Buying a car was so easy. Randy Burlington, Sales Consultant was extremely nice and made my buying of a vehicle a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle.

I live out of state and do all of my car shopping online.I contacted Chuck Anderson Ford. I got a very quick response from Nick Anderson. He was very quick to reply to all of my emails and his assessment of the vehicle was spot on, which I highly regard as again, I was traveling a far distance and relied on honesty.We were picked up at the airport and had a pleasant conversation and drive to the dealership. Once there, the transaction went perfectly and quickly. The dealership was very clean, the shop where our vehicle was stored until we came and got it, was very clean too.We got a follow up email once we arrived home, and exchanged a couple more about how to use certain vehicle features. He responded very quickly and with the proper information.I wouldn't hesitate to contact Chuck Anderson Ford for any future vehicle needs as we loved our experience with them.

EXTREMELY easy and stress free experience. Very friendly atmosphere, you are introduced to everyone, you are treated well, and you are helped immediately upon walking through the door. Jordan and George are awesome and they work for you and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, you will be VERY pleased. They don't forget you once the sale is final either, you can still call them if you need something or have questions and they are still willing to help you in anyway they can!
