Yes very helpful, I ordered a transit connect wagon 2016.Closing sale took less than an hour. They gave me a quoted price and stuck to it. They kept me informed as they vehicle was produced and made its way through the system. Best dealership in the south.

I was so impressed by the service I received at your dealership. The young man that greeted me and took my information was so friendly and made sure I knew exactly what the service would include. As I waited for the work to be done, I was asked by staff if there was anything I needed at least two different times. The work was done is a short amount of time and I was more than happy with the fees. This will be where my car is serviced from now on.

.....called after receiving a service special for diesels in the mail, called to inquire, was told to have it there next day at 8:00 am & that it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.....dropped it off at 8:00 am and Service Manger Candi went over everything, was very nice & cordial.....1 hr later it was ready, did not really expect that....everything was super....Thanks.

F250 DPF Problems

Had an issue with DPF on F250 diesel while on the road...and out of state. Had 300+ miles to get home while towing a large boat. The folks at Chiefland Ford were sympathetic to my problem and saw me right away. Their mechanic diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately didn't have the part in stock. He got the truck back to a drive-able condition and provided the codes and complete documentation of the problem for my local Ford dealer to go by. All work was under warranty and done expeditiously. It looks like change is in the making at Chiefland Ford. I talked with the Service Manager, forget his name, but he was from a dealership in Ocala Florida helping out in our service department. He was very concerned that my every wish was accomplished. All of the service personal were very courteous. My appointment for my 2011 F350 Super Duty truck was to have it serviced. So when I picked my truck up after the work was done it was closing time and I spoke with several technicians and each was very courteous. I was impressed.My #6 rating on the above was due to recent unpleasant service while purchasing tires for the same truck. I had to take them to Santa Fe Ford to have the tires balanced. I have been concerned that management, that is the owners located nearly 100 miles away have not exercised good judgment insomuch there has been discord here in Chiefland. They must allocate authority for management at Chiefland so that business can be run efficiently and on a timely basis. There has been a great change in personnel since Mrs. White sold the dealership to the new owners. From my perspective the entire source of issues have come from a disconnect in management. Hopefully they will improve. If it weren't for Tom Frye in sales I would have taken my business elsewhere. Tom is the best! Roger H. Allen

My truck buying experience was excellent. I stopped in to check out the selection of F150's as I was wanting to trade in my 2008 F150. Todd greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable of the entire inventory. I told him my criteria for the purchase, and was pleasantly surprised when the truck I picked out was completely within my budget. I got more truck than I was expecting to purchase and couldn't be more happy with my new purchase. The entire staff got us thru the process and by the day's end, my wife and I were the proud owners of a new truck. This makes my fifth F150 since 1993 and my eighth Ford overall. I have a 2011 Toyota Corolla and I came in for an oil change and also had my tires rotated and the service took a little longer than I was told it would take, but other than that it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Watch out for unethical salespeople

Better think twice before driving all the way to Chiefland, FL. Apparently sales people within the same dealership are "not connected" and have no moral obligation to their word. After working out the details between my credit union and getting a buyer's order processed, I took off from work to drive two hours to Chiefland to test drive and pick up a car. When I was on my way, I was called and told to "hold on" because another customer was looking at the car. I was forced to sit in a rest stop off of I-10 to wait and see what was the result. Not only was I not contacted back, but after about 40 minutes of waiting, I got through to a manager who finally connected me to the salesperson to let me know the car had already been sold. "It's not my fault, another saleperson did it", the guy said. A complete waste of my time and money taking off from work. Salespeople here are ruthless.

Ordered 4 tires for my Mazda6 they where the lowest price for a set of 4. It took less then 3 hrs to have them mounted and all wheel alinement done. Great job by Gary and the service tech.
