I came in early but they were booked until me regular time so it seemed like a long wait. They had to do a recall also...which needed a drive assessment therefore it took longer than expected. They could have come and told me of the time difference. I had an appointment that I was late for. The people are always nice and the facilities are also nice.I wouldn't need to come to this service station for my maintenance but I choose to. I have not been disappointed yet.

Had a great experience when we visited Clason in our process of looking for a new truck. Most of the dealing took place over the phone and email. Nathan and the sales team found a way to get us as close as possible on a deal we would be comfortable with. The responses to our messages were extremely quick and accommodating. Made the deal with confidence and would recommend Clason completely.

In the 2 years I've dealt with Clason Buick GMC, I have been treated as a valued customer. Excellent service . Excellent dealer. Took car in for noise in right front. Was a wheel bearing. They took care of it right away. Felt they were efficient and fast and at a fair price. Facility was nice. Lounge was great to wait in.

I went from first meeting Terry K the salesman to buying a GMC Terrain in less than 6 hours. Terry greeted me as I came in and was very knowledgable. I asked about a payment estimate and was given one in less than 5 minutes without having to speak to the finance manager or fill anything out. Terry took my phone call after hours and answered my question promptly. The whole experience from greeting to filling out the paperwork was better than I have ever had purchasing a car.

The Clason Dealership was impressive The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for, all our questions were answered and even items we didn't think of were addressed. Once we purchased the truck, the salesman went through our vehicle and all the functions of the various features with us and made sure we knew how to operate them. He also encouraged us to call him or stop in whenever we had any questions. We have had a few. He responded promptly. He even called us after a few days and asked how we were doing!Overall, our experience in purchasing a truck couldn't have been any better. We are extremely pleased.
