Love my new to me car! I was looking for a family friendly vehicle, newer with options, and in a price point that was friendly to my budget. They have so many options in so many price points it made going there to look for a car easy. I worked with Lenny he was professional, listened to what I was looking for, and made the process easy by narrowing down my options and breaking down payment prices for me. I called back after I decided what vehicle I wanted to purchase and by the time I got up there the car was cleaned and ready to go and all the paper work was ready to review and sign. I walked in signed my paperwork and walked out with the keys not having to spend a better part of my day there was a plus too! I would highly recommend purchasing from Choice everyone is knowledgeable and will get you in something that makes you happy. I will definitely be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle

Liars and crooks. Make promises that they won't keep. I purchased a vehicle there last month. Great selection and fair prices. However, they really lowballed me on vehicle trade. Spent over 3 hours just trying to complete the purchase because the moron working with me wasn't even qualified to make the sale. He had to constantly go back to his manager's office through the entire process. They only gave me one key with the vehicle but promised a second key. I just had to wait a week. After a week, I called every day for two weeks to get the second key. After getting the run around for over a week, they told me that they could have a second key made and to drop the vehicle off. However, at that point they told me that I had to pay to have the key made, they would not provide a key. I would rather pay a dealer 5x more to get a second key just out of principle. I will not do further business with them, and I would not recommend purchasing from them. They either need to fire the moron that made these false promises when I bought the vehicle or take him out of sales completely. His communication skills are horrific.

Had a very easy time buying my car. And their top mechanic Ray was great. Friendly and very knowledgeable he was able to tell me all about my car and help with some tricky computer issues to get it inspected. He spent extra time taking care of issues unforeseen and I feel he personally went above and beyond what he had to do.


Poor service, sales staff don't return phone calls

Sales people did not return phone calls on two different occasions, said they were "too busy". Drove over two hours to be told car had been put in the shop and wouldn't be available until 3 or 4 days. Was supposed to be called.

Last weekend my boyfriend and I traveled to Choice Auto Sales to look at a specific vehicle and we're hoping to drive it home. Lenny helped us and was great! We had been getting by with only one vehicle for about a month due to an accident. We were unsure if we could purchase the vehicle that day because we were financing through a credit union closer to home. Lenny worked with us and the credit union and we were able to drive the car home that day! He really gave us a great experience and I would definitely recommend buying from them!

Purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger for our son from Shawn. The process from test driving, to driving it home went very smoothly. They had recently received the car and still had to go over it to insure that it was to their standards, even though it had a current state inspection that did not expire for several months. Was quite impressed with the extent of their inspection and the quality of the repairs they performed. Repairing many things that I feel other used car dealers would have overlooked since it had a current inspection. The repairs took a few days but it was well worth the wait! Very happy with this car buying experience.

We bought our first 2 cars from Lenny at Choice about 3 years ago. It was time to move from the big truck to a minivan for our dogs, so we went back to Lenny. There were no available vans on the lot when we stopped the first time so Lenny went to work and had 3 different vans to look at by the next week. We found the perfect one for us and took it home later that day. Trade-in was easy and fair, as well. We will be coming back when it is time for our next vehicle for sure!

I recently just purchased a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive from Choice Auto Sales. After wanting a BMW for the past 15 years since I had my first job as a teenager washing cars at a BMW dealership, Shawn made the purchase process very easy and was able to work within my budget to get me into the perfect BMW for me. I would recommend Choice Auto Sales as a first stop to anyone in the market for a new used car. Thier lot was stocked full of luxury, sport, and regular cars. Shawn was a great salesman being that he wasn't your typical salesman trying to push me into something outside of my budget to benefit himself. What really sealed the deal to go with Choice was the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty they offer on most of their cars which gives me the peace of mind to drive a luxury sports car and not have to worry about high maintenance costs. NO OTHER DEALERSHIP offered this fantastic benefit. I plan on purchasing my next car from Choice and look forward to staying in touch with the great team of salesman they have working there!

I drove to this dealership because while looking online I noticed that they had several of the of the style of vehicles I was looking for. I had owned my car for over 3 years and it was time for something smaller with less miles. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted right away by two different people. I said I was just looking and needed to check a few things out. There were 3 different cars that caught my eye while I was looking through the lot. I stopped at each car to check them out a little closer. Once I did that Shawn came out and offered some insight each car. He would get the keys and move them forward as to allow more room for me to get an in depth look at each vehicle. While checking them out I told him my plan and what I was looking for in a new sedan. ( better fuel mileage, less maintenance, etc ) I looked at one of the Lexus on the lot first. Very beautiful car. While talking to Shawn he reminded me of what I said I wanted in a new car, and turn my head again towards the other cars on the lot. I then had a chance to look at the Mercedes E350. The previous owner of this car had added certain upgrades, and options that I did not see on the Lexus. That was it, that was the one. Shawn then took me inside to discuss my options and to have someone test drive and look over the vehicle I was going to trade in. They offered me a very fair deal on my trade, and then went over the purchase agreement for the paperwork. There was no hassle, and no pressure at all. I had my own financing, and was not interested in looking at dealer select finance options. No problem for Shawn, we sat back and chatted about the vehicle features and I told them I would call the next day after I heard from my bank, as Shawn was nice enough to prepare a buyers agreement for me to send to my credit union for my financing. The next day came, and my credit union had my check for the dealer ready, however my bank and my home was over an hour from Choice. Again, for Sawn, not a problem. I talked to him on the phone and explained that I would have to go and get the check and would not be able to get that vehicle that day. No Problem said Shawn, come tomorrow, we will hold it and have it all ready for you. I arrived at Choice Auto 2 days after my first visit, and when I arrived I saw my "new to me" car spotless and shiny inside and out, with a sold sign on the wiper to boot. Just to ensure that no one else would get too interested in it. Again I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, then inside to get the paperwork started. I was only there for a short time finalizing the paperwork when I realized that I had to still move some of the things from my trade in to the "new to me" car. Without hesitating Shawn accompanied me to my trade being certain I didn't leave anything behind and transferring my belongings into the E350. Not only did I get a fantastic deal on a Benz, I made a friend in the process. I recommend to anyone that is in the market for a "new to you" car, that you first check out Choice Auto. I purchased a 2006 BMW 330xi on Feb 27, 2016. All of the salesmen were busy with other customers. The manager Lenny assisted my with my purchase. Shortly after leaving the dealership the brake light came on. After speaking to Lenny and taking the car to Nick's Auto Repair in Penn Hills. Brakes, rotors, and a sensor were replaced free of charge. Choice Auto is a class act and a business with integrity. I have a relative that is an Audi salesmen. Choice Auto has a customer for life. The whole deal was fair. Recieved a fair trade value for my car and the Acura was priced right. Had one of funniest experiences in buying buying a car. Shawn was fantastic...great guy. What can I say, Ray Murphy does it again for me.. Went in with my fiancee' this time, he saw the Ford Expedition he wanted. He couldn't believe the process was so simple and easy as he just bought a car 4 months ago from Kenny Ross, we were in the dealership for about 3 hours. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident and was a totaled. So we decided to go to look online at Choice, he saw the Expedition, came out to test drive it. Found a car I wanted to buy online, I called in and spoke with a salesman about it, I wanted to place a deposit for them to hold it for 3 days, so I could pick it up on the weekend. I specifically asked to place a deposit, and specifically mentioned I wanted to do so, so that the car wasn't sold out from under me. I was told It wouldn't be, that the next day it would be back from service and I'd get a call about it. The next day I called at 9:01am to place my deposit, I was told on the phone I'd have to wait for the salesman I spoke with the previous day to do so, and that as soon as he was in I'd get a call. hours go by, I call up and ask for the salesman I spoke with, and he's off. The car was sold by that point. Are you kidding me? Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, maybe the salesman I spoke with initially could've mentioned he be off the following day, or asked someone there to gather my deposit for him? I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT THE CAR TO BE SOLD OUT FROM UNDER ME.

On January 6,16 my husband and I with our two children went to Choice Auto Sales to trade in our Equinox for a Cadillac SRX. We live 3 hours away from Choice Auto Sales and that night Shawn stayed extra late just so we could get our vehicle. They gave us above what we were asking for our Equinox. After we drove home that night we noticed the break was sticking on our Caddy they offered to pay for us to take it to a dealer here in our own town just so we diddnt have to drive all the way back over there.Shawn was hilarious, upfront, honest, and did everything for us but sighn the papers. lol Well never shop anywhere else!

I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X3 from Choice Auto Sales. Our sales person, who I believe is also the manager, was Lenny. His pleasant and jovial personality made for a relaxed, low pressure experience as I, and my friend who drove me there, took an enjoyable test ride in the car I went to see. After deciding to make the purchase all the paperwork etc. was handled quickly and we were on the way back home within an hour or so. I had mentioned the faded rear emblem, and within 10 days Lenny mailed a new one to me at no extra charge. He also included two replacement fog lamp bulbs, which I didn't even know I needed. So I can highly recommend this auto dealer.

A few months ago my fiance wanted to get a new car, after over 2 months of searching we found a 2011 mercedes e350 at Choice auto sales. We drove out the next day to see it. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Ray Murphy. We told him that we were here to see the Mercedes. Ray promptly brought the car up front and put a plate on the car for us to test drive. After my fiance gave her drivers license we were allowed to take the car out by ourselves. Once we returned, we talked numbers and had out trade in appraised. We were able to come to a deal. I personally have bought almost 20 cars, this was my fiances 2nd car. This was the most pleasant experience i have ever had at any car dealership, hands down. I told Ray a car that i was looking for and to give me a call if he ever gets one in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, great prices and great selection of cars.

Ray was a no hassle person who projected himself and the dealership as up front and honest. He gave the facts at bare min. for the buyer to make a honest decision. The only down fall was the wait to get the deal approved by the administrator. The wait was way to long for that to happen which only took 15 min.

Great experience at Choice Auto. Did almost entire deal over the phone. Allowed me to take pics of trade in, send those with financing info, and was in and out in about 90 min. Great and friendly service. Finance rate was better than any bank at home. Very pleased with how easy both Ray and Shawn made the experience.

I am currently enjoying my New Land Rover. It purrs like a kitten and all of the features work. We are only 3 days into ownership so stay tuned for a full 30 day assessment. I do have one tip to give to the dealership and that is please make sure that everyone is abreast on the basic features of every vehicle. Our sales guy could not tell us anything about our vehicle. I understand that you only had it for 2 days, but the minute it is available for purchase the information should be available for the sales representative. Even if he had to read from a sheet of paper it would have been helpful. Again thanks for the vehicle. So far so good.

After an insanely long day of attempting to buy a car through a well-known/huge dealership, I was referred to Choice Auto to find a car. Based on my extremely positive experience with Shawn Flebotte at Choice Auto in Murrysville, PA - I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. I simply walked in, told Shawn what I needed (financials and all) and he immediately went to work! We found several high-end vehicles that fit the criteria and we were off test driving. I fell in love with an Volvo S80 and Shawn was able get me financed despite some severe credit flaws that I had learned about that day. I found their add online. Called in and spoke to Corey several times about the condition of the vehicle. I was reassured the car was perfect. I had very reasonable expectations for a used 35k car. I fly in from out of state and when I got to see it I was shocked how horrible it was. car had and oil, cooling and power steering leaks. Corey acted like it all good, like this is not a big deal. Save you self some money and do not trust this place. Buyer be aware.

We were looking for a car for my son. Lenny was the lucky guy to help us. Between my husband and son Lenny let them "test drive" about 6 cars advising my son on some of the pros and cons of each car. Days later we finally made a decision and Lenny had the car ready for us the next day clean as a whistle and most of the paperwork ready to go. Working with the guys at Choice Auto was a real pleasure - not to mention all the cool cars they have (or maybe had) sitting on the lot to look at and even "test drive" if you wanted. TIP: If you see something on the website go there FAST - it may be gone the next day that's how quickly they move the cars.

We've been looking for a good quality well taken care of BWM that seemed impossible to find. After looking at high priced / over valued beat to death vehicles we were a tad skeptical before visiting Choice and working with Ray Murphy. We found the quality of their vehicles (we looked at the BMW & a Volvo) throughout their lot to be a much better assortment of vehicles. The vehicle we selected had some normal maintenance wear & tear issues that we didn't want to take on. We were able to work with Ray on having the vehicle serviced and purchased the vehicle. I just purchased a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer & Couldn't Have Been Happier With The Dealer ... I saw the trailblazer on their website went down to check it out & Lenny showed me it and we took it for a test drive I was very happy with how the vehicle rode & started the process. The vehicle had only been at the dealership not more than a few days and was coming out of inspection at the end of March. They did a full check over of the vehicle and discovered it needed some work so they sent it out for all and any of the work it needed for inspection after about 2 weeks the car was ready to be sold with fresh inspection/emission stickers through April of 2016. When Lenny notified me that it was ready to go I made my way down to the dealership & signed a few papers & we went over the payment plan & I was on my way. Dispirite the poor weather earlier in the day they refused to let the vehicle leave the lot looking dirty from the rain & had their crews fully detail it inside and out before I got there to pick it up even though I told Lenny it is no big deal because I understand there is nothing you could do with the weather. Lenny & the team at Choice made the car buying process extremely easy & I am 1000% satisfied with their service! Friendly Staff & great customer service.

In May 2014, I purchased a 1999 Jaguar from Ray Murphy at Choice Auto Sales! I traded in a perfect 2004 Lexus. First mistake. I asked also about history and where. They also told me about "up the road". After I purchased the car, every time it rained the Jaguar quit. I had to rent a car for over a month and have the Jaguar towed twice when it quit right on the highway after being FIXED! And had to spend $2200 in the process to rent a car and pay for towing. They went through the motions of fixing the problem, but in the end they screwed around extending the time past the warranty, and then would not compensate me one dime for a car I could not drive. Traded in the Jaguar for $2000 on another car at a different dealer. Nightmare!! And huge LOSS thanks to Choice Auto Sales shady business practices.

This auto dealership sold me a truck that was a complete LEMON. The truck lasted for 2 weeks and then their maintenance people told me that I need to get a NEW engine. That's not a small item. Now I am going to take them to court to get my money back. The manager refused to return my calls. This business practice should not happen to anyone.

I had purchased an 08 dodge charger from choice a year ago. When I asked where did the car come from? What was its history? They couldn't answer my questions. They told me it was probably a trade in from up the road. Really? They also wouldn't replace the bald tires on the car, or repair an old hose on the car. I should of walked away from the deal, but I needed the car. Today when i needed to trade in the car I had found out it had been in an accident. Yes this is partial fault on mine, but they blatantly lied to my face and wouldn't repair or replace the tires before I purchased the car. Now I'm "upside down" on the .car.

I'm on my second vehicle purchased from MCA. I am thrilled with my car and working with Ray was great. Four years ago I purchased a Dodge Stratus there with less than great credit. My salesman at the time gave me great advice on rebuilding and repairing my credit. I took that advice to heart and by the time I purchased my 2009 Ford Taurus last month my credit had gone from bad to good! This time around Ray helped me. He was a nice guy, didn't pressure me and listened to what I needed in a car. The car I bought there is absolutely beautiful, fun to drive and SAFE! I love getting into it every day. MCA has beautiful cars on there lot. Murrysville is an affluent community and the vehicles on this lot are in great condition, often have very low miles and there is always a great variety of vehicles to choose from. I had just adopted two little boys so I had needed a bigger vehicle for my family and I. It just so happen that at the time that I was looking to purchase a good reliable vehicle, my fiance was out of town on business. He was going to be out of town for the next month. However, my children and I needed a vehicle asap. Every place that I had gone to would not allow me to buy a vehicle because I had to have my fiance co-sign for me and he had to be present to sign papers. I was getting so frustrated. I had needed a vehicle to get around with my boys. I couldn't wait for my fiance to get back in town, boys had doctors appointments. We bought a 2003 Passat. It has been a month now and we still haven't got it back yet!!! They told us that it was just tune up that needed done well no! It needed engine work heater blower work timing belt and now maybe a new vacuum pump!!! We were suppose to get it back everyday so far and so far something different is wrong with it!! We had to sale our car not knowing that it was going to take this long to get ours back. They did however give us a lenders car. Well we get home and it barely starts so we call and tell them... They told us its safe and that you have to start it 3 times before it actually starts. Well today we are on our way to my 9 months old sons eye appt and the thing breaks down on us on the side of the road!! That's not safe one bit!! They don't listen and they are the biggest liars in the world! The only nice person there was ray. Buy still a month has gone by and we still haven't had our new car yet and right now we don't even have one!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!! I will makes sure I tell everyone not to buy a vehicle from there!!!

I drove from Michigan to purchase an Audi A8. Over the phone Karim assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car I test drove it and it was fine besides having a tire that was showing thread. We finished the deal and when I started up the car to leave the check engine light and EPC lights illuminated. I asked Karim what was going on and he told me that it was just the traction control and that it was covered under the warranty I had nothing to worry about. He erased the fault and I started on my drive home but about 1 1/2 hours into the drive the lights came back on and the car began to rapidly decelerate. It was Saturday evening so there was no one for me to call for help besides a tow truck and since I had just purchased the car roadside was not yet added to the vehicle so of course I had to pay for the tow out of pocket. Almost $800 and that is only because they gave me a military discount. Once the car got to an actual Audi dealership I found out that the EPC light has nothing to do with the traction control it was actually the throttle body after about 2 weeks of going back and forth with choice they sent me a after market throttle body. The technician at Audi told Karim that Audi's are not good at excepting after market parts they are very expensive cars and putting cheap parts on it may result in a percistant problem. The car kept having the same problem but instead of paying for the Audi part choice tried to put the blame on Audi. The car had more that $3000 worth of fault codes that of course were not covered by the warrenty that I was forced to pay for Karim and the owner Kurt of course were not so nice anymore and kept saying " how would we know that the car had something wrong with it we're not mechanics" of course I had to send the part back to them and purchase a new Audi part that cost $1300 and Choice gave me $400 towards it. They never helped me with anything else towing, labor, or parts. Within having this car for less than 3 months I have spent over $7500 in repairs.

I'm new to the country. I bought 2005 nissan altima for a cash. I'm not satisfied with the quality of the car and the price I paid. The car was not detailed and it had a brake failure. Though they fixed it was only later after I followed up twice. I dealt with sales person DJ. He is not organized and gave several false commitments. They agreed to change the floor mats before I pay. The car was not even washed. It was bit urgent for me to have a car so I drove the car even without asking for their committed promises. Eventually they detailed it but that was a complete waste. I've been asked to purchase the floor mats from ebay. I know how to buy it if they don;t provide. They are just cheating on small things. Poor after sale services. I'll not recommend to any one and I'm not going to be the repeating customer for them.

After arriving I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales man who gave me all the helpful information I needed and what could fit into my budget. I test drove the car and he went to work on helping me get financed. He was not pushy in the least. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made me and my mother feel very comfortable. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends and will continue to do so.

We recently bought a small pick up truck for my son to use when he cuts grass. One week after owning it, the radiator blew a gasket. The warranty did pay for it, however the mechanic (we use) told us that gasket had been glued and the fluid in the radiator was not radiator fluid. About two weeks after the brakes needed replaced, which the warranty did cover. The truck was inspected before we picked it up why was it passed on to us with bad brakes???? Shortly after the engine went which again the warranty covered. Except this time owner of CHOICE sent someone to inspect it before they would replace it! Then the owner asked that we take it to the CHOICE mechanic for repair and told us that our mechanic did not have a good reputation! WHAT???? CHOICE mechanic passes inspection on a vehicle with bad brakes and a plethora of other problems an they want me to take it to him for repair???!!!!! Now we have another problem! This vehicle should have never been sold!!! CHOICE will not return our phone calls. I will tell all my friends of this experience. It takes one dissatisfied customer(me) who will make sure I tell as many as I can!!!!! NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!

After a harsh winter and six years with my beloved hatchback, it was time for me to replace it with something more comfortable, versatile, and all around enjoyable. I had, after weighing in my experiences as a european car mechanic, decided on a BMW X3 or an X5. Between price, amenities, driving dynamics, and all around versatility - it was the car for me. I weighed variables like the cost of replacing all four tires, brakes, routine maintenance, fuel economy, and insurance costs in an effort to ensure that I wouldn't have any unpleasant surprises on things that I am guaranteed to be doing on this car during its time with me. (it surprises me how people will buy a car without even having a rough idea of how much it will cost to replace the tires or brakes - two items that you are likely to be doing on any car purchase, let alone a used car purchase if you intend on keeping the car for more than six months. I don't make a purchase decision without knowing exactly what I want, how much I want to pay, etc.So, I started my hunt for good used examples - I started with the customer service test of calling up the dealer and verifying things from the ad like price, mileage, features, etc. I also went through the vehicle history reports available on the ads to try and get a feel for what I was likely to be getting into. (not too much different from going to the race track and going through the program to build a framework on which to wager money...) Of the cars out there, the ones I looked at on Choice's site had no scary surprises listed, so I decided to move on to the phone test after putting together a list of cars at various dealers I was interested in. I had it narrowed down to a few different dealers, but ultimately Karim at Choice won my business through his patience, humor, and wonderful demeanor. We looked at a few different cars on the lot, as there were multiple examples of what I was looking for in my price range. I decided on a pristine X3 that looked and felt brand new inside and out. We came to an agreement on price pretty easily, put together a deal that more than exceeded my expectations, and got financing lined up in no time at all. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my experience and would readily recommend Karim at Choice to my friends and family if they should need a good used car. I would have absolutely no hesitation buying from him again.

Stay away from Choice Auto Sales. Karim my sales representative back in October of 2012 told me there was no accidents on my car. I'd ask for an AutoCheck 3 or 4 times. I signed a deal on my 2003 Stratus with a good warranty from Auto Use my loan company. I went back to the dealership within a couple hundred miles with a tap in the motor and suspension bouncing around but the car was inspected. I told Karim there were issues that needed to be fixed. He got an attitude and said we can't know everything about every cars. You can if your mechanics do their work properly and drive the car. Lenny the manager who was actually decent said my loan company did not accept the deal that I didn't have enough time at work to keep the warranty. I was told by another dealer and Auto Use this was not true they don't cut warranties out of deals. The dealership pulled the warranty from the deal so they didn't lose it. They threw in a bs CARS warranty (12 mths/15,000 miles $45/hr labor rate $100 deductible mechanical only) that was nowhere near what my auto loan company offered (2 yrs/24,000 miles mechanical and electrical no labor rate limit $100 deductible). After I signed the 2nd deal, I asked Lenny the manager to pull the AutoCheck finally. Then it came out oh I'm sorry Nick Karim was wrong the car and report does have an accident on it (and it was a disabling accident which means it was pretty bad making the value of this car less than what they sold it for). I found out as a friend at another dealership ran an auction report that the car was worth 1700 dollars currently at auction. When I told them about the mechanical issues they told me to wait the 30 day period the warranty companies require before they'll do repairs and have them fix it (commit fraud against the warranty company). That was so they didn't have to repair the motor 2.7 liter Magnum known to have these issues wouldn't repair the suspension. So as you read this do not deal with Choice Auto Sales. When I went back to the dealership about my auto issues I asked Karim why I hadn't heard from him he said he was busy and I was told they don't follow up. They never did with me. They are about numbers and making money. Stay away from this dealership not worth the lack of proper dealership ettiquette honesty integrity and follow-up. They'll even come outside the dealership to call you names in front of a family and fight you.

I wrote my first review way too soon. In exactly a week they called to make everything right with the car I bought. They told me it will be fixed so I can have the car I want again. I cannot rate the quality of repair since I didn't get it back yet but I trust they know what they're doing. Customer service was excellent and sales rep DJ got me a first time buyer approved for a loan which was great. Their facilities were nice and clean along with their showroom. All positives I neglected to mention in my first review. I apologize to the staff of choice auto sales and hope my first review will be taken down. If everything works out I will definitely be one happy customer.

I bought a 2003 vw jetta from them. 2 miles from the dealership it dies. Instead of trying to make things right the first thing DJ tries to do is sell me another car. A complete waste of 4 hours. Within 15 minutes of owning my nice new jetta i was already pushing it. Wow.

Sent my son to pick up the car..flew from NC. Great service from Cory(the pickup man) to Ray the sales associate. Car just as Ray had described, perfect. Had everything ready with one minor mistake, mine. I made out the check for $1,000 too much! Ray caught the mistake, made out a credit due bill and concluded the sale. This got my son on the road sooner rather than later :-). Once the check clears and he sends registration, he will include a $1,000 return check. I will confirm on this review when transaction is completed. I am rating assuming everything concludes as agreed. I have no reason to doubt...I will keep you post either way. If you find a great deal from these guys, pull the trigger!

My husband went to look at a car for my son. At his salesman DJ urging, he put down $500 to hold the car so my son could see it. DJ assured him if we did not buy the car for any reason our $500 would be refunded. My son decided against the car because DJ wouldn't come down on the price and he found out the insurance for that car was too high - he couldn't afford the car. DJ told us that the money would be refunded in a week when the owner came back from vacation. A week came and went with no refund. We spoke to DJ again and he told us the money would now be refunded in a day or two. Again no refund. We called again and DJ texted us this time that our money would not be refunded. You are as good as your word and their word is meaningless. Do not trust them!!!

My husband and I spent all afternoon at the dealership (our credit union's fault) and Lenny was great! We were frustrated at having to be there that long but the guys there made it fun. We got the truck we wanted, told them what we could pay and they made it happen...no back and forth trying to beat us up for more money. Was a refreshing experience. There was a question about the batteries (diesel truck) and Lenny said if they are bad, he would replace them. Guess what, Lenny replaced them without a hassel...can you imagine, no hassel???I Highly recommend them and will buy our cars from them in the future...they are worth the hour and a half drive to their dealership!!!AND, Lenny wears very stylish silk shirts...something you don't see often in a car salesman (thank God). LOL.
