I found a used Dodge Avenger that had everything (color, price and mileage) that I wanted after shopping around for cars online for about a month. I hate dealing with car salesmen but there is no pressure at Christmas Motors. The whole process was great. Peter answered my emails even though he was on vacation. David was completely friendly and made the buying process quick and easy. I have been to quite a few dealerships but this one is completely different. A great experience all around. Best used car dealership ever.

You will never find an easier or more delightful way to get through what can be a stressful experience anywhere else. People who buy from Peter tend to stick with him car after car, and drive willingly from considerable distances to get what they want at the right price. A huge plus is expedited processing - my insurance, registration, and inspection were all handled within a few hours. A new battery was installed and a private tutorial provided on the operation and application of all the features. I'll never bother with dealers elsewhere again.

Best experience I have had when buying a car!!

It felt like home...Peter was amazing, he was truly honest with me! After the last experience I had a year ago I was terrified to go car shopping. These gentlemen were wonderful to deal with, I felt relieved when I left with my new whip!! I will NEVER go to anyone else when buying a vehicle, I feel as though I truly got an amazing deal, this was the most pleasant experience, I love my new Nissan. Great price, service after the sale

I was searching for a late model Dodge Charger. Not many around. I found one here, and the price was very fair. The car was a repo, so there was only 1 key and no owner's manual. Peter volunteered to get me the official owner/s manual, and sold me a 2nd key at cost. I finally got around to getting the key programmed 4 months later - and it's a defective key. Local dealer would not warrantee the key without an invoice. One call to Peter, and the problem was solved. He emailed me the invoice, and now the dealer will warrantee the key. Fantastic after-the-sale response from this dealership! Would not hesitate to do business with this dealership again. When Peter tells you he's going to take care of something - HE DOES!

I recently bought a Toyota Corolla sport from Christmas Motors. It was my first car purchase and I was very stressed going into the process. When I went to Christmas Motors, the salesmen were completely low-pressure and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! Awesome customer care

I bought my 2011 Kia Soul from Peter Christmas in November 2013 with just 6,000 miles on it. By 12,000 miles, my brakes were rusted out and needed replacing. This just seemed so wrong, like there was a pre-existing condition (or perhaps it was just the result of a long, hard, corrosive winter). In any case, I took it back to Peter and he did a complete brake replacement, at no charge to me. I was really gratified that he listened to my concerns and then took such good care of me. Thank you!!

Christmas Motors is the place to go!

I was looking for a low mileage Mazda 5 and my internet search scored a few hits. I first visited a large used car dealership in my hometown of Framingham, MA. I walked in and was (barely) greeted by a cast of characters that looked and acted like the stereotypical used car dealers you would see in a B movie. After I was finally shown the car I mentioned that I was going to look at a few others before making a decision but wanted to take a test drive for a comparison. The salesman then asked why he should let me test drive his car since I was probably going to buy somewhere else? Is that customer service? I left quickly and traveled about 20 minutes to Christmas motors in Maynard, MA. I had called ahead and David Christmas had the car waiting when we arrived. Dave was warm and friendly and I knew right away I wanted to buy my car from him. The Mazda was clean as a whistle and was just as described in his ad. He was helpful through every step of the process and there was absolutely no hard sell. Within 25 minutes I had written a check, filled out all the paperwork and was looking forward to coming back in a couple of days to pick up the car. They took car of all the title work and the inspection. When I came back a couple of cays later I met Dave's brother Peter who was just as nice as Dave. He let me know that if there was absolutely anything I needed to feel free to call and that they would help. I know this sounds corny, but in this age of poor customer service it is refreshing to find a place like Christmas Motors. I will never look anywhere else for a used car, and plan on bringing all my cars there for service as well. Thanks David and Peter!

Easiest buying experience ever!

We shopped online and called a number of dealers on vehicles we'd found. Peter and Dave Christmas stood out in sharp contrast. They answered questions directly and completely and played none of the games we'd been subjected to by other dealers. When we went to test drive the vehicle, we'd driven over two hours to get there (we were that impressed on the phone and in email exchanges!) and experienced the most laid-back car buying experience of our lives. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, and we didn't feel we needed to filter out the lies and half-truths....there weren't any. We recommend these guys and will drive two hours each way to buy our next car here. And we LOVE our 'new' Tacoma!

Thrilled with our experience!

We drove over three hours round-trip hoping that the Honda Odyssey we had seen online was as good as it appeared. We were NOT disappointed! The car was in great shape and an excellent value for the price. The staff made every effort to make sure that we were pleased with our purchase, even after we had taken the car home. We were also impressed by the other high quality used cars on the lot, so I wouldn't be surprised if we make the drive again when we're in the market for another car. It's worth it! There's no flashy showroom, but there's no slick salesmen, either. It was a pleasure to do business with a family owned and operated business that is run with integrity

Best Car Buying Experience in 30 years

I don't even know where to begin. This car buying experience was so unlike anything my husband and I have ever encountered, we felt like we died and went to Good Car Dealer Heaven. How about I start with price: My husband and I walked into the lot looking for a 2011 Mini Cooper S. We had been pricing Minis for months. My husband got to looking at all the cars and the pricing and said "these cars are priced right at market value. I can't believe it. A Mini anywhere else would be priced 25% higher. ALL of these cars anywhere else would be priced 25% higher." More on price: My husband knew exactly what he wanted as a trade in value for our car and that was the amount offered to us within 10%. Again, right in line with market value. Buying experience: Needless to say, having the car marked at its market value made the buying process fast, completely painless and even fun. We had negotiated within 2 minutes. Done. Peter got to working immediately on the paperwork, had the number for our insurance company handy so we could have the car covered that day, faxed everything over to the insurance co., registered the car for us with the state, got it inspected for us right on the property and even PAID for the inspection. We headed to the bank and drove home with our car within a couple of hours. The staff: What can I say about Peter? Picture the stereotype of a car salesman and then create the opposite in your mind. He doesn't NEED to be the stereotype because the whole business is so honest and above board that there is nothing to finagle or argue about or posture over. AND he knows his stuff. He is so knowledgeable about cars, insurance companies, how the business is run, what not to do, how to win over a customer with VALUE and POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I really can't say enough. This is the first place I am looking next time we need a car and if Christmas Motors doesn't have what we want, I'm going to ask them to get it for us. I never want to deal with anyone else.

Christmas Motors is the place to turn for outstanding customer service and quality vehicles. I was in search of a new car and needed to trade in my old vehicle. Not only did they provide me with such an extremely fair trade in value for my old car, they also had the car I wanted at an exceptionally good price. The process to get my car on the road was stream lined; the car was ready to go after purchase in less than 2 hours. I left their place feeling elated, well taken care of and confident that I will always have a competent and honest used car dealer to bring my car to. Best car buying experience ever!

Hands down the best car buying experience ever. The entire transaction took maybe 30 minutes--quick and easy. You deal with one person, no pressure, no games, no gimmicks, just excellent pricing on a really nice car.They had the exact Prius I was looking for with fewer miles and at a price that was 2K less than the big Toyota dealers. Peter gave me a great price on my trade and a super low interest rate. The car lot is full of good looking late model vehicles so it would be a great place to browse if you don't know what you want--no one is going to come out and high pressure you. Peter Christmas was interesting, fun to talk with, has a great sense of humor and, he loves dogs! I live in NH and this dealer is 1 1/2 hours from my home but I will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to all my friends. In fact, I was telling a female friend about my experience and she wanted to go down and buy a car from Peter--she doesn't even need a car! I am a visiting nurse and put 30K miles per year on my car. When the time comes for a trade, I'm going to call Peter and tell him what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it. Need I say more? Thanks Peter!

Great service, excellent car buying experience

I've been using the service center at Christmas Motors for years, and have always received excellent treatment and top notch service.I recently had to purchase a new car, and figured I'd check out what they had to offer. They offereda wide variety of cars and suvs to choose from. I had no idea what I wanted, and ended up test driving a dozen cars. Peter and Dave were great, and answered my all of my questions. They walked through what I was looking for and pointed me to cars that offered the features I mentioned.I did end up buying a car from them.....one of the most hassle free experiences of my life. A great local family business.

Many nice cars to choose from

I researched for a few weeks to figure out what I could afford, and what was available for late-model vehicles that offered really good gas mileage. After that, the list was narrowed down to about 8-10 vehicles that I was interested in looking at and test driving. Christmas Motors had quite a few of those models on their lot. Every one of them was very nice looking, had reasonably low mileage, and was being offered for a competitive price. In less than 5 business days, I test-drove, purchased and took delivery of my Mazda. I'm very happy with my purchase, and enjoyed doing business with the staff at Christmas Motors.

Great cars, fair and simple purchase

We bought four used cars from Christmas Motors, two in the last year. Pricing is fair, the cars are in great shape, and the whole process was easy and fun. Why would we go anywhere else? Friends can't believe these cars aren't brand new, they are in such fine condition.
