If he's on-site, he should at least thank you for your business when you're picking up a new vehicle. This is Business School 101 !!

The salesperson did a poor job of selling me on purchasing a BMW. He didn't tell me much about the vehicle I was interested in and showed me a vehicle inside the showroom that I wasn't interested in. The salesperson was very focused on price rather than customer service. He didn't truly assess my needs for a vehicle.

I own a BMW 325 purchased in 2001. I have 109,000 miles on it. Over the yrs I have needed repairs due to the senescence of the vehicle. Today I went for routine service and was assigned to Paul Starnes who advised and guided me through the process. I need close to $1800.00 of repair work. Paul sat with me and explained my options and an order of urgency in regard to 3 different issues. He also offered to take me to the showroom and introduce me to a salesman since I expressed interest in a new car. I called Paul later and decided to do the most urgent repair (about $600.00) now then re-think purchasing a new car in the Spring or completing the rest of the needed repairs. Paul was excellent in guiding me through this process, in that I was unsure as to how to proceed. People of Paul's experience and temperament are certainly an asset to the dealership.

Our son was able to order , with the professional assistance of Robert Cavalieri , a hard to find model. Rob supplied all the information so the build of the car could be followed. Once built, the port and vessel information were provided with an estimated port date. Was quite fun to watch the vessel on vesselfinder.com leave the German port and travel across the Atlantic and down through Canada. The car came in early on a Saturday AM. Rob was able to rally the Circle BMW team to prep and deliver the car that afternoon. My wife and I came over to see the new car prior to delivery. My wife fell in love with an X5 and took delivery a few days later. Rob, Frank and Barry did a great job with all the details. Rob and the team made us a very happy family. Thank you!!

I went with the intention to see how I liked 3 series BMW's compared to my Maxima, I saw a few 328's online and come by early in the afternoon. I gave him what I was looking for and was given a test drive on a new 328. I did like it very much, but it was out of my budget. I was shown a 2012 328 with low miles which was slightly out of my price range. After deciding that the only thing holding me back was the price, they worked with me on the down payment, trade in value, and monthly payments. Almost every dealer I have been to made the experience feel rushed with a lot of pressure. However, at Circle BMW I felt relaxed without being rushed. I spent the rest of the night finalizing the deal and having any questions about the car answered timely and accurately. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Left Lexus after 18 years 3 years ago to purchase a BMW X3. What a big mistake! Have not missed a service appointment as was indicated. Last week a message appeared about an issue with the transmission. After 3 days was told by Paul was just a computer issue and it needed to be reset. Two days later was told now there was a problem with the transmission that would cost us $5000.00. The mileage is 60000 and over the warranty. I have never traded a car with less than 100000 miles and never had a serious problem with any Lexus like this.No desire to make this right just drop off the loaner and pay for the car.I am selling this lemon and will NEVER purchase a BMW again!!!

While driving home from work the other day my car started hesitating and the check engine light came on. I panicked and called the service Department. Without hesitation I was told to bring the car in. As I was an hour away I was hoping I would make it. After making it to the dealership Ray alleviated my concerns and said they'd take care of it. Ray told me he'd call me the following day with an update. The ladies at the service counter were already working on my loaner when I walked up. I was then escorted to my loaner for the trip home. To his word Ray called me mid morning the following day to inform me the issue had been identified and repaired and that my car was ready for pickup. Later that afternoon I went to the dealership to pickup my car. The pickup process was fast and painless. Besides the repair being done my car was cleaned inside and out. My car settings, seat, mirrors, radio, etc were exactly where I had them. I have total confidence and would have no hesitation in recommending the Service Department or any department at Circle BMW. I look forward to going back for service when the need arises.

I'm not sure if I prefer going to the dentist or going to the car dealer...to be honest, I dread both of them. So when I walked into Circle BMW I was very apprehensive. The receptionist introduced me to Danny and a few hours later I walked out with a new BMW. I'm happy to say that Danny made going to a car dealership a pleasant experience. Very pleasant experience from the first test drive with Anthony G. on through price negotiation, financial paperwork and vehicle delivery. The dealership kept in touch politely without applying too much pressure and also returned my calls in a timely manner. We were able to negotiate an agreeable purchase price without hassle. They were even willing to correct a simple issue that I noticed on a second test drive after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. They took care of this mechanical issue in a single day before delivery. Taking care of this minor mechanical issue on a used car before delivery made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was polite and cordial.

I honestly dont know why so many people gave good reviews, they must be friends or told to review. Anyways if you want the truth about circle bmw here it is: I have been dealing with circle bmw for 10 years now and I know majority of the people who work there. I can say that their service department is great, I have nothing bad to say about the service department its actually the sales department. The salesman at circle bmw are absolutely horrible. They have fake manners and put on the face but when in fact they do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction. To prove this I can tell you that in my 10 year relationship I was never able to make a deal to get a car from circle bmw because they are just impossible and obnoxious. However, that did not stop me from owning bmws. I have owned 6-7 cars all bmws and none of them from circle bmw. So just to show my point is that circle bmw haopens to be the most conveneint as in location but every 2-3 years I go in and try to purchase another car I just am proven right and disappointed. I chose to write a review now after 10 years because I came in the other week looking to purchase almost 300,000 dollars worth in cars. An x5 M bmw and the new i8. Someone who is coming in to spend that much money deserves at least the minimal respect. I finally asked to speak to the sales manager Richard Frontero and then thats when I learned what was going on. Richard the manager himself could not even give me a second of his time and was extremley rude about it also. Now we know where all the salesman learn there manners from. Anyways I wanted to share and give a truthful honest review from somone who has 10 years of experience with this dealership rather than a person who came in bought a car and was told to leave a 5 star review. I would bmw of Freehold. They are much more professional and more accomadating.

From RI and actually drove up there to pick up my new BMW as these guys are the best deal on the East Coast. Robert Cavalieri is the MAN! Not your average pushy salesman, very professional, prompt in responses and worked with me on every level of the purchase. They even took my rental car all the way back to the rental place when I left with my new purchase. Bought a brand new 2015 X5 35ixDrive M Sport back in March with all the bells and whistles from this dealership. Within the first month the entire climate control system stopped working on the hottest day of the year (at the time) with my pregnant wife (who hates BMW because of a previously horrible experience) and my mother-in-law (kill me now) in the car. No AC, no cooled seats, midday on a Saturday in a brand new BMW and my wife about to lose it, and her mom giving me the stare of death, I know you guys are questioning the 5 Star rating. Here's where things looked up. I called up Circle on a Saturday at 12pm with their service department closing at 3pm and me living at least 2hrs away in NYC. They took all my info over the phone and Tim in service agreed to have one of the vallets stay back to receive my vehicle. Now I'm expecting them to put me in a little 3 series as a loaner with no Nav that'll make the situation even worse, but no. That's not what happened at all!! They put in a brand new fully loaded X5 50ixDrive with everything my truck had in it and more (except the cooled seats, but who cares it's a 5.0!!!!) My car was stuck in service for about 6 weeks while they sourced the part. BMW contacted me saying the part won't be in until July! At this point even I'm getting a bit heated because let's face it, it's a brand new production vehicle. Why wouldn't you have the parts available? Turned out because we had the ventilated seats, that made the part harder to source. So at this time, Robert, the service manager, took over everything and with the help of Tim and was able to have the part pulled from a vehicle in production to get us back on the road. Finally, about the beginning of May, I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I loved the 5.0 but I never really got a chance to enjoy my vehicle so I was excited to have it back. In return for the inconvenience, Circle BMW offered me a few options. Trade the vehicle back in at full value and put me in another one, get a couple months payments credited, or give them a list of M Performance parts I was interested in that I would like to have put on the vehicle. Well of course me being a BMW enthusiast a went with the last option hoping I could get some carbon fiber on the vehicle. So I sent Robert a list of about 10 parts thinking I would be able to get maybe a diffuser and a front splitter tops out of the whole experience (because let's face it, BMW isn't giving you anything for free).Well let me tell you guys that this is the first time I was glad to be wrong. Robert got me everything on that list and then some. My vehicle is fully covered in M Performance parts. He even got me the M Performace exhaust. I must say that Circle BMW's sales, service, and management team are the best in the business and all in sync. Everything I was told from the concierge all the way up to the GM were exactly the same throughout! Never once was I told anything other than what was done. They even delivered the car all the way back to the city for me. These guys are professional, courteous, and honest (who ever thought you would see the word honest while dealing with car people). You guys are the best I have recommended all my fellow BMW enthusiast to your dealership. You have earned my business for life. Thank you guys again for a wonderful car buying experience!!! PS. I forgot my sunglasses in the loaner car and they had it overnighted to me. Thanks Dana!!

I recently purchased a BMW X4 from Circle BMW. My Client Advisor was Danielle Weinstein who was a pleasure to work with! Danielle was the ultimate professional who made the process easy and a pleasure. No stress here. I also decided to take the BMW Performance Delivery at the plant in South Carolina which ended up being the experience of a lifetime. Danielle kept me informed as my car was being built and made the arrangements for a delivery time that was most convenient for me. She made sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was prepared. She took care of all of the documentation and New Jersey motor vehicle requirements to take delivery well ahead of time. Arriving the night before, BMW had arranged for a night at the local Marriott with dinner and breakfast included. The hotel staff picked me up at the airport in a BMW X5, it was all first class. The next day included a few hours on the performance track with driving instructors (way cool!), a factory tour, an off road driving experience, lunch and finally the delivery of my car in a glass room with a Product and Delivery Support Specialist. He spent hours going over each feature of the vehicle and only let me drive off once I had no other questions. I broke the car in driving back to New Jersey along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. What a way to get acquainted with my new vehicle. If you are considering a BMW, stop and go see Danielle at Circle BMW and get behind the wheel. It was a great decision for me, and I am sure it will be for you too!

I have been looking at a particular BMW for a long time with the options I wanted. After finding the one I want at this dealership which was 4 hours away, I decided to contact Circle BMW and get a deal worked out. Steve Burak was working with me and answering all of the questions I had which was helpful. I made numerous inquiries to go around the car and make sure there were no dings or scratches on the car. I was told the the car is "in showroom condition which is why we display it at the front entrance". I finally decide to make the trip and when I arrived, I discovered that the exterior of the car was in a very bad shape. It looked like it was side swiped and dinged everywhere. Very disappointed about the dishonesty of Steve. It was a wasted trip for me and lesson learned for sure. This dealership has very good reviews on DealerRater which is why I was somewhat confident about traveling 4 hours. I hate to leave this negative review but this review reflects my experience. Try to avoid Steve and work with someone else, Im positive you will have better luck than me based on reviews here.

Although I have purchased several cars from Circle, my current car (a CPO) was purchased from another dealer some distance away who happened to have the car I was looking for. My car recently needed service (tires damaged by potholes) so I made an appointment with Brian Raiken at Circle and he really took great care of me. The car actually needed quite a bit of additional work primarily because of factory-authorized updates and Brian carefully and completely outlined the whole process. When the work was done and I picked up the car, Brian carefully went over the entire invoice and all the work that had been done. Brian is a really great service advisor and I would recommend him and the Circle team wholeheartedly.

In the past, I have found buying a new car particularly distasteful because I just don't like talking to salesmen. They are usually unctuous and unpleasantly aggressive and are just trying to make a sale rather than get their client into the car that best suits them and their needs. WELL! Not with Danny! I'm actually a little sad that I've purchased the car because I wish I had a reason to keep calling and emailing him. He is polite and respectful, incredibly knowledgable, funny and friendly and an all around nice guy. He worked with me to find the car of my dreams and I could not be happier (as evidenced by the fact that the car had 7 miles on it when I picked it up and now has more than 200 in only 2 days). The entire staff at Circle BMW were wonderful, including the genius who went on countless test drives with me and the lovely lady at the front desk who was so excited for me when my car arrived. I looked at many cars, and many dealerships in search of my next weekend toy, and finally decided on an M4. In the process I talked to 3 local dealers, and went to meet the sales people. In the end I bought the car from Circle BMW not because it was the cheapest, but because customer service is more important to me than a couple of dollars I would save by going to a large "Home Depot Type" dealership. Both Frank, and Danny understand the need to build a relationship based on customer care, and service. Frank even traded cars with another dealer to get me early allocation on this low production car.
