Had a great experience working with Robbi on the purchase of my XC 90. There was no hassle or overselling involved at all and she worked hard to get me the exact vehicle I wanted when they didn't originally have it on site. The Sales Manager (Gene) and Business Office personnel (Debbie) were also great to deal with and responsive to my questions and needs. I would enthusiastically recommend Clayton Volvo as my experience was great and, oh by the way, I am loving my car.

Very helpful staff, low-pressure sales environment, helped me find a car which I liked and which suited my needs. Robbi Denton was my salesperson and she made everything very easy, found me the perfect car and got it to me from Hawaii!

We had a great experience with Robbi while purchasing our XC60. She was personable, knowledgable, and super helpful! Buying a car is SOOO stressful, but she was understanding and patient, and made the process AWESOME. We are so excited to own a Volvo and were so happy with the service :)

Bought a 2013 Silverado there this month. Found it online and got my financing set up at local credit union before I went. Called ahead to verify it was there and they said it was, and they asked when I would be by and I said on my way. So my dad, my 3 year old son and myself pull up to find the truck pulled into the dry In front of the dealership waitin for us. Sales guy came right out and started showing it to us. Took it for a drive and made an offer, and after about 15 min of negotiations we made a deal that I feel like was in my favor. They started paper work, service took the truck to clean and gas. I sat down with finance and wrote a check and closed the deal, then we were on the road. My only compliant if I had to have one was the truck needed an oil change when I bought it, didn't notice til I got home or j would have asked them to do it. It was on 13% oil life when I bought it. But very happy with my truck and the experince and the sales team and management, all treated me and my dad like we were one of the guys. Would buy another car from them in the future. Also received a thank you card from sales man in the mail two days later.

I left our car for simple service and was given a quote. Left it for 24 hours to give them plenty of time and when I went to pick it up at closing it wasn't complete. They were finishing up service but no time for the complimentary cleaning and vacuuming. There was no added services needed but still turned out at least $150.00 more than original quote. Disappointed.

I was trying to buy a part for my volvo. I ordered thru the parts dept. 1st, no one called me to let me know if the part was in, 2nd, the parts lady loses my account number 3rd, when I called back the third time the parts lady said she'ld call me back. 4th, I waited for over an hour for her to call me she never did, so I got so upset I finally called back and some man wants to start arguing with me on how long I waited for the parts lady to return my call, then when I said a cuss word the jerk hung up on me. Over all that placed sucked. Stay away from them.

My wife saw car she liked could barely get staff to acknowledge her presence when she went to look at it. I went and my experience was not much better only dealer in my car search that I had to ask for keys to look at inside of vehicle and to take for a test drive. I asked if it would be possible for them look at my car while I was taking test drive, the sales manager on duty told me "there would be plenty of time to do that later" and refused to do so. After test drive had to wait another 20 min to have my vehicle appraised only to receive a low ball take it or leave it offer. Was so displeased with the treatment I received I went to company website and sent Rick Clayton email as he suggests on company website but never heard back from him either so I will continue to search for vehicle for my wife. Vehicle we were interested in is still on lot a month later shame as my wife really liked it.

I dealt with the service manager Todd and Layla for some updates on my Volvo. They were fast and efficient and clear about the work that needed to be performed. The appointment went very smooth. I dropped my car off as scheduled at 9am, picked up a loaner and ran errands until the work was complete. The process took about 3 hours and my car was clean and waiting on me.

Car dealerships in general are notorious for high pressure sales which for me is an absolute turn-off. Such is not the case with Clayton Volvo. The salesperson Matthew Self was kind, caring and courteous as well as his superior staff members Frank and Clarence. These individuals know they have a great product and let the car sell itself with their guidance. They led my wife and self through the sale process with as few problems as possible. They were willing to work with us at every step of the auto sale. It is refreshing in this day in age and current economy to find such individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend Clayton Volvo to anyone interested in the purchase of a fine Volvo automobile. Wayne
