We arrived at Courtesy to look at the Kia Sportage and investigate weather we could afford a new vehicle. Jason took us for test drives in 2 Sportages and explained the features of each very thoroughly. While we were test driving Jason had our trade in evaluated. We spent a few minutes working through some numbers and found that we in fact become a Sportage owner. Jason introduced us to Rich Beam the finance manager who was very informative, patient and personable. In short order We were proud new owners of our Kia Sportage. Don't waste your time!
I sent an email inquiry to this dealer regarding photos,askin price, and Carfax info., as I am not in the USA at present. Instead of replying with what I asked I received a solicitation to call and Blah Blah Blah. If they can't reply with these basics... it's not worth my time or yours to deal with them. Why do dealers want to be "INTERNET" dealers and not use the internet to conduct business especially initially. I only fly to inspect a vehicle I an interested in if I get good communication from an Internet dealer. I will continue to shop for this type of vehicle from ANOTHER dealer.

I went in expecting the normal hassle from all car dealerships, but it wasn't like that at all with Jason. He truly wanted to help and get us into something that we wanted, not something that was high priced and would get him the best bonus. From the time my wife and I walked in the door we were greeted warmly. Joe Campagna is a great guy and salesman. He worked very hard to get us what we wanted. They didnt have the altima we wanted so he searched and found one for us. The whole process was low stress and everyone was so nice and friendly. They remind me of how dealerships used to be years ago. Very old school. So Ask for Joe Campagna if you want to buy a car, you wont go wrong.

We arrived wanting to look at a couple different cars and wanted to take a test drive. Jason was right with us and was very cordial. We told him which cars and he accommodating, got the keys and let me drive the first vehicle the other vehicle was on a different lot so Jason went and got the second vehicle and we tested that one. Jason pointed out the qualities of both and even showed us another vehicle that had options that he discerned that we may be interested in. After deciding on the vehicle we wanted he went through everything with us then took us to finance to finish up.... He even tried to get the lady hamster stand up that the hubby wanted to take home... Jason was wonderful and even brought a smile to our faces a few days later when we filled up with gas and we found his card behind the door AND in every pocket AND even under the floor mats - such fun!

I had been looking for a car for over a year and would probably still be looking had it not been for Jason Murley. Friendly and easy to talk with, Jason listened as I rambled on about cars that I've owned, the cars that I had been looking at, what I liked about them, and what I didn't like. He noticed that the mechanical was important to me and his knowledge of and his ability to clearly explain the engine / power train (especially the AWD function) was pretty much the clincher. So I stoped in to Courtesy to evaluate color schemes. Jason was glad to help and also pointed out some things about the car / warranty and showed me some other options. I was impressed with his knowledge, straight forward information and when I asked him to price a car we didn't have to go back and forth negotiationg rather they came back with a fair price right away. THIS PLACE SUCKS
i traded in my impala ltz, and got a toyota. well few days later i got a call, and had to give it back because they fudged my trade in by 2grand, YES 2,000$. i had to get a nissan altima that was way overpriced and couldnt take the 2 grand off it. my credit union wouldnt finance again, had to go through nissan and int rate was higher which made my payment higher and they wont do anything to get me into a truck that i want. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!
I just don't understand why this dealer made an offer which we did not accept at first.. After consideration we decided to take the offer by 10:00 the next morning. Was told the offer was void and it went up $200. There was no negotiating and we should do our business elsewhere. We did feel bad.

I purchased a new Kia Optima from Jason Murley at Courtesy Car City in Moline, Il. end of last year. This is the second Kia Optima we have purchased from Jason and the third Optima we own. We probably would have bought the second from him but unfortunately we were in California at the time and needed to purchase a car for our son. The cars are all awesome. Never have any problems with any of them. Jason was very personable and pleasant to deal with. We looked at many cars and several dealerships. I spoke with numerous salesman. Jason far surpasses anyone we have dealt with in the past. That's why we saved him for last. We tested the waters of other dealership to see how they would treat us and nobody came close. He bent over backwards to make things happen. This guy was actually "RUNNING". yes physical running around the dealership to get stuff done faster. My older 2000 used car (purchased from Courtesy) was having some major issues and I needed a dependable car. Been thinking about a Soul for quite some time. Drove one and that was it! I love my red 2014 Soul. My grandkids think I'm a hip grandma and love riding in the hamster car! LOL Jason Murely was my salesman. He knew everything about the car, especially the electronics. In fact, I call him anytime with questions. He's a super young man. The guys in the Finance Department were excellent. I had a great experience when having the car in for inspections and oil change. Made an inquiry through cars.com and received an email stating it was sent to courtesy and they would be contacting me. It has now been over 2 weeks and nothing. After reading other reviews this might be a good thing :)
Not very happy
I do not feel they had my best interests in mind. They were clearly out to sell a car no matter what. Was lied to about the vehicle being fully inspected. When I was driving back to the dealership with my check noticed something weird in the steering. Walked into the dealership stood there for a little while no one acknowledged me. Had to flag someone down going by. Paged my guy he never responded as I stood there another 10 minutes. Then just walked out and went over to their other facility. Had to flag someone down there as well. Finally got someone to check my car out. Mechanics in first garage Didn't know what was wrong so take it back over to the other building where I sat waiting longer. Finally go and ask what is going on and am told that there is a problem in the steering and a part needs to be ordered. I actually tried to cancel the whole deal after my experience and as my salesperson finally shows back up says nope u already gave us the check. Kind of a nightmare and I made a very bad decision by giving them my business. By far worst car buying experience

I worked with Jordan in Kia Service a few months ago. I may have missed the opportunity to respond to the post-service survey, but I wanted to express my appreciation for Jordan's customer service. I try to make a point to provide positive feedback, as well as complaints, and this is a little late because the services were provided months ago, but Jordan was professional, accountable, and articulate regarding the service I received. I appreciated his help and want to recognize the young man's diligent approach to my issues, concerns, and most importantly, the safety of those riding in my vehicle after the service. It was refreshing to have such direct and genuine customer service.
My wife and I had set a goal of looking at the Kia line of vehicles in the hope of possibly lowering our monthly payment. I contacted a salesman that we had worked with previously and he indicated he could show us the options available. When we arrived at the dealership we met with our sales contact and were immediately handed off to another sales rep as he was engaged with another client. No problem there. However, rather than being shown Kias we were directed to Nissan. Trying to be openminded we took a test drive and discussed some of the vehicle's features...it came up short of what we hoped for but with a promise that some of the extras could be added aftermarket we decided to go forward with the financial aspect. The upshot of the deal is that we came away with a vehicle we weren't really looking to purchase (we accept that we should have walked away at that point) and ended up with financing that added to our monthly expenses rather than reducing them. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and has soured me from ever dealing with Courtesy again. Buyer beware. ,

I love Courtesy. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from Marty at Courtesy (both times outstanding customer service) I told them what I wanted and Marty made it happen immediately. Marty is a very great person to work with! I love my new Kia Forte Koup and I wouldn't recommend any other place than Courtesy.

poor service mechanical skills
bought a 2011 malibu on may 24th, brakes started to squel 3 days afterwards took it in they said nothing is wrong with them, they stilled squeled til june 13th took it to a gm dealer brakes are shot to where metal is rubbing into rotors, courtesy said nothing was wrong and they wont repair the brakes on a car they sold me. thats last time i take my car to them maybe my engine will blow and they still tell me nothing is wrong what a joke of a dealership service mechanic shop
My husband and I recently bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from Jason Murley. Jason was straight forward, knowledgable, and fun to work with. Neither my husband nor I like to buy cars but Jason made the process pain free. My only disappointment has been that we sent our daughter to Courtesy to buy a car. She asked for Jason, so that we could get the $50.00 referral bonus. She was directed to another sales person and we did not get the bonus. The same thing happened when my husband and I went to get our car. We told Jason that my sister had referred us but she did not get the bonus either. This would not cause me to not recommend Courtesy. I would just tell anyone to not expect to get a referral bonus if they refer anyone. Jason was one of the best car salemen we have ever worked with. We had to have a major repair (the exhaust system replaced) one week after purchase. The service department did a great job of getting our car in quickly.
High Pressure Tactics
High pressure tactics. Bad mouthed to my face by Joe Campagna. Ready to buy, he caused me to walk without buying. I had told him what I didn't like about sales tactics, but Joe Campagna tried it anyway. I've found similar cars at other dealerships at lower price.

In March of this year, I was looking for a 2014 Kia Soul. Since the town we live in doesn't have a Kia dealership, I did some research on the internet. Courtesy was the only dealer that had a wide variety of the Souls. I emailed and promptly received a reply from Eric. He referred me to Jason Murley. The next day my husband and I drove up to Moline and they had the car ready for us to test drive. Jason made the ordeal of buying a car easy and nearly pleasurable. We drove off the lot with our new car in a couple of hours. I would recommend Courtesy and Jason to anyone looking for a Kia or Nissan!

Just bought a 2013 Nissan Juke NISMO. Believe it or not, I bought it over the phone, after checking out the ads in the Quad City Times and online. Gillon Johannson, internet sales manager, and Joe Campagna, sales, were excellent. The car was ready to pickup at the appointed time, parked right in front of the dealership. I was a little nervous because we still had to negotiate a trade-in value for my car. I had come prepared with Kelly Blue Book numbers, and had them in my pocket ready to show the salesman. The manager drove my trade-in, came back and handed Joe a piece of paper. The trade-in price was exactly what I had set before I went to the dealership! A perfect deal with the perfect dealership.
Best EXPERIENCE ever.
I had an upside down vehicle to trade in and was very apprehensive about buying...but really wanted out of my current vehicle. The entire team at Courtesy Nissan in Moline, IL gave their all to make a deal for me. I am now in a brand new 2013 FWD Juke with an extended warranty. I even saved a little money on my monthly payment. They were VERY professional...honest...and explained every aspect of my deal and financing. Quick service awesome finance and sales people.
I instantly knew what car I wanted upon arrival. So I approached the front door of the building and Dennis the salesman held the door open for me which was very nice gesture. Dennis was very easy to talk too about the vehicle and very knowledgeable. I told him what car I was interested in and wanted to test drive it. The car I test drove was a 2011 Mitsubishi lancer gts sport back. Dennis then walked me through the car buying process with ease. After Dennis I met with Aaron the finance manager to discus the financing of my new car. Aaron was very polite, personal and answered all of questions honestly and with has much information as he could give me. I highly recommend courtesy for anyone interested in buying a new or used car. They will the buying a car as painless as possible!! Good job guys keep the good work!
Great Experience and no Pricing "Ping Pong".
I was shopping for a 2014 Kia Optima. I have a 2012 so I knew exactly what I wanted in the 2014. I submit an online request for a price and was contacted within 5 minutes by Gillon. I really hate car shopping and the hard sell most sales people push at you. Gillon was very personable and laid back so I made an appointment to go into Courtesy to meet with a sales person. I told Gillon how I felt abut car shopping and that I wanted a good sales person that would give me a good price without a lot "ping pong" price playing. Gillon set me up with Steve Paytash and he was a perfect sales person for me. I told him that I was price comparing with 5 dealers and that I would buy from the dealer that shot me the best price. Well, Steve shot me the best price with no game playing and I bought my new car from him. It was that simple. I spent less than 2 hours total time at the dealership from shopping to driving my new car away! Courtesy also has Saturday service hours that are very handy for me.
Very Professional Used Car Experience
I inquired about a used van via the website the night before. Next day Gillon Johannson (Internet Director) contacted me and was very courteous in understanding my needs. Gillon connected me to the appropriate Sales Professional (Bob Mitchell) to meet and discuss the purchase of a vehicle. I met w/ Bob the same day, who had the vehicle up front and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Vehicle checked out OK, Bob gave me a decent trade-in value for my old van, signed some papers, and off I went in a new/used van. The team was easy to work with and to the point.
Pretty darn happy
I bought a used PT Cruiser from Dennis at Courtesy after being passed on from their Internet guy Gillion. With the help of Dennis and their finance guy Marty, they helped me find a way to finance a car with reasonable payments. The car was used, but was like brand new to me. Jason was very thorough and very diligent in his email correspondence as I was in Chicago area and the car was in Moline. Jason did not disappoint when I finally met him in person, test drove the car, fixed a few minor details of the car, and made my purchase. Jason is a true professional. While we recently had some factory warranty work and brake service done at Courtesy in Moline, IL, my wife and I visited with Mike Anthony, one of the salesmen at the dealership. Mike did a super job of showing us several vehicles we were interested in and took the time to ride along with us during several test drives. He was very knowledgeable concerning the Kia products and did not pressure us into purchasing a vehicle we could not afford. We decided on a Sorrento but were not sure that it would fit into our undersized garage next to our current Sedona. Mike made arrangements for us to drive one home (which is 30 miles from the dealership) and return it the next day. The next morning we returned the Sorrento to the dealership but, unfortunately, did not feel we had the finances to afford it. Upon relaying the bad news to Mike, he was very understanding and kind and, again, did not put undue pressure on us to buy what we could not afford. I plan to recommend Mike to many of my friends, several of which are also current Kia owners. Regarding our repairs and brake job on the Sedona, everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Courtesy has a very clean shop and waiting area and they strive for excellence in meeting the needs of their customers. Way to go, Mike, and way to go, Courtesy! Thank you very much.

Joe Campagna was our sale man who helped my husband pick out his 2004 Kia Rio. He was nice and told us our options. It worked out good. The check engine light came on the first week we got the car. But we called and they got it in right away. We did have two wait a couple of days for the part to come in. It was extra money we had to put out. But when you buy used you sometimes have to do that. It was an extra 400.00. My husband is happy with the car. Joe Campagna is someone I would refer my friends too. As a matter fact I just told someone to go see him. I hope they listen.

My fiance and I went to Courtesy "just to look" in November after paying off our Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had seen the Rogues and liked them, but I wasn't convinced of going to AWD after having 4WD for about 10 years. So my first question to Jason Murley was "What is the difference?". Jason was extremely thorough and informative. I had no reservations after his explanation and actually like the AWD better so far after driving the Rogue for about 3 weeks! This past summer, my wife and I were looking at Key considering a Mazda CX-5. On a Sunday after looking at the newspaper, I spotted a 2012 Nissan Murano in Courtesy's ad with a really good discount making it cheaper than the Mazdas. We drove over to check it out and although it had a few dealer miles, it looked incredible. Wow, if we can get this vehicle at this price we will forget all about the Mazdas. Monday, my wife Connie called the dealership and talked to Joe Campagna. Joe told her to come on over and take the Murano home so I could drive it that night. She works in East Moline so her drive from there to Blue Grass sold her on it immediately. We took the Murano west to Durant and got the average mpg up to 28 and it drove just wonderful, although 24 mpg is more in line. At any rate, trading in my thirsty truck, this Murano will take us well into retirement and we are truly enjoying it. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained all the features. He worked hard to get us the trade-in value we wanted and made this buying experience very easy and fun.

Great Service Again
We have just purchased our third car from Courtesy. Our previous dealer at Courtesy had retired and we worried that we might not find someone who would take care of us as well. Our worries were for naught as Jeff Vinar stepped up to the plate and his care and concern was the final deciding factor on what car we purchased. It also helped that we love the service department at Courtesy.

Perfect car for us
I was looking for a car for my son that met his strict requirements, it had to have a good stereo, and met my requirements for safety, economy and resale value. Bob Mitchell took the time to listen to us and then showed some new cars of the style we were shopping for which were a little more than I wanted to pay. Then Bob showed us the sweetest 1 year old car with only 7000 miles on it a certified used car warranty that was considerably less expensive. We were both hooked after the test drive. The car had a small power steering fluid leak that was discovered after we got it home, Courtesy fixed in a couple of hours at no cost to us and everything is going great 4 months later. Would highly recommend Courtesy and Bob Mitchell to anyone looking for a new or used car.

After looking at several models on a Sunday, I returned to the dealership on Monday for a test drive. I was looking at the Kia Optima hybrid model I wanted to drive but several of the sales personnel just passed buy. Mike Anthony noticed I needed help so he came and introduced himself and wanted to know the reason I was looking for a car. We visited for awhile and I was going for a test drive but the cars battery was dead so he got the keys for similar car. After the test drive, we talked about the the current promotions and he asked me if I was a veteran since a discount was being given to military personnel. When I told him I was concerned about locating my discharge papers, he provided me the address of the local Veterans office that could help me with the paperwork. When I returned the following day to drive the specific car that I was interested in, Mike allowed me to try it for awhile. After finalizing my selection Mike worked with me to achieve the price and financing that was within my budget. Mike was very professional and personable. He helped me store the vehicle when I needed to leave town for a while. This purchasing experience was enjoyable.

I expressed my concerns about service to him and then it happened. Steve told and took me into the service department and introduced me to my new mechanic Jim. Well after 4 years now at courtesy with the Optima I bought from Steve I can truly say this has been the best car experience I have ever had. One of the easiest, hassle-free car deals
We live about 3 hours from Moline and would normally shop at a dealer closer to home. Courtesy Car City happened to be the closest dealer to us that had the Murano Crosscabriolet in the color that we were looking for. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had, and we trade pretty often. Most of the transaction was taken care of over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership they had everything prepared for us, as promised. Richard Stubblefield has been very helpful during and after the sale. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to show us features of the car and even told us some things we did not know about our Nissan Quest that was purchased over a year ago from a different dealership. In addition to Richard, everyone we encountered at the dealership, from Doug Bahls, the Sales Manager to John Robers, in finance was extremely helpful and courteous. If we are in the market for another Nissan in the future, we would definitely make the trip back to Courtesy Car City and will recommend them to all of our friends.

I have been to courtesy car city initially 3 yr ago when I moved to Quad City and was looking for a crossover SUV, I got a SL Murano at that time. I just loved driving the peppy Nissan vehicle and felt in love with its innovations. Now this time it was time to go with a little bigger SUV. I want to share my wonder full experience of trading in my Murano and swapping it for the 2013 Pathfinder 2 wks ago. It was a day to visit car dealerships. Looking for a SUV with cargo space, comfort ride, and price. When we got to Courtesy, Tony Ronzani came popping out to greet us; ready for a sale. We drove both the Murano and a Kia. Tony spent time reviewing the advantages, asking our opinion on the various options. I really liked the Murano and decided then and there to buy it, BUT they didn't have the color. No problem; searched the internet and we had a Murano in a few days. Tony really sold me! The service department was a real help when i lost my key in the car. They spent over a half an hour searching; finally found the key under the front seat inside the shield for the track. Great Job!

I was looking to purchase my first new vehicle and had an awful experience with the other Nissan dealer across the river. The staff I worked with was great and they found a great car for me within my budget. About a year ago, My wife and I decided that it was a good time to purchase a new car. Our credit wasn't totally ready for the financing, but we figured that we had a small chance of getting a car with Courtesy. We went in with the intention of purchasing a brand new car, but we ended up finding a better deal on a slightly used car. That's where Marty came in to play. Marty not only made the process extremely easy, but he also made it enjoyable. He was able to take a problem and turn it into a solution. He's a miracle worker. It was a stressful time for us, since our previous car had numerous amount of issues that were unfix-able without a barrel full of money. It was a safety hazard that caused strain to the eye by just looking at it. Since this point in time, we're still loving our new car, and if we ever needed to get another one, Marty would be our first choice as a salesman. That should say something, because we now live about 8 hours outside of the quadcities.

The first one being a Kia Serento that we like so much, but being a 1 car family I came back to Clay Allen who was so good to us before that I wanted him to help me pick out another Kia in which he helped me choice my awesome Kia Rio5 in which I love driving it and my husband love his Serento. I think the service department is great to and have taken good care of our Kia's every time we needed serviced. I bought my car a year or two ago from here, and I gotta say, Missy Day was actually a very nice woman to work with! She was polite, charming, and knowledgeable about the cars she showed me that were up for sale and within my price range. The cars that she showed me were also of nice selection, and appeared to be kept up nicely, in terms of presentation and maintenance, and the prices seemed rather reasonable, too. All I can say is that Missy Day is one sales person I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Started my buying experience several months ago. Bob Mitchell was very helpful. I indicated what i needed and he gave me all the information I needed. When I was ready to purchase Worked hard to get me what I wanted. Even though I was buying the bottom of the Nissan Line He understood my reasoning and did not push for a more profitable sale for him and Courtesy. It is never easy for me to make a large purchase. Tells it like it is
Marty Terrill will work his tail off for you. He tells you how it is and is straight up to work with. If a car is too much for you, he's not going to push you into it. It has to be a good fit all around. He's efficient and quick and will do his best to get you into the car of your choice without killing your budget. He was great at presenting all options to get us the best deal. We've since taken our vehicle in for regular oil changes and have yet to have a problem. The service department is also friendly and will get you in as fast a possible. They make recommendations if anything needs to be fixed and tell you the severity of the issue, but don't pressure you into doing it the same day. Which is very helpful if you want a second opinion. Overall, pleasant experience.

I avoid dealerships. I do not like playing "The Game". For this reason, I have never purchased a new vehicle.....until now. I absolutely love this dealership - my experience was great from the minute I met with Steve all the way to the end. I have bought many cars from other dealerships in the area but this is the first time I have had a salesman who went over everything with me. I was also impressed when I met with the financial person; he also explained everything about the loan, the warranty, etc. I have other friends who have also bought from Courtesy and they too speak highly of them. I think in all of my vehicle purchases this was the first time I felt I was respected as a woman from a dealership. I have since had my vehicle serviced and the service departments - Nissan and Kia - are awesome. I speak highly all the time about this dealership.
We have purchased two vehicles from Courtsey and both times with Missy Day. She was very easy to work with, listen to what we were interested in and never pushed us to see things we didn't want. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to ask for Missy and I don't think you will be disappointed with her. The reason I gave mediocre rating has to do with the actual closing on the truck we purchased. Even though we had financing already in place my husband and I still had to wait an hour or more to get the paper work done. They are understaffed in that area and it really gave me a migraine from the stress of having to sit there when I needed to get other things done! Missy was very kind in trying to make us a comfortable as possible but it was still an ordeal I don 't wish to go through again. I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 yrs. but NEVER had to wait this long after the deal was done. I'm not sure I will buy from them again just for fear of this happening again.

I went to the dealer and looked over a few cars, Jeff Vinar offered to help me find what I was looking for, I had no idea! He asked me a couple of questions and led me to a car, I drove the car, my grandson checked it out---fell in love with it. bought it am soooo happy, Jeff was really a great guy, he didn't push or try to talk me into something I wouldn't like. I had Joe Campagna as my salesman, and although it was my first experience buying a brand new car I thought he did a really good job of going out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted out of the vehicles I was looking at. I started looking for Kia vans and Courtesy popped up where I bought my last one. I started to read reviews and seen so many positive feedback from my salesperson Steve Paytash I started to think why wouldn't I drive the hour to see him again. I have never been as happy as I was when I bought my last one from Steve. I get checked on from him time to time and made sure he is there for me. I was trying to get a dealer close to me and I did find one that I can service my currant van with but when I buy my next I will make the trip to see Steve.

My Experience Buying a Car at Courtesy Car City
When I walked into the dealership to look for a car to buy, I was immediately welcomed by Joe Compagna, one of the sales persons. Joe was informative, answered my questions well, and made me feel like I could buy a car just like a man. When I returned to the dealership a little over a week later because I had decided I really liked the red Nissan Altima the best of all the cars I had looked at since I had been at Courtesy, the red Nissan was not in the showroom like before. I said to Joe, "Where is the red Altima? Did you sell it?" Joe told me that they had sold it, but he said with conviction, "We will get you one just like it!!" I was so relieved and happy. When the red Altima came in, Joe and I made the deal. He covered everything I needed to know and was very organized. I really had a good experience buying my first car on my own.
GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!
We recently purchased a 2013 Pathfinder from Courtesy Nissan. I had purchased vehicles in the past from other salesmen but, at the time, they were unavailble. Jason Murley came to our assistance and I'm happy he did. Jason was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all our questions and took us through the selection process. The vehicle we wanted was not locally available so Jason and his Sales Manager (I don't recall his name) made an exhaustive search to find one. It took two weeks but they finally located "The One". We took delivery on a very cold December night and, once again, Jason went out of his way to insure all our questions were answered and we understood all of the many features. It goes without saying that we were delighted with our buying experience and will certainly come back to Jason and Courtesy Nissan.
A pleasant experience
When we purchased our 2013 Altima we were very pleased with the salesman, Jason Murley. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He asked who our previous salesman was and asked for Jason to take care of us. He was and is very pleasant and takes a genuine interest in his customers. This goes beyond the sale of a car. When I take my car in for service hed always says "hello". Your service department is also very good. They were able to take care of some problems we noticed, Shawn Taggart worked closely with Tech Support to remedy the problem.

Richard Stubbenfield is professional, personable, and respectful of my time and busy schedule. They didn't even play that heinous "Let-me-go-talk-to-my-manager" waiting game (which I think we can all agree is incredible). Excellent Customer Care
I was fortunate to have a wonderful sales person (Missy Day) who helped me determine my needs over the year and a half I was trying to decide what to buy. Missy always provided help with my questions and never a high pressure pitch just to get me to buy. So very different than the other car dealers I visited. There was not the color I wanted on the lot, so she went on their network and found a car at another dealer that had exactly what I wanted. It took just a few days to get the car in for me. It was a 2013 Kia Forte 5-door, a terrific car for the money and fun to drive. I have had only one experience with the service department to get the free oil change that comes with the car. The service writer was courteous and made sure my car was ready within 20 minutes of my stopping by. He also was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. The only glitch was when I came in to pay for my new car and the computer system went down, causing me to wait a bit in completing the paperwork, In total though, it was a great experience, great customer service, and a sales person I certainly will recommend.
