No BS! That's what I asked for when I walked through the door at Colonial Ford a few weeks ago. After over a month of research deciding on the right truck, checking prices, dealer inventory, etc. I finally decided I better go drive one to make sure...It just so happened the day before I received an email from Dwight Coblazo inviting me in to check out the F-150 I had inquired about on their website. He told me to ask for Winston Bennett, so I did. While I was waiting for Winston, I got hooked up with Art Guertin and he quickly went to work locating the vehicle for me and getting a plate on it.I chatted with Winston for a bit and told me I was in good hands with Art and he'd take care of me. Boy was he right, Art was the perfect match! See, while I asked for no BS, I'm kind of a PIA when it comes to getting all my questions answered and making sure I'm getting a good deal. Looking back, this was my very first brand new car buying experience and quite an education. Art took it all in stride and there was never any pressure. In fact I put a few $ down to hold the vehicle while I thought about it, couldn't make up my mind after 24 hours and they refunded my money no questions asked, no pressure. A week or so later after texting questions back and forth with Art (and checking several other dealerships who all fell way short of my Colonial experience), I finally decided to pull the trigger.I knew it was a great deal, the truck (thankfully) hadn't been sold, Art went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked closely with Dell Roderick to get me into a buying program that worked for me and my budget...they really delivered!I sat down with Shane Conroy to finalize the paperwork, he did his job and went over all of the "extras" that come up at the end. He answered my questions honestly about what I might need and might not, I never once felt like I was being put over on. I trusted his experience and opinion.In fact in the end, I can say that about everyone at Colonial. I trusted them, their experience and I believed their answers when I asked the question "what would you do?" For my money, I couldn't ask for anything more in a buying experience.When the truck was ready Art called me and offered to deliver it if that was more convenient but I decided to go pick it up (for the full new car experience). Dwight, checked in to make sure my experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. I'm pretty sure I shook everyone's hand and thanked them at least twice.Art, went through the truck with me one last time to answer any questions, reviewed the technology with me and helped me Sync my phone. Last, with a warm smile and a firm handshake he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an appointment for my first oil change on the house. Truth be told, I haven't stopped smiling since then cruising around in my brand new F-150 XLTSo while I never got an BS from Colonial I realize I served up plenty. I'll be forever grateful and most definitely a repeat customer for their patience, honesty and graciousness with me.

I recently came home from overseas and was coming to see my family for the holidays. I was put in contact with Mike Oneil and he gave me some numbers on a Focus ST i was looking at. I told him that I would be in the area during the holiday. I had a very long drive and went to see him the next day after i arrived. He already had the car prepped, we took a quick test drive and then sat down to talk. He then took an additional $500 off what he had quoted me earlier. Him as well as the financier Shane, were extremely courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and i was highly recommend Colonial Ford.

I was keeping an eye on the internet for the "right" mustang. One day on Cars.com I saw what I was looking for at Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA. I stopped in on the way home from work to see the car and met salesman John Collas in the showroom. Despite the heavy rain he was more than accommodating in sharing the vehicle information and accompanying me on a very wet test drive.John and I talked numbers and he gave me an idea on where I stood with my trade-in and finance options. Since I needed to share the information with my wife I left feeling comfortable with my experience. A couple of days passed with negotiations including emails and phone calls. Once I was satisfied with the agreement I spoke with John and told him I was ready to buy the car. Bill was very patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. After a pressure free test drive, we were introduced to Jason Lehner who provided finance information. Jason explained the finance information thoroughly and was also patient and understanding of our intention to view/price other vehicle brands/models. Both Bill and Jason explained they were extremely interested in, and appreciative of, our business and provided contact information for a follow-up call. In August we stopped at Colonial Ford to look at an SUV. We were met by a salesman who introduced himself to us as George Andruk. We explained to him we were thinking about purchasing an SUV which would be the first SUV as we had always purchased cars. After a lengthy conversation with George as to what we were looking for he brought around to the front of the showroom two SUV's, for us to look at and try out, which we did. We were still indecisive, thanked George and said we would think it over. George spent a couple of hours with us that afternoon and took the time to explain each vehicle and said if we had any questions to give him a call or stop in. We stopped in on Sept. 1 and spent a couple of hours with George driving an SUV and going over once again the technology of the vehicle. We told George what we would like in an SUV and he got on the computer system and found exactly what we were looking for at another dealership out of town. George made arrangements for that vehicle to be brought to the Colonialdealership. We picked up the SUV on Sept. 8 and once again George spent a couple of hours with us explaining all the technology on this vehicle,. George's day off is Friday and he went into the dealership on his day off to make the arrangements for us to secure this vehicle and have it brought to the Colonial dealership. George made all the arrangements and notified my insurance agency of the change of vehicle and had all of the necessary paperwork completed for an easy transition. I was impressed!! George is very low key, is a "no pressure" sales person, wants to please and does go the extra mile to please a potential customer. He made purchasing a new vehicle very painless and a rather pleasant experience. We would highly recommend George Andruk and if we should be looking for another vehicle we would definitely do business again with George. By the way, I love my new SUV, it is perfect and George found exactly what I wanted!!

I went to Colonial Ford because they had the car that I wanted. Also the Ford dealers on Cape Cod have less than stellar reputations. I touched base with Colonial by phone and Dwight directed me to a salesperson and said to call and let them know when I was coming and they would be ready for me. They were. My sales person was George Andruk--very low key and professional. I felt no pressure to chose one car over another. We arranged financing and arranged for pick up. George even came in on his day off to deliver the car. Will be going back for service and bringing my other Ford vehicles also even though it is off Cape.

WOW ! Should have paid attention to all of the 1 Ratings. Was illegally sold a car with a "missing" title, got the run around, could not register or drive the vehicle, it was recommended we put dealer tags on it for a while (RMV says this is very illegal), rude managers, incompetent sales people, and too stupid to try and make a bad situation good. If they had even said "we are sorry, we made a mistake!" we might have just bought another vehicle and been done with it. Do not purchase a vehicle here! You have been warned! In hindsight it was a blessing in disguise ; got a better deal elsewhere! What a bunch of clowns. And also failed to mention the car had been in an accident ; not there responsibility legally ; but just extremely disingenuous all around.

He was great to deal with over the phone and let me know the vehicle would be ready to look at when I came down first thing in the morning. Since I was coming from over 1-1/2 hours away Winston was kind enough to give me as much information as possible on the phone about this vehicle as well as an anticipated offer for my trade-in. When I arrived at the dealership I was quickly greeted inside by William (Bill) O'Neill. Bill was very quick to get my information so that we could immediately take a test drive. We took a drive and Bill was great the whole time - no pressure whatsoever - it was like driving down the road with a friend in the passenger seat. When we got back we had the trade offer very quickly and Bill was able to help negotiate the price to where it should be. I let Bill know that I was already approved for a great rate at my own bank but he let me know they could have the finance guy, Shane, see if he could find me a better rate. So we began the financing process and I went into the office to deal with Shane. Long story short for financing, while I did end up using my own bank and did all the financing paperwork on my own, Shane was very persistent and tried to apply far too much pressure to get me to use one of the banks that he was able to find at a low rate (just not quite as low as my own bank). I told him several times I would much rather use my own bank and he said some things that made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing or what I was talking about. This was the only time at any point I felt uneasy while I was at Colonial Ford. So PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ON BILL OR WINSTON IN ANY WAY. I understand Shane is trying to do his best at his particular role and its possible that if I wasn't wanting to use my own bank that this may have gone more smoothly. At any rate, I did not appreciate the way he went about it and he wasted at least a 1/2 hr of my time - time that could've been spent finalizing everything with my own bank. So, in the end, would I go back to Colonial Ford to purchase another vehicle even though it is over 1-1/2 hours from home? Absolutely I would. I highly recommend asking for Bill specifically when you call or when you arrive! Also, at one point, I did get to meet Winston in person and again, much like Bill, I would say it was like talking to a friend that I already knew. Great couple of guys - keep up the great work!

But I have all the piece of mind of a new one. John Collas was great thru out the whole process and continues to be..Any thing that was wrong they wanted to make right, and have. Most of all, the day after I bought my truck I went back because the floor boards didn't seem right, I was sure something was wrong .Sure enough John Collas took me over to see Mark Johnston at the collision center who determined right away the previous owner had modified mounting brackets.He returned them to factory spec in less than an hour without any hassle. Frank Feeney was straight forward very helpful with finance paperwork.I had been dreading replacing my truck but I am very glad I stopped into Colonial Ford just to look.

We just had one of our best car buying experiences at Colonial Ford. We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus for our daughter in college. As we had a long drive from NH, I wanted to make sure it was worth the trip before driving down to Plymouth. Once we arrived at the dealership, the car was exactly as described on their website and as Winston described it to me on the phone. There were no surprise fees or upsell pressure. The staff at Colonial Ford appear to be honest, no-nonsense people simply trying to make a living just like the rest of us. It was a long ride from NH to Plymouth, but it was worth it!

Went to quite a few dealerships while searching for a car, and this was the only time during the experience that it wasn't stressful or intimidating. George was helpful and friendly, but never got pushy. I was pretty sure I knew which car I wanted when I saw it, but they let me take it home over the weekend to get a better feel for it. I didn't think my old car was worth anything, but they still took it as a trade in. First time buying a car from a dealership, and they really made it much easier than I was expecting.I'll be coming straight back here the next time I'm in the market for a car.

I came to Colonial Ford because I desperately needed a car. I did my research directly on the Ford website and decided I wanted to test drive a Focus. I received a call and an email from Winston I arrived around 2 pm on a Sunday and they were very clearly open - someone was coming in for service, a couple was test driving a car, and another couple was purchasing a car. Maybe I offended someone by parking my car, or maybe they judged me by the fact that I am a young woman who was driving a 16-year-old Buick. I was on the lot for around 45 minutes and not once did an associate ask me if I needed help. We crossed paths with a few different associates, and not one said anything to us. The cars looked like they were in great shape and I definitely would have considered one of the Focuses on the lot, however no one wanted to sell me a car. The only time someone spoke to me is when my car wouldn't start. This "gentleman" said "That sounded bad", and walked away. Thanks for your compassion. I left as soon as my car started back up and spent $30,000 elsewhere. I sent an email back to Winston about this experience and never heard back from him, which proves to me that the associates here do not care about their customers or potential customers.

I brought my wife's car into them because of warning lights. The took the car right away and fix a speed sensor issue. The dealer ship has taken care of all the issues with car. We bought it new from them and they have honored all warranty needs.
