This is a follow up to my previous review, which was submitted when we bought the car. As I mentioned buying the car was a great experience, considering you are buying a car. However, empty promises are soon to follow. I'm not going back to this dealership.

I ended up not reaching a deal on a late-model MINI in which I was interested, but Nick was nice to work with and not pushy. They were asking a fair price, but were only willing to reduce their price by less than 1% of asking price (literally). I will still give them another look the next time I consider a MINI.

Bought our car over the phone, as we live in a different state. There was no sales pressure from either the salesman or the manager. Cannot say that about the other mini dealer in their area. They were very knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy. We would buy another one from them.

Just brought home my 2nd BMW from Classic BMW. Would highly recommend this team as they are so helpful and practical during the process of selecting my car. Nick McGlone really knows the product and helped me to the perfect car for my budget. Classic BMW facility is clean and comfortable - great lounge. They clearly focus on customer comfort. It was time to buy another MINI COOPER, so I headed up to Classic Mini, where I bought my last one, 8 years ago! I had also taken my Mini to Classic Mini SERVICE DEPARTMENT for regular maintenance many times & they were very good, including free loaner cars! My salesman was the best, Neal Levy! Very knowlegeable & helpful from the start of the process to delivery! Classic Mini gave me a very fair trade-in amount on my previous car. Neal kept in touch by phone & email, while I waited for my 2013 Cooper to be shipped! I love my new Mini Cooper & HIGHLY recommend Classic BMW Mini & Neal Levy! Thanks! Cathy H

Upon submitting my request about a vehicle listed i was promptly responded to be a very courteous salesman...that clearly laid out the features...and the bottom line price...I informed him that it would be about a month before i could make a final purchase...and he not only assured me that if the vehicle was sold that he would locate the car with my specifics ...and in a timely manner 3 weeks later let me know about his current inventory and kept me in the loop...without the..."I'm a sellsman" mentality....no pressure....just asst...I could appreciate that....Thanks Classic you have earned my business now and in the future....
