Never take your vehicle here for repairs they fix what they want at your cost and you will still have the same problems I took my vehicle there because of transmission issue and oil leak guess what same problem they will never get another dime out of me I really trusted these people

Their service department is terrible
Save your money and the hassle. The worst experience. My Ac went out in my 2015 Yukon. Took it in and was charged 179.00 to fill the AC with freon and they couldn't diagnose the issue.Had to take it in a week later. Another 579.00 to fix AC line they thought was leaking. Had to take it a third time to get the correct part fixed. ( at their cost ). Three days later had a coolant line wear a hole in it that was left on the alternator belt during their repair. Getting charged again. I will never step foot in this place again. Not the service you are expecting when you purchase the vehicle from them.
No Games buying experience
I have to say the buying process at Circle Buick Gmc was easy and professional. No games at this Dealership. If you are looking for a vehicle ask for Thomas...great job guiding us through the process. This should be your GMC dealer!

NEVER GO THERE
Horrible service. I wanted to look at cars in my price range and they wouldn't let me even know where the cars were in the lot without running my credit score. Very rude and told me I wouldn't be approved and said to even look at a car I would have to run my credit to see if I even qualified. Very rude and not helpful at all.

They had a great start to my visit by finding a nail in my tire while in the service drive and then pointing out a few scratches on my bumper tht they said they would try to take care of while I was there at no charge. really nice folks and were very quick with everything
Outdid themselves
I have bought 4 trucks from circle and since last one had some issues with my medical bills. I needed a new truck for work but didn't think that I would able to buy one cause of my credit problems. They got me a good rate and a good payment , I didn't go here first because I thought I couldn't buy a new car and the rates other guys told me I could get were double on a used truck I looked at elsewhere. the payment they got me was the same as a three year old truck I looked at in crown point
service department went above and beyond
We were leaving for a trip on Monday and my Yukon wouldn't start and I didn't have time to have it towed or wait hours. Circle drove out to my house hoping it was just a dead battery, replaced the battery in my garage and that's all it was. I was n my way in less than an hour after I called them. It helped I only live about 5 miles away, but still, try that with most dealerships. it would never happen. Thank you everyone!
TWO CARS SAME DAY

I had been to a few dealerships looking for the cars in the ad and the dealership never had that ad car and if they did I didn't qualify for the price and there wasn't any fine print in their ad. I went to Circle to buy a car in the ad and they honored the price in the paper. Im very happy with them.

WE ARRIVED AT CIRCLE AT 11:00 ON A FRIDAY AND BECAUSE OF THE 205 SALE THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY, BUT WITHING 5 MINUTES WE HAD A SALESPERSON, HAD A VEHCILE PULLED UP FOR A DRIVE AND WITHIN 45 MINUTES WERE LEAVING THE CONTRACT OFFICE TO BE SHOWN HOW TO WORK OUR NEW BUICK. Miracle Workers
Great friendly people. Came in to trade one car and was able to trade in 2 cars for a really low interest rate. I went from a 23% and 19% interest loan to a 6.95% and 5.72% interest loan. If you are looking for a great deal where people make miracles happen then Circle Buick GMC is the only dealership to go. Make sure to test drive the 2016 Acadia. The car drives very smooth and the seats are so comfortable and very padded, you"ll think you're relaxing on a recliner.
my third Buick
this is the third Buick I have purchase and the second from Circle. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They take their time explaining some of the gadgets on my new car that I didn't know how to work. I have no complaints about the way I was treated.
Do not go there!
Pressure to sign now is unbelievable. Wanted to buy a Canyon the next day and the sales manager wanted me to sign immediately, Told me if I did not sign now he would not sell a vehicle to me. Hard to understand how they can stay in business by treating people like this.

we bought a 2015 gmc sierra this past week and on the way home driviing over some tracks we picked up a piece of metal in one of the tires, we made it home without the tire going completely flat. We called circle the next day and our salesman put us through to the service manager. He had a mechanic drive out with a new tire already on a wheel and swapped it out in our driveway for us. It was really nice not to have to do it myself and drive to the dealership on a spare. Great work thank you.
Sales and Service
We purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra this past week. After driving home we had found that we had picked up a rather large chunk of metal in one of our tires, we had though we had heard something when we went over a set of tracks rubbing in one of the wheel wells. The chunk had wedged itself in there pretty good and we couldn't believe that the tire had blown out or gone completely flat. We called our salesperson whom put us through to the service manager. He arranged for a mechanic to come out and change the tire and wheel in our driveway for us (a 45 minute ride) These guys are top notch and I am really glad that I took my friend Paul's advice and drove over there to buy a truck.
"free oil changes"
Was told we would receive 4 free oil changes with our Acadia car purchase When we got to our last appointment we were told that the free oil changes had to be before 24K miles. We always came for oil changes when the message came up on screen in the car. Also we were told that they could only do when under 20%. What on earth does mileage have to do with getting a so called free oil change. Very disappointed with customer service with the Highland location. We will be taking our business elsewhere and we will be passing this info to the steel mills. Also we needed the brake pedal looked at because it makes a horrible noise we were told that it would have to be on a different service call what a joke have a customer come back when they are already there makes no sense what so over.

They where all rude they also kick me out of the store I felt discriminated although I was be little this is no way to treat a woman the men just looked at me and I sense all of them just laughingwhen they said I can be in that storethe sales guy was so rude and I turned away to look and I saw men standing there just looking at me so you know how I felt if you were in my shoes they would not treat a man this week so I felt discriminated
friendly staff
The whole staff was very friendly and helpful while I was buying my arcadia. I was shown how everything works three or four times because I was having a problem with my phone and the radio connecting. they were patient and helpful.

Our sales girl Angie was very nice and patient while we picked out or new GMC terrain, she explained all the features and our free service package. We are very happy.
Good guys
I have purchased three trucks at Circle now and they always treat me very good. The last Sierra was a 2014 with a few thousand miles on it and it came with a certified used warranty , The truck is very sharp and I have had zero problems with it and the salesman and contract person were very nice and helpful. I will buy my next truck from Circle too because their service people are always very nice. They even gave me a new sierra to drive the last time my old truck was in the shop because I needed it for work.

I just recently purchased a used 2007 chevy silverado from a salesman named james during the buying aspect everything was very smooth he went out to the truck and started it and pulled it up to the door for me to test drive well driving the truck I thought it was a fantastic deal and just when I thought that the service 4 wheel drive light came which he said he would have fixed I said ok the next morning I wentered to drive the truck and and when I started it up it makes a horrible noise so I instantly called him and he said he would have it (FIXED) I said my appointment is in a couple days have them look at it then after my appointment they tell me that's its normal for a truck to make this noise I'm sorry I've been around chevy for a while and never have heard this now he's telling me they won't fix this noise I have to take care of it myself awful customer service in opinion. I have owned the truck for for 2 weeks and it's been in the shop twice already I am absolutely never coming back here and hope that nobody gets this type of service if they do

ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 27, 2015 I DROVE THRU TO LOOK AT NEW CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN BUICK ENCLAVE WHEN I SAW A MAN WALKING OUT -- I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREETING ME INSTEAD HE RUDELY INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS LOCKING UP AND I SHOULD GET OUT -- when i took a wrong he even screamed at me WHAT THE HELL YOU DOING --- INSTEAD OF AT LEAST GREETING ME AND ASKING IF HE WOULD BE GLAD TO HELP BUT WOULD I MIND COMING BACK NICELY TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSING --- HIS RUDENESS WAS NOT EXCUSABLE I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CIRCLE NEVER AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW

I've bought many cars(I am old!) and recently I needed a change,went shopping all over for the best price,including trade-in,to my surprise,no one wanted my trade,too new!I went to Circle,told Joe exactly what I wanted to do and in minutes he pulled up in what I thought I could never get,oh was it sharp,so I bought it,great price,including trade in value!
