Had a great experience when we visited Clason in our process of looking for a new truck. Most of the dealing took place over the phone and email. Nathan and the sales team found a way to get us as close as possible on a deal we would be comfortable with. The responses to our messages were extremely quick and accommodating. Went from walking in to buying in 6 hours

I went from first meeting Terry K the salesman to buying a GMC Terrain in less than 6 hours. Terry greeted me as I came in and was very knowledgable. I asked about a payment estimate and was given one in less than 5 minutes without having to speak to the finance manager or fill anything out. Terry took my phone call after hours and answered my question promptly. The whole experience from greeting to filling out the paperwork was better than I have ever had purchasing a car.

The Clason Dealership was impressive The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for, all our questions were answered and even items we didn't think of were addressed. Once we purchased the truck, the salesman went through our vehicle and all the functions of the various features with us and made sure we knew how to operate them. He also encouraged us to call him or stop in whenever we had any questions. We have had a few. He responded promptly. He even called us after a few days and asked how we were doing!Overall, our experience in purchasing a truck couldn't have been any better. We are extremely pleased.

Clason always has friendly staff and my car gets what it needs. The cost is comparable. General Motors has assistance plans for major repair jobs. My suggestion: start making Pontiacs again!
