I contacted Brandon Copple with all of my questions in buying a vehicle from their dealership. Brandon responded very quickly with all the information I needed to make a decision. I set up a time for my wife and I to go and look at vehicles. When I arrived, Brandon had the 3 trucks lined up in front of the dealership. He walked me through the pricing of each vehicle. After looking at the numbers, he got me in contact with Mark. Mark went over all the ins and outs of the truck. Went went for a test drive and I absolutely loved the truck. We went in and started the paperwork. Mark then sent us to Mike. Mike went over all of the warranty stuff and finished up the paperwork. From start to finish, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Copple Chevrolet is topnotch in my book and will see my business in the future.

I didn't have to wait for the service at all. They checked me in right away and I went down to the diner and came back a half hour later and the car was ready. And of course, it was my first (free) oil change and it was worth the drive from Lincoln to have it done. The team that worked to get my car to me when I purchased it was amazing. I really appreciate Copple Chevrolet.

I took my 2015 Silverado pick-up in for a recall. The service manager told me approximately how long it would take to fix the problem. The truck was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and I was on my way sooner than I thought.While my wife and I were waiting in the breakroom, several Copple associates stopped and asked, "If we were being helped and if there was anything they could do for us"? This showed my wife and I the interest that Copple Chevrolet has in its customers to make us feel we are welcome anytime.

looked for a specific corvette on cargurus. tracked it at several dealerships including copple in nebraska. first contacted terry dickinson. was in frequent contact by phone and email. quick, accurate, and personable response. they did what i needed and did what they said they would do. went smoothly from start to finish from 500 miles away. went about as good a car buying experience could be, from first contact to them putting it in my driveway.

My experience with Copple Chevrolet was excellent. I had talked with two other dealers and thought I was buying an Acadia from which ever one came up with the best price. I had previously talked with Kirk Fleck at Copple and when he called to check if I had found a vehicle, I told him I had.Since he knew what I was looking for he had also found the same vehicle as the other two dealers, however, he at least knew the one I had thought I was buying was already sold!!! I checked with one of the other dealers and when he finally did his homework, he admitted that the vehicle had indeed been sold.Kirk told me about a trade-in Copple had with only 14,500 miles. I decided to take a road trip and visit the Copple dealership. Kirk met me and showed me the vehicle he thought would work well for my needs and that I would really like. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle completely on my own, I was very appreciative of the straight-forward way Kirk discussed the vehicle with me. There was no condescending, false flattery that I had received from the other dealer. The same held true in dealing on the price. They absolutely did not pressure me in any way to purchase from them. It was refreshing to see the interaction between Kirk, Sean Taylor, and Mile Albrect. They seem to really respect one another and are a good team. Kirk also spent over an hour going over all the features of the SUV including setting up the computer. for me. He even bookmarked a page in the owner's manual so I could easily set up my garage code when I got home. He made sure that I knew that he would be available to help me in the future with any questions or concerns I might have.I would recommend Copple Chevrolet GMC to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I think there is an advantage in dealing with a smaller dealership where they work as a team and where they really care about their customers.

I went in to redeem a prize I'd received in the mail and told them from the beginning that I just wanted to look at what they had and wasn't in any hurry to actually buy a car. They asked for my information and had me sign a paper without telling me anything at all, so I assumed it was for the prize redemption only to find out the next day that they ran a hard check on my credit without even telling me. They took full advantage of the fact that I was a young lady by myself. I will be reporting this to the BBB because this was not an ethical action by any means. I will never go there again knowing they tried to pull a fast one on me like this.

Great customer service, has bent over backwards for my husband and I to make it right. We bought our equinox about a month ago from Copple and had to send it back twice to have the brakes fixed already. We noticed the brakes making a grinding noise the day after we brought it home. The first time it was in the shop, they brought it back to me it was washed and clean and filled up with gas as promised. I will say it was brought back within a timely manner (1-2 days). But the brake issue still wasn't fixed as they thought it was after I got it back. Vehicle went back into the shop again. This time it was in the shop for 6 days and I was promised it would also be filled with gas upon returning. They did detail it and made sure it was clean when we got it back. But when we got it back it was not filled with gas, leaving us with about a quarter of a tank. Copple is a great car dealership and would recommend it to any of my family and friends. We are very satisfied, and the only complaint is that it was not filled up with gas like promised and we had to spend a lot of money filling up the chevy traverse that we were given in exchange (what a gas hog! :-) Just didn't know if there was anything that could be done about this for the inconvenience? Thank you so very much! Not to mention, Copple never charged us for any services!

Every time I go to Copple Chevrolet, whether it's for service or to purchase a new vehicle, everyone ALWAYS knows who I am and I'm greeted like an "old friend". The newly remodeled waiting are is awesome with the TV, Internet access and beverage options! It makes the time waiting for any service enjoyable! Our most resent care purchase was the easiest and quickest one we have made yet. I'm usually very skeptical of going to car dealerships and have had negative experiences at several other dealers in the past. Sometimes, I feel like they see you as a women and see the word "SUCKER" tatooed on your forhead.However, I went to Copple because a friend recommended Mark Vandenburg as a reliable and honest sales person. I was not dissapointed. He actually listened to all of my needs and wants for a truck for my family. As I was not in a rush to purchase a used truck, I described to Mark V. that I wanted a vehicle safe, comfortable to drive and large enough for my kids! I saw one Escalade on the lot and he had explained that it was not even for sale yet because it had to be checked over and serviced. Within 24 hours, Mark called me and stated, "I'm sorry. I know you had your heart set on the black Escalade, but it has some oil pressure issues. This is NOT the vehicle for you. I wouldn't sell this to anyone and, infact, we are removing it from the sales lot!" I was shocked, and impressed that a car salesman would be so trustworthy! Over the course of the next few days, Mark kept in contact with my husband and I to update us on some trucks that were new on the lot. He found the perfect truck! It was my dream truck! I am now the proud owner of a 2005 silver Escalade with all the bells and whistles!!! My family couldn't be happier. Mark has gone above and beyond for us. His staff were polite and knowledgeable. They made the process of getting financing painless and searching for a vehicle fun!!! Made a deal on a new GMC pickup they found in another state but was told several days later, bait and switch style, that the vehicle I agreed to buy had been sold but I could buy a different, more expensive unit with several options not on the original vehicle. The difference between the original truck and the second one was $600. I insisted that they honor their original deal, they finally agreed only to inform me several days later that the second vehicle they located in another state had also been sold. I did some research and found the second vehicle and spoke with a rep for that dealer who told me that the vehicle was not sold and was available but that Copple could not honor the price in the deal they made with me because of rebates and other issues due to a dealer to dealer transfer. Instead of being truthful, misled by trying to sell me lesser vehicles.

I had a wonderful experience working with the crew at Copple. From the Salesman at the dealship all the way to their Service Department.The Staff was very nice and willing to go out of their way to to make sure I was happy and comfortable with any decision I made. As a person who dreads going car shopping and dealing with sales people I have to say going to Copple in Louisville was a refreshing change for me...I had the pleasure of working with Salesman JD Sorensen who was very professional, honest and never pushy! I felt like I was working with a long time friend or family member who had my best interest at heart instead of a Smooshy Salesman who just wants to make a sale. I have to also note that the men who work in their Service Department were equally as great, I was lucky to be able to work with Casey Taylor in their service department, he also made me feel like a friend and not just a customer, keeping me updated on the service of my vehicle every step of the way. The service department was very helpful and friendly from the start of my vehiclular problems. They were very attentive and fast with their help. They got my truck in right away, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than one workday. They were reasonable on costs and did not try a hard upsale on things that might warrant service. Although the srevice department did not have any loaner/rental vehicles available, the salesman that my family deals with was very helpful. Jay Emery was helpful and friendly and at the peril of another sale, was able to help secure a vehicle that I could use for the time my truck was being serviced. Jay went above and beyond his salesman duties to help me out of this situation. He is the main reason that we shop and buy at Copple Chevrolet.

Have had great buying experiences with Copple Chevrolet. My last purchase was a Silverado. The staff including Bob Copple, Michael Albrecht, and Jay Emory took care of every step of the way. I was very particular regarding the color, add-on packages, and custom features that were included with my truck, and the staff not only found the perfect truck for me but gave it to me at a price I couldnt argue with. Never once did I feel pressure to do something I wasnt comfortable with, which I cannot say about experiences I have had at other dealerships. And other dealers were not able to compete with the quality AND service of Copple Chevrolet. They did more then take care of me with my trade-in, which I was worried this would be my greatest hassle. No stone was left unturned as my truck was delivered to me at my house and the paperwork taken care of prior to the sale by the staff. This was particularly impressive as my last purchase I made from Kansas City, although my 3 previous purchases from Omaha could not have been more convenient either. Even servicing my vehicle (oil changes, tire rotation) with Copple Chevrolet has been a hassle-free experience. Since my first purchase with Copple Chevrolet, I have referred many family members and friends who have all walked away from the process feeling confident they received great deals. I now tell anyone going through the process of buying a new or used vehicle to give Copple Chevrolet a chance to make their car buying experience as gratifying as mine was.

Very nice people lots of money on trade in! simple small town dealership. they give you the savings instead of spending it on leather couches and fireplaces in the waiting room. Great service department and a personal touch in sales. I will definately be back many more times!

Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were honest and upfront about everything. Not once did they ever try to change my mind about the car I wanted. They were very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's tired of the run around other dealerships give you.
