Ford Focus 2014 engine light comes on in 2 yrs 6 mos time, 4700 miles, Car dead stops on highway with no power, can't even back up, call them and no help to me, had to pay towing $200.00 out of pocket to get to their service center, no temp vehicle was offered, they do not do it! After you buy new car, to xxxx with the customer is what you get! Furious as xxxx, they say wait for repairs for 3-4 weeks! Do Not ever Buy Here! Bullshitters! ,,RJ

For such a big business, the workers there cannot even answer the phone. I have called in the last 10 mins literally 8 times and nothing. They cannot work a phone let alone transfer a call to the right department. Just another Ford Dealer almost ready to be shut down.

Searching online and found a car at this dealership. So I call and ask the person whom answered some info regarding the car...It was like pulling teeth. I asked what were the "dealer fees?" she said it depends.....OK ..depends on what??? she replied depends on your credit...I said Im paying cash...She said hold on...2 MINUTES later a "manager" answered..I asked the same questions and I did get a response, I then asked a few other questions and it was like I was putting her out by asking more than 2 questions... I thought this was a SALES team trying to SELL a car!!! Im shocked by the other reviews...Definitely not buying a car from a dealership that expects me to just sign up for financing and not ask questions.

Tried to lease a Ford Mustang from these guys. They tried to charge me way more than retail and they acted like they were doing me a favor. The manager wanted me to bring in an old lease so that he "could look good" but did not tell us the real reason. The real reason was a $1000 ford rebate that he was going to pocket for himself. I'm so thankful that I called another dealer before signing the lease. I got a much better deal for a fully loaded car. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

I confirmed a Truecar.com upfront price certificate with them PRIOR to my visit. After test driving the vehicle and sitting down with salesman to complete the purchase, the scam began. They were never going to honor the Truecar.com upfront price. They began to add in $1500 in dealer fees and financing pressure. I already had secured a low rate finance agreement and so after confirming with Truecar that they were supposed to honor the upfront price, the manager came over and said "this car was sold this morning" and wrote "SOLD" across my paperwork! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They did not appreciate that I was calling them out on their lies so they basically kicked me out. Manager would not give me his business card. A true "bait and switch" type dealership. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I've been dealing with car dealers for 20 years and rarely have I had a good/honest experience. Ibrahim was rather straight forward with me and he offered really good customer service. Edit 5/2016 - Nick did not honor his word and when I asked why the $33k escape was now financed for $38k - "Taxes" was the response. Take your chances. You might luck up or end up with a higher bill than expected/promised. I'm back to my ill-regard feeling of dealership management. "Thanks for my past due Nick".

Tony, was the man I went to. He is amazing, funny, and he listens to what you want and need. EVERYONE in there made it happen. City World Ford is a total waste of timeThey, Jamie Brown in particular, straight up told me they do NOT want a check and are only interested in financing. They get a kick back from the banks as much as $3,000The advertised online specials are only good if you finance thru them. They will "shop around" for the best rate, also meaning each time a finance company inquires about your credit, the score decreases 10 points.You can buy a car without financing thru them however, the car is 5,000$ more. Then the ridiculous and illegal $2,000 dealer feeThey also tried to charge a $795 credit check feeJamie also told me they list such low prices online to get you in the door. I believe it nowJamie Brown doesnt know a xxxx thing about the cars, he knows the system and scam city world tries to play.Ended up walking out, basically running out. Getting a xxxx good deal and way better service upstateThanks for wasting my time City World Ford!

We get there to see a Ford Edge 2011. The car was perfect but the sale person names Mike was rude since the beginning. we gave him all our informations to check the credit to finance the car. when the quote was ready was too high so we ask him to check how the final price was so high, he refuse to give us the paper with all the fees. At the end we discover that it was so many high fees. Crazy financing: the car was $15.999 and the finance had to be $25.000 Plus $2000 down payment. Really fraud!

I already had deal from USAA. I went into the dealership with the voucher and asked Francis if he could match it. He said yes. This was at 1200. He took us to see the vehicle with no key at a satellite lot. We couldn't start the vehicle. We were never offered a test drive. At around 1900, after fighting over trade in value and the long waiting period, we were invited to speak to someone in finance who told us 'there is no way you are gonna get a vehicle at that price', the same price that Francis said he could match. The next day I drove 120 miles to Kingston, NY and got a major upgraded vehicle for a lot less money, I mean thousands of dollars less.

Called and asked about a lease on a 2015 ford titanium escape. Gave all the specs that I wanted included, was given a lease price on the phone of $260/month. When asked to be put in writing was sent a price of $288/month. Called to speak to sales lady, was told she was off and that her manager would deal with me. The manager started quoting me prices that were even higher and told me I was missed quoted by the sales girl, and to make matters worse THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY 2015 FORD TITANIUM IN STOCK WAS TOLD THEY ARE ALL SOLD OUT!!!!!!!!!! WHAT BULL----!

I visit city world ford in March and was very unsatified with one of the representative, I know my credit wasn't the greatest and my car wasn't an even trade off, but I ask him to only deal with my bank which is Capitol one only cause I know they would have approved me.. He had me sign a paper to pull up suppose to be only Capitol one and I got a letter from 3 other banks turning me down... Then he wanted me to get car insurance on a car that I never sign a contract. That's very unprofessional. I am not mad I didn't get the car it's just the principal of the whole situation... Beware of the foolishness...

On 1/22/2015 at 1:30pm , I and parents visited City World Ford for the first time, we were met and greeted by Salesperson Tony. We wanted to trade in for a current up to date vehicle. We made it clear that were seeking a price range between $20k-24k not interested in leasing just paying a down payment then pay the balance off with a bank check. With the selection now made a sticker that was posted on the car we have selected was given to us with the price range we were seeking a wonder vehicle. So we are closing deal but it is taking hours for the paperwork to be signed and drive away with this new car. The following day on the 23rd we returned with the down payment and without any hesitation one of the reps just asked if we have the check. No welcome to City Ford or welcome back but asked can I have the check and disappeared. We ended there for a total of 4 hours just to honor our request and have the car filled with gas and remove items that were still stuck on the car.Now we get home and review the sale receipt and find that none of the numbers are matching up with the price of the car. In fact it was a price for another car and now they are unwilling to take care of this problem but insisting we pay the balance of well over the $10,000.00 over the sticker price which vin numbers match the car. After hunting the manager down whom really did not attempt to remedy this situation. I have lost all faith in this dealership and it will not stop here. The Corporate Office will be then next step and all documents the negative practices at this dealership.

I went to the dealership on a Saturday around 1PM to check out a pre-owned Lexus. Even though the name is City World FORD, they carry other manufactured vehicles. I drove 30 miles and paid a $7.50 toll to get to the Bronx. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted by an associate. I asked for a test drive and everything was amazing. I asked for the price even thought it was on cars.com for $31,995, the representative told me $36,999.00 I was shocked!. I showed him the AD and he said okay I can give you the car for this price, ONLY if you finance with us. There was a huge dent on the car and the rear tires had no thread life on them. I asked the manager if he would take care of those two things and he said he would take care of those two things. We shook hands and we started the paperwork. The General Manager comes and says I cant sell the car for $31,500 because hes losing money and told me hes not fixing the dent or replacing the tires. He also added another $1,500 for a dealer fees to the price of the vehicle. I was pissed because of the time I spent. What a waste of time!!!! I ended up buying the care from Lexus of Queens, where they dont have a $1,500 dealer fee.

Bench of liars. I went there first for door problem. They need to order parts. Called me to come on the next week. Went there to get it fixed. They simply said they never called me. I showed them the phone. Asked me to come back again. Went there again, was told they send the parts back, then Carlos there manager came and said leave the car and will fix it by tomorrow. Next day I called they said oh we did not have part. Top of that they said you should go to brooklyn, because you live in brooklyn. When I bought that car they never said go to brooklyn dealership.

Went to dealership from Staten Island waist more then 1hour traffic no salesperson till 9.30 am.Car they have listed wrong COLOR even i call day ahead.Car have some dent and scraches and rear tail light was chipped off,but they didn't told all that over the phone.They should tell people about details so we don't waist our time.I end up waisting about 4 hours to that trip.

I have gone to this dealership with a newspaper ad about 5 separate times and the sales person has given different excuses as to why they don't have the ad car at their dealership. The excuses I was given was the car was there but couldn't find the key. And most of all the excuses was the car must be at service. I did at one time I I went to the dealership and they did have the car in stock. I liked the car and I bought the car . The day after I bought the car I had to take the car three times for a check engine light. The first time the car was in service for about 3 days. The day after I picked up the car I had to return back to service where the car was in service for 2 weeks. The next day after picking up the car I had to return the next day with the same check engine light. This time the car was in service for 28 days. The car was finally fixed properly. Last winter I was again at the dealership looking to purchase a used 4x4 I saw on line . again no car in stock. The sales manager called the police on me because I was calling the Better Business on City World Ford.

This dealership is the worst I have ever been in. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place ever again. I wish I can turn back time and walk away. I purchased a Ford Fusion 2014, the price on the vehicle was 24,650 when it was time to sign the contract the list price on the contract was totally different. The price was raised to 25,795 which I was taxed on as well. They didn't like the fact that we demanded an explanation they got upset and said "oh that amount is based on taxes", which I do not believe. Please do not waste your time going to this dealership avoid it go to a different dealer because City world Ford will probably deceive you too. It is very disgusting how these people are ripping consumers off they should be shut down for being dishonest HOW DARE THEY!!! I can't believe that Ford does not supervise these local dealers who are selling their product. It really looks bad on FORD these people are a reflection of Ford. Now I see Ford in a different light and it is not positive. I almost forgot, we even asked for a test drive and the request was basically ignored. The fact that we wanted to test drive the car before buying it and we couldn't even do that should have given us a red flag we should have walked away. City World Ford needs to reimburse the people they ripped off.

I saw a truck that I was interested in online with no actual pictures poster of the truck. So I called up and requested to see pictures of the truck and explained I didn't live around the corner so I cannot just stop in and look and that if I was going to come I needed to see actual pictures of the truck.. Sounds completely understandable to me, but apparently it was not for them. I called and spoke to 3 sales people and they would just describe the truck to me and say its not in there job description to take pictures of it. Finally on the 4th attempt I got a sales woman to take pictures and email them to me and I was set on coming in 2 days later. On the morning that I was suppose to look at the truck I went online and noticed they raised the price on it $1,000... I called and asked what the deal was and why this was done they claimed the truck was never listed at the price that I saw on there website (and at least another 3 websites) and said that the price that it is is the price that it is. Really sketchy to me.

They claimed to have the car on the lot and when I showed up the tried to put me in another car. I was looking to spend no more than 34k and they were pushing me to buy a 42k car. Just rude people throughout the dealership. Not very knowledgeable about Ford cars. Not a single person was helpful. Very pushy dealer tactics. Bait and Switch seller tactics. Nadia, the person I spoke with the day before was encouraging and ensured me that I would be well taken care of at City World Ford. Well Nick the Manager was great. He talked with me and made sure everything went smoothly. Team Manager Zuedi was great with working out a payment plan that was afordable. They are team players. They helped me to purchase a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. I am pleased with car. It's rides great. City World Ford will be the only car dealer that I ever do business with from now on. No gimmicks, no slick dealership sceams or shady deals like some car dealers. They treated me like a Queen for a day. Thanks so much. I can't stop telling people about City World.

They practice bait-and-switch, and were deceptive when challenged (They couldn't get their stories straight)They confirmed multiple times that the vehicle was ready on the lot. When the buyer I was helping (he has limited English) arrived, they switched salesman, showed him a car that was a year older and had 46,000 more miles FOR THE SAME PRICE. And they were pressing the buyer for a deposit, despite knowing the vehicle had been switched.Of course, when challenged they tried to make up stories. Antwana fold me that the buyer had been told immediately when he got there that the car was "out to have a broken mirror fixed" and that the buyer requested to see different models. 100% untrue.The salesman had a different stoty, and said he was "confused" because the cars were "so similar.Then he said the car was out being detailed.Then the supervisor - -Zuedi, tried to go on the offense, screaming and yelling. Her story was even more incoherent. Stay clear.One last thing - -an another call to a more senior manager was met with more civility and rationality. Paul I believe. I don't include him.

I went to city world ford in april of 2012 to test drive either a ford edge or an explorer. When I spoke to the salesman, I could tell he was eager to get me into a car that day. I told them that I had just previously paid off a car loan and was not looking to get into another 5 to 6 hundred dollar a month payment. I had about a thousand dollars to put down but told them I was willing to come back in 6 months with a greater down payment to to get my monthly payments down to about 300 a month. The rep then tells me that he can get me into a car with that day no money down. He says that if i make my first 7 payments at 600 dollars a month and come back in 7 months they can refinance me at 325 a month. When I asked if I needed this in writing, I was told no. When I asked if this was guranteed I was lead to believe that they had a deal worked out with the bank already as long as I made my 7 payments of 600 dollars on time. I paid all 7 payments on time. when I went back in nov of 2012 to refinance, the new rep I spoke to now tells me that he can refinance at 440 a month. When I told him that I was told 325 he tells me that was a best estimate and that no bank ever really takes half the payment away. He gets back to me 2 weeks later and tells me that I have to make an additional 3 payments of 600 a month. I make an additional 4 payments and come back in april of 2013 a year from my original purchase date. When I speak to the rep he now tells me that he can refinance me for 500 a month because something came up in my credit. so now I have to make an additional 6 payments of 500 a month and come back to get refinanced. The car I bought was used by the way. It is a 2010. So now I'm going to have to refinance for a second time and tack on more years for a used car. I left a review on another site and they responded with "the banks have been tightening up on their criteria and it has been difficult to get refinancing done lately" If that was the case or if my credit didn't warrent a better deal at a better rate in 7 months then I should have been made aware of that so I can make a proper decision. I was told that this was all done deal as long as I made my payments on time. I was swindled into a car and flat out lied to. Now I'm stuck in a car with payments that I told them I did not want to have to make. The fault is my own for taking city world ford at their word and believing that had listened to my needs as a customer and taken my best interest at heart. I asked if I needed any of this in writing and they told me no. Next time around I will be a more savvy buyer, but I will not be buying at city world ford. I will be trading the car in next year and even though I will have to eat some of the money on the value of the car, I am just eager to make city world ford a distant memory and never have to deal with them again. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

I also experienced a bait and switch. Called to discuss pricing on a Ford Focus and had several conversations where she had to continually call me back after speaking to her manager about pricing options, and she kept telling me I needed to come in, come in. After we got all the information on the car, I asked to her to confirm that this car is on the lot and that if I come in I will be able to have all the same details we just spoke about. After she confirmed, I went to the dealership only to find out all along she had been quoting me the details of a different car entirely, a ford fiesta. She played dumb as did her manager. An absolutely awful place. AVOID.

I am rating City World Ford-Lincoln a 4 star because prior to my visit to the dealer I already knew exactly what I wanted. Up to the specific color of my new vehicle I knew I would be purchasing a 2013 Ford-Explorer. I expected the experience of my purchase be satisfactory, and it was. The sales consultant Mr. John Springer provided me with his expertise in the smooth sales transaction. The only hiccup in my total experience was a wait of 5 hours at the dealership for final paper work to be done I thought it was just to pick up my car. But all and all their service was satisfactory.

I went in april to test drive a car. I ended up speaking to a sales person and I could tell he was eager to get me into a vehicle that day. I told him that I had just paid off my previous car loan that was 500 dollars a month and that I wasn't looking to get into that type of payment again. I told him I was willing to pay about 250 to 300 a month. He comes back to me and tells me that if I make 7 payments of 600 dollars a month ON TIME then my payments could get refinanced and dropped to 325 a month. I asked him the rep who handled my paper work do I need this in writing and he said no. But to please make sure I make my payments on time. I made all 7 payments of 600 dollars on time and come back in November to refinance. I'm speaking to someone else who now tells me that he may be able to get my payments down to 440 dollars a month. When I told him what was told to me he said that those figures were a best estimate. Mind you, my sales rep and finance agent led me to believe those numbers were set in stone. The new rep I'm dealing with now basically tells me that's not going to happen. He does my paper work and gets back to me a week later and tells me that I have to make an additional 3 payments of 600 dollars. So In stead of being done in Nov my 600 dollar payments are now extended until feb of 2013 and there is no guranteed number of what my payments are going to be. So theoretically they can come back and tell me that my payments are going to be 500 a month and I have to eat it. I was lied to just to get me in a car. I told them that I was willing to save up a down payment and come back in a few months to purchase a vehicle but change my mind when they presented the above mentioned offer. I'm actually considering turning in the car. Misleading and flat out lying to your customers is no way to do business. I would not reccomend city world ford to anyone and would not buy from them again.

After looking around in the bronx, my last resort was here. It was my first time purchasing a car and Mr. Jude Asiegbu took notice and full advantage. He kept telling me I was going to drive home w/a beautiful new vehicle, it just did not happen. It was pre-owned. Not only did I not get a new vehicle but got stuck paying way over what the car is worth and my monthly payments well over 350.00 a month. Not to mention the vehicle had not been maintained properly either. He totally ripped me off. He inqired to 4 different places to get me a loan so he can cash in and brought my excellent score down just because he could'nt and wouldn't wait for me to lift up my security freeze on experian, etc. I followed him throughout the establishment and kept saying to just wait for him but I caught him bragging to the other workers there and showing them the paper work on how much he had cashed in. I just could'nt believe it! I feel like I'm in a nightmare and can't get out of it. He is a very sleezy and dishonest man and would not recommend City World to anyone if they have someone like this working there. Imagine the service on your car!?. I feel horrible, disappointed to say the least. This experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth and every time I look at the car my feeling just gets worse and worse. I am looking forward to bring Mr. Jude somehow to justice.

Horrible overall experience, I am sorry I cannot rate 0 or -1. We really needed a car, applied for it, were told lies about it (it was supposed to be a turn in,1 owner car,but then we found out it was a rental,amongother things) and we basically wanted out. we had paid money off the card to reserve it,we never saw our money back despite letting them know immediately that we did not want to buy the car any more. All of them are shady,keep telling you one thing and then taking it back in the last moment. We were told that we had 90 days warranty bumper to bumper with them,and when we asked for our 90 day warranty in writing they started shouting that we don't need it and 30 days will be enough.This is basically trespassing the NY law. Devian is a clown,he says he is a part time comedian, but he is a full time clown that has no place in a serious business. Theonly reason he is there is because the entire place is in the same note.I am only glad we smelled the bad odor on that deal and that place and we backed out on time. We are 500$ short,but not thousands short and with a bad rental car with shady papers.Save yourself time andmoney and DON'T go.We finally bought a car from another dealer, and I wanna say the experience was as different as if it was like from a different world. But yea, it was in another state.

every single ford dealer in westchester and jersey advertise leases for ridiculous low payments only to tell you that you dont qualify for 90% of the rebates. the next thing they do is hike the payment up about 120 dollars. Well how about this, i called this dealer and got a quote that seemed high. BUT after smith cairns tried to hike me up and there payment went higher than city worlds I walked. THESE GUYS DO IT RIGHT ! appreciate it keith and bob, sorry i didnt come sooner.

I came in on a 2011 ford explorer and it was a nice truck. The sales guy couldnt help much with the pricing but knew mostly about the car. When he called a manager i received a significant discount. Although i wish my purchase was quicker, i did get a 4% interest rate from here when nissan had offered me 9%. So im happy witht that and the car. I would recommend, just make sure u get the right sales guy. I recommend romero or steve. Both did right.

We got there and this salesman named lamar came up to us completely unprofessional, it was really sad... Cursing at us while doing business, And they let us check out a car that had no title and then when we figured out by inspecting the car that it was in an accident, he all of a sudden knew that there was a salvage title on that car... Very shady and weird place. They will also tell you anything just to get you to come in. Good luck to you If you decide to go there.

after being in contact with this dealer for four days, setting up financing and making an appointment to go get the car, i get down there to find out the sold the car 2 days ago. i told them when making the arrangements, that i was located about 3 hours away and didnt want to make the trip if there was going to be a problem with the car or the financing. well there was a problem with the car, it was gone. most of the other cars in the lot were beat up looking. then they tried to sell me a car that was 3x as much as the car i originally went there for.

I purchased a certified used vehicle on April 2011 from Cityworld ford and I paid 16k plus taxes special fees by dealer end cost 18k. I returned the car in May 2011 only owning it for less then a month. I had electrical problems and flooding to the car. When I first spoke to manager he acted like this was no big deal. I took it to services and they had the same attitude and did nothing to the car. To make a long nightmare short The car is used 2007 mini-cooper with low miles. Buying it from Cityword Ford was the biggest mistake due to the unreliable customer care at Ford.in the 5 moths that I have owned this vehicle it has been in and out of services 5 times. I even had it towed to the Ford service shop on zerega Ave. Bx. I've been without my car now for over 45 days from this last encounter not including the 4 other times when car was left. I work for the Fire Dept. and have been out of work because of the no car issues for 3 weeks. I made arrangements to speak with an attorney but thats no guarantee. My advise to you don't trust these people they are fast talking swindle specialist. who once get you to sign on the dotted line is like making a deal with the devil it will feel like they stoled your soul.

This is by far THE WORST dealer experience ever. I went in to this dealer to purchase a used vehicle. I worked with a sales Guy named Keith Ayoub. At first he seemed like he was there to help and make this a smooth experience. After going through all the motions and gathering all my info we chose a car and submitted my credit app. After waiting an hour I was told that I was not approved. Understandble. Not the best credit. So Keith uses that info to try and fast talk me and tell me that the deal can still be done if I get a "personal guarantor" not a co-signer but a "personal guarantor". He stated that they are both different because a cosigner is needed when you don't meet the income requirements and a personal guarantor is used when your credit needs a boost. I've never heard the term so I spoke to my wife and we got a "personal guarator". When I came back to the dealer it took over two hours to add her information. Once the deal was ready to be finalized and papers signed I noticed that the price on the contract was far higher than the agreed upon sale price. We agreed on a price of $11,695. They raised the price to over $14,000 and expected me to agree. When I brought this to their attention they stated that they couldn't sell it for that price because the bank was charging them a bank fee of $2700. I've purchased several vehicles in my life and have never paid a bank fee. Fred the finance guy kept on talking about a joint application which I knew nothing about because according to Keith it was an individual application just using a personal guarantor. Fred said that doesn't exist and when he brought Keith into the office to explain Keith said he never said that they are different. What a Liar. Right to my face. Needless to say, I didn't sign any of the paperwork and we had no deal. These people are shady. They raise prices at the last minute and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I will never shop at any city world dealer. They are liars and just waste people's time trying to scam them into shady deals. Stay away.

FROM JULY 18 UNTIL FEBRUARY 8TH I COULDNT GET THE CAR SERVICED (WAS TOLD ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE THAT THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD DID NOT MEAN THE AIRBAG DIDNT WORK BUT THAT IT INDICATES THE LIGHT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. WAS ULTIMATELY TOLD BY RICH, A SUPERVISOR AT THE DEALERSHIP, THAT THE LIGHT INDICATES THAT THE AIRBAG IS NOT FUNCTIONING. WAS BOUNCED BACK AND FORTH FOR 7 MONTHS BETWEEN THE DEALER AND THE DEALER'S REPAIR SHOP WITH NO SUCCESS. THE REPAIR SHOP HAD MY CAR ON AND OFF FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 DAYS. ALWAYS SAYING THE PART IS COMING. I TOOK MY CAR BACK AFTER THE FIRST FEW DAYS. WAS TOLD TO CALL NEXT WEEK, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. FINALLY WENT TO THE DEALER AND TOLD THEM, KEITH, I DID NOT WANT THE CAR. THE REPAIR SHOP CANT FIX IT AND I NEEDED A CAR THAT WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. KEITH PROCEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY COULD GIVE ME A COMPARABLE CAR BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE SINCE MY "LEMON" HAD DEPRECIATED. I WASNT BRINGING A "TRADE-IN", I WAS RETURNING A LEMON. HE LIED AND SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS (WHEN I CAME TO BUY THE CAR IT TOOK A FEW HOURS). A year later, we found out our car was previously in 3 car accidents with bad damages. The Carfax report they showed us didn't reveal this information. City world edited the carfax report to show no accidents. This place is a scam and will make you feel like you are walking away with a deal, but your not. They will edit the report or show you a carfax report for another car making you believe it's for the car you are buying. Please go elsewhere! Not the way to do business.
