Made the deal based on the internet price, gave me a fair value for my trade, and gave me an excellent finance rate. We love our new Yukon and are happy about the experience we had at the dealership. Ed Williams was our salesman and he was very courteous and transparent. There was no shady dealings and we left feeling good about the deal we got. The body shop and the service dept. also took care of our needs, and provided us with a loaner vehicle.

We bought a 2012 GMC Acadia in April 2016. Upon purchase the rear wiper arm was gone and there was trash and dirt in the seat tracks (horrible detailing job). We were told by the finance manager that they would not replace the rear wiper arm even though it was missing BEFORE we signed the papers. This Acadia was parked on the front line in this condition. They ended up replacing the wiper for us. The day that was done for us they were also supposed to reapply the polysteel coat, but failed to do so although it was in the work orders. I had to go back the next week to have that done and was told it would take about 2 hrs, however after 3 hrs and no phone call I called only to find out that they had only done the inside and said it would be a couple of hours still.Today I went in for an oil change and to have the rotors turn only to be told that it was going to cost almost $600 for the new brake pads and rotors when we can get everything to do ourselves much cheaper! I was supposed to have a loaner for the day and when I got there I was told that I had not been scheduled one even though I had talked to them about it, they had to scramble to find me one and even then almost didn't give it to me "because it's a truck", I grew up on a farm and I continue to drive trucks all the time while pulling a trailer. I will NOT BE using them again, I will find another GMC dealer to do all of my warranty work and oil changes!

I purchased my Terrain one year ago, and have continued to come back for all of my service work ever since. The staff make you feel like part of the family, not just another customer. My salesman, Tim Schmoker, even stayed past the normal closing time to help me understand all of the features on my new Terrain. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The same can be said about the Service department; Jake Wheeler has always answered all of my questions and been polite and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

We recently leased a 2014 Buick Enclave. The staff at Crain in Springdale could not have been better to work with. Had instant rapport with Joseph Stahl. And the same was true of Terry Harrison. I all but instantly trusted him, and we walked away feeling great about our new car and the deal we made. Hats off, also, to Tim Schmoker in the finance department. The whole team was simply great to work with. Someone in Crain's upper management must be doing somehting right to have put together such a team.

Derek was really nice but he was misinformed on several things. Overall Derek did a great job. The finance guy was great. The manager was just okay. I feel like the deal was pretty good but Im not happy with my trade value. The vehicle was clean and in good condition but there are stains on the headliner from the technicians having greasy hands.

I drove by their lot. They had EXACTLY what I wanted. In my lifetime I have purchased 19 new and used vehicles. I like to trade cars. My experience at Steve Smith was the BEST so far. They were expedient in dealing with me, providing me financing, answering all my questions, and making me a deal I felt was beyond fair. This is the second vehicle we have bought since from this dealer ship since we have moved to sprindale ar. What keeps me as a customer is the way the service department is operated. The sales staff is great also but the service department is what is the most important part of a dalership to me. Not only do they take care of the vehicals that I have bought through them but they also take care of the vehical that I purchased from another dealreship before I knew about this dealership. There has been no type of a pressure from the sale folks to get me to buy. I have never heard any of the workers complain about their co-workers like I have in other places.After the sale they keep in contact with me to find out if I have had any problems. I have purchased two used cars there and got a good and fair deal both times. They can be a little slow on paper work. I have found Bill Ledgerwood very honest and upfront. They have jumped through hoops on both truck/SUV's to get the financing I wanted. I have purchased a lot of automobiles in the last 30 years, but unless something changes drastically, Steve Smith will be the only dealer I use.
