Corwin dodge will try and sell you a vehicle with hail damage saying that it doesn't misleading you into thinking you purchased a new vehicle but in reality it's damaged and they are pocketing the money stealing from their customers!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CORWIN CROOKS!!!!

I have purchased more than 8 vehicles from Corwin. Their sales staff is great. Their service department is non-existant.They have promised me for 20 years that they are improving their service department. Not happening.If you have a Chrysler vehicle that you are thinking of taking to Corwin, do yourself a favor and hit yourself on the head and take your car to taco bell. It will be less painful and your car repairs will be the same. You might even be able to talk to someone at taco bell.

I have bought more than 8 vehicles from Corwin. Just about everything except service is very good. Sales are excellent. If you buy your car there and take it somewhere else for service you should be happy. If you need Corwin to do service work including changing your oil, save some time, money and anguish, hit yourself on the head and take your car to taco bell. They have been promising to fix their service problems for over 20 years and it appears its beyond their grasp. The service department is so far beyond bad that customer experiences should be shown in comic book form. Unbelievable

After numerous conversations my original contact Sales-person, Chuck, turned me over to Chris. The car Chuck & I had thought would work for me, didn't. Chris, to his credit, stepped-up and helped me to find a more suitable car. The process was very long, too long. I honestly think it was too long for everyone involved, not just Chris, and my self. Early in the process, before I even looked at the car I thought I was going to trade for, I was approached by an Insurance Sales-person. I told them I was very happy with my current carrier, but they persisted, until I flat-out got rude with them. I realize he was only doing as instructed, but I felt it was an unwanted imposition. I wasn't there to seek an Insurance policy. I wish I felt I could just stop the deal, and go home. But, they had the Title to the car I was trading-in, and they had the number of my Debit card I'd used for my "hold" on the original car I was coming to trade for. I bought a car, but at this point, I wish I hadn't. Not the fault of Chris, but the rest of the Staff who were left to handle an awkward situation.

Salesperson was rude in texts, actually used swear words in text to us! What kind of professional does that? Hmmm. Tried to cover up rudeness with smiley faces and such. It was like dealing with a five year old. We didn't buy there and never will. We were appalled by the behavior they showed us. Then they did the old, "I am not available but the sales manager will help you" tactic. Just not a good experience at all. Beware of who you work with.

We had our caravan worked on 04/2015 It needed a head gasket replaced, it was still in warranty. It didn't cost us a cent. I needed a vehicle to get home, because my wife and I didn't have our meds along so they let us use a vehicle to get to our central Minn residence. We didn't need to get it back right away which was nice. We have our oil changed here. Sales staff is friendly. We have purschased 3 new caravans and car in the past years. And most likely buy another vehicle in the near future

Great salesman. Very helpful. The facility was under construction so it was loud and crowded and it hieghtend the stress level above what it should have been. Only down side about my purchase of my 34 thousand dollar truck was their policy about not filling the gas tank before you take your vehicle home .

We had just had an addition to the family and needed something to fit three kids comfortably. We talked to Doug Mithun and after a short conversation he had us looking at a van. He said we would love the room the stow n go offered. We test drove a used town and country first and then a new one. Doug showed us what the new van offered compared to the used. We were impressed by the overall knowledge he had of what he was selling. We had never bought a brand new vehicle before so we wanted to know if it was even feasible. After a short time in his office (without kids complaining thanks to kids room) he was able to give us a number and we loved it. If not for Doug's unforceful demeanor and caring report we might not have bought the van the first place we looked.

I went to the dealership to check on an advertised truck and as I was looking, Larry walked up and and introduced himself and from that point on, it was a wonderful experience. He was very informative about the vehicle, explained to me the benefits of the truck, was able to get me a great trade in on my other vehicle and most of all, was a very funny guy and made the experience of buying a vehicle a great experience. I have told many of my friends and family about the wonderful job Larry did for me and from this point on they have all gone to him. Even my girlfriend will be purchasing a vehicle through Larry soon.

We looked at a used pickup at this dealership, but found that the passenger seat was defective. The dealership did not want to fix it, but the salesman, Larry Ullrich, went to bat for us and, at some personal sacrifice, got the seat mechanism replaced. There was still a problem with the seat after we had bought the pickup, and he saw to it that the problem was eliminated to our satisfaction at no additional cost to us.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep in early January. I did the research on-line and found the Jeep that I had wanted. All I needed to do was take it for a test drive and negotiate price, a pretty easy sale for the salesman. One of the tires was low but it was very cold out and marked it up to the cold weather. I was pleased with the test drive and proceeded to make the purchase.Well, about a month after the purchase the same tire was low again. I put air in the tire and I called the salesman and he said to bring it in if it went low again. Well, about a month later it went low again. I brought in the Jeep and they checked the tire. Sure enough... There was a nail in the tire. I told them that they should replace the tire because it was like that when I made the purchase. They said that if you replace one tire you should replace all of them. That would cost me about $600.00! I didn't think that was a fair deal considering I have only owned the Jeep for a little over two months. The least they should do is cut me a deal on replacing the tires.This was their solution... They patched the tire but didn't feel very confident about the patch job because of the way the nail was in the tire. If it goes low again I should give them a call and they'll "see what they can do." Well... That doesn't make me feel very confident or safe in the mean time. I was very shocked that they didn't stand behind their product. I am very disappointed in the managers specifically because they refused to admit that they sold me a Jeep that had a nail in one of the tires. They actually tried to say that it could have been from the wear and tear since the purchase. I drive in town 95% of the time, not much wear and tear!Think twice before buying ANY vehicle at Corwin!!!

Seriously, great sales staff...used car sales was an excellent group to work with. Service Department...slow...needed to fix a sensor in the truck I purchased before I could take it off the lot to go home...took about 4 hrs...sales mgmt was terrible, I live 4 hrs. away from their location, was planning on making a trip on a Friday, was talking to salesperson on Wednesday, when he approached the sales mgr. the mgr advised him that the truck I was interested in was going to auction on Thursday...but I could have them hold the vehicle for $1000-$1500 down non-refundable...no way...come to find out the vehicle didn't sell at auction, I was actually called that evening by the sales staff and told that it didn't sell, then I received the e-mail from their internet informations peopls saying it was sold, I decided to look again to find that the vehicle didn't sell and on top of it the price was lowered $1900, hmm, now if I didn't call or look more into that I wouldn't have known otherwise. It seemed like some shady tactics by their managerial staff...however they have a network support staff I.T. people that field the incoming info requests for websites like cars.com, they are horribly pesty and actually convey the wrong information on more than one occassion. Look I'd recommend this dealership and only to the salesperson I worked with, be leary of their managerial sales staff not very trustworthy. Actually, if it wasn't for the salesperson, I would not have bothered. They should be worshipping the ground TOM WARGA (sales & leasing) walks on...that man made up for the lack of Managerial Quality, and Parts Dept. Foul-ups. That man got you a sale CORWIN. The Financing People were also fantastic and should be commended as well. Like I said, Tom Warga (people like him) and the financing dept. made the deal work. Parts made the mistake in giving the service dept. the wrong part so that's how the foul up happened there but they do have great service staff. They would be the only reason why I'd recommend this dealer to a friend. Sorry, did this quickly hope this helps would-be buyers.
