We worked with Bradley Walker to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. We were disappointed when we were expecting to leave soon with our new vehicle, only to find out it had never been "green tagged" (?) and couldn't leave until it was completely checked over and 2 recalls were completed. We ended up having to wait until the next day to get the vehicle. Through it all, Bradley Walker remained professional and polite, and did his best to make it a pleasant experience for us. I also want to mention that Richard Stewart in the Financing Department was a pleasure to work with as well, as seemed to want to bend over backward to make sure that I was able to understand everything I was signing, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Had the pleasure of working with Walt Babiak from the sales staff and couldn't have asked for a more courteous person. I believe he worked hard to meet our needs and limits while delivering the vehicle we wanted. We also had a very positive experience with the Sales Manager, Jim Hetrick and the finance agent, Rick Stewart, a real joy and pleasure to work with. All these folks plus the girls out front, worked extremely late at night so that our limited schedule could be met. My wife and I are extremely grateful to these folks. In the past 15 years of being with Courtesy Motors of Altoona, Pa , we have leased 4 Grand Caravans and a Nissan Altima VS. Go see Roger for your next vehicle. He is no pressure, and makes the experience less stressful. He is about as nice a guy as you are going to find. Roger knows vehicles, you wont be disappointed. In years past the service Department wasn't always the best, however the last few times there, they are really stepped it up and make sure they take care of the customer. The guys in the parts department are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Good service department, horrible old-school sales

I have visited this dealership many times in recent years, both for service and when shopping for new and used cars. The service department is pretty good, but the sales department is definitely "old school", and that is not a compliment. The salespeople want to play all of the games to and waste your time. You can't get a price from them and they even hold your keys hostage while they try the "good cop, bad cop" team approach to wear you down.

I receive great service from the entire service department on a regular basis. I have been using them for over eight years.

Fast oil change

Returned for advertised express oil change without an advance registration. Immediate friendly greeting and service registration at check-in desk. They rapidly pulled up my vehicle's recent service history to verify needs. Waited in clean, large waiting room with big screen TV, coffee and snakes available for use. Service was completed in a short time. Paid and was on my way to other tasks.

Friendly Service Dept

I took my 2012 Charger there for an alignment - the advisor at the counter was friendly and got me a loaner car - so I could get back to work right away. And the repair work was done quickly so, when I got back, the paperwork was ready to roll and I was out the door in 2 minutes. I always get my routine maintenance done at Courtesy. The service is top notch and very friendly.
