We bought our 2009 gmc Acadia on a Saturday, drove 79 miles home just fine, the next day my check engine light came on. Had to wait until Monday to call them. They made me an appointment for Friday. After they looked at it they said it was going to cost me around $700 to fix, if I knew it was going to cost me I could had just went somewhere in town. My husband sold his motorcycle in order to by this for me so I can transport my day care kids to school. We spent all we had to buy it, now it has to sit in my driveway until I can afford to fix it.

Got an excellent deal on a truck back in 2011. I traveled over 900 miles for it, the dealership knowing this, opened early for me that day to complete the sale so I could get on my way home. Had an issue with the truck (it was used) after I left the lot, drove back to the dealership and they fixed it no questions.

just bought a certified preowned f150 4 X 4. A week later brakes started making a noise I just didn't like. Took the truck down and they replaced all the brakes and rotors to get rid of noise. Pads were in spec but they replaced everything anyway. This just doesn't happen anywhere. Great people to deal with. If you want good service after the sale, go to Courtesy Ford. Brent and the service shop will take care of you

While driving though I developed a severe truck problem. Mike Ford got someone to listen and look at the truck. Although it was bad news and it needs a new engine Mike worked with me while I was working though an insurance adjuster on the truck. He even gave me a car while working though all of this. It turns out it was better to scrap it than fix it, but they were more than helpful. If I lived here this would be my dealer. You in Iowa are lucky to have such honest people to deal with.

I purchased a used truck from Nick Carlson. I told him what I wanted and how much money I could spend and he instantly came up with the truck I was looking for. I know I will be coming back to buy here in the future. The guy that did the paperwork, Mitch, was awesome! Jason the sales manager was great too. This is my first vehicle ever and it's awesome!

I worked with a salesman by the name of Mike Haut. I can honestly say that I hate shopping for a vehicle, but Mike made this the most painless process ever. Being that I am from the Des Moines area, I had to work via phone and email for the most part. That being said, Mike was always prompt in returning my calls and emails. Long story short, this was the first buying experience where I didn't feel like I was getting screwed by a dealership. I was up front about my budget and Mike found something that was perfect for my needs. This level of service was not able to be found locally in Des Moines, period.

I recently purchased a new F350 from Nick. I have never met such a great guy to buy a vehicle from. Super nice, friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer, he went and got the answer! It was the easiest, smoothest buying experience I have had in 30 years of buying trucks. I highly recommend this man if you need a truck!

Mike Haut (AKA Big Mike) was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He wasn't pushy, and his personality made him very easy to talk to. I bought a new F-250 and he was knowledgable about all of the questions that I had for him. If all car salesman could take notes from a real professional Mike would be the guy!

Knew it was time to upgrade to something newer and lower mileage so with few trips and dragging salesman John out in the elements to look at many trucks, he and Mitch found me the perfect match for me. I dont have to worry about anything going wrong with the truck in the future, and if it does, its covered. If anyone asks me where to find a good used or new truck with no hassle, Courtesy Ford is all I have to tell them. Thanks guys, you have a great team there!

Cortesy Ford extended me top-notch service and attention, I used to get from another local Bettendorf Iowa Ford dealership, with whom I traded for close to 30 years.I will now be trading with Courtesty Ford for future purchases. The moment I visited the business I was not pressured or chased through the parking lot by a salesman. Once I decided to enter the business I was greeted Immediately by Bruce Kenady. I explained to him my needs and wants, and where I wanted to be on price. After a brief meeting with the sales manager Brent Siebel; who was very attentative and cordial, They meet my needs and worked my deal and now I am the proud owner of a new Ford f150 4X4. I just have to say that we were at another dealership and wasn't treated with great customer service. So we went back to Courtesy and got great customer service and a new car. We will alway go to Courtesy and not any other dealership.

My salesmen, Josh Phillips did a WONDERFUL job! He and the Courtesy Ford team treated me with respect and Courtesy instead of like a paycheck like every other dealership and Salesmen. Josh showed me the Trucks I wanted to look at and didnt try to push me off onto another vehicle. He answered all my questions and if he didnt know the answer he quickly found it out for me! Brent Siebel (Business Manager) was a pleasant man to deal with he actually invited me into his office to discuss the fine points of the purchase instead of sending josh back and forth like he it beneath him to speak to customers which tells me he cares about how he treats his employees and customers! I told Mr. Siebel what it would take to sell me that truck today and to my suprise... he actually did it! No problems at all! I have received a few letters in the mail following up on my purchase making sure I am very Happy still and I am pleased to say I AM HAPPY!

When shopping for a new Ford Edge we stopped into Courtesy Ford. We ended up working with Mike or as the staff calls him "Big Mike". Mike listened to our needs and wants, he was polite and answered all the questions we asked. They did not have an Edge in stock with the color we wanted, so Mike went to talk to the manager and came back with the great news they found one equipped the way we wanted in our color choice. When it came time to negotiate price, it was so easy! Mike told us he would get us the best price and he did! Courtesy's price saved us some money and we didn't have to play the "numbers game" like some dealers do. When its time for another vehicle we will be back.
