I was in need of a used car and being as a family we have purchased our last 3 new vehicles from Corwin, I decided that was were we would start our search..I worked with Josh Swanson as our sales person and he did a great job answering my questions ..I narrowed my search to one vehicle, it was in my price range and I actually really loved the looks of the vehicle..unfortuanantly there were some issues with the vehicle that made it impractical for my budget...Josh got the Sales Manager Scott Anderson involved in trying to assist my wife and I and he came through big time for us..he not only found another car of the same make and model but also a year newer and for not much more money.Well thanks to the great service from both Josh and Scott we purchased the vehicle and reaffirmed why we remain loyal customers. I would recommend corwin honda to anybody buying a car, new or used. I am young and I had no credit but I was in need of a vehicle and they never brushed me off because of that, they gave me and my wife a very good deal and they held the vehicle we liked for about 3 weeks.

Rashid was awesome, if it was not for him I would have walked away. Rashid will be the only salesperson I ever deal with. Dan was not helpful once I decided to purchase a warranty, I had called him back in regards to in-house financing instead of going through my bank and asked about interest rates and he said they varied. When I tried to get a range, again, he was of no help. It was as if now that I had the vehicle he had no time for me. I was not happy with my bank and wanted to see the options Corwin had. I ended up walking out and finding another bank myself. Justin was rude when it came time to agree on a price of vehicle and told me he was doing me a favor with the amount given. I had looked at multiple vehicles before deciding on the one purchased and was very disappointed with 2 units on the lot. They were filthy and I was told they already had gone through recon. The one smelled like dog pee and the other you could tell was only vacuumed. Again if not for Rashid I would have walked out.

I've never had a good experience dealing with this place. And recently when we were in the market for a new vehicle, I had reservations about going here but thought I'd give them one more chance. They were very pushy, and then on top of that they gave me an offer on my trade that was almost 50% lower than the dealership that I ended up buying my new vehicle from. I will never go here again.

I had a few questions about our new Honda Pilot Touring model and was fortunate enough to get to talk with Jessie John. Not only was she knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions, but she was so nice! I feel like I made a new friend. We cannot recommend Corwin Honda enough. First we were just going to stop in and see where our son worked. He was surprised to see us there. We wanted to see if the Honda's were easy to get in and out for us old people.as we set in the Honda we found it was easy to enter and east to get out. Then Brad Kruger had both of us drive it while explaning all the features plus by adding the sensitivity features we got very interested.. We were not planning on buying until Brad showed us the leasing features. the Honda Pllot fit our needs we thought.We thought the interior was equal to our suburban for space. Guess what we ordered a new Honda Pilot I think we will be happy with our choice and happy with the salesman he did his job.

I went to Corwin Honda to look for car so I kept going back and forth and I meet this guy Alvin. He was such a great helper to me because I didn't know what kind of car I wanted but he took me inside and went to all the process by showing me the kind of car is good. His character was really good from the beginning till I went home. Nothing was missing, I hear everything I wanted to hear from him and he took me to a text drive and I was in love with the car. Just this morning he called me and know how I was doing with my car.

I paid for a used 2012 Accord in cash, and had to return back to the dealership to obtain my drive out permit since it wasn't initially provided. They took my money and sent me on my way without any paperwork. Just sloppy and interacting with Jeff was almost intolerable. He has this insufferable smug, superior attitude, like he's above you. What a nice way to treat someone who just gave your business $15k!I have nothing personal against Michael Haller though. He made some mistakes, but seems like a real nice guy.

I bought a used GMC Denali from Corwin Honda. Upon returning home and feeling the tires should be replaced, we brought the vehicle in and realized there were more serious issues going on. The brakes were shot and the ball joints were going bad. This vehicle clearly had not been inspected like they rave they do. We had all the repairs made and contacted Corwin Honda with our bills for repair. Two different managers agreed to pay half of our costs to have these items fixed. Going on now over 2 months, we still have not seen a check. We have been told it is in the mail but nothing ... And now we don't even get return phone calls when inquiring about our check we were promised. I have zero respect for Corwin Honda and will never do business with them again.

I am 67 and my husband is 82. We have always driven a Honda. We moved to Fargo 4 years ago and started dealing with Corwin Honda then. We wouldn't even consider taking our Honda anywhere else.Last June we purchased a new CRV. George Shipley was our salesman and we were very impressed. He did not pressure us and was extremely professional. We took a month to make our decision to buy... talk about patience on his part!!! He made us feel like part of a family. We always have our car serviced there and our go to guy is Justin Chose. He is a straight shooter and has always treated us well and fairly. When I read these negative reviews I couldn't believe it. I suggest you think for yourself and don't trust negative judgement. It's way too easy to be negative.

My new 2015 CRV AWD started shaking badly. I took it to the dealer and the service advisor said he hadn't heard of such a problem. I had read that Honda admitted it was a problem. I told the advisor that he was a bold faced lier. He got all red in the face and told me he didn't like to be called a lier. As I was leaving, I took a picture of the service advisor. He rushed me and tried to take my camera away from me. (this was outside the building) I ran to my car, locked the doors, and sped off. I have the pictures to prove it. Needless to say, I am 70 years old and handicapped. I don't need this kind of service. I don't think I will return to this dealer. dah!!!!! I have owned 13 new Hondas and the last two (2013 & 2015) have come from this dealer.

This transaction was an internet/phone transaction and I have learned my lesson. I was assured that they did this type of transaction all the time, but if they do they can't get it right very often! Missing paperwork, accessories not delivered until after the car was delivered, (all season floor mats). Not a big deal but the car was a gift that wasn't complete when given and the paperwork had to be signed by my daughter to get a new graduate discount so when it was at my home when we went to her graduation I had to drive it 1 hr away to finally complete the transaction.Final straw war the credit card deposit to seal the deal for $500 that wasn't applied to the deal and held until 3 phone calls and 2 weeks later when I had to talk with the GM to get the $500 credited back, still not verified as I write this review!

Looking for a CRV - had researched and test driven them so we knew what we wanted, just checking prices and trade in values. Jake, the sales guy was just fine - helpful, etc. Curtis, the new car mgr told us about six times he wanted to sell us a car TODAY, despite being told otherwise. Wanted to show us payment plans so he could "get us into a car". We knew how we were going to pay, just wanted to know how much. Too much talking, not enough listening. He even said he was aggressive - more like borderline obnoxious. Vic, the general mgr, saved the day. Met him in the men's room and after a nice visit he looked at their offer and made a much better one - nice and simple. Bottom line price - just wrote a figure on the back of his card. Checked other dealers in our area and went with Corwin. Best part is that they delivered - over 200 miles away. Brought the new car, took away the old - pretty good service.

After my second visit to Corwin Honda of Fargo, ND I could not recommend it to anyone. On both of my visits they have tried to bilk me out of money, do a poor job and be as unreliable as a 1980's FIAT.

I bought a used 2013 Ford Focus from Corwin last week and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I worked with Tony who was very friendly and helped me find the right payment for my budget. I was able to get a great rate an an excellent deal on an extended bumper-to-bumper, no-deductible warranty. The car itself is incredibly clean and was also priced $1500 under book value, so it was a great deal as well. They also gave me a very generous trade-in deal for my old car. I could tell they wanted me to purchase the car from them (just like any dealership would), but it was in a way that I didn't feel pressured in any way. The building is very new and clean, and the amenities there are very nice. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership in the future, as well as recommending it to people I know.

This service center is dishonest and makes unneccessary repairs to your vehicle. They wanted to repair a leaky hose for $780. The next place I took it to could not find a leak, even though I told them exactly which hose it was. I also had issue when I went in to buy a new vehicle. I ended up going to Grand Forks Honda.

I started my search to buy my first ever Honda CRV at Corwin in Fargo. I did not know much about this particular vehicle so I was looking for a salesman that could help me decided exactly what I wanted. The salesman I delt with was George Shipley, we discussed various CRV's over a couple of days and finally decided on one, I called George to tell him we would take a particular CRV only to be told it was sold, which happens all the time no big deal right???? But then he told me he has another one only a year newer and less miles, I thought about it and said I would take it, told me it was sold between our phone calls, then told me its not sold any more because there credit was not good, so I told him I would take it again and gave him a credit card number for a down payment, called George and text him numerous times to find out where my CRV is and all I got was lies and dishonesty from him, I called to talk to the GM Victor Peterson and left a couple messages with no response from him either. I'm not sure what I did wrong other than trying to buy a vehicle from Corwin, but if this is the way you treat new customers I'm not sure how you stay in business, and if I get the chance I will warn anybody that asks me about this salesman.

I had the best experience with Danny Sandbeck at Corwin Honda in leasing a vehicle. I was in an accident and needed a vehicle. I let Danny know what I was looking for and in 2 days I was driving a 2015 Honda CR-V. The customer service was exceptional and top notch. I was greeted with a smile from everyone I encountered from the receptionist, Dan in Finance, and others in the showroom. I know looking for a vehicle can be a stressful time but working with Corwin Honda I didn't have that feeling. I was excited when I picked up my shiny new CR-V. Any smart person in this world knows that every dealership will act overly sweet, extremely welcoming and sugarcoat words when you go in there to buy a car. A true dealership character shows after you have bought a car or go in for car services. That's when dealerships show their true colors. Dealerships, those who are genuinely interested in providing the best experience of their name brand to the customers concentrate on providing great car service and dealerships that are only interested in making money concentrate on sales. Of course that is important to be able to run the business efficiently but if you cannot provide good car service you will not only eventually lose all business but you will also hurt the name brand that you are representing. SALES IS NOT EVERYTHING, VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS! This review is not for people, people in North Dakota don't have very many options but it is meant for HONDA as a company to help them choose their representatives more carefully next time.

My fiance and I went in to Corwin to buy a Honda Pilot for a our growing family. Aaron Roland immediately assisted us in finding the one we want with options we requested. Aaron helped negotiate a very reasonable deal and we left the dealership with a 2014 Pilot EX-L. We purchased a number of accessories for our Pilot and scheduled those a week after our purchase. We had an issue with one of the accessories we purchased and I called Aaron. Within in a few hours Aaron had the issue sorted out and we were compensated for the inconvience. I was impressed with the service that Aaron provided us and we will be purchasing another vehicle from him in the future.

I would never recommend this place. I caught the Manger in a lie more then once. I could truly see they will tell you what ever they want to make a sale. As far as making only a couple hundred dollars on a vehicle is a big lie. If this was the case I should of been offered aleast fair value for my car. I'm not going to just give it away and I hope nobody else does. I have bought one vehicle there before and I will not be returning for anymore.

Honestly, this is one of the worst dealerships I have ever visited. I know it's generally the salesmans fault and not necessarily the dealership, but wow! Extremely high pressure, even after saying multiple times, from the beginning, I would be buying in a day or two once I made up my mind, wanted to think it through. Pretty sure every human that has ever bought something understands the 'laws of consumerism' yes, if you wait it may sell, but with cars, there are more where that came from...He also pressured me into other models, which the more he pushed just made me not want to look at them. They wouldn't give me a definitive answer on trade in value unless I selected the car I would buy, Which is my other favorite dealer ploy. Also it took them nearly 40 minutes to evaluate my trade, to then, of course, not actually give me an answer. Pretty sure my trade should be worth one value no matter what I purchase...I don't know how to completely explain why, nothing catastrophic, but I don't think I would return even if they had a vehicle I wanted badly. I visited probably 6 dealerships that week looking for my next car and Corwin was the worst by far. Very uncomfortable.

In 8 years they have never let us down, partially infact that Honda is a great vehicle. The store and service shop is very nicely designed, and cleanliness is awesome. My husband and I purchased our vehicle from Corwin today, and let me say it was by far the best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for. We walked around their lot for probably 2 hours just based on their massive selection and the many options they had to choose from. We were never hounded about a test drive, or pressured to pick a certain vehicle. They let us explore every part of the cars we were interested in without a eye over our shoulder, or a feeling of having to hurry up. When we finally decided to test drive a car we were able to do so without waiting. We were told we can go where we needed to really get a day to day feel for the car, and not a selected route as other car dealerships suggest. D.J. Hawkinson, our sales representative was awesome! He explained every process before it happened and then would come back and explain what would happen next. Instead of going out there to make another sale he kept us very entertained with conversation even after the sale was final. I am sure all their representatives are like minded and just as caring about the person and not how many vehicles they can push. You will always have our business, and if you are looking for an awesome vehicle at a more then excellent deal you would be crazy not to go here!!!

I called Corwin to inquire about the purchase of a new vehicle, and asked a few questions about my potential trade in-at that point I was only starting the vehicle purchasing process. The next day-I had two voicemails following up about when I was going to come in and test drive. I didn't call them back due to my schedule. In a four day time span--Corwin had made attempts to contact me 7 different times! I get they are in it for the sale, but in my opinion it was bordering on harassment. Went to look for cars-sales were pushy-overdid it on the fake nice. On the plus side, they have a clean comfortable lobby/showroom.

I bought a used Honda Accord from Corwin and I wish I would have inspected it better before the purchase. The sales process is super high pressure and they kept trying to sell me on payments instead of the car price - "you could lease a new one for $300 a month! - thanks but I want to buy this used car. "Weekly payments would only be $100!" Who makes weekly payments? What is this a tote the note lot? Anyway, I ended up buying the car and a couple of days later I noticed a paint mismatch on one of the panels. Carfax was clean but it had clearly been repaired. The transmission hunted for gears a lot too so I got spooked. They had a week long return policy so I bought it back. The sales manager said he didn't see any difference in the paint but it was plain as day in the direct sunlight. They took it back and I got my money back so there were no hassles there. Went to Lunde and bought a new Mazda, much better sales experience over there.

Bought 2012 Honda CRV at 5pm June 14th, by 8pm figured out had cold start problem (variable timing actuator) had fixed june 18th under warranty supposedly car had 50 point inspection (I would suggest a 51 point inspection). Never got call backs or e-mail response from sales or sales manager, Now july 7th license for car still hasnt been processed, some lame excuse about being too busy!! Poor, very poor after sales experience even the service manager gave us a hard time about engine noise (could be starter, will have to check oil ect) even though it had left their service bay after that wonderful 50 point inspection not 6 days earlier (btw Honda 2.4L are known for this vtc issue) Love the CRV feel got a good price on it BUT after sale a big thumbs down

Attempted to purchase a car from Corwin Honda... It was the WORST experience I have EVER had.... Worked with this dealership for weeks!!!! Finally agreed upon a vehicle, price, and trade-in value. Had an appointment to sign the final paperwork and pay for my car at 5:30pm. With cashiers check in hand made out to Corwin Honda, I get a call at 5:10pm that someone is looking at the car and they will let me know in the next ten minutes if they buy it or not. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! Walk in to be told that they just sold the car that they made a deal with me on 5 hours earlier. Attempted to contact several upper management staff to never get a call back from!!! Sales manager wanted to offer me a free tank of gas and free oil changes (never seen) and called me the next day to tell me they have something close to what I was looking at for $3000 more. Beware!!!! Ended up going to Rydell in Grand Forks what a great dealership... Got the exact same car, lower miles, way more options, amazing sales staff and even delivered the car to me in Fargo. He approached a salesman, Jeff Fallgatter, and told him the situation. Jeff immediately got out his camera and took half a dozen pix that he e-mailed to me. I liked the looks of the car, and we came to an agreement on price. He earned his commission on that sale because he had to jump thru hoops to get the title in 2 names and fed-ex documents to both of us to get original signatures. He did a great job, and I would shop there again!

Just leased the second Honda Pilot Touring through Joel at Corwin Honda in two years. We live in Bismarck, ND and the 190 mile drive is well worth it. I would like to say that I shopped around in Bismarck to get s better deal and from my last experience, I realized I would be wasting my time. The local dealer in Bismarck does the low pressure one price nonsense. They told us they were low pressure - so low pressure the other dealership didn't want to ride with us on the test drive!? We took our Honda Pilot to Corwin Honda for a tire rotation. The tires were not rotated correctly (tires put in opposite placement of that requested). We had them change to what they should be. Tires placed back into their original positions (wrong again). On the third attempt to rotate the tires, they were in the proper position. We left and headed down the interstate. The car began to shake and we found that the lug nuts had not been tightened. We had to leave our car overnight before they would fix it. After this horrific and unbelievable fiasco of incompetence, we've been having our vehicle serviced elsewhere, until today when a specific issue with the Honda lug nuts on the tire forced us back there. We informed the service mngr that we were in a hurry and simply needed the locking lug nuts removed (requires a key which we don't have since our last tire Replacement). Despite being very clear with him that we didn't want a review of what may need replacement, he persisted in this endeavor. After waiting about 30 minutes, he found us to tell us our battery was dead when he tried to start the car so we need a new battery. This timing was highly suspicious, and it's clear that either the battery never died (a lie) or they caused it to die messing with testing it. Regardless, I don't appreciate waiting over an hour for four lug nuts to be replaced for 30 bucks, and having the vehicle jump started (supposedly) when it wasnt needed. This is the worst service department I've ever encountered. If you're thinking about getting a Honda, look in Grand Forks or Minneapolis.

My experience at Corwin Honda was very bad, but I must first-and-foremost clarify that it typically "takes one bad apple to spoil the batch", and I believe this was the case at Corwin Honda. The majority of the dealership were extremely friendly and courteous, the facility itself was exceptional. The finance guy was was very friendly, UNTIL I declined when he offered me an extended warranty and dent protection. From that point on, he was "Jeckyll-and-Hyde", and extremely unprofessional. He was very unhelpful, didn't return calls or emails. When I was able to track him down on his cell phone, he said things to me, and I quote: "You are creating alot of work for me for nothing", and "I'm really dissapointed in this deal". When I called to try and get my corrected vehicle purchase contract and loan amount to be financed, his reply was "I have no idea". I could write many more paragraphs on my bad experience, but I have already spent hours on the phone working w/ others at Corwin and the Bank to get everything staightend out and get my questions answered. It has been 32 days since I purchased my used vehicle from Corwin, and I still do not have all the corrected paper work and questions answered to my satisfaction. I am certainly getting close with the help of others at the dealership, but this experience was again, really bad.

It all started off good like others have stated. We drove thru the lot and my son spotted a car he liked. A salesman came out and asked if he wanted to look at it and test drive it. They went on the test drive and came back. That is when the dealing began. They did the credit check and everything was all good. We went on and was purchasing the car when I told them I didn't have full coverage on any of my other vehicles I was told that I couldn't leave with the car till I added it to the policy. I ended up just paying cash since it was now after hours and we all just wanted to be done. I bought a 2003 pontiac sunfire with 57,500 miles on it. It is an early graduation present for my son I told him. Is there a lemon law I asked. He said no, but it is a good car and shouldn't have any problems. After having the car 2 weeks we noticed it was using oil. I call up the sales guy and tell him what is going on. He talks to the service dept and they say to bring it in and they will do what they can to help with the matter. I bring it in do the oil change and they do a 500 miles check. This is where we drive it for 500 miles and keep track of the amount of oil we put in it. I had to take a trip to Rapid City and decided to take the car. On my way back I stopped in Watertown, SD because the motor was sounding louder than normal. I drop it off at the chevy dealer to have them check it out. They call me on Monday morning to tell me that the timing chain and tensioners were bad. I call corwin and let them know what is going on. They check and tell me that I didn't buy the extended warrenty so there isn't anything they can do. I told them I didn't know it was offered but even so it has only been 3 weeks since I bought the car. Don't you have a 30 day warranty or anything? Nope we don't they say, but what we can do is pay 300 of the 900 bill. Since they could fix it for 600. I wasn't happy at all this was happening. The sales guy goes on and tells me how he bought a pickup and the alternator went out a bit after he bought it. This stuff happens he says and states that it was to bad I paid cash for the car. Really then you could do something? Needless to say this restarted the 500 miles. I track the oil for another 500 and call and talk to them. It is still using oil. They tell me to bring it up and they will check it out again. This time I get a lady. Mind you I live over an hour away. She tells me the oil level was fine and they couldn't see it leaking anywhere. I told her I put oil in it before I came up and it isn't leaking it, it is using it. She goes on to tell me it is common for older cars (2003?) to use more oil. I told her my other cars don't use this much and they are older.She then has me do the 500 miles again. I am getting upset this is basically the 3rd time I am asked to do this. After the 500 miles I call her and tell her how much oil it used. Once again she says this is common for older cars. I told her it isn't and that I am adding way more in this one than my older cars. She then tells me it is because it is a smaller motor and to continue to keep track of the oil usuage until it is time for the next oil change. A week later the piston or seal or whatever it was that was causing the oil usuage blew and blew the heads on the car. 4 months after I purchase this car my motor is gone. I call them up and they say there isn't anything they can do. That I should have purchased the warrenty. Really? This car had only 57,500 miles on it. Now my son's graduation present is just sitting in the driveway. I have checked around and almost every other place has a 30 day 3,000 mile warranty. I brought this car back after 2 weeks so it would have been covered under that with any other place so not only did I buy the car and 600 for timing chain,2 oil changes I am out almost 8,000 and there is nothing they can do. I will never buy another car from them and hope nobody else well either. If they would have looked into why the car was using the oil and instead of insisting it was common and found the problem it would have been a cheaper solution. By the way I talked to a couple of garages and they told me that she should have never told me to keep driving it with the amount of oil it was using. Since ND has no lemon law on used cars I don't think it would do me any good to go to court, but I am tempted. Very bad business practices here.

Everything was fine at first. Corwin was very accommodating to have us take the used van to our own mechanic for inspection and they were very forthcoming with the carfax and maintenance history. Until we went in to retrieve the vehicle. We sat for a half and hour, AFTER being called to push our scheduled appointment back and hour. They told us the disc changer wasn't operating. They said it was an easy same day fix. We would simply drop the van off one morning, have a courtesy driver drop my husband off at work, then have the van ready to drive back home that same night. We live out of town, so it's easier for mileage to drive the one vehicle to Fargo. My husband brought the van in to Corwin that Friday morning. They took out the entire stereo system and told him they wouldn't get to it that day, but bring it back on Monday. Thus begins our weekend of errands with 5 children in the back and nothing but the sound of their own voices to entertain them. If Corwin knew they wouldn't be able to work on it that day, we should have been told this before they took the entire system out and instead, brought the van in on Monday for our same day repair. Monday rolls around and my husband drives the van into work again in anticipation for our same day repair to be done and installed. It's now 2pm and no word from Corwin. I called the service center and all they told me is the repair woman called for information this morning, but they don't have it back yet, sorry. I told the service man at Corwin to call the stereo repair woman and ask for more information on whether it would be done tonight, because I didn't want to be without a van for a third day while my husband drives it to work *hoping* Corwin finally gets this issue resolved. On top of wasting gas driving the van instead of my husbands regular work vehicle, they didn't wash the vehicle, didn't top off the tank as they said they would and their customer communication skills are severely lacking. My husband Gary and I are from Minot, ND. We had been shopping for a new 2012 Honda Accord in Minot, Bismarck, Grand Forks and Fargo. Of all the dealerships Corwin was the most willing to get us the vehicle we wanted at an absolutely fantastic price that the other dealerships weren't willing to match. We have bought many vehicles in the past 30 years and we have never had a salesman who was so good to work with and so honest. Don met us in Bismarck so we did not have to drive all the way to Fargo to get the vehicle. In addition, Greg, who works in the Finace department kept in touch with us by phone to get all the necessary paperwork done in advance so all we had to do was sign in a few places when we met Don in Bismarck and we were on our way in less than an hour with our new car. I had an extreme bad experience from this dealer. Corwin Honda at Fargo is not less than a criminal. They showed me a car (Civic Ex-L) and I test drive the car. I was impressed with the car, but when we started negotiation , the manager were behaving like a penny is important for them. Even I know they did excessive profit from this transaction, I said yes to the deal with a promised 0.9% APR financing from Honda. Now story begin. Suddenly the seller said that the price of this vehicle is not what he said earlier before negotiation happened. It is the EX model price , not the EX-L (our desired). They can not sell me by the price they already came to close the deal. I asked how much more I have to pay for this? He said he can not make the deal today as it will take his manager to look through several other paper works. I was surprised and asked him why then Corwin checked my credit history ? He said well, Honda did not approved my credit yet, but will do it by tomorrow, in case if I want to check back with them tomorrow. However, the seller apologized about the whole process. My question is, while doing negotiations he ran out to manager couple of times. Didn't they look at what model and trim they are selling at that time? Craps are all over in the world! I got back home and get a call on the next day from manager asking me if I am interested to buy the EX-L by their chosen price (which was more than Honda's MSRP value). He lured that I got 3.99% APR financing from Honda. I confronted him on this because I got 0.9 % already approved loan from them on previous day. Why are you asking this increased APR ? He was so annoyed at that point that he screamed on me and said that my credit score is low and that how I ended up the APR with . I said no way , I know my credit, it is well qualified to get 0% from any car dealer. He simply cut the call. I wish to sue them at my best for a charge against buyer harassment, faulty information about credit and misbehave .

I bought a newer vehicle this year that was advertised on KeepItLocal.com and it was advertised as having features that the vehicle did not have. Indeed my invoice said the entire 'upper arm rear' was replaced. I had 47903 miles on the car and am now on my third set of rear tires. The service advisor said the work would be done at no charge. I see by the invoice that the repair was referenced under Service Bulletin 08-001. After the work was performed I was told that an alignment charge of $79.00 was made and needed for the job that had been done. I wasn't told this before when I first took the car in. I told Mr. Teberg that was fine and that I was going to sue Corwin Honda. Mr. Teberg then did a 'New York Suffle' and had the charge removed from the invoice. I never was shown the service bulletin specifics. I have further learned that there was some type of reimbursment program for tires. I'm sure it is convoluted in Honda's favor. My first replacememnt tires cost me $575.76 (four tires). My second tires cost me $314.57 (two tires). Remember these are 80,000 mile tires. My question is: How many customers were charged the $79.00 alignment charge. If Honda picked up the bill for the fix, I would assume that an alignment would be mandatory on a major repair such as repalcementof the upper rear control struts. If I could get a copy of the service bulletin I would be willing to bet that such an alignment was free to the customer. If this is the case, I would suggest that Corwin Honda may be guilty of possible fraud. Charging for something that was supposed to be free.
