Think twice, you'll get one story on the phone and another once you see vehicle. Spoke several times with dealer seeking the brutally honest truth about truck before I Drove 4 1/2 hrs to see a truck priced at top dollar and it was far from it... Waste of time...vehicle description was way off , not sure how rust coming threw the paint and burnt paint can be described as "mint" no scratches no dings no rust ... Etc ... Beware

We drove 3 hours to look at a truck. I told them I was coming Friday morning. We arrived and the truck wasn't there, and Serg argued with me that I told them I was coming Saturday. After looking at his messages and realizing I was correct he continued to tell us the truck was at the chevy dealer getting the radio fixed. It came back with the radio hanging out. After he screamed profanity at the chevy dealer front of us we looked at the truck. It was missing a spare tire and tire mount. They bought one and installed it after going on and on about how much money he spending on this truck. They then couldn't get another spare and offered to give us a check for 100 bucks. We told him politely you cannot buy a spare tire and rim for 100 bucks and he yelled at us saying he already spent over 200 dollars fixing it already. We ended up buying the truck and drove home realizing it needed brakes. When we took the rear tires off the rear rotors were completely destroyed by the brakes having NO pads. Needless to say we had to replace both rear rotors and all four brakes. Never again will they get our business or will we refer someone!

I started out dealing with Serg which was good, I found a nice F150 King Ranch. I was then connected with Alex who was amazing. His customer service, knowledge and hard work was elite. He helped me get financing at an amazing rate, he was patient and understanding. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Alex was still available to answer questions and support me 100%. Was told the two trucks I was going to look at were in showroom condition. So I drove 2 hours to find out that one truck was in need of new belts new dpf filter and had many damaged spots including a huge dent on the roof. The other truck didn't even run and you could see it was not taken care of and some of the repairs were very shade tree mechanic. Total waste of a trip.

My ex needed a truck after getting into a bad accident, after going to different dealerships we finally came across classic motors... we were highly impressed at the decent prices and deals compared to the other dealers we've been too. Such great customer service i highly recommend getting a vehicle there... Overall two accidents my ex was in vehicles were in great condition and kept him safe !

I wanted something special for my 21 wedding anniversary. I was passing the lot and saw the car my wife has wanted all her life. I called up spoke with someone about the car. The conversation was very nice, seemed a little rushed but over all very nice. I took my wife there for a test drive everything went great. We filled out the paperwork and everyone was very nice. Over all the experience went very smoothly I was happy with the service. Good place to buy a truck or car I have told all my friends about them. Plan on shopping there going forward too.

I purchased a Volvo S60 from Classic Motors over the phone and Alex arranged for the car to be delivered to my home in Pa by his staff . The vehicle arrived exactly in the condition I was told , no unpleasant surprises . Friendly and helpful staff , all the correct paper work . I would absolutely buy another car or truck from Classic Motors . Good People !


Failure to File Title with Maryland MVA

This dealer failed to provide me with a proper and accurate transfer of title to a used car I purchased on March 15, 2015. When I arrived to complete the transaction, as agreed upon with the Dealer, the car was not at the Dealership. I had to wait for several hours for the car to be brought to the Dealership and serviced. They had to place a Dealer's tag on the car because there was no one there to complete the process of title transfer. I had to drive back 2 days later, from Annapolis, to obtain the new tags from the Dealer. While on an out-of-town trip, I left my car at home. Apparently the alarm system went off and did not stop so police arrived to stop the alarm. When running the tag they discovered it was not registered under my name! The name of a previous owner is what is showing up with the VIN number. The police took the tags and had my car impounded, where it remains to date because I cannot retrieve the car without the tags. The police officer who took the tags is out of town and it seems he kept the tags in his personal possession rather than leaving them at the Police Station. So, in trying to get another set of tags so I can get my car, I went to the MVA and that is when I was told there was no information from the Dealer re my car. The name of a previous owner is what is showing up with the VIN number and they will not issue a new tag or a temporary tag until they receive all documents from the Dealer! Even more critical is the fact that the Dealer says he has filed all necessary documents with the MVA, but the MVA says no such documents have been filed with them. I have spent 2 full days trying to work with the MVA and this Dealer to no avail. I am caught between a public and a private bureaucracy and am unable to drive the car I purchased a month ago. And I am having to pay accumulating fees from the company that towed my car! The Dealer's son was rude when I called about the problem, and the Dealer failed to return my calls despite a promise that he would contact the MVA and straighten this mess out, call me back and let me know what was happening. He has never called me back. It would be most appreciated if someone could assist me in resolving this Catch-22 nightmare. As of today, April 17, 2015 nothing has been resolved.

Our experience on buying our Jeep couldn't have been any easier Alex made it pleasant easy and fun he was helpful and knowledgeable with the whole process after just a few minutes of meeting him felt like we new him for years making things so easy he was not pushy at all listening to our needs in helping us find the right vehicle within our budget. I would recommend them if your looking for a good used vehicle, stop by and see what's on there lot.

i PURCHASED A 2010 CHEVY P/U TRUCK OVER THE LABOR DAY WEEKEND.. the truck had a minor problem with the tire air monitoring system & slight pulsation in the brake petal at the time of my test drive. After arriving at a purchase price, Alex & Mike were very timely with getting the truck repaired to my satisfaction. This is a high milage truck that appeared to be very well cared for. I could'nt be happier with the truck and the way ALEX & mIKE HANDLED OUR DEAL. NEXT PURCHASE I'LL RIDING BACK TO SEE ALEX & MIKE!!!!!

In June 2012 I bought a 2002 Hyundai Elnatra with 94000 mile on it and drove it the same day for 300 miles from Reisterstown to Cincinnati. Never had any problems with it except routine care - had to change low beam light once, got new tires after another 20000 miles.

From beginning to end my experience here has been great. Alex and Mike were more than willing to cater to my "not so perfect" credit. My tax refund came in and I was ready to buy a new car. They offered a fair price on my current car plus my down payment and were able to figure out something in house so my monthly payments would be as affordable to me as possible. I went for a test drive, Alex allowed me as much time as I needed to inspect the car. He answered every question I had and was clear on warranty details. I never knew I would be able to swap my car out but Classicmotors made it possible. Would def. recommend and come back in the future. Thank you!!!!!
