I worked with Rick and he was great and very patient with me. I found the SUV I wanted online and drove from Columbus to check it out and there were many cars to choose from. I test-drove a couple different cars before leaving with the one that I wanted. He was very patient with me ( I was there for a while trying to decide which car I wanted). They had several great deals that day and I was very happy with that. The thing that brought me in was the fact that I could do no money down (depending on credit). I knew my credit was good so I went with it. I am very pleased and I would recommend them. I feel like I got a great deal on the 07 Hyundai Santa Fe!

We had a very ROCKY beginning to our Coughlin Nissan experience but MATT DILLON stepped in and took care of making this mistake on their part a positive outcome. He worked with us and we came to a satisfactory resolution. We both compromised. They met the ad amount but instead of zero down we put 1500.00 to get the the correct 369.00 before taxes. We are ok with this. They did their best to get to their figure in the ad without a major loss. Matt went well beyond what any other person would have done. He sat with us and went over every detail of the car which helped tremendously. He was great to do business with and we intend on calling upon him once we are ready to purchase a car for our daughter. Things may have started off a little rocky but they have ended with a five star rating!!

I went in for a quick test drive before work and loved the Kia Soul so much I didn't even test drive the other car I was considering. I ended up buying my Kia that day. The staff was friendly, considerate, very low pressure and made me very comfortable, despite me being incredibly nervous about buying a new car. I have less than perfect credit, but Jim found me an amazing rate, and overall I was thrilled. They even offered me a decent trade on my totally beat up, smashed (but very loved) car that I had been driving. John was so helpful and polite! He really understood that I was on a tight budget but needed a reliable vehicle. When I was test driving the car (that I ended up purchasing), my dad and I felt a small shake in the car. John jumped in the car with us and immediately took it to the shop to get looked at before we went any further in the sale. It was really great that he got it checked out right then! The most pain free and pleasant car purchase I have ever done. I made an offer over the internet received a counter offer from Tyler and the next thing you know we had a deal. Tyler was great to work with, none of the typical run around stuff I've had to endure at other dealers and for the Prius I wanted Coughlin had a much better selection than all of the dealers in Columbus (where I live) they also had the exact color and model I wanted. Due to my work schedule I couldn't complete the deal until the following week, when I got there the car was ready for me, clean with all mats installed and fueled with a full tank not just five gallons like the last car I bought. After completing the paperwork on my trade-in Tyler installed my plates onto the new car and all that was left was the financing. There were other customers ahead of me waiting to complete their financing so I had to wait my turn, and even that was enjoyable. We were kept engaged in conversation and just generally entertained by nice people that made us feel welcome. Overall I would not hesitate to buy from Coughlin again.

Upon my better half and myself stopping at the afore said dealer to look at what usedvehicles they had to offer within a few minutes of looking Jim Miller walked out to usand asked if we had any questions about which one or ones we were interested in. Jim answered our questions without hesitation. He answered our questions in a very courteous and knowledgable and honest way. My sales experience was overall friendly and courteous however I found it lacked 100% education regarding any questions I had about the vehicle. I expected the sales team member to know entirely everything about the car inside and out. The sales associate was good with following up via phone calls and tried to be helpful as much as possible before I purchased the vehicle. The dealership was laid back, but there were employees eating on the sales floor, when they shouldn't be seen in front of customers. The general manager and fiance staff were eager to help and were friendly. The fiance department aimed to meet my requirements in the end, but the paperwork was fast and pushy which resulted in my car payment not being what I was told when I went to sign on the dotted line. Finally after driving the vehicle off the lot, I noticed an unusual noise after accelerating to 30 mph. I felt the noise to be unusual given the fact it's a brand new vehicle, however I was disappointed but did not wanted to jump to conclusions. After contacting Nissan and researching online, I was informed this was a manufacture problem and basically there is no solution to fix this issue yet. I would have appreciated any insight or warning before I made my purchase. I wouldn't have minded the issue if I was informed and not felt as if I made a mistake. I am satisfied with the features on the vehicle, but I am not 100% fully satisfied with my purchase.

Mike was very friendly. He answered my call when he was out of the office and even when he was home sick in bed. Charlie was very nice. He returned my calls...all of them. He answered my many questions and went above and beyond in helping me even with additions to the car that had to be done where I lived which he did not have to do.Jeremy explained all the services offered by toyota in detail. We did not understand the actual charges and the actual interest rate of our contract and he called and ask what he could do to help. This review has been amended to reflect the efforts of the Coughlin management team to resolve my issues. They are written at the bottom of my original review.Overall, I am satisfied with my experience especially with my salesperson. However, I am not happy with my purchase. When I first looked at the truck I purchased, I voiced a concern about the unusually high tire tread wear compared to the number of miles on the truck. My concern was forgotten due to the unusual time it took to perform all the necessary paperwork. Before I came back to complete the paperwork, I called and voiced my concern again. I was told by the manager that this should have been addressed earlier and that he would not make any further arrangements due to the amount that was taken off the sale price and the amount that was added to my trade-in. I told them I had voiced my concern earlier and the sales person confirmed this and regardless, I thought it was horrible that I was going to have to spend a substantial amount of money putting tires on a vehicle I just purchased and payed almost $30,000 for. They agreed to sell me tires at cost and then split the total bill with me. They ordered me a good quality set of tires and scheduled a time to have them installed. I feel much better now about my purchase knowing I will not have to spend a great deal of money on tires in the near future. Working out the finance part with Tim took longer than it should have and I would have like to have seen more options since I had already filled out the online application and been approved the day before. My partner (Dan) was in Newark putting flowers on his moms grave on Mothers Day. He drove through your dealership and noticed you had the Nissan Versa. I was in the market for a small car to give my son for graduation and he told me about a car you had. He also told me he had done business with you (Matt) before. I asked him to make a call for me and Matt and Andy handled my finance application for a loan. I had a wonderful experience. Matt found the exact car that I was looking for at a fantastic price. He also delivered it to me 6 hours away. Bought my first new Toyota from Matt Dillon about 4 years ago. I have known Matt for quite sometime and have known him to be a very honest person. Mat was, as usual, friendly during our transaction and if it may be said downright humorous. Matt ordered and quickly got me the car I desired at the price we agreed upon.
