Rick Conti is a great Corvette salesman

In 2005 I bought a new Corvette from Rick Conti. He is an excellent ambassador and cheerleader for the Corvette brand. He knows everything about the features and options on Corvettes.I told him I wanted to order a gray Stinger for my car and he pointed out that it would not match the louvers in the hood which are painted Carbon Flash. Of course I took his advice and am happy I did.I'll also order my next Corvette from Rick.Joel in Bakersfield, CA

Great Experience! Worth the trip!

The people at Coughlin Pataskala were great! I worked with Eric, and I really appreciated his time and efforts in helping me find the right vehicle at the right price. Some of the nicest people around and their inventory network is HUGE! Thank you again, Eric! I will definitely be recommending him and Coughlin to friends and family. Body shop mishap

Probably the worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The body shop repainted my 2015 RAM 5 times. Killed the batteries on it . Put a total of 450 miles on it . Lied to me numerous times about why it wasn't done correctly. I would never recommend sending any paint work to them. I had to file a case against Coughlin through Chrysler to get someone's attention. Pat Davis was brought in to remedy the situation. Would not call me back . He promised to take care of this problem. My truck came in for a simple bedside factory blemish repaint. To date we are over 8,150$ in expenses. I was urged to take it to another body shop to have it done . Pat Davis has not called me since in over 13 days . I am writing this so you know what kind of a business your dealing with. My truck was not in my possession for over 53 days . Thanks Coughlin. Please do what's right. You owe me that much .

SUSPECT

I went in to just get an oil change and Tech called me to tell me my 'check engine' light was on. Never has my 'check engine' light been on, before or after getting my oil changed here. Just went back for another oil change and received the same message that my 'Check engine' light was on. Strange coincidence ! Very suspicious!

Jim and I needed to buy a car quickly. Our 1998 van is on it's last leg. After researching and finding a good fit, we visited your dealership. We were pleasantly surprised with the great customer service that Shannon Jones provided without being pushy. He went the extra mile and made special arrangements to have the car brought to us while being detailed offsite. Shannon demonstrated professionalism and dedication by making sure everything was taken care of to suit our needs well after closing time. Awesome Experience with Rick "Corvette" Conti

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. We arrived via United airlines from Atlanta to get the car. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. We were picked up from the airport by Roger, who was delightful. When we pulled into the dealership, our corvette was on display in perfect condition with a sign in the window congratulating us on our purchase (beyond classy!!). We met with Rick Conti immediately and could not have felt more special. Rick was awesome!! One of the most knowledgable and professional people I have ever met (absolutely Genuine). He actually went the extra mile and had the remotes programmed to my wife and I's preferences. We then met with Eli who took care of the paperwork in record time. Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Okay, maybe not, but there are honest people at Coughlin. You know how you go into a car dealership in defense mode and ready to deal with who-knows-what? I've bought many cars over the years and Coughlin is the first time I sensed I was dealing with honest and transparent folks that valued customer satisfaction.I was looking for a Chevy Volt and found they had the largest selection of anywhere I'd found in the Central Ohio area. Not only selection, but great prices, too. The buying process couldn't be easier and they treated me like a king...no, more like family.My only negative was that they failed to have the Volt charged up and ready to go in electric mode at pickup time, though they did have gas in the tank, which is more costly for them so I am grateful for that.Thanks to all who made it possible. I love my 2014 Chevy Volt and the peace of mind of having a good factory warranty and an extended warranty at a good price.

Best car buying experience ever

We had decided not to buy and keep the vehicle we had after visiting the competitor in Canal Winchester. We were at the end of our lease & trying to decide what to do. When we got home, we had a note in the mail from Coughlin Chevorlet & my husband decided we would go & see if the terms were the same. Terry Goodin was a dream to work with. Knowledgeable, not pushy & presented the facts. The price was $108 less per month than we were quoted elsewhere and he & Keith even found us an additional $500 & redid our paperwork with no problem when we returned to drop off keys for our old car. Even our payoff was $200 less than quoted 2 days earlier. Great experience. Very professional. Honest. Would recommend talking with these gentlemen before you purchase anywhere else. Unbelievable. Handling of a major problem with a New Vehicle.

Handling of a major problem that resulted in getting a new Vehicle:I have to give Coughlin Chevrolet a A++++++ for handling this issue, there IS service after the sale. John Riley and Rick Conti were on top of this from the get go, kudos to both of them and the entire service staff.This problem happened on a Sunday evening and the first person I called was Rick Conti. He was right on top of it and the next call I received was from GM! If I ever purchase a Chevrolet in the future, you bet it'll be from Coughlin.

I had my sights on a new 2012 Chevrolet Camaro 45th Anniversary convertible. Since the car came pretty much loaded with a specific color and equipment standard, I only had a couple of options to add. I made up my list and then looked up Columbus, Ohio Chevrolet dealers and emailed my requirements to them. Since I didn't have a trade-in, it made it easy to compare prices. Even though one of the dealers was advertised as a "True Car" dealer and I submitted that information also, Joe Westbrook at Coughlin Chevrolet of Pataskala came in the lowest price, even lower than the "True Car" dealer. I subsequently bought the car from him as they had one in stock at one of their other locations. I was treated very well initially and on every visit I have made back for service. Joe made sure that I was a satisfied customer. While they are located 25 miles from me and there are closer Chevy dealers, I am very happy with my decision to purchase my car at Coughlin Chevrolet of Pataskala and would recommend them.

The Coughlin personnel who helped me in this purchase (Rick Conti in sales and Brian Bauer in Finance) exhibited care, courtesy, consideration, and most importantly excellent product knowledge. The transaction was relatively simple and I got the desired car equipped and trimmed just as I wanted it. I am very pleased with the selection of the Pilot Transport for the delivery. In particular, the driver Larry Thompson took great care in the handling of the car and it was delivered in perfect condition. I used a car buying service through my insurance company after doing some on-line pricing research myself the day before. I received 3 quotes in a matter of 5 minutes. Two quotes were in line with what I had already saw the day before with current incentives. Coughlin's quote was noticeably less. I was skeptical, but after confirming with Dale that the car/price he quoted had everything I was looking for, I visited him to verify. The vehicle was exact, but had some side assist steps attached which was additional. Dale said he would have them removed to honor the quote through the buying service, but if I liked them, he'd give them to me for half price. Deal was done after figuring TTL and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Smoothest no haggle car buying experience I've ever had.

Rick Conti was awesome. He helped us get the corvette we really wanted at a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and had the best corvette-themed office! We flew in from New York the day after the Columbus area had had a snowstorm. I believe Rick went out of his way to make sure he could meet us at the dealership, regardless of the weather conditions. i stopped into coughlin's service center on friday afternoon without an appointment. i had my children with me and was already stressed out after being turned away by a tire store down the road. i had a completely flat tire (which i pumped up at home just enough to drive for help) and was on my way out of town for weekend travels. the service team was so nice and helpful. they had my tire fixed within 15 minutes and did it at no charge! i was so impressed by the service i received, that i have already referred coughlin to my friends. i will definitely be back!

I Just want to say this is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Dale Chapman at Coughlin Chevrolet Pataskala. We drove nearly 75 miles to purchase our last truck, when we arrived Dale and his staff had everything ready for us, we were in and out less than 1-hour. Dale and the staff gave us a lot better price for our trade in than i thought we could get. i just cant say enough about Dale and the staff, they were very friendly & gave us a great deal. a very great experience , we will be coming back to see Dale in the future.
