I found this vehicle online, it was so perfect that I had to request more info just to see if it was real! Mr. Todd called me in a timely manner, and answered all my crazy questions so well that I felt comfortable with everything. I get off work really late and wouldn't be able to make it to the dealer at a reasonable time so I sent my fiance to get my trade in appraised and to look at my prospective purchase. When he returned he had a positive report about everything: the dealership, Todd, the processes and most importantly the vehicle. I was scared the car would get sold before I could get there so Todd came in on his day off and after hours to close the deal, THEN, delivered my transfered plates to me the next day in Stafford. I was a little sad that I had to trade in my beloved Jeep Wrangler, but I'm In love with my "new" Caliber and in love with the customer service I experienced here.

I called ahead of time to verify some details about the online listing of a used vehicle, then came in person to test drive before purchasing. I worked with Thurston Carpenter and had a pleasant experience overall. My questions were answered, staff were courteous and professional, and even removed a dent in the door for me while I waited. I never felt pressured to go with their financing or buy something else. Although the manager would not negotiate on the price, I cannot complain since I got an outstanding deal overall. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to purchase with this dealership again. It was evident that the staff cared about behaving with integrity, which matters a lot to me.

After dealing with several shady and unscrupulous dealers and dealerships, I ended up with Culpeper Chrysler. They were honest and up front. They not only matched the best deal, but beat it and even absorbed a $500 error from Chrysler. Sam Capozzoli was a man of his word and that's not something you find much in this industry. Along with the sales manager and Lewis (finance), Sam made this a great and easy process.I will now be doing my future business with them. Despite the 90 minute drive. They were well worth it.Plus any dealer with dogs on their logo is a win for me.

I'll keep it short and to the point..Our Explorer broke down while driving through town on my way to North Carolina. The staff was friendly, cooperative, and got me on the road in my new Jeep in no time at all.Better still, I shopped my price after I made the purchase, just to see if they took advantage; but the price I paid was excellent. Wade and Joseph Schick took GREAT care of us!Service Department got my old vehicle running for me, and they arranged for a wholesale dealer to buy it and send a check directly to me. What a great added extra!Wish they would open a store her in NC!

I came in the other day and was looking at jeeps. I was there for about 10 minutes because my kids were in the car. NOT A SINGLE PERSON came out to introduce themselves to me. Or ask me if I had any questions. Granted I was "just looking" but still ithe would've been appreciated if someone was out there. Place looked like a ghost town. I'm still looking for a jeep but chrysler of Culpeper has lost the opportunity to earn my business.

I had the chance to replace my mini van . . . I jumped at this 2011 Traverse. It had decent mileage, interior and exterior were in excellent shape, and the price was right. On any given day I transport between 2 and 4 children to school or activities, I really needed to have seating for 6 to 7 people. This fit the bill without the mini van soccer mom image. It's fun to drive, still getting use to the blind spots, gas mileage but they are manageable. I love the handling and traction. Sound system is great and dual heating/AC is prefect for myself and the kids. I really enjoy driving this vehicle and am very happy with my choice.. I would recommend this vehicle. Sam Capozzoli is a great sales person, I emailed a few times with what I thought would decent numbers for the sale and trade and always received prompt, honest answers. This was great for me due to the dealership being an hour plus away. Once we arrived, he had the car pulled around front for us to drive and paperwork outlining the numbers available. Start to finish we were done in about 2 hours (including test drive and detail) I've purchased several vehicles at numerous dealers and Chrysler of Culpeper was by far the fastest, most laid back atmosphere of any dealer I've been to!

I came to Chrysler of Culpeper not knowing what to expect. When I arrived I saw a small dealership and thought oh great I am going to have trouble. I was dead wrong the staff are great people and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Thurston Carpenter was a very professional salesman not pushy and listened to my concerns. I told him I've purchased a few new cars in my day and this was the first time I left with my Truck feeling I hade received a fair deal. No one tried to sell me some BS car care service I didn't need or want. Mr. Danny Wright the finance employee took great care of my wife and I in a fast and proficient manner. I think he knew we were burnt out from the long drive and wanted to get us on our way with our new vehicle. In closing I just want thank Mr. Lewis Pepples and his great sales staff for our great experience at their dealership. I will highly recommend Chrysler of Culpeper to everyone looking for a new Chrysler.

Worst dealership ever. Went in to buy a truck. After 3 hours they wanted to haggle over $500 on top of the $2grand already being put down. Needless to say I didn't buy a truck that day. The very next business day they lower the price on the truck $2000 and when I check back on it that morning the salesman says they sold it. Bad business all around. Go across the street to battlefield you'll get more for your trade from a dealer that wants your business.

After losing my Lincoln Town Car to a fire, I had to purchase a replacement vehicle and I needed it fast. Narrowing my search to a few brands I finally settled on Dodge. I was torn between a truck (Ram) and an SUV. After reading many reviews and thinking hard about my budget I chose an SUV. Now I had to find the car that fit my price range and that didn't have too many miles on it. Searching the net I came across a beautiful 2012 Dodge Durango that was a little more than I wanted to pay but it wasn't too far outside of my budget. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sam Capazolli and I told him that I was interested in the Durango and what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. He listened to me and told me he would talk to his manager and get back to me. After speaking with the manager we settled on a price and I scheduled a visit to the dealership. I drove my rental to the dealership the next day and met with Sam and he was ready for my visit with all the paperwork available. He told me the car was being cleaned and soon as it was available we'd take it for a test drive. After taking the car for a test drive I was sold and all that we needed to do was sign the contract. I met with Dan Wright and we went over the contract and he explained everything that I needed to know. After signing the contract I thanked Danny and met again with Sam. Sam followed me to the Enterprise Car Rental and after dropping off the rental I then drove him back to the dealership. I thanked Sam for his assistance and professionalism, then I was on my way. This was done in a little over 2 hours and was hassle free. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family as I believe they would care for them like they cared for me. Thank you Chrysler of Culpeper, keep up the good work.

I came in to Chrysler of Culpeper about 2 months ago looking for a car and I was super excited to start a new journey with this company. My first impressions were that everyone was very professional and legitimate, and may I include nice and happy to work with me. So I showed one of the salesmen the car that I was interested in, and told him what I could afford (my price range). The salesman was very willing to work with me, even cutting a few corners to get it to the price that I could afford. They allowed me to even take the car home to test it out, which I thought was brilliant. This is where it goes down hill: once the salesman told me that he could get us into the car for around $260/mo with a co-signer, I was very pleased. However, once I talked to the loan officer (Danny) he told me that my payments would actually be a whopping $400/mo, but he could lower it to $348/mo. Since that was more than what I could afford at the time. The next day I came back and apologized for wasting their time, but I did not want to accept their offer. They directed me to the manager (Mike Russel), because obviously they did not want that car back in the lot. He, as well as Danny, seemed very frustrated (which I totally understood) and ultimately took me down the guilt trip saying "Man you wasted everyone's time, that's why everyone is upset right now." He and Danny was upset because I did not bring my co-signer to the dealership when my intentions were solely to return the car. Basically what was going on at this point was That he began pressuring me into keeping the car for at least 20-25 minutes. I kept telling him that the price was unreasonable, so he agreed to letting me have the car for $290/mo. By this time I was already tired and ready to head home which was give or take an hour away. So he gave me another temporary slip to drive the car so that I could come back with my co-signer. Unfortunately my co-signer wasn't available that next day, so I called and explained that to the loan officer and he basically called me a liar, even though I spoke to the manager and he understood completely. By this point I'm catching on to the cruelty that I was receiving from the loan officer (Danny). I am well aware that loan officers get payed off of selling products like extended warranty and gap insurance. However, I had clearly told them that I did not want neither one because I wanted to lower my payments to something reasonable. Oh, not to mention, once I asked him to take those products off, Danny was very rude not wanting to talk to me that day, telling another associate that after taking those two products off, that I would be paying $305/mo. Obviously this company doesn't know the true meaning of business ethics, because apparently the manager did not consult with the loan officer about my new payment arrangements when I told him what the manager told me. So everything was moving along like it was supposed to with me enjoying my new ride and contract signed. Two weeks after the contract was signed, I get a call from the manager telling me that I need to come back in to sign a whole new contract. At this point I am getting frustrated! It seemed as though the more I called and asked questions as to why this was happening to me, the more I got ignored and yelled at. When my girlfriend talked to the manager, he was very irate with her saying things like "I will come get the the car myself!" So the next day that I was available, I drove to Culpeper to resign the contract. I thought everything was finally settled and I would be able to go on with life. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Today I received a call from Mike Russell saying that I had to either turn the car in or give them a check for $12,000 (which was the price of the car). I did not understand why these men were harassing me. I kept asking why do I need to turn in the car, and he I finally got an answer. The manager told me that the bank did not approve me because I had moved to another location and I failed the interview. Which I didn't understand because I never had an interview with the bank. Since I wasn't getting the full story, I called Flagship bank to get some answers. I asked them why wasn't I approved the second time, the bank said that they never got a second contract from the dealership. I called the manager back and told them what the bank told me and he bluntly said "it doesn't matter what the bank says." He told me if I don't bring the car back by tonight or tomorrow that he would report the car stolen. I explained to him that I work from 4a-5p everyday and that I would not be able to turn it in until Saturday when I'm off. I am currently looking for a lawyer on this matter. I have text messages between the manager and I, both contracts, and two witnesses to everything, names, numbers, dates, and times. This company needs to go down for their poor business ethics. Sorry this message was so long, but I wanted to lay the facts out on the table while I still have time.

Sadly disappointed.

This review is written on Mr. Schick in hopes he will see these concerns, however the purchase did not involve him directly. - Two years ago I had a great experience purchasing two vehicles at Chrysler of Culpeper. I had such a great customer service experience I have recommended Chrysler of Culpeper numerous times over the past two years to friend and family. Last week my parents told me they wanted to purchase a Town and Country van like the one I owned; I told them about my experience in Culpeper and recommended they go there. They considered it but told me they had already called Chrysler in Warrenton and had plans to go there on Labor day. I told them again about the easy no hassle experience I had in Culpeper and stressed that they really should give it a try before going to Warrenton. They decided to go to Culpeper and ended up purchasing a used 2015 Town and Country Van on Labor day. Unfortunately right after the purchase there were some issues - when walking out of the dealership to the new vehicle my father was told he only had one key to the new van - he was surprised to learn this and asked about another key, then he was told he would have to purchase one for $160. He was understandably upset, he had just signed away over $20,000 dollars for the van and then was presented with a "hidden" cost that in the big picture should have been covered or included in the van cost by the dealership or at the very least disclosed prior to buying. When I went over to my father's house to show him how to use some of the van features I noticed he did not have GPS/Mapping; I asked him why not and he had no idea. After talking with the sales manager I came to learn that this is 'not standard' and it would be another charge to have this "upgrade" added - this is yet another "hidden" cost that either should have been disclosed or INCLUDED in the van cost. I can not accurately express to you how absolutely disappointing it is to have recommended my parents purchase from you and then have them come away with an overall poor experience. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant financial investment - as such it should be a transparent experience. It should not involve hiding or covering over facts about the vehicle especially since it is used - and the dealership should take every opportunity to show CONSIDERATION for their customers' potential needs or preferences. ALSO, when a customer expresses concern or disappointment then I would hope that the dealership would make every effort to correct the issues and turn the experience to a POSITIVE note - because it is not about selling a car - because cars can be purchased nearly anywhere - it is about the OVERALL win / win experience - the dealership makes a sale and provides the customer with a great experience - the customer gets their desired product and the dealership receives FREE positive advertisement via word of mouth - which comes back to the dealership ten-fold. Remember the negativity may not come back to you - but neither will your customer!

My husband and I have been working with this dealership to secure a new vehicle. Unfortunately, this has been the most unsatisfying vehicle purchase we have ever made. We have worked with numerous other dealerships (Sheehy, Battlefield, Carmax, and etc.) in the past and have never encountered some of the most asinine practices as those of this dealership. When speaking to Mr. Lewis today, no resolution or sound reprieve for the situation was offered. We now currently own a 2015 Charge that we have yet to take possession of or even see; minus picture from the other dealership. Apparently, the issue lies with the dealership that the car was being transferred from, as they did not make their vehicle selection in a timely manner in order for our vehicle to be delivered today as previously promised via our sales consultant, Brandon. Upon speaking with Mr. Lewis I was advised that he has been with the company for 7 and 1/2 years and that although he hears the rationale behind my dissatisfaction that "these are just the policies that we have always followed." I was also informed retro-respectively that we could have done a smaller amount than the quoted $1000 fee to secure the vehicle if we would have said the $1000 was not conducive for us at this time. That is something that should have been disclosed early on and the whole fiasco could have been avoided, as we would have paid a lesser fee to secure the vehicle so it would have been on sight at the time of the transaction. So this dealership is unable to provide trade-in estimates sight unseen, but practices having their customers purchase vehicles sight unseen? When asked if it would have been possible to be a little more aggressive in getting the other dealer to make their selection on a vehicle so our purchased one could have been available as promised I was told; "we have to maintain a working relationship with the other dealer...truth of the matter if they have active deals going then picking their inventory from us takes a back seat over their sales." To me as a consumer, this tells me that my business is not very valued and that this dealership must not maintain a professional working relationship with other dealers to be able to politely, but aggressively deal with another dealer to secure/deliver a vehicle that has been purchased/financed by one of their return customers. As for our sales consultant, Brandon, I was not impressed by his tactics either. You would think that if you have a consumer purchasing a vehicle that is not currently available at the dealership that you would at least suggest a test drive of one of the similar vehicles available in your current inventory. We were given a test drive only after I suggested maybe we should drive something similar just to ensure that we liked the feel and handling of the vehicle. I was also taken back by the fact that although we completed our end of the transaction (brought in the trades and completed the needed finance paperwork) that we were sent home in one of our own trade in vehicles on a dealer tag. There was no fun or excitement in purchasing a new vehicle. So now once the vehicle arrives, if it does, we will travel and hour back with our old vehicle (that you now own) and finally pick up the charger. The only positive thing I can offer about my experience is that the fiance guy worked the deal to keep us in a payment range that we were comfortable with. I will be thankful when this transaction is complete, the car is delivered, and we never have to deal with this dealership again. Our previous purchase from this dealership left us optimistic about this transaction, but this transaction has ensured that we will never entertain the thought of doing business with this establishment again, never buy from here again, or recommend this dealership to anyone .

I had a fantastic experience at Chrysler of Culpeper working with Kirk Miller. He was helpful, professional and personable. I was in the market to buy my first vehicle and he made the process very easy to understand. He made it a point to find exactly the vehicle I wanted. Kirk always made himself available to speak to when I had questions, both during hours and on his days off even! I would certainly tell folks to go speak to Kirk if you are searching for your next vehicle!

Finally a dealership with the small town, family feel. They are honest, up front, and eager to help without being pushy. Marty was a great experience and worth the drive. We live 2 minutes from another dealership and have had a few bad experiences. Other dealerships put prices online with several rebates that most people don't qualify for to make the price invalid for the majority of their customers just to get you on the lot. Chrysler of Culpeper gave us excellent customer service and a happy car buying experience without the games. We couldn't be happier!

Great Experience. We knew we wanted a Jeep Rubicon Unlimited, but as many know, dealing with a car dealership can be a horrible experience. Well NOT at Chrysler of Culpeper. Thurston was a great salesperson to work with, and he found exactly what we were looking for. At first we thought it wasn't going to happen, but Thurston did not give up and finally he found exactly the color, options, etc., everything we wanted in the Jeep. They had a driver go up to pick up the vehicle and by the afternoon we were driving home in our new Jeep Rubicon. We absolutely love it. Danny Wright was also great to work with when it came to financing the vehicle. Once again, the perceived image of the "finance" departments in car dealerships is you would rather go have your teeth extracted. BUT once again, we were blown away. Danny made our experience very easy and totally painless.

A lot of car dealers like to talk about providing great customer service, but in my 40 years of car buying experience, I have found very few that actually do so. I am pleased to report that Chrysler of Culpeper is one of those few exceptions. I recently bought a used Jeep Patriot at the dealership from Sam Capozzoli. The sales experience was pleasant, quick, and straightforward until I walked out of the dealership to drive away my new purchase - when I was surprised to learn that only one key came with the car! This was an unpleasant surprise, as I am the type of person who often misplaces things (including my car keys). I immediately expressed my concern to Michael Russell, the sales manager. He promised to provide another key (at dealership expense) free of charge. The next day I drove into the dealership, waited in the service department for 30 minutes, and was presented with a new key. Now that, in my opinion, is real customer service. Anyone interested in buying a good quality Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep in central Virginia should check out Chrysler of Culpeper - I recommend them!

Worked with Sam Capozzoli on a recent purchase of a Ram 1500 truck. I got treated fair on a trade in and paid a fair price on a nice used truck. It was a pressure free transaction without the normal car sales gamesmanship most of us expect when purchasing a vehicle. I didn't hear the normal "hey what's it going to take to get you to buy today" "what payment are you looking for" "maybe you are looking for more car than you can afford" "hey tell you what I'll call my wife and ask her if I can sell you this truck you call your wife and ask her if you can buy it" I witnessed the owner sincerely thanking one of his employees then he headed back outside to help his lot guys do snow removal. That impressed me I believe quality starts at the top with good leadership. For future purchases I would have no problem returning to this dealership.

Marty Williams made the purchase of my 2014 Dodge Durango RT a very pleasant and professional experience. Living in Richmond VA I was able to ask him questions via email and phone about the Durango and schedule a visit the next morning for a test drive. The hour and a half trip from Richmond to Culpeper was well worth it. Marty and the staff were extremely professional and even worked with the limited time frame I had before I needed to head back to Richmond. The negotiations on my trade in and the price of the Durango went smooth and were fair. If you live in a large city with large dealerships do not hesitate considering smaller rural dealerships like Chrysler of Culpeper. The buying experience with Marty Williams made the trip well worth it.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 with less than 25000 miles on it from Farrish of Fairfax and what a bad experience that was. Four days after purchasing this Vehicle the drivers seat literally started peeling apart from a repair that was performed on the seat. Naturally I was very upset about this and I contacted Chrysler right away and was advised to take the vehicle back to Farrish. This is where everything went downhill in a hurry, first they made it appear as if I had done the damage somehow getting in and out of the vehicle, mind you I had the vehicle for 4 days and had driven it less than 200 miles of which 90 where back and forth to the dealership. Than after much back and forth I was promptly told they would not cover the replacement of the seat under any circumstances and that I would have to foot the bill for the repair. I was very upset and contacted Chrysler again and told them about my treatment at the dealership and asked that I could take the car to another dealership for evaluation. They agreed and let me take my car to Chrysler of Culpeper which is owned by Wade Schick who is also on the board of the Rappahannock Region Mopar Club. Needless to say Chrysler of Culpeper came through for me in a big way and somehow convinced Chrysler to cover the repair under the vehicles original 3/36 warranty that had just expired a month earlier even after initially refusing the replacement due to a prior repair being performed on the seat. All of this was done without me even purchasing the vehicle from Chrysler of Culpeper. I guess I could have saved myself lots headaches by going straight to Chrysler of Culpeper in the first place, but Caliber SRT-4's are not easy to find. Anyhow if your in the VA, MD or DC area and in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle and like to be treated right, see Wade Schick at Chrysler of Culpeper and be prepared to be treated like a customer should be treated.

I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 2 1/2 years ago from salesman Thurston Carpenter, what a very pleasant man and what a great car. I have had all my service done there and always done right and on time. I recommend them to my sister who lives in New York and she drove down and bought a 2013 Chrysler 200, still loving it. Well on 10/12/2014 I was hit in the driver side and the car was totaled. Well the experience was both horrifying and traumatic. A week later I called thurston and explained what happened and that I would need a car. He was so nice and undstanding it felt like talking to family. He told me not to worry, come down when I was ready and he would help me find a car I would love just as much as my last one if not more. I did go down about 6 days later and he did indeed put me in a car I love and feel safe. The deal from beginning to end was problem free. While I was there the owner Wade came over to me and one of my sisters and welcomed us. He is a very polite and friendly man. He also gave my sister and myself a really nicely made hat, he then thought about it and then gave me a hat for my husband too. I would and have recommend this dealership to anyone. Oh and as an added bonus for the month of October the dealership donated 3% of their profits to Pamper me pink Mammoggramy Fund. What a great place. Making great deals and giving back to the community . Thanks again Thurston and the rest of you at Chrysler of Culpeper

Great experience! I was referred to Glenn by a friend who had bought from him before. Upon arriving, Glenn met us and within minutes it felt like we were old friends. We talked about what my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle and right away he was showing us all of our options and even talking about the cost of long term ownership (maintenance, fuel economy, etc.) and trying to save us money. Glenn was knowledgeable and friendly with all of our questions and even anticipated some of them before we could think about it. Straight away he was looking out for us with things we hadn't even thought of. It didn't feel like we were buying a car but more like we were touring the lot with a friend. After some test drives and some more questions for Glenn, we narrowed it down to three different vehicles. I was shocked when he didn't try to persuade us into the more expensive of the three. Then, we asked to look at some numbers and I was blown away by what he showed us. All of our choices were at least $10,000.00 lower than the rest of the dealers in our area. That's when I figured it had to be a trick but he showed us every single charge and there were no hidden fees. Then, the guy goes and tries to find other discounts we could use, rebates, and anything else he could think of. The final price was incredible. My wife and I were actually speechless. We had prepared for arguing over the price and he was showing us a final cost lower than what we were expecting to negotiate. We ended up getting an upgraded model because it was cheaper than what we were expecting to pay for a basic model. I really couldn't believe the price Glenn got for us. Then, to top it off, the owner comes out to talk with us. I've bought 3-4 cars before and never had the owner of the dealership come out and talk with me. Every single person we dealt with was honest, friendly, and genuinely concerned about us as individuals and not just customers. When we drove away, I still couldn't believe the deal we got and how easy it was. Glenn and the staff at Chrysler of Culpeper are some of the most down to Earth and considerate people I've ever done business with. I would recommend this place to anyone and even go along with them just to talk with the staff again! Great people, great prices, great experience.

Glenn Thomson at Chrysler of Culpeper was a lifesaver for me. My wife's car had been giving us trouble for a month. Every time she drove it I was dreading the phone call that she was stranded somewhere with a car that would not start. I am retired and on a fixed income so I had put off an attempt to purchase until I had no choice. Well finally I had no choice. I called the dealership and Glenn Thomson answered the phone. I am very glad he did. It was Saturday afternoon when we spoke and I explained my situation. Glenn asked me to meet with him on Sunday so we could see what could be done to accommodate me. I was hesitant because of my retirement status but Glenn was confident that we could work something out. So Sunday afternoon my wife and I took a ride around the corner to see Glenn. We drove to Chrysler of Culpeper in a gold car and drove home in a red one. It is Monday evening now and I am still stunned by how well and smoothly things went with the new car purchase. Glenn had just the right vehicle ready for us to test drive and we were indeed impressed. He offered us a price on a brand new vehicle that was too good to pass up so we decided to take the plunge. Joe Schick took care of the financing for us and got us a good rate on the new car loan with an easy six year term. This was the easiest car buying experience that I ever had. Glenn was great. There was no hard sell, no pressure and definitely no hassle like you find at some less than stellar dealerships. As I said , we drove there in our old car and drove home in our new one. I never would have thought that was even possible. I felt I was in a very weak buying position when I left the house but felt great when I got home with our brand new car. Glenn and Joe made that happen for us and I am truly very grateful for their concern for our needs and their expertise in putting the deal together. If you are in the market for a new car I strongly encourage you to give Glenn Thomson a call at Chrysler of Culpeper. I am sure you will be very pleased with the results of that call. I am a firm believer in promoting someone who deals fairly and honestly with me so I will recommend Glenn to everyone I encounter who is considering a vehicle purchase. I could probably go on but the point is that I highly recommend Glenn Thomson and Joe Schick at Chrysler of Culpeper to anyone in the market for a new car. Five Stars all the way.Thank you for reading this review and I sincerely hope that I have been able to help you in finding a great dealership to work with.John T. Graff

If you are looking to buy a new car ask for Glenn Thomson. I just bought a car from Chrysler of Culpeper, and he took excellent care everything. Glenn has a wealth of knowledge about cars and really took the time to explain everything on the car. I was shopping for a Dodge Dart. I explained to Glenn what was most important to me in my new car and what I was willing to go without on the new car. He really understood what I wanted for my new car. Glenn found the perfect car for me!! I work over 2 hours from Chrysler of Culpeper; Glenn was very accommodating to my work schedule. When I picked my car up every button, function, and setting was explained. Glenn made a follow up call the next day just to make sure he did not forget anything and he didnt. Normally when driving a new car the first few days I am lost because I am searching for the buttons this made it feel like it had always been my car but with a new car smell. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. So if you want to have an amazing car buying experience and a great deal make sure you ask for Glenn Thomson at Chrysler of Culpeper and you wont be disappointed! Thank you Glenn!!

The Worst Experience ever. Bought a car was told it was inspected and the dealership will warranty it for 30 Days. In less then 30 days the check engine light came on , called was told the 30 days Warranty is 50/50 and was informed that I signed a document to that effect. When I spoke with Todd was very rude, arrogant and told me check engine light can come on anytime. He didn't care. I am not certain that he sold me the car knowing it has the check engine light issue but I hope not. It was a Terrible experience very disappointed and will never do business with them ever again. we got this treatment after we bought 2 cars from them last month.

My wife and I were looking for a truck on a tight budget. After numerous failed visits to other dealers, we traveled to Culpeper to look at a truck I saw online. Glenn came out to talk to us and we test drove a truck. After sitting in the building for about 45 min and getting my appraisal and even though they attempted offer me a great deal that night my wife and I had to think about it. All through the weekend Glenn and I exchanged Texts trying to work out a time where my wife and I could come in. Finally on Tuesday after pulling duty on Base at Quantico with the Marines, she and I came in, after working the numbers even though my wife and I were financed through a credit union, we finally came down to a few hundred dollars more, and that's when Joseph talked to us, he did everything he could and made it for us! His father, and President of the Dealership, Wade Schick talk to us. Even after the sale was made, they have been nothing but great wonderful people down there in Culpeper, I HIGHLY recommend this dealer to ANYONE looking for something, these fine people will work with you and help you out, and this is why I rate Chrysler of Culpeper very high.

I wanted to express my gratitude. On Friday, July 27, I started a possible pursuit of replacing one of my vehiclces with a Chrysler Town and Country mini van. One of friends had come down the previous week had one of these vans, and the Stow 'N Go seating was very impressive to be along with the space that was in the vehicle once thsoe seats were stored. The shear creature comfort of the vehicle has only been improved in the 2012 model year. My first pursuit of a Chrysler Town and Country minvan started at Stafford in Warrenton. While the staff there was helpful, and they had a few vehicles that almost fit my need, but ultimatley it was not quite the vehicle I wanted. I then did some resarch and came across a used Town and Country minivan located at your dealership. I began to work with Martin Williams, your internet sales manager. Martin was very heflpul and courteous. I looked at four vehicles at your dealership and Sunday evening, Mr. Williams wrote me a permission to drive slip for the used Town and Country van I saw on the internet. I would have purchased that vehicle, but I discovered it was missing navigation, and that is the one feature my partner insisted upon having built in to the vehicle. On Monday, the 30th of July, I took a second look at your stock number, 6953. It was very clean new Town and Country minivan Tourling-L with the white leather and the 29J pakckage.I believe your wife drove this vehicle. Marty was very accomidating and we decided to purchase the new vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at your dealerhip, and I had the pleasure of meeting your wife Linda as well. I look forward to many years of service from my first Chyrsler product and thus far I am very impressed with the featrues and comfort of the vehicle. Without Marty going the extra mile and making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle, I would not have made the purchase. Please express my gratitude to him and the rest of your staff as well. I would love to purchase one of the stuffed Dodge Rams's like you have your display case. A good vehicle must have a mascot. :)I will see you on Saturday to get the car detailed as well as bring you some owed items on my trade in.

Bought used 08 Audi; less than 1,000 miles in, dead battery, brakes, pads and rotors had to be replaced; all to the tune of $900.00When we asked the dealership to help with the cost they refused. Also, upon test driving the vehicle I asked that the wiper blades be replaced. They were not. They must have lubricated the blades because when I picked the car up the next day the blades were smooth over the windshield. I find out today, they are dry rotted and need replacement. No owner's manual, no second key (which I have to pay $300 for). DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CONSIDER CHRYSLER OF CULPEPER FOR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASE!!

BIG SCAM they bring in some fly by night experienced scammers to sell cars for thousands more than they are worth. They leer you in there with false advertising claiming you have won a great prize and you get a quarter for your prize. 25 cents doesn't even cover the gas. They will not tell you if you have won until you wait a long time and listen to their sales pitch for a very long time. They do a credit check without permission and jack up price of any car you might be interested in. They kept me there for hours trying to sell to me and would not let me leave keeping hold of my license. This place is nothing but a store front for a big scam. They are LIARS. Claim the car has perks it does not. They tell you all sorts of lies but won't put it in writing. Tell you the car is worth thousands more than it is and will sell it to you for thousands more than you would pay for a new vehicle of same make and model. This place is horrible horrible. They should be shut down for illegal activity. Immoral and unethical dealings with liars has left me so angry. These people are mean and nasty in the way they lie and cheat to steal your money.

I was interested in the 07 Honda Odyssey EX. We took it out for a test drive. It rode nice. Big chip in the windshield. I was told it would pass inspection in spite of that. Yes but it will still spread, it's the size of my thumb. No it'll be fine. Car was filthy on the inside. I mean filthy. Never cleaned. Syrup still in the cupholders. Something on the back seat that has been there for a long time. Not even an attempt to clean it. "It was just cleaned." There is no way it was just cleaned. Just look at it. Absolutely filthy. We can clean it again. Why would you say that when it's obvious it was not cleaned at all? Why lie? I asked about the timing belt being changed. "These don't have timing belts, they have timing chains" I'm told. Wow, did not know that. That's promising. My Odyssey had a belt and we had to change that a couple times over the life of the vehicle. I get home later to find that that is Not true again. They all have timing belts that must be changed. If you don't know, stop telling untruths. Let's get beyond that and let's talk deal. I had my list of competitively priced Odyssey's that were over a thousand less. Let's make a deal. "We sure can" We can lower this"Let me go back and check." Allright I'm thinking. Chipped windshield, filthy, lower prices elsewhere. He comes back. No, can't do anything. Nothing?? Not even 50$? So you really don't want to sell the car. Just another ploy to get people to make the drive to the dealership. What about the famed "processing fee"? How about waving that? I'm required by law to charge the processing fee. Really? Required by law? Those exact words. Required by law. Liar! That is not required in VA. Not according to the VA DMV or the VA Car Dealers Association. In fact the VA Car Dealers Association has pleaded that their dealers NOT SAY that it is a requirement by law. More and more people are frustrated by those so called fees. Even if he had come back with a small deduction he would've sold the car. My father has bought three cars in VA and never paid a "processing fee". The dealers are ALLOWED, but not REQUIRED. I can't stand dealing with people who lie for a buck. Avoid the used car internet section of this dealership.

This is a nice, small family owned dealership without all of the hustle and bustle of a large dealership in the city. I contacted Mr. Williams after seeing a truck I was interested in on their website. We agreed on a day and time, and he was waiting for us when I showed up with my wife and daughter. At no point in time did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle. I explained to him that I was looking to get to a certain price point, and wouldn't be willing to go over that. Though I don't think that I got an amazing deal, I was happy... The truck fits our needs perfectly and I left there feeling good about the deal. I can't say that for every other time that I purchased a car.Anyway, Mr. Williams was great to work with. I will definitely look to Chrysler of Culpeper first when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle.

I have not had a good experience with the town and country van we purchased. It has had multiple problems and has been very frustrating, however Martha has made the experience at least bearable. She was originally the service person and has been promoted to manager. The previous manager was not helpful and spoke down to me every time I had to deal with him. Martha has always been very professional and helpful. Now she has Josh in the service area that has also been very professional and helpful. If it was not for their help I would have probably traded in this van and moved to another dealership. While the issues with the van have not slowed down at least I know that when I call the service department I will get the best help they can give me.I would not recommend anyone buy a town and country at this time, however I Would recommend the service department without hesitation.

I was taught to NEVER use dealerships for service... they cost too much. Why pay more when you can get the same service elsewhere for half the price? Josh, Martha and the service team at Chrysler has made me change my mind!! When I enter the bay, I am always greeted by Josh or Martha in a friendly way. They work with my warranty company so that I get the best coverage possible. They have always been truthful with me... letting me know what things *must* be fixed, vs. what can wait a little while. Recently, they recommended a transmission service. I cringed at the price (though when I researched it was an average price for a comprehensive transmission service). When I got my car back, it ran like a new car!!! Anyhow, I've always had great service here. There have been times when the service took a little long to complete, but I was able to get a rental car or a loaner. I would definitely recommend Chrysler of Culpeper for their honesty, integrity, and quality of service.

Horrible. I have nothing good to say about my experience there. I went looking for a used vehicle they didnt have then they tried to sell me a car. I didnt want. I reluctantly too the test drive of the pathfinder since I had never considered them before saying that there was no way I was going to buy that one with 70000 mi. So I was honest atleast. Later I went in to talk to Michael to "see what they could do for me." A compleat bone head could not comprehend that I just didnt want that high miles on a car I didnt really want and then swore up and down that they would sell it for 13000 which was better than a private party sale. This was during a reclaimed car sale so I don't know if this guy normally works tuere, but I. will never deal with this place again for anything. I left after Michael insulted me and then "what's it going to take for you to buy this car? Do I have to show you my old lady naked?" Just to see I checked Kelly Blue Book and "rock bottom price" yea in perfect condition it was 9800 on KBB. So yea you lost a customer for life. I later bought a 4 Runner within 20 min of first seeing it. Best car ive ever had!!If you respect yourself don't wast your time here, they deffinitly wont respect you.

I had taken my 2007 Dodge Caliber to Culpeper Chrysler for a minor frontend repair that cost me 30 days without my vehicle, a new truck bumper (now a Caliber bumper; after refusing their poor workmanship), an engine that whines and does NOT change gears, per Brian- he stated that; "that type of vehicle 'DOES NOT CHANGE GEARS'" $4800.00, the car has a rattle under the engine- and they BREAK PARTS on vehicles for more money! Women, always take a MAN/Mechanic to Chrysler of Culpeper. If you voice yourself, and they must 'rework' -- listen to your car, it will tell you "whatelse was done by them." They will in turn answer- ma'am the only thing we done was what's on your insurance estimate. They smile, lie and give small talk to you with one intent "work your insurance company to the maximum, and asks you do you have the check, the insurance said they sent you the check". SHOTTY WORKSMANSHIP! A warranty does not apply if it's NOT on the original estimate. That was always my fear at Chysler of Culpeper Virginia and this is a TRUE STATEMENT -- NOW< I have engine failure and it's been 3days since I got my car from their service shop. My car ran smooth and a perfectly normal new car even with the front bumper minor crack -- NO GLASS SHATTERED NOR BROKEN BEFORE REPAIR TO THE BUMPER. YES I AM IRRATE and hope that no one will trust these creeps on a wimm!!!

I had a 2005 PT Cruiser towed in to Chrylser of Culpeper for overheating.Carter Paradis,Service Advisor said they put it on the diagnostic machine and it needed a cam sensor, crank shaft sensor , oil change and new plugs. This should correct the problem. I authorized the work. The next day Paradis advised the car was still overheating. I told him I wanted an estimate before any more work was done. He said he would call me back.Paradis never mentioned any charge for an estimate. When he called back he quoted $2900 to fix the thermostat, thermostat housing, replace the radiator, head gasket and timing belt. I told him I could not afford the repair at this time. When I went to pay for the original work Paradis said I couldnt drive the car because the parts were not on it and would be put in a box and the car was not driveable. The car was driveable but overheating when I had it towed into the shop. They had taken off parts for the last estimate and refused to put them back unless I paid another $300. After much haggling with Wade Schick the owner I paid $150 to have the parts "hand turned" Mr Schick told me ".they TAKE PARTS OFF FOR FREE..BUT dont put them back. The PT Cruiser has been comprimised by Chrysler of Culpeper and I have no idea what damage they did when they took it all apart for an estimate and refused to put it back together. I dont understand why they did not check the thermostat and radiator first. I have filed a complaint with Chrylser Motor Corp. I have voluntary repo'd the vehicle back to Chrysler Financial.

First off, I bought a used Dodge Durango Aug 2009 and received nothing but the best service from Mr. Ronnie Maley. The entire buying experience was none that I ever seen before. No pressure, worked with me on the price, even bought me a bow for the truck since it was a gift for my wife. Secondly, I have visited the service department twice since Aug, once for an oil change and then again to get a second key since there was only one when I bought it. The service provided by Martha Lewis and her team is just what I would expect from a dealership whose sales team was superb, outstanding. Martha is professional, knowledgeable, and does what she says she is going to do. I have worked in car sales before and can say that Chrysler of Culpeper is a top notch dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car, service, and great customer experience.

They charged me for an extended warranty that I found out today they didn't process and now my truck is sitting in the shop while I wait for an investigation from Chrysler, even though I have the paperwork that shows I was charged by this terrible excuse for a dealership.
