I went for an oil change and when I drove away I noticed my temperature gauge said hot, I immediately went back to the dealer and asked he put antifreeze in my car, he said yes. He took my car back and said again he put the antifreeze in. I asked him why it was not done the first time and he stated, we had to change the brand (I guess I looked that stupid). On the way up to Massachusetts my car started to overheat and I stopped at a station. I had no antifreeze, very low on brake fluid and an empty windshield washer fluid. I will never go to Toyota again. Especially (women beware.).

I brought my Camary in for the 20k Toyota care service,oil change and tire rotation. I placed a small sticker on th inside for the rear wheel.They never rotated the tires!!When I questioned the issue they just lied to my face. I was also provided the report that said the brakes were good ( They never took the wheels off !!) Watch these guys they are sharks.

My wifes Corolla had received the airbag recall notice from Toyota. It took months for the parts to become available,finally got a notice from Crestmont saying parts were in and to make an appointment within 15 days or parts would be returned. Called within 5 days , told parts were returned because of our delay. She said they had tried calling 3 times, ha. goodbye Crestmont goodbye Toyota.

Several months ago, after my Solara (202k miles) finally took its last gasp, I went to Crestmont to test-drive a new Camry. Collie Thomas greeted me and spent a lot of time discussing different options (new vs used, different trim levels) with me. I went home, researched/determined my price, and after 15 minutes of negotiation the next evening, bought the car I wanted. I've purchased numerous new vehicles in my life and my process at Crestmont with Collie and the rest of the staff there was professional and free of stress or pressure. Simply excellent! And I've had the same experience with the Service Dept there: organized, professional and smooth as silk. A+ all around.

I had a lease on a 2013 Mazda CX 9 Touring AWD that was soon expiring, so it was time to take part in one of the things I dread most in life--the new car buying experience. I contacted probably about 12-15 Toyota, Honda, and Mazda dealerships and only one played no games, gave 100% straight talk, and didn't make me feel as if I'd need to take a shower after dealing with their sleaze...Crestmont. I originally contacted the internet departments of all the dealerships, and said I'd only be willing to negotiate via email at first. Rob Bojarun of Crestmont was one of the few who wrote me back with a clear and concise quote that had everything spelled out. Rob and I went back and forth several times until we settled upon a mutually agreeable price, and I made an appointment to come into Crestmont to sign the papers and hopefully drive off with a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD 3 year lease. The day I was free to come into Crestmont, Rob was unavailable to meet, so (based on quite a number of positive reviews people had already written online about him) I specifically asked to see salesperson Dan Cifelli instead-- boy, were those positive reviews spot on. Dan was the consummate professional, spending an extended amount of time with me answering each and every one of my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Being the cynic I am, I kept waiting for the bait and switch, or the catch that came with the excellent price I had pre-negotiated with Rob-- I'm happy to report that it never came. Dan and his general manager honored everything Rob and I had previously discussed, and I'm now the proud owner (at least for the next 36 months) of a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE w/AWD.I couldn't be any happier...thank you Dan, Rob, and Crestmont Toyota. You've definitely earned a repeat customer for the future!

We were extremely happy with our purchasing experience at Toyota Crestmont. Our sales person, James Morando, was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while we learned about the Highlander and deliberated. The price negotiation went extremely smoothly. The website is nicely designed, so we were able to do homework on available options and came prepared with data. They respected that and gave us a price that we think was fair to all involved. We had the same experience with our trade in. James did a very nice job of getting the vehicle prepped and explaining its features. From entering the door to taking delivery took a few hours. We cannot over state how pleased we were. Crestmont will be our first stop the next time we buy a car.

James Morando is the best salesman you will find in the tri-state area. He works hard to get the best price for you and explains everything you need to know. He is steadily busy but knows all of his customers and manages his time well. He is very professional and very knowledgeable of all the Toyota cars. Just bought my second Sienna in 10 years at Crestmont. The staff is very courteous and helpful, did not feel overly pressured to get into a deal. Bob was patient and willing to spend the time to help us find what we wanted. The initial price point was very reasonable based on my research with Consumer Reports. Crestmont made the process as painless as possible, I would definitely purchase a Toyota from them in the future, they are my go-to Toyota dealer hands down.

Service was excellent. I brought my car to service at 10.00 a.m. Technician filled form. I did 50000 miles inspection. Technician said car will be ready in an hour. So I waited in waiting area. They offered coffee and popcorn. Car was completed even sooner. I got back my car around 10.55 a.m. Very impressive. Staff are friendly, explaining process.

From the minute I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. All of the salesmen were polite and willing to help me find the salesman I requested, at the recommendation of several friends and coworkers, James. I knew what I wanted and James didn't try to steer me otherwise. Being a college student, without a co-signer, my options were limited significantly because of my finances. I was immediately able to test drive the vehicle I wanted, and as soon as I came back, James was ready to start helping me finance my dream car. He spent nearly 3 hours negotiating for me with banks to get a rate lower than I ever even thought was possible. Despite how busy it was, being that it was the last day of the month, James constantly came and checked on us throughout the process as he kept trying to get a better offer for me. I got to drive my car off the lot that day. Not only was James nice and considerate, he was honest and didn't try to upsell me. I really am so happy I went to this dealership and so happy I had James as my sales associate. I will definitely recommend Crestmont to all of my friends and family.

A couple of days ago as my Camry lease was expiring, I walked into the showroom for a new car lease. totally expecting another Camry connection. I was immediately greeted by Collie Thomas who made me feel surprisingly comfortable. He asked a couple of questions to get my basic info...and really listened and cared as I told him that I would love to lease an Avalon, but that the Camry matched my budget. Within minutes, Collie presented several plans allowing my leasing of the Luxury Model Avalon hybrid...getting 40mpg..for a small monthly increase over my previous lease. And all the while, never made me feel pressured and always comfortable-and did so quickly and efficiently to meet my time constraints. My wife and i were interested in the new 2016 Toyota Highlander. We just came to Crestmont to take a test drive. Collie Thomas met us at the door and greeted us with a smile. ( He did not approach us with an attitude like the last 2 dealers we were just at ) He asked if he could assist us and we asked to test drive the Highlander. He was pleasant and took My wife's license. He brought a Highlander around and let us go. We drove the car around and when we returned he gave us all of his attention. I don't like to have to "Wheel and Deal" about getting what I want for what I want to pay. We were both straight shooters so he said lets build a deal for what you want and he would then go talk to his Manager. After not having in stock what we wanted, Collie said he would locate or have built what we want. My wife wanted to sit in the rear Bucket seats before anything else. Collie drove around a Highlander with bucket seats, we sat in it and it was great. But it was a Hybrid and we weren't looking for one of those. Before my wife and I went to lunch I told Collie ( Smirking) "If you want to sell me a car today you will have me driving off the lot in this one". After lunch we returned and Collie had a deal all made up for the Hybrid. I was Amazed, he went above and beyond to satisfy his customers. The only problem was I needed a Tow Package and the vehicle did not have it. He worked it out with his manager and The service department and had a tow package ordered, and installed.I would recommend this dealer, and mostly Collie for his Knowledge, follow through, and all out attitude. You will not meet a more upbeat and fun person.Collie Thomas, THANK YOU!

Julio is very helpful during our whole process of leasing. I know to me, a new comer in US without credit history, to getting a lease is not that easy. I had an excellent experience with Collie. He was up front and honest from the first time I met him 3 years ago. We had leased a Corolla and purchased a Sienna. I brought my Tacoma in for 15,000 mile service at 9:00 AM, Saturday morning. It appeared to be a light morning for appointments, based on the low volume of people in the waiting room. I was told by the advisor (Jess) that this would essentially be a tire rotation and top-off-fluid service, with no oil change, etc. Pretty basic. He also said it would be about an hour. My cell phone number was part of information I was asked to provide.At the end of TWO hours in the waiting room, I still had no word or acknowledgement from anyone on any problems or delay. I went to the counter to inquire on the status of the truck and spoke with April. She looked up the information on the computer and went in the service bay area, came back out and said it would soon be ready. I asked her to clarify and she said un-assuringly "probably 15 more minutes" as if she frankly had no idea what to say. I reminded her that this was simply a tire change and fluid check and top off and shouldnt be taking this long.I then walked outside and saw my truck parked in the back parking lot area. I could not tell if it was worked on yet or not. I went back inside to wait. Another half hour went by, now 2.5 hours. Still no follow up or response from any Toyota representative. I again went to the counter and spoke to a different girl (name unknown, it was not Jean), and I was back to square one. She was unaware of my previous inquiry, even though April was still on duty, and she was behind this girl and it was if I never spoke with her. She seemed rattled or confused. Now the other girl went into the service bay. About five minutes went by and she didnt come out, so I took the matter into my own hands and went out and looked for my advisor (Jess) myself. Jess was with the girl, seemingly trying to figure out what happened with my truck. I tucked my head into the office to try to get some answers. He was rightfully apologetic, though didnt know what happened.I conclude that one of two things happened:1. My truck was worked on and no one bothered to let me know or:2. My truck was forgotten about and was serviced 'on the quick' after I inquired two hours into waiting.It may be a good idea to have a better communication system in place. I draw no faith in your current system. It also appears the girls have more concern in texting, using their cellphones, and kibitzing, rather than taking care of your loyal customers. I also remind you that my cell phone was asked for so I can reasonably expect a clear means of getting in touch with me, although I was clearly sitting in the waiting room the whole time. You would think someone would have wondered why I was waiting so long or express a concern or ask what Im waiting on, and be proactive or alert to actually care to find out what I am waiting for.It would be a good idea to actually have your staff connect people to vehicles, so they have a better understanding of who is waiting for what, so they can be better prepared when problems arise.I dont like having to wait a total 2.5 hours for a simple service that in theory could take about 15 minutes. Then being further inconvenienced to have to solve a problem originating on your side by myself. Bottom line is, if I wasnt the proactive one, I would still be rotting in your waiting room.Have your staff take a little more pride and care in actually servicing your customers.I understand mistakes happen, but this event was in a word, "abysmal".

July 2015 I have purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna XLE. I was promised run-flat tires remote starter and entertainment system in the van. There was no remote starter installed, I had some run-down regular used tires. A broken DVD player with a broken remote control. (no spare tires) When I confronted the sales manager, they told me I need to pay for the promised goods, that was all ready in the contract. Of course I had refused. Up to date I have managed to have them install, very basic remote starter, and an cheap entertainment system with no owners manual or remote control. I have yet to receive my run-flat tires or a spare tire. Sales managers were brash and Impolite. Not the service guys though. Thank you Crestmont for a poor service. Laszlo

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Steve Zmani the finance manager didnt place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I was angry at the dealer for selling me faulty car and then telling me then it was natures fault. Well after farther investigations it turned out, that people from Toyota were right and the damage was caused by environmental causes. This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to !! I took my 2015 toyota Tacoma that I have had for 4 month to be looked at beacuse it is not stearing properly and they proceeded to tell me that it is supposed to stear like a boat there was nithing wrong with it they didn't really want to even look at it . With that said Craig W was nasty to me and wouldn't answer any questions I had . I proceed to try to get some answers from the service manager Roger who yelled at me and proceeded to tell me how much wotrk they had in the back and how he didn't have time to answer any questions . SO seems to me like the manager and assistant manager went to the same school for customer service this dealership is terrible !!!!!!


2 sensors fail simultaneously?

Bought my 2012 RAV4 at Crestmont and had a great experience. Used them for Toyota care service for 2 years / 25000 miles and found them great. Don't live close by so used a local mechanic for oil changes and tire rotations since then. Vehicle has 38000 miles and is less than 3 years old. Check engine, 4WD and traction control dashboard lights all came on simultaneously earlier in the week. Took it back to Crestmont for diagnostic service and they told me oxygen sensor and the air fuel RAT sensor were both bad and the cost to fix it was $785. Charged me $237 for the air fuel RAT sensor and $167 for the oxygen sensor plus $380 for labor. Checked cost of parts online and found them much cheaper. Checked amount of time online to change both sensors and found either sensor would take less than 1 hour each. Besides the fact that the car was only 2000 miles beyond the standard warranty, I find it hard to believe that 2 sensors failed at the exact same time. What's the chances of that??

i typically get a new car every 3-4 years and have to deal with alot of back and forth and sales people telling me this is the best price, then when i'm leaving they say hold on kand come back with a differnet "this is the best we can do" offer. It can be very annoying and frustrating. I started contacting dealers via online with a disount program at work after a view visits, and communciated via email with what i wanted and pricing with what's in stock. i went to crestmont and spoke with James who i was speaking via emial with. he had already sent me some #'s with the email back and forth, and i had other offers from dealerships. you know the "bottom line offer" from other dealerships. James worked the #'s and was very nice and not pushy. a sales guy not being pushy is not a normal thing at a dealership. this is something other dealerships should learn from. the whole thing is overwhelming as it is for people. James and I discussed differnet things and what was in stock and i found one, went a looked at it and worked the #'s up, i test drove it and loved it. the #'s beat any of the other dealerships and i was very pleased with it. he worked with me on my trade in also.i would definately recommend Crestmont toyota and James directly as the person they ask for.i plan on keeping this toyota a very long time, BUT i will be going back to cresmont when it's time for a new toyota!Thanks for the best car buying experience to date James!

Two things you need to know: First: this was our first new car lease, so a last minute A-Z crash course in leasing was needed, not realizing we needed an inspection on the car who's lease we had taken over; Second: that I am an extremely detail oriented, 'build a new spreadsheet with 3-5 dealers info, with formulas, and make it work' sort of person. James won the bid because he was honest, transparent, patient, and forthcoming. Being cheerful and kind doesn't hurt either! Maybe I could have gotten it the new car little cheaper somewhere else, maybe not. What I could not get anywhere else was obviously truthful answers, a willingness to help, and no smoke and mirrors. When I built the spreadsheet, and he cheerfully agreed to vet each version of my numbers until I got it right, it also became apparent that other dealers were hiding, obscuring or just flat out lying about their numbers. That's the funny thing about spreadsheets - you collect good, clean data, breakdown number packs, write sound formulas and it starts filling in all the little boxes. I shouldn't have to arm-wrestle with you just to give you my business! So, he's a keeper. I am sure you have other salesmen who are also good and up front people, We just happened to be fortunate in connecting with him. I don't mind the extra distance on the drive, to get to you, as I expect your service department maintains the same high degree of integrity and service. If not, they will hear about it from James! So, I hope he's still there helping build your company for you in three years, because if so, we will be back.

I had a long standing relationship with another Toyota dealership. The recent customer service I was getting from that dealership was subpar so I decided to shop around. James Morando was the first to reach out to my inquiry (just an example of his speed of response). He understood what I was looking for and gave me several options (clear and direct approach). He came back with a fair offer price and followed up with "I want to earn your business". This mindset and his commitment to quality client service is what sold me. I knew I was going to wait a long time for delivery given that I special ordered the vehicle. Keeping me updated at various intervals and touch points was very important to me. His response time to emails and texts was virtually instantaneous. I have honestly never seen customer service in a car dealership like this before. It was worth the wait and delivery was quick and seamless, in large part due to James' hard work.

I recently signed for my third lease with this dealership. I went to them for the third because dealing with them the first 2 times was refreshing as an earlier reviewer noted. I have recommended them as a result. This time it seems the sales person made a mistake in processing the paperwork and I now have to make ANOTHER payment on the car I recently turned in. The mistake was not mine but they are not standing by their sales associate or their customer. .Since this transaction was not handled in an honorable manner it looks like this will be the LAST time I deal with this dealership. Kudos to Michael Mongiovi the customer service manager who at least tried to resolve this dispute but the sales department has proven to be a huge disappointing while the service department treats customers with integrity and professionalism it seems the sales department only values the sale not customer loyalty.

I leased a Toyota from James in 2014, he beat my shopped price and got the color I wanted. He replies to my email in minutes. I was in two other toyota dealerships both sales reps gave me run around and offered long back&forth process and ended in unrealistic figures(bate and switch when i came back to pickup the vehicle). He was always up front and honest and valued my time. I wish all car dealers are like him, it is year 2015 and some of them are still stuck in 1970s style of mentality. Anyone can find same spec car from another dealership in internet, but buyers doesn't just make purchase solely base on price only, review and reputation of dealership can be easily compared in the web in seconds from your phone. I came In to Crestmont For my First 5,000 Mile Service on my Highlander. I was Greeted by the Valet Luis who made me feel welcomed and was informative on the procedure for service. I took my car in for a service oil change and recall repair. When leaving my car I overheard the technician tell a customer their oil pan drain was stripped. Thinking I never heard that before, I thought that was odd. Then later in the day I was called and told my oil pan drain was stripped. I never had any oil leaking and did not go in for that. I looked chat rooms and they say if the oil pan is changed properly (not over tightened) you should never have that problem. Plus, you are not in control of who tightens the pan in the first place. The replacement for such a thing is over $500. I never serviced my car at this dealership before. The whole thing seems fishy and odd. The reviews talk about great sales of the cars at this dealership, but not so great about service there. I would like to know if this is common scam with them. Once your oil pan is stripped, your stuck. I would not be suspicious if I had an oil leak and if I did not hear them tell someone else the same problem hours before. I would like to know if anyone else experienced the "stripped oil pan" scheme?

I first reached out to Rob in January 2014 and I bought the 4Runner in July, 6 months later. When I first reached out to him, I was looking for a certfied 2012-2013 4Runner with third row seats. While Crestmont did not have one, Rob gave me lots of advice as I looked at cars at other dealerships. He also was the only one to give me a ball-park estimate for my trade in without actually seeing it. He developed a relationship with me even when he didn't have a car that suited my needs.When I finally decided to buy a new 4Runner instead of certified preowned, I contacted Rob and he located 3 in the area that had the options I was interested in. He was quick to answer my emails (and I sent him dozens of emails), never sounded frustrated with my un-ending questions, always gave me competitive prices, and most importantly, honored the ball-park trade in offer after they actually saw my trade. Went in for a routine oil change and needed 105,000 mile tune-up. After examining the car, Craig told me I needed the struts replaced. I feel that the service department is honest in their assessment of necessary repairs so I okayed the struts. And sure enough, the car feels a lot "tighter" now. I always to go Crestmont because of the good service I have received there and will continue to do so. Roger, the manager, has always helped me with any questions and I have confidence with both the office and the mechanical staffs.

My parents and I used to use Crestmont a lot a few years ago because there was nowhere else to take our Toyotas. It was not worth it. Consistently they lied to my parents about fixing the air conditioning in their previa. Constantly charging them more and more money and making promises they never kept. Another time my father brought my car in for an oil change, which at the time was $30. My father came home after they charged him over $100 for things that do not even exist on my car. I went in to fight the extra charges and they did not even try to refute them, my money was just refunded. Admitting fault at its best. On top of many other times where we were lied and cheated over and over again by this dealership. I will never voluntarily set foot in this building again.

They sold me a car that was supposedly "new", but had over 200 miles on it. All the radio presets were set up which is very strange, and the vehicle has a very bad front wheel shaking and vibration - still to this day 7 months later I am driving and shaking, I fear the wheel will fly off. Also car was repainted very badly ( why a new car had to be repainted is beyond me) They lied to me, charged me full price with their deceitful finance shannigans, and after the purchase - they did not want to know anything about fixing the car. EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS (after the purchase is complete of course) Management are liars, the service dept is just staff walking around, goofing off, telling me that they car is being washed, while I am staring at it in the parking lot - this is at time of pickup after they had the car 7 hours - just to make me wait even longer. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I will not go back to this dealership for anything, not even service. I filed a complaint with Toyota and am planning to follow up in writing to Toyota - also check the BBB - they already have 6 complaints. My 2000 Tundra was suppose to be taken care of under warranty for a frame replacement and I took to this dealer numerous times over the past years. The service Manager kept telling me that all was ok with the frame and it didn't need to be replaced... even within two months of the end date of the campaign for free replacement.Despite having flakes of rust falling off... I was told it was fine. About one week after its last visit for "check up" the frame split on the drivers side separating the truck in half. I brought to a Toyota dealer on RT 17 (Meadow lands) and they said this truck was so bad it should have been replaced over a year earlier. I then asked that they checked the record because this dealer and Roger told me that the frame was safe and no issue.I was then showed my entire warranty and truck history and it showed no such work or inspection ever being done.. other then general repair. These folks are liars and cheats and not sure why as this was all covered under warranty!

I have been to this dealership for my last 3 cars. Their customer service is horrendous! They are especially condescending and DECIETFUL to women. I had the service manager Roger Wisenewski tell me that they were not the only "doctor in town" when I complained about the customer service insinuating I should go somewhere else. During this particular incident I complained about getting a wheel alignment that I didn't ask for, he asked the service intake person and he said I requested a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, I don't know much about cars and would have never asked for a wheel alignment. I got it and didn't need it. The service center waiting area is always dirty they have a dirty popcorn machine which is gross. In addition to that when I went to get a new car I went there to compare prices. When i told the salesperson that I wanted to get information on a lease but had gotten a price somewhere else he disappeared and never came back. When I complained to the General Manager Benny Chu that his salesperson wasn't helping me he said "Of course you told him you were going somewhere else" He said he's a young guy rationalizing his poor attention and lack of sales training. What about some sales training? This just fits into their culture of poor customer service. I wound up leasing my car there only because I had previously leased there and they gave me a good price do to that. But there attitude is so condescending. I was also there on the last day of the month which they are eager to make sales quotas that they dont tell you things like that I was over on my mileage. I never thought about that but you are supposed to have the option to roll that into your new lease, as I found out after the fact. I got a collection notice from them 4 months later. The thought of going there again makes me sick to my stomach at the way I will be treated especially as a women. I know most dealers have a really bad reputation of being deceitful and dishonest and this dealership certainly lives up to this stereotype.

I have been to this dealer 3 times now. I go in for an oil change - they say I need front brakes. I go in for a recall - suddenly I don't need front brakes, I need rear brakes. I go in to get the rear brakes fixed and the price is twice what was quoted by them a week ago. When they gave me a loaner car - I got hit up for $9 worth of gas, even though I drove less than 20 miles. When I complained, I got no response. However, when I didn't complain previously, the called me 10 times to make sure that the service was ok. Stay away from these guys.

We agreed on the monthly payments etc and after signing the contact and coming home I looked at the contract and discover that they overcharge the price of the car by 3,000 dollars. it said "agreed value of the vehicle" well guess what it was not agreed and NOT even discussed. When we went back they told us that this was common practice in their dealership to charge above sticker price. None of this was discussed with us. I had been to 4 other dealerships in New Jersey before I pulled the trigger at this dealership. This was my first new car purchase so I was very hesitant to say the least and turned off by dealerships where the salespeople were unprofessional, made false promises, conveniently quoted deals on similar models under the guise of the model I was after. I came to Crestmont expecting a similar experience and initially only because they had the model I was after in stock (2011 Jetta TDI sportwagen grey exterior and black interior with sunroof). Upon arrival I was told that the car I called about was fresh off the boat and was pulled up outside wrapped in white tape and plastic and hadn't even been inspected by the dealership, which I was like "uh ohhh" but then Tyler checked with the workers in back to see how fast they could get it unpackaged and shined up. The shop pulled it in back and we sat down to talk about pricing. It was the usual experience where you see the "invoice" and make an offer, then the salesperson goes into the office to talk to his boss. I brought in a quote from another dealership and they did some research and showed me the based on the numbers attached that the other dealership (Linden) had sent me a quote for the sedan and not the sportwagen. I made an offer for a grand off MSRP and after some debate we had a deal.Shortly thereafter the previously shipping packed Jetta rolled out totally undriven, totally awesome to know that it hadn't been test-driven for 6 months or been abused! Tyler was awesome and knew about every feature down to the electronics and quirky functions. He's a total enthusiast and we had a blast riding the factory-fresh TDI and verifying that this was the car I was searching for. Knowledgable, excited, and never shady! Front desk employees get 2.5 stars, and both Orlando (manager) and Tyler score an overflowing 5 stars as they were always timely and polite and helped make this purchase happen. We then had to do financing which took a long time because as a recent grad I had a good credit rating but almost nil revolving credit. It took hours, and multiple banks, but they finally got it to go through for what I thought was a fare rate. I have no experience with their service department yet of course, but from the sales perspective these guys are the real deal. If this review sounds glowing - it is! I promised them I would write this review because they delivered the product that I was seeking and maintained a level of professionalism and truly worked with me to make it happen without engaging in all the absolute junk you hear (and I'm sure have experienced) when trying to get a car. Do yourself a favor if you are looking at VW's and give them a shot! I hope I don't need a new car for the next 5 years or so, but I will certainly be back if looking at a Volkswagen.

Great experience with this dealer. My fiance has leased two cars with them and everything about the experience has been beyond my expectations. All the people we dealt with, from sales to finance have been knowledgeable about the product and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. When we were picking up my fiance's car I ended up talking about a truck in the showroom and the day ended with me buying a truck. The dealership took care of my old lease for me and it was a fast and painless transaction. Any issue we have had has been addressed quickly and professionally. Also my fiance and I aren't the easiest to work with when it comes to price, we did shop around. I won't go into details, but they also gave us a great price. I was there looking for a car for my daughter. Salesman was nice, and so was the Manager.We wanted a white Jetta, but they did not have any. By the end of the conversation, the Manager looked at the inventory log on his desk, and said "wow" "we are getting a white car in two days!" He asked if i could put down a $200.00 deposit, but I said I would come back with it. Not soon after, they call me and said, " three other people want the white car, they can't hold it without the deposit". I laughed to myself because it sounded so typical. But within an hour i went down and put the deposit on it. They day the car was suppose to come in, i waited for a call. The next day, i called them. The "Manager" said that the car wont be there for another week or two. So i said, i will come get my deposit, and when or if it comes in, they can call me. WELL!!!!! He instantly got annoyed, and began to speak to me very rude. Just by his reaction, i knew things were not right. If he handled himself maturely, i would have decided to get a different color. But because of his anger and rudeness on the phone when i said i would like the deposit back, i wouldnt have let him give me a car for free! Even when i went in to get the money back, he said to my 16 yr old daughter, " so, what car did you get?" I couldnt believe it, my daughter responded none. I didnt feel comfortable with them keeping the deposit on a car that might not or might come in. (that is why i asked for it back) He just assumed i got a different car. (to bad, he caused the salesman to loose a deal!!!!!!!! So, the next I day found a white jetta at another dealership (He told me there were'nt anymore white jetta vw on the east coast) There was! and i got it. For $20 less a month $800.00 less then the sale price he gave me and 12,000 mi a year! Good things happen to nice people Mr. Manager "O".

I was able to settle the purchase of my car very easily..no hassle. I was able to obtain most of the information I was looking for over the phone and they were able to do an online credit check. This saved a lot of time, when I got to the dealership, I was very happy to find that it took the dealer a short while to price my trade in and to have my paperwork ready. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much quicker this place was compared to other dealerships I had visited. This is the first time that I didn't find walking into a dealership a nightmare. The dealer who worked with me was very curteous and was able to answer all my questions. I also liked that they went over how the the car worked before I drove off. They all seemed like they cared about me and not just the sale of the car.

Just bought my third car this year from Crestmont Toyota. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with by a long shot. I e-mailed them for a list of prices or specials they were running as I was looking for a car for my soon to be driving daughter. When I received the information, I wound up with two new cars, one for her and one for me. What I am most impressed with is the level and accuracy of information I receive from them via e-mail. I am always given bottom line pricing, including all taxes and fees, so there arre never any surprises, not to mention how well they work with me to reach a satisfactory price. Both of these deals were done with 2 e-mails and a phone call. My trip to the dealership was only to pick out colors and sign paperwork. Crestmont Toyota will always be my first stop whenever I am looking for a new car and my first reccomendation for anyone else looking for one.

I bought what I thought was a 2008 Camry LE. It was advertised on the internet as such. I drove the car, purchased it, and never noticed that it was NOT an LE. When I discovered this and went back to the dealership, the manager said they have a disclaimer for ads. In other words, they (dealer) are not responsible for what is written by the third party they hire to write the ads. And at NO point had the salesman told me this was a standard (or CE) model that has no identification on the vehicle. I began my car shopping by requesting quotes from 4 dealers in the area for a 2009 Highlander Sport 4x4. After speaking to a number of salesmen on the phone and by email I quickly narrowed my search down to Crestmont Toyota. I worked with Adam from their Internet Department. Adam could not have been more accommodating. Not only did he answer all of my questions he was totally transparent in both his phone conversations and his emails. A number of dealers that I contacted seemed to be working around my questions and telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. I bought my new corolla from Crestmont about a year ago and had an ok experience at that point. Went back for 2 oil changes which were done quickly. I was approaching 15,000 miles and called to see how much it would cost to do ONLY the items required in the service manual that came with my car. The only things listed to do are: oil and filter change, rotate tires, tighten drive shaft, and to inspect the air filter, brakes and a variety of other parts underneath the car. Now every other time I went there, my receipts stated that I got a "complimentary inspection" with each oil change, so this should have covered the inspection, though I would have been willing to pay more for a thorough inspection (an hours labor AT MOST).So the guy I called automaticaly quotes me $350! He say I have to replace the pcv valve, have the brakes adjusted, change the air filter, and many other things. I tell him the manual does not say I need to replace anything automatically, only if an inspection reveals it needs it. He says the manual is wrong and that I have to do those things no matter what for my warranty. I say I am looking at the Toyota official service manual online and then he claims, "Oh, actually it is only the written manual, we can talk about it when you get here". Upon looking at my actual service manual, it is the same as the online one! He lied to me.I asked if I could get my service book stamped if they only do what is listed in my manual and he said NO WAY.What a crock! To maintain my warranty and get the official stamp for my records, I should only have to do what is in the service book! I can understand them trying to push all this extra stuff because they supposedly believe it is a good idea, but they should not refuse me a stamp because I only want to do what TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION recommends I do in their own manual!These guys are liars and cheats, I got the necessary tools and instructions and did it myself and kept all the receipts. Avoid this place, either do it yourself or find a good local mechanic.

We went to this place to get new car. We were trying to trade in our Camry, it was in service dept with a $120 bill. So the sales person agreed to take care of that bill and we asked for another $99 off. He went to confirm with Sales manager(PIT). Next thing, the sales manager walked to us, started screaming at the sales guy, throwing papers, pencils. He was really unprofessional, he was screaming. He claims that he has been in there for 20 years, but he should have been kicked out from there long time ago for this kind of attitude. Either he hates his job or he did not want to sale car to us. Its very unfortunate that he would act like this for $200 on a 38K car deal. I would not recommend this place to anyone and be abused by this kind of classless guy. The salesman, made me wait an extra day to pick up, because my purchase interfered with his scheduled day off. When I finally got to pick up my car, the Finance Manager pushed my paperwork aside and made me wait for almost 2 hours, and took another customer who was there after me, I was informed, by the dealership that because I was a cash deal, I wasn't making him any money, (once in the finance office - I was complete in less than 10 minutes). The Dealership forgot about my Registration, I had to call them and remind them 2 days before my temp tag expired. The salesman sold me floormats but when I picked up the car, conveniently told me that they were out of stock, and forgot to call me when they came in. When I reminded him, he tried charging me for them again.
