Terrible Repair, great service advisors
This dealership had multiple attempts to fix 3 different issues with my truck. It's been there 3 times and they were not successful on any of the attempts. I'm now going to try a new dealership. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP... Please share and save your family and friends the hassle.

We went in to the dealership to pick up our F150 that had been in for service. We were not happy with the end result so we walked over to new trucks and figured we would see if the price was right on a new 2015 F250 truck. The salesman was very nice to work with and very down to earth. I didn't have to haggle the price very much at all. The finance guy was the same and worked with us on the price of extra services so the payment was still affordable to us. The whole process of purchasing the new truck took less than 4 hours.

He was a tremedous help and didn't make me feel at all stressful. he answered all my questions and a few questions I didn't even think about. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Focus. Alignment work!
I PURCHASED A 2013 F150 IN SEPTEMBER OF 2013. Yesterday I had to bring the vehicle for a front-in alignment. It appears that the tow-in was out of alignment causing some wear on the front tires. The repairs were made and all seems well. The work took about 75 minutes and I was able to take care of other business that morning. I really like the personnel that work in the service department. All that I have had dealings with are friendly and helpful.

2013 Ford Focus. The attention and service has always been good. Had it in several times before for same issue. After this last time, a day after repair it made the same noise as before, but has stopped and is running like it should.I was a bit surprised that when the car was ready, I had to go to the parking lot to find it. That was different. There were greasy hand prints all over it and the paper floor mat was still in it. This sort of thing had never happened before.I have to admit that it made me feel like they had had enough of me.Anyway, it's running well now and that's really all that matters to me.

I stopped by near the end of the day to see if I needed an appointment for service the next morning and they took care of me right then. I know that's not always possible but it is always appreciated when it happens. The dearership is being remodled and the temporary set up is staffed out in the driveway to direct customers. Another example of the care Cleburne Ford gives it's customers.

The only reason I rated a 4 was because in the end Cleburne Ford 'made it right'. I had called the day before and asked if I brought our vehicle in for an oil change and state inspection if someone could bring me to work and also would it be done by 5:00p. Yes on both, so on Wednesday I left the vehicle and came back after 5 to pick it up - sure enough it wasn't ready. I was so disappointed in Cleburne Ford. Stood around and finally was finished about 5:40p. When I got my checkbook out Allen said there was no charge b/c CF had dropped the ball. He said that CF wants my business and would not let me pay. I struggled with the fact of not paying b/c the work was done on my vehicle but do appreciate the effort of CF.We will be back.

Down home service department
Steve was a hoot. They assisted my wife with picking up a rental during the extensive repairs. I still wish they could update the My Ford Touch system as this is quite complicated. Ford shouldnt tell people to take it to the dealership if they cannot plug in the updates. We also could not duplicate the issue with the key pad not working for us.
