly, and courteous sales staff

Not really looking to replace my 2006 Jeep Liberty, I found a great looking new Jeep Compass on Cars.com at Cross Chrysler Jeep. After e-mailing the dealership, Bill Z. contacted me with info about the Compass. I set a time for my visit, drove the Compass, and Bill Z. worked up a starting price. He let me take it home for "final" approval from my wife. When I returned, I shot back my final "out the door" offer that was accepted. No pressure, friendly, courteous sales staff. One of the easiest car sales visits I've had.
