The salesman Kenneth and the sales manager were terribly rude and did no treat me with respect. Did not take the buying process serious.


Glad I no longer own a Ford.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I had a light that came on in my car and I was told by the service manager that they could not diagnose what was wrong with the vehicle. I could understand this if I had brought a Toyota, or some other type of vehicle to this Ford dealership. For them to not be able to figure what is wrong with a Ford vehicle is incompetence. I had to have my car towed to the dealership and I had it back by Friday. Sunday the vehicle was doing exact same thing except this time it did not strand me. My vehicle has been there 5 times since the new year. I can understand that cars need repairs sometimes but it would be nice for a dealership to let me know when a problem is about occur. College Station Ford is the Home of the 48-Hour Repair. They guarantee that their repair will not last longer than 48 hours. This would be an appropriate slogan for the dealership. One time I left my car there on a Friday afternoon and by the end of business Monday (5PM) I had heard nothing about the status of my vehicle. It took me almost an hour to get the Service Adviser on the phone as he apparently with a customer although nobody told me that until almost 45 minutes into the wait. I would have left a message but they kept sending me to Tom's voicemail who was not who I was looking for. When I finally got the correct Adviser on the phone I was told that the mechanic had already gone home for the day and that he could tell me something the next day. Call back around 8AM I was told. 8:30AM I called. Adviser told me that he had not talked to the mechanic but he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes. 2PM I finally hear back from the dealership and get the details on my repair. Repair was finally completed almost a week later. I was never once offered a loaner car or even a shuttle to and from the dealership. Not sure if these exist at College Station Ford. I did not buy the car from them As a result of my experience with this dealership I marked all Ford products off my shopping list. I have zero desire to ever deal with this dealership ever again.
