4 hours for an oil change. The coffee and other amenities were never replaced. They did work on my vehicle that was not authorized. Offered no sincere apologies or said this was abnormal. My are apparently takes 2 hours to wash and im about ready to roll means another hour. This location has gone down hill each visit. I wouldn't recommend this hole to anyone

I want to thank each and every one of the Honda Team members who helped make my deal happen.I got into a traumatic accident 2 weeks ago and was in a very sensitive situation. I felt I needed to get rid of my previous car as soon as possible. I had just paid my $1000 insurance deductible on my previous car in order to fix it, to be able to sell it. So I had no money to even put down at this point. My mother called ahead and spoke to Raula to give her some back story on my situation. I came to Coggin Honda and was greeted so kindly. As a 23 year old I don't have the perfect credit, but I work extremely hard and wasn't expecting to have to get another new car. I am fortunate enough for this dealership and these amazing people that they were able to work ALL day to find a bank to finance me because of my previous car loan and being upside down. I got the call yesterday afternoon that made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the first time in two and a half weeks I feel like I'm able to move on to the next chapter in my life. BECAUSE OF THEM. I am so thankful for them helping me and making it a priority to get me out of my previous car. I am part of the Honda family for life now. These people and this dealership GAVE ME HOPE again. For that, I'm forever grateful. Thank you Raula and the finance team, I can't even begin to explain what you were able to do means to me. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE wanting honesty and true compassion.

I had a scheduled repair which they completed in less time than originally estimated. I usually wait on my service but this time I took the shuttle. The shuttle dropped me off at my gym and when my car was ready, they returned and picked me up. I was pleasantly surprised that they would return to pick me up. My service rider was Kayla and she did a great job, along with the mechanic and the two shuttle drivers.

I bought the black edition ridgeline closed very late and the dealership wasnt able to detail the truck so it still had tape residue from delivery. The next day i wash the truck I noticed two dents in the cab . Dealership sent to dent guy and he said he couldnt do it. drive an hour to the dealership, dropped off the truck on wednesday suppose to pick it monday. after the 4th trip to the dealership and two rentals later i finally have my truck detailers did horrible job. With al the headache and stress they put me thru they never offered anything like free oil change or roof rails. 3 times i was promised the truck would be done and they would drop it off. It never happened.

Today we purchased a used car for my son, from Coggin Honda Jacksonville. We had the best experience with our salesman Valance Isaacs. He was exceptionally knowledgable about the vehicles and took the time to show us the features of our 2011 Hyundai Sonata. His friendly, customer service oriented attitude made the buying experience a pleasure. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and he took the time to help us find the right vehicle for our needs - at a fair price. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to go see him first, if they are looking for a vehicle. Our experience with the finance manager was very easy, and pleasant. The Humes.

I have a perfect credit score of over 800. I leased a car from them not knowing about their reputation. 2 days later, I went back to the dealership trying to lease ANOTHER upgraded car. SERGIY who is the sales manager started to become highly unprofessional, extremely rude, acting as he is doing us a favor of leasing the car. He was unreasonable and difficult to deal with . He threatened to cancel my prior lease. He continued being difficult then started to ask for immigration papers and documents that no one will ask for especially I have been a citizen for over 20 years. I have a successful corporation and perfect credit score. I will never go back to Coggin Honda dealership at Atlantic Blvd nor would I recommend anyone to shop there.

Everywhere I've ever purchased a used vehicle there was some sort of inspection process performed by the dealer's technicians prior to the vehicle hitting the lot. Apparently Coggin is the exception to the rule. I purchased a used vehicle from Coggin recently, only to find out there was a heavily corroded brake line that did not last a week post-purchase. Fortunately i am capable of making repairs myself, but one who is not would have been extremely unfortunate. The repair cost would have been substantial if made by a facility, and numerous other issues have been found since that would not have escaped an inspection by a trained technician. The safe bet would be to find a shop that invests the time to seperate possible trouble vehicles, or at least ensure they are worth selling. For such a large auto group, I find my experience unacceptable.

All of the Honda.com have the wrong phone number. Then I googled and found an item New Honda Dealership. I brought it up and found the correct phone number. The number on the Honda.com needs to be changed. That is why I put the phone number in the title of my review. This service center is awesome. I was hassled with another Honda service and was very frustrated. This service dept is friendly, positive and helpful. So so happy we found them. I do not work for them or just giving a good review. My review is honest and I am thrilled to have found them.

I totally recommend this dealership. Its staff is welcoming and smiling, they make sure you feel comfortable. My saler was Roula Freiha, and she has done her job amazingly. She was able to give me the advice I was looking for. She even left me some time alone to think whether I should buy the car or not. I was helped yesterday my Jimmy, he was great, helpful and insightful in helping me pick out a good vehicle for my asking price. He let me test drive models and even drove me around the lot, seeing if i found something i liked. Kelly also helped and he was extremely polite and knowledgable, he even helped us out further by dropping our monthly price and even including a free protective cover and a resistall cleaning care kit. If anyone i know is in the market for used or new i will definitely be sending them to Coggin. Since this was my first actually financing a vehicle, i was a little unsure what to expect, however they made the process amazingly east and painless.

My wife and I came to this dealership to work out a deal on not one, but TWO cars. They were patient, accommodating, and willing to work with us so that it made financial sense. We worked with Kelly Murati, who always made himself available to talk to even when when we left the dealership. The customer service was great and the prices compared to other dealerships could not be matched. Kelly from the finance department helped me with getting the title to my trade in, which made the transaction smooth. We went in for two civic EX-Ls and left with two Civic Tourings. We are very satisfied!

I came here with a specific car in mind that I found online, and the staff made the process from looking around to purchasing the car very easy and relatively stress free (as stress free as it can reasonably be). I didn't feel very pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with, although as a dealership they have to push a little. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and they catered to all of my needs and any concerns I had without any hesitation. I'd be glad to shop here again if the time comes again.

What an amazing experience I had with Roula (my Sales Consultant) and Melvin (Sales Manager ). I didn't go there to buy a vehicle actually I was just doing window shopping. This was my first trip to a dealership in 11 years so I was not expecting to purchased a car that day. The sales process experience was at such a high level of expertise and comfortability and it transcended through the building. I left the dealership with with such a feeling of confident and assurance that my purchase was rock solid. Both Roula and Melvin kept to their word and delivered what was agreed upon. Not only that, but when we came to a fork in the road with one item in the deal Melvin took the high road and made it very worthwhile to do business with them. I was completely satisfied that I have already given a referral to Roula, My co-worker also purchased a car from them with three weeks after I purchased mind, and he's a Raving Fan too!I would strongly suggest if you are in the market for a used vehicle consider Coggin Honda. I was shopping for a used car for a few weeks. When feeling disappointed with other car dealers I drove into Coggin Honda half expecting the same treatment-not qualifying for a loan, trying to get more of a down from me. I was completely mistaken. Joanna walked me through the the entire process, she was very personable, friendly and made car buying painless. Everyone I dealt with was the same-very professional and took the time to listen act on my needs. I was very impressed. It's funny, I can hardly wait to get my serviced as I was shown how the customers are treated in the service department. They have a small theater, goodies to eat and drink while waiting. Coggin Honda rocks in my book.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the incredible Sales Associate Tony Shchurovskiy and the Coggin Honda Jacksonville Dealership family (Bridget, the manager and the finance team). My girlfriend and I had visited over 5+ dealerships in the Jacksonville area and our experience their was 2nd to none! Tony exemplified everything you'd want in a Sales Associate. He listened to us, answered any and all questions (no matter how eccentric they were), let us test drive a range of vehicles, educated us on the various models and features, and was extremely patient with us. At no point did we feel pressured (unlike our experience at other dealerships). After owning my car for 15 years, I went car shopping at Coggin Honda on Atlantic Blvd. The people there were so nice and really showed they cared about their customers. Was not rushed into anything. Answered all of my questions. My sales person, TYSON, was the greatest. He walked me through all of the steps on purchasing vs. leasing. Made the right deal for me. When I picked up my new Honda HR-V, he spent an hour walking me through what every little button was for and told me I could come back and he would answer any questions and give me a tutorial again. He has followed up and called me to see if I had any questions or needed to have something explained again. I highly recommend Coggin Honda for your next new car and definitely ask for TYSON - he's the greatest.

Took my daughters Honda in to repair a noise. Explained to service advisor as best as I could to what it could be, and asked that problem be diagnosed and that I be advised.Called twice during day to check on vehicle, but got no response, phone was not answered nor was my request for a call back acknowledged. Finally got a call back at 5:30pm advised vehicle need to stay over night, and I would be called by 9:30am next day. Right, no phone call by 9:30am, I finally received a call after 10am advising me that two engine supports needed to be replaced and there was a noise in the A/C compressor. I authorized repairs. Follow-up during the day produced no results, finally about 5:30pm I received a call stating vehicle was ready. After spending $1500, problem AS NOT repaired.Nest day I took car to an INDEPENDENT GARAGE and got problem resolved.

Took my car in for an oil change. Had an appointment for 5:15 P.M. and showed up at 5:00. I was told that they were backed up and it would be a long wait. O.K. Fine I was not in that big of a hurry. About 7:00 P.M. The service person tells me they have completed the oil change and recommended that I have my cabin air filter replaced for $60 because it was really dirty. I know this in fact was not true as I had replaced it with a genuine Honda filter in February for $20 in about 5 minutes time. I bring my two cars both of which I bought new in the past 3 years to the dealer for service knowing that I will pay extra but expecting better service and to be treated fairly. On top of the attempted $60 dollar fleecing, I was also told that if I wanted the complementary car wash (what I consider part of the $45 dollars I pay for the oil change) it would be at least another 45 minutes. This is not the first time I have been less than satisfied with the service at Coggin. My thought is a company does not treat a valued return customer this way if they wan't to keep them. I like Honda they make a great product, and I got a good deal on the cars when I bought them but the after the sale service seems to be hit or miss and lately it's more miss than hit. This type of thing really will have an impact on where my next car purchase is made.

I'd had some issues over the years with some service reps, but Jim knows what he's talking about, is honest, and there's never any issues. While I never would have thought of getting tires at dealership in the past, he recommended some tires that were on sale with a buy 3 get 1 free deal, noting these were great tires by his experience. The cost was totally competitive with any store in Jax for quality Cooper tires. Driving with the new tires is a pleasure - quieter and with better handling, and with the 4 wheel alignment they track straight and true - on a van with 195,000 miles on it. It drives like a new van. I am totally satisfied with the transaction and surprised the dealer can do this well on costs for tires. Jim's honesty and knowledge makes the experience a good one - and I know my cars and can tell many a story of places that were not good.

The car dealerships in the local Savannah area were not super motivated to help me find the specific car I was looking for. One even told me it was not worth their while to get the car on their lot unless I committed a non-refundable deposit. My experience at Coggin was fantastic. Darrell Williams immediately located the exact vehicle I was looking for and offered to hold it for a refundable deposit. He also committed to matching the lowest price I had found. He was friendly and easy to work with, as was his sales manager and Ashley in the finance office. It's common knowledge that buying a car can be exasperating, but the folks at Coggin Honda were genuine and helpful and made for a very decent experience. Awesome and I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Coggin.

I came to the the used car lot to check out a BMW M3. The car was beautiful inside and out and seemed to operate normally. But as this is a exotic high maintenance car, I needed to know more about its medical history before pulling the trigger. The sales manager was polite and worked with me to bring the car to Tom Bush for a pre- purchase inspection. The next morning we picked up the car and with no signs of neglect, we worked out a very reasonable deal. I highly recommend asking for Kevin Lamb. These cars are in high demand and he went over and beyond to work with me and my extremely tight schedule. I fear that without Kevin, someone else would have snagged the car before me.

We live out of town. We were searching the net for a car. We had a trade-in. Lucas Welnetz sent us an email offering to help us. We found a car we liked. We told Lucas we would be in after church to test drive it. I was recuperating from pneumonia and Sunday, I woke up very sick. I told Lucas we would not be there for the test drive. He was very thoughtful and kind. That afternoon, I felt a little better. We decided at the last minute to drive in for the test drive. We drove all the way to Jax, and my husband said "what time do they close ?" I said probably 6pm. I called, Lucas answered. He said they closed in 20 minutes. We had driven all the way to Jax and were still across town. I told him it would probably take 30+ minutes to get there. Lucas said "I'll wait for you." Traffic was heavy and it took us almost 45 more minutes to get to Coggin. Lucas was outside, waiting for us with his great big smile. We had the test drive and loved the car. We were not prepared to buy the car. We did not have our paperwork, or our trade-in, etc. Lucas said we could bring everything in Monday. I had a Doctor's appt and knew we would not be there on Monday. I told him we would be there Tuesday. Tuesday, I was still sick. We drove to Jax. with our trade-in and paperwork. The appraisal went very fast. Lucas had the car ready to go. The paperwork was quickly and accurately completed. We have bought a lot of cars over the years. That was the best experience we have ever had. No pushy salesman. Everyone on the staff was very competent, and extremely courteous to us. They bent over backwards to answer all of our questions and gave us a great deal. We only give them 5 stars, because they do not have 10 star ratings.

4 tires was replace last Dec 2015. My son who is in College in Miami only use the car around his School area and when he goes back here in Jacksonville for his break. He Drove back to college in Miami Last March 22, 2016. After an hour Drive. They stop and Notice a Bulge in one of the tire. So, they replaced it with the Spare tires. After 2 hours Drive it was the 2 tires now with the same problem. they Stop to a nearest Walmart where they stop to replaced the 2 tires. for their safety. I called Coggin Honda of Jacksonville Atlantic Blvd. We've been a customer for a long time for the Service Center. But, when I tried to explain to Allison Davis , Service Manager about it last week I called her.. She always repeating that they need to see the actual tires for them to send it to the tire Company if they can replace it or not. The tires was only 3 months when they replaced it from that Service Center. What do you think how you feel if you are in our side. Very Hard to comprehend how they treated me and my Family. My old vehicle (going on 10 years old) blew a head gasket recently, so I decided it was time to look for a new vehicle. I visited several dealerships in my search, but in the end Coggin Honda stood above the rest.Morris Rashwan, my sales consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me, and what I wanted, and then went out of his way to find what I wanted. We actually drove around to the back of the lot to check new vehicles that had just arrived and hadn't been placed in their computer system yet. Morris also took the time to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle (not just recite a list of options), and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before he even hinted at actually trying to make a sale. This stood out to me, as I felt that during the experience, the goal was to make sure I was as happy with the transaction as they were.In the end, buying a new car (at least in the USA) can be a somewhat dubious experience, with many high-pressure sales people and tactics out there. I experienced none of that with Morris or any of the people at Coggin Honda. Do they want to sell you a new car? Of course. But they at least realize that a new car purchase is a two-way street and that I, the consumer, needs to feel as happy about the purchase as they do taking my money.I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been having trouble with my 2010 Honda CRV occasionally just wouldn't start. I hate having to get it jumped in my hundred month Honda battery was only five years old. I understand batteries don't last as long in the heat of Florida. Several places I checked with just wanted to install a battery without checking it at the average price of $140 including my original Honda dealer in Orange Park. I called Coggins because it's closer to me and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could install 100 month Honda battery with warrantee in my car out the door for $116.62 they had the battery on sale :-)I came right over And waited the required our wall my battery was tested to make sure that was the problem. I left with a new battery and a smile. My service treatment was top notch even for a on sale battery. Thank you guys! I'll be back

Service simply awful. I have just experienced Honda service the worst service ever. I took my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite AWD to Coggin Honda in Jacksonville today. I called a week ahead and made an appointment for 9AM Wednesday, December 30th. I had a free oil change coming and the treble adjustment on the stereo would not work. At 2:30 in the afternoon I was called that my car was ready. I went back to the dealership and waited until 5:05PM. The service advisor said that the treble wouldnt work because I had it turned all of the way down. She also readjusted all of my stereo settings, balance and fade. My treble adjustment still does not work. My service rep also said that it was taking a long time because they wanted to balance my tires. A brand new car, no shimmy or pull or uneven tire wear. Why? They said they were updating the software which takes a long timelike hours.

When having services done, the advisors keep the customer informed of the progress while your car is being serviced. I had a problem with my car starting, called Coggin, and was asked to come right to the dealership. They took me right in and ran diagnostic tests in an effort to determine what was the problem. I'm in the military and recently got transferred to the Jacksonville area. I needed a car fast and Coggin Honda made it easy. These guys make the car buying experience quick and painless. The level of customer service is really good and they seemed to all go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. I had a good experience with the sales associates Kelvin and DJ, and the manager Matthew took care of me as well. The head of the new car sales, Sergiey, frequently came by to make sure I was being taken care of and to see if I needed anything else. They were all really helpful without being pushy. I'm not down with pushy car salesmen who try to pressure you. This was a very relaxed environment. I'll be going back to this dealership when its time to get my wife a new car.

Dealt with Roger Harewood in the used car side. He was pleasant and good to deal with however after providing him with the payoff amount for my current vehicle (the one I was planning to trade) I noticed on one of the negotiation sheets that it was incorrect. I pointed it out but was immediately told that he knew that it wasn't the actual amount but that I shouldn't worry about that right now because that was "just us moving the numbers around." This happened twice. Roger, and his manager were both aware of the actual payoff amount yet still insisted that the one written was simply them "moving numbers around" in order to work the deal. After coming to an agreed price, I started the paperwork. The first document I was given that had price itemization still had the incorrect payoff amount for my car. It wasn't a small difference either. It was a $4,000 difference. I pointed it out to the finance associate and he immediately said it was a big issue. I asked to speak with Roger and his manager to see why it hadn't been corrected. The used sales manager came in and the best he could do when confronted about the mistake was say he didn't know how it happened. He said Told him the amount on the sheet was the amount I have so I asked him what happened to the original negotiation paperwork (which Roger had written the correct amount on). Sure enough, it was there and had the correct amount. I was at the dealership from 10am to 5pm. Wasted my entire day only to find a typo that may not have even been a typo after Roger and his manager had both been made aware of the issue early on. This is simply unacceptable. Two grown men in a professional environment either sincerely didn't realize a huge monetary mistake or purposely tried to scam me. Either way, worst experience I've ever had with any dealership ever. I wouldn't ever recommend going there.

Two Awful Sales Experiences

So the first time I went to this dealership I was looking at purchasing a used CR-Z from them. I went in and dealt with Roula. I felt like I was being not just pushed, but shoved, into buying the vehicle. I was there for four hours and had really made it no where. I was starving and frustrated, so I went home. I was supposed to hear from Roger in finance the next day to go over the numbers. Well that never happened because they sold the car from underneath me. Still looking for a vehicle, I decided to give them a second chance when my boyfriend, who has bought three Honda vehicles, showed me a national sales promotion that Honda was having. It was $3,500 down and $149 a month for a lease on a 2015 Civic. I stopped in and before I could even get out of my car Glenn the salesman was there. I told him I was interested in leasing a 2015 Civic. So we went inside and they drew up the numbers for the lease. The numbers they gave me were $5,000 down and my monthly payments would be $300 dollars. I then proceeded to tell him that I was there for the sale, and he said he would have to work on it. Work on what dude?!?! I told Glenn that I was going to go home and talk to my boyfriend about the numbers. Then one of the Sales Managers, Bridgett, came over and asked me how they could earn my business. I told her that exactly what I told Glenn, and she proceeded to give me a little attitude, got up and made a snarky comment as she walked away. Needless to say I was irritated when I left the dealership. I went home and Glenn called me the next day asking what we had decided. I said I was disappointed that I they didn't honor the national sale from Honda. Then he proceeded to tell me that he really didn't know about the sales that were going on. I'm sorry? So, you're telling me that as a SALESPERSON you do not know about the SALES that Honda offers. Are you kidding me? Plus, I even saw signs advertising the sale when I walked into the dealership. Overall, both times I have been to this dealership to try to purchase a vehicle I Had awful experiences. I felt like they tried to take advantage of me and make excuses for themselves. Also, not impressed with the way management handled themselves. You do not make comments under your breath when the customer your making them about can hear you. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership, and my boyfriend will not be bringing his vehicle here for service anymore. I will tell everyone I can about my horrible experiences.

My girlfriend and I went looking for a car for her 18 year old daughter. When we arrived of course we had the dread of having to deal with a car salesperson and the whole dealer process. We were greeted by Roula Freiha who was extremely nice and personable. We actually had a car picked and and purchased a vehicle in about 20 mins. Never had that ever happened in my life. The entire experience and all the people we dealt with were great to work with. If it wasn't for Roula we would not have purchased our vehicle there. She made the sale.

We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord. Our original plan was to start at the Honda dealer and then continue on to some of the other local dealers, Toyota, Audi, etc. Well needless to say we never did make it that far! Morris Rashwan and Matthew Merricks were the agents we dealt with. What I appreciated about the experience was the low key sales pitch. We did not feel pressured. Morris did not put us in information overload, he explained the features and options without being pushy. Both agents were extremely courteous, pleasant, and non-patronizing. If and when were in the market for another Honda this will be our first choice.

Car was due for an oil change.. After the oil change was completed the service manager advise that I needed new rear shocks for $500. I call around to 4 different stores to get a quote and the price was between $160 and $190. why is you price so high?

Raymond was my service advisor from start to finish. He couldn't have been more helpful and communicated with me through the entire process so there were no surprises. My only complaint was that I had my tires rotated and balanced and my front end aligned. I would have expected that my tire pressures would have been checked but a couple days post service my TPS came on and when I checked my pressures they were 27,27, 27 & 22 so obviously they weren't checked as part of the service. Other than that all other maintanence appears to have been performed up to expectations. This is my second Fit from Coggin Honda and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with a third.

I had several conversation all week with a salesperson named D!,,I had been interested in a particular black accord, made appt to come in to test drive, they called me that morning to confirm and assure me car was available, I get there to the dealership and dj was on lunch,,they spend 15 minutes trying to find tat car only to bring up a totally different car trying to pass it off as the one I was interested in, lying the whole time, I said that is not the car, then they tell me that a customer already bought the other car and it was not on the lot to begin with after all week discussing the one car I was interested in,,,,I will never again go into that dealership,,,we are shopping for a honda accord and will never buy from coggin honda as they were dishonest from the get go.

I bought my '02 Civic from Coggin new and with a few exceptions had it serviced there since. In June I was due for an oil change so I called my usual service rep on a Thurs to see if I could bring my car in on Friday. I was told there was no availability for an oil change until Thurs or Fri of the following week. This didn't work for me as my schedule was going to be very busy for the next few weeks. I had to take my car elsewhere to get it serviced. When I mentioned on Twitter about my experience, Krysten Bass responded with her number and asked me to call her. I called and got voicemail, left a message for her to call me back but never heard from her. Coggin lost a longtime customer.

Last week I could not start my car after work. I got a jump went next door to Advanced Auto. The guy could not really tell me if it was my battery or not. During my LONG wait at AA, I text'd AJ (who is my regular service rep at Coggin) and he said a battery was $105 and that he was not in but told me someone would gladly help me. So, when the AA guy came out I asked if he could just give me a jump so I could take my car to Coggin. WELL, thank God for Stephen. He went above and beyond to help me (even though it was after 7pm and I know they were trying to wrap things up)! He not only took care of my battery but found that my tire pressure sensor was on and there was a nail in one of my tires. I really felt like he was taking Customer Service to the next level. I will definitely be bringing him some chocolate chip cookies to thank him for the extra special care he took of me! Thanks Coggin! I love all your guys!

Having just moved to Florida from way out of state, I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Since this was the first time I had brought my vehicle to Coggin, they did a multi-point inspection and notified me of possible maintenance items that should be done to the car. Since my paperwork for the 100,000 mile maintenance work was in storage, Coggin told me to contact my previous Honda dealership and ask them for the information. They did not want to sell me additional services if it was not needed. I was very impressed and thought that they do have the customer's best interest in mind. This has me seriously thinking that my next vehicle purchase will be with Coggin Honda!

Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and provides individualized attention to needs. Mike Hernandez is our go-to service rep and he is super knowledgeable and efficient. In my most service visit, I was able to watch my Civic being cared for by the technician who rotated its tires and changed the oil. I was a little pressed for time, so I went into the back lot looking for the car wash machine. When I saw what a good job they were doing on the other cars, I decided by car needed the same service. I went back up to the waiting area with renewed paitence and was rewarded with the Civic being cleaned inside and out.

I experienced an issue with my car while driving. I called Allison and she provided me with some information to trouble shoot the problem, but also arranged for me to come in the next day. She was able to work me in for diagnostics and assisted with arrangements for transportation since I had no car. She called promptly with the results of diagnostic testing and had the repair performed the same day. I have been a customer here for many years and the service has been outstanding. If you stay while your car is in the shop, you can tell that this is a great company by watching all the employees interact and by how they treat each customer.

I brought my Pilot in to get a nail removed on Saturday 14 Feb. I did not have an appointment but was seen fairly quickly. Jeremy explained the costs, asked if it could be patched can he go ahead and do it? I said yes, then he said he would come and get me if it couldn't be patched and I would need a new tire. Since it was a Saturday and no appointment I figured I was going to be awhile. I relaxed in the comfortable seats watching a movie and I'm pretty sure it was less than an hour and Jeremy called me to say I was done. The tire was patched and I went on my way. The only issue I have and its a very minor one, is that my oil life display was reset to 100% from 50%, no big deal. I purchased this Honda a year ago and I have been happy with both the sales and service.

the price was right, the negotiation was smooth, everything seemed great, until I looked at the fine print. I paid for tag agency ($99), document stamps ($57.05) license/registration ($82.35) sales tax ($470) all separate line items, maybe the tag agency fee was a bit high, but all fair.There is another line item for $699. "pre-deliver service fee" for "inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting the vehicle". Now, it was a used car, so they probably vacuumed it out and such, I get that, but I don't expect to retrospectively pay for the detailing on the car after the price is negotiated. And I know that this is not that uncommon a practice at dealerships. I just would strongly advise the public not to do business with dealers who do this. The condition of the car should be included in the negotiated price. Anything else is highly dishonest.

A.J Jones or Adam Jones, a service advisor at Coggin Honda on Atlantic Boulevard is an outstanding asset to that company. I have been going there since I started buying there in 2005 and of all the advisors I have had look after my car since I started going there, he is concerned about the safety of the car, about the concerns I might have and also works with me to get what I need repaired or serviced instead of overwhelming a customer with a myriad of charges. i would recommend his attentiveness to detail and his worthiness as an employee and advisor to be trusted by my friends and family. Give him a slap on the back from a very satisfied and returning customer.

Jim my service advisor did a great job of keeping my repair on track and keeping me informed. The repair was accomplished promptly (even on Saturday). They had to go get some parts out of house which Jim promptly accomplished. I was back on the way pleased with the service quality and the friendly competent personnel.

Scheduled repair experience: customer service rep (Allison) ready when I arrived, reviewed planned work and gave timeline for work. When service tech (Ty) advised of possible other work needed, Allison quickly reviewed options with me, took my decision and got the correct work done. Ty's work was fast and accurate. The waiting area was clean and accessible, and everyone was pleasant. Even though my Element is an older model, it received excellent handling. The vehicle will need tires and additional maintenance in the near future and Allison is our go-to service contact!

Purchased a used Honda CRV from this dealership and it was the smoothest car experience I have ever had. First of all the car was a great deal. This was my first used car but it was hard to tell it was even a used car because it was in great shape. The price was very fair for the purchase. My saleswoman was Ebony who was extremely friendly, not pushy, and was very helpful. She made the experience seem enjoyable. John Dewar was the sales manager I believe, he was also extremely helpful and friendly. If I owned a dealership, he is exactly the person I would want working for me. He seriously was great. John and Ebony has earned Cogging Honda a customer for life. My wife will be purchasing a car soon and I don't need to shop around, I already know that Coggin Honda is exactly where we will be going.

We bought our Honda Odyssey at this dealership and have been generally satisfied until recently. On this particular visit for maintenance and repairs, we noted an issue with the airbag light, they our service advisor passed off as normal, and not worth looking into. I can understand them getting lots of questions about airbags with the Takata defective airbag issue around, but this was not related to that, and the service advisor was unwilling to listen to what the issues were and jumped to unsatisfactory conclusions. Our airbag light continues to light up at times, and it's frustrating to have a service advisor not listen.

Stranded, still waiting on tag after 9 weeks

The salesman was very good, wanted to say that first because he is not the problem. The tag & title work is the problem! I waited for a month and no tag so called, said they would overnight a new temp tag and check on the title work, no tag came. After a few days I called them back know one had sent out the temp. tag, so they sent me one the next day, and said they would check on the title work. Two weeks later went to check on tag, tag office said still no title work. I called coggin back said they needed proof of ins.. After all this time they are just now asking ins., said that i would get my tag in a week, so one week later guess what no tag. So I called back now they tell me my Ins. co. sent the wrong paper work, know one ever called me or the ins. co. back to get this straightened out. So I got this straightened out, and a few days later contacted the tag office, guess what, no tag. Now the problem is a title in old tag in Ga. and a current title in fla. So I called coggin back, and now after my second temp. tag has run out I still do not have a tag. They said they would send me a dealer tag until all this is straightened out. Guess what no dealer tag was sent. So called them back, said they did not have any left. Now I a stuck with a van that I can not drive!

I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!These people will get your hopes up into thinking you can keep the car you have been driving for a week, and they will offer something they THINK can satisfy you. I went today to go check out a 2015 honda fit. I wasn't ready to buy, and I made that clear when I came by. I was trying to make comparisons and confirm that the fit is what I wanted (I had told myself it was after seeing it online, but theres nothing like a test drive to make you sure.) The sales agent I had was super informative. I had done a lot of research about that specific car before coming in, but he still managed to answer all my questions and show me a ton of new features. My sales agent definitely did his part to try to get me to buy the car- they definitely tried to make a sale happen. But I was clear about not wanting to buy today, and besides a small push to see if they could make something happen, they were very respectful of that and I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy a vehicle. I went to quite a few dealerships in the last few days, and this is the only one I didn't walk away feeling like I had somehow managed to successfully fend off a greasy dog. That alone ensures me that when I am finally ready to come make my purchase (Probably in about two weeks) - This will be the first place I stop at.

I recently purchased a 2014 CR-V from Coggin and had a great experience. I loathe buying a new car and was not looking forward to it! I searched online for a CR-V (never a doubt in my mind that I would buy another CR-V - my old one had more than 200,000 miles with never a problem) and found one I was interested in at Coggin. I contacted internet sales and Cassie immediately emailed me back. She was busy with another customer when we arrived to look at the car to Laurie Bronfin took over for her. Laurie was very knowledgeable of the CR-V, showed us underneath the hood, explained the safety systems in the car, went over the car from front to back. I had not intended to buy a new CR-V but we were able to get such a great deal at Coggin that I could afford a 2014. Everyone we worked with at Coggin was very pleasant and professional but Laurie went above and beyond - would love to buy all my future cars from her!

I have always had Hondas, so when My fiance and I decided it was time to trade in my 05 accord, I knew I wanted a new accord! I decided to give Coggin Honda on Atlantic a try because they were close to home even though I've always used Duval Honda. I originally went online and did an estimate to see what my car was worth, within an hour, I had a voicemail from Laurie B in internet sells. Laurie is absolutely the "customer advocate". She is pure JOY and nothing less than the easiest, most understanding sells person ever. She actually listens and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. When it comes to financing, we sat down with Josh. First of all, Josh is hilarious. He made everything understandable to both of us and literally worked his tail off to get all the numbers exactly where we wanted them. Amazing service from both parties and I know I can call either one of them at anytime with any questions I might have.
