I had a really great experience at Crain Hyndai NLR! My sales person worked with me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles shown to me. They worked with my financial background and got me into a nice car that is perfect for my commute each day! I like the mpg and safety on this car and I'm telling everyone about my great visit! The financing paperwork person was also very helpful and even got my payments lowered by like 50.00 a month which was a huge bonus to me!! I'd recommend this company to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle - they're awesome!!

I was very impressed with the selection of 2016 vehicles available on the lot. The other 2 dealerships did not have all the bells & whistles that I was looking for in my preferred color, so I would've had to wait for one to be ordered or were out of stock on 2016's altogether. I, Stephen Westbrook, and my wife Ava purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at Crain Hyndai, North Little Rock, 5660 WARDEN ROAD, NORTH LITTLE ROCK, in July of 2016. Shortly after we drove onto the property, we were met with a friendly greeting, and a young man named Benny began to work will us to find out what we were looking for, to meet our need of a newer vehicle. Benny, along with the rest of the sales staff were very courteous and helpful, asking questions to determine our preferences , and showing us the vehicles they had on the lot, to help us with our search. After we had looked at, and test driven a few vehicles, and the staff had professionally assessed our needs and preferences, one of the senior members of the staff, recommended that we look at a 2017 Santa Fe that he felt would be a good fit for us. When we saw that unit, we fell in love with it. We asked if it were possible to get leather seats, and the staff assured us that was no problem. The financial details were professionally worked out to our satisfaction, and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. We are very happy with the beautiful 2017 Santa Fe we are now driving, and we highly recommend Crain Hyundai on Warden Road in North Little Rock as a great place to buy a car.

I went in to upgrade my Sonata from a 2014 to 2015. I like my car and the service was great. The only thing I did not care for was the original pricing. I felt it was ridiculous and I expressed that. I have been buying Hyundais for 20 years and never had anyone come at me with a price/payment like that. They worked with me for an hour and we came to an agreement.

I had a great experience. With the exception of me not leaving with the car I really wanted. I came looking for a Hyundai Sonata and I ended up leaving with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The Elantra is a very nice car but it wasn't the car I wanted I had my heart set on a Sonata and i didn't care what year it was I just really wanted one but its like the salesman didn't take that into consideration and they just gave me what they wanted to give me. In 3 years I will be bring back the Elantra to do a trade in and hopefully than I'll get the car that I want not want to dealership wants me to have.

First, I want to commend Antonio for his hard work, and dedication to his profession. It is seldom to see someone go 110% at his career, but he pulled off 200%. The dealership was excellent, and the finance manager was very knowledgeable. The only concern was that the first time I was there, the managerial staff, I felt, was pressuring me to take the deal even though I wanted to think about my offer. I did not feel comfortable in that situation.

We have been working to get a warranty cancelled for 6 weeks now, and after calling several times and being told it was being processed and they had what they needed by an extremely rude finance employee, we called back today only to be told they needed more information and hadn't even begun the cancellation process. It sure would be nice to get an employee who was properly trained in their job, even if it is too much to ask for that they act in a professional manner. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful employee, and I will never purchase a vehicle from any Crain dealership again. I am very concerned now about the Kia warranty I bought through a Crain dealership and whether or not we can count on them to do what we paid for.

The buying experience was not that difficult, and the salesman was decent. Don't count on them after you sign that contract though, and good luck finding an employee who actually knows how to do their job. There is absolutely not reason I should have to call 4 different times in two weeks to check that they are doing their jobs properly, only to find out that they haven't done anything. I will never buy a car from any Crain dealership again.

I was very happy with Bill Dupree and how hard he worked to make sure I got the car I wanted and the best deal he could offer. I was also really happy with Michael Gonzales. He was patient with my questions when signing the contract. He helped me deal with the paperwork for my gap coverage and cashing out my old warranty on my totaled car. He helped me get the warranty and coverage I wanted and identified me as a candidate for a financing plan that offered a better rebate. Both of them were super friendly and helpful. They also seemed like genuinely nice people and neither was pushy or aggressive. It really felt like they were helping me.

Because I was an old woman, a brand new salesman was "assigned" to assist me. Promises were made that were not kept and the salesman did not know what he was doing. Hyundai called me and told me that my factory warranty was running out soon and that they needed to buy used cars and if I came to trade my 2012 Elantra in they could put me in a brand new car for the same payment or less. I wanted to upgrade to the 2015 Veloster so my payment did go up a little but not bad at all. I live 30 miles away from the dealership and work 90 miles away. I bought my car from a different lot and they were more than happy to deliver my car to me with a full tank of gas. I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and the customer service. My salesman went thru all the features with me and he was very honest about pros and cons between the Tucson and veloster according to what fitted my needs. He did not push me to buy any one thing to make a sale. He left it all up to me which I love. I hate being pressured and at no point did I feel that way. My Elantra had 95,000 miles and this Veloster is my first NEW car and it is so nice. VERY HAPPY!

When I first arrived to look at a vehicle i spoke to Dion. he was a rather good salesman. we looked at a couple of vehicles and made a list for the next time we came by. the second time I brought my wife with me. we had an amazing experience and although we couldn't afford the car we originally looked at we were able, with the assistance of Dion and Brendon we were able to leave happy with a vehicle we both loved.


Deceitful Dealer...Beware!!

We purchased our first Hyundai vehicle from this dealer in 2007. We were not happy after we had made the deal, but we liked the vehicle. Looking back, we should have taken our business elsewhere, but we didn't. After we purchased the vehicle from Crain, we decided that we would let them service it as well, which was another mistake. We have given them ample opportunities to make a bad situation good, which has never happened. Anyway, we will not be buying another vehicle from them!! In 2012 when we were in the market for another Hyundai vehicle, we again began our search at Crain. It didn't take long until we realized why we didn't like our first buying experience with them. They are extremely deceitful in their dealings with a potential customer. If the customer has not done their "homework" before going to the dealership, the sales staff will try various methods to convince the customer that the dealership's "bottom dollar" is the best deal anywhere. This is just not true! To make the situation more frustrating, we were told by the sales manager at Crain that we HAD done our homework, and he was going to have to change some of his numbers...the truth of the matter is that he was still trying to win our business even when he realized that we were on to his "game." Long story short...we were able to save significantly by doing business with another Hyundai dealer that dealt with us honestly. As if our buying experience was not bad enough, our service experiences at this dealership have not been any better. We have had our service work done at this dealership for the last time! When you only desire an oil change and tire rotation, they will always find something else that needs to be replaced. This has happened numerous times. For example, we were told that our engine filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced, which we realize does need to be replaced from time to time. However, what really irritated us during our last service visit was that another customer who was in the waiting room at the same time we were was told his vehicle needed the same filters replaced too, and he was only there for an oil change as well. We had the engine filter replaced but decided to wait on the cabin filter replacement; we would replace that one ourselves. The dealership was going to charge $69.95 for the cabin filter, and we could buy one for $11. These prices do not include labor. This is just one example of their practices. We are finished with our business dealings with Crain! We will never recommend them to anyone!

my experience was amazing. Duane Mills is very knowledgable about all of the Hyundai vehicles and features that come with each vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service and helpfulness that I received while purchasing my first car. I was very skeptical about purchasing a brand new car from a dealership but Duane made all of my doubt disappear.

My overall experience at Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock was great! There was someone helping us find a car as soon as we stepped out of our car. They were also very helpful in finding a car that would match our budget. I will def consider revisiting this dealership for any future car purchases.

I purchased a vehicle from Tank. He was a great salesman. I was promised that the squeaky breaks would be fixed and the few spots of chipped paint would be touched up. I brought the car in the following Wednesday like I was told to do. The breaks were not fixed. They were squeaking worse than before. I contatced the service department and spoke with Mike. He was unwilling to resolve the issue at first, but finally said he would approve replacing the break pads which shouold have been done to begin with. When I took the car to get the breaks fixed the second time, the front bumper somehow got scratched. Not just one, numerous scratches that were very noticable. They were not there prior to brigning the vehicle in. I called and spoke with Mike again. He was extremely rude and told me it wasn't his problem and he would have a sales manager call me. I was never called by anyone, so I called and asked to speak with a sales manager myself. He finally agreed to resolve the issue. This process has been extremely frustating. I have 2 small children and have sat there while they were "repairing" my vehicle for over 7 and a half hour total. I wouldn't have never been there the second time if they had done their job the first time. Not happy and will not be purchasing from again nor recommending Crain Hyundai to anyone!
