I had never bought through a dealership before! My salesperson was Leonard Garcia and both my husband and I really enjoyed him. He was personable, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with. The actual paperwork took a touch long but we were getting financing and he was helping another buyer at the same time. Leonard showed us numerous cars and really knew the pertinent info on all of them. I chose an Acura and am giddy still to get behind the wheel!! :-) Super pleased. My wife and I came to courtesy because they are local and we heard good reviews from people who have dealt with them. The buying experience was no pressure and very easy. We dealt with Alan Ramos who was awesome to deal with. We also dealt with Jordan who walked us through all the options on finance. I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester. I am so pleased with the car and extremely pleased with the service I received. Cameron Jabcobs was an excellent salesman that not only treated me with courtesy but with respect. (Some car salesmen can be very dismissive of women) . I had done my homework, knew what I wanted and knew what I could afford. We discussed the pros and cons of various options. He listened to my reasons and did not try to push anything on to me. I really appreciated being treated as an equal. The whole staff was willing to answer any questions I had about the car and spent a lot of time going over the various syatems. Cameron even helped me set up the Blue tooth phone. I would recommend Courtesy Motors to my women friend and especially Cameron as the salesman to deal with.

We came in looking for a used car and found exactly what we wanted. Keith Anderson and Kurt Cameron were very helpful. They showed us what we wanted to see and were not pushy. They allowed us time to think and make our decision. The finance department was very helpful and obtained a better rate than we thought we could get.

Don't waste your time looking for a clean, efficient used car anywhere else in the North State! Just go see Alan at Courtesy Motors. He is unlike any other "used car salesman" I have ever known. The used BMW I bought went through a complete check and had new brakes, new Michelin tires and everything worked, except for a missing button on the radio and broken cup holder, which the manager and Alan arranged to be replaced. The only ding I can give the dealership (which didn't affect my rating) is that the office needed some air purification.

They helped me get into a car when I thought I wasn't going to able too and saved me a trip to Roseville and saved me a ton of money. Alicia Mann was very friendly and helpful and made the car buying process pleasant for a change which I found very nice. I'm definitely going to be buying my next car from them as well.

I went to Courtesy motors to go look to replace my Honda Accord that my mom saw one online. I went there and met Alan, i ended up falling in love with a Mercades- benz, I was dealing with Alan he made my experince easy, in my price range, and his positive energey made me excited to own one. My best car buying experience to date, and I was buying mid-range used not the 115K BMW M5. Although, it would certainly look nice in my driveway. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive with both sales and finance. I would recommend Courtesy Motors without hesitation. I left with a great car and some new good friends.

I recently purchased a used Honda from Courtesy and my experience was entirely positive. I dealt with salesman Mike Knafla, sales manager Sam and financial officer Scott. All were professional and pleasant, and business was conducted efficiently and without any surprises or annoying sales tactics. Mike followed up a week after I bought the car and inquired if everything was going OK and encouraged me to contact them if there were any problems. Like many people, I do not particularly enjoy the process of purchasing a used car. However, Courtesy Motors did their best to ensure that the transaction went smoothly. Moreover, the price for the car was very fair, as was their trade-in offer. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Courtesy.

I found the used Mercedes I was looking for on Cars.com but it was located at this dealership all the way in Chico, CA. I contacted their sales department and spoke with Cedric. We were able to work out the right numbers for their used car I wanted to buy and the value of my trade-in all over the phone and by e mails in the same day. This worked out great because on the day I went to the dealership, I did not have to hassle with negotiating the price of their car and my trade-in value. On the day I drove up to Chico to purchase the car, I was assisted by salesman Mike K. and we took the car out for a test drive. Mike was very friendly and easy to talk with. I made the decision to purchase the car and worked with Finance Manager Scott. Scott was also very friendly and easy to work with. All of the sales & finance staff at Courtesy Motors were very pleasant to work with. They all made this purchase experience a very fun and exciting experience.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly people. Say they will call you and never do. Doesn't seem like they really know what they are doing. I will be going to another dealership for all my needs from now on. Takes forever just to get the cost amount for service to be done. Worst experience I have ever had with service for my vehicles.

The dealership I went to was more then fair. No haggling. When I had to wait an extended piord of time for the final papers to sign they actually gave me money and told me to have lunch on them while I waited!

We told the salesman we were looking for a 2011 Acadia to buy providing we could get Costco pricing, 5 yrs 0% financing, and the exact car. He said no problem and would get back to us. We were waiting on a call which never happened as he got married and went on a honeymoon. Not his fault but should have passed the info on to another salesman. After 2 weeks we drove to the dealership and found this out. They apologized but our car was not found so we'll wait until next year and maybe try another dealership.
