CMC is a first class facility, wow at the beautiful cars, I was looking for a Jekel and Hyde type grocery getter, and man did I find it. Best car buying experience ever !

I had been looking for a car for about six months . I found a MB SL 550 that I was interested in on the dealerships auto trader website. Call the dealership and spoke to Evan Psihogios with some specific questions about the car. I will live about 125 miles away so I did not want to waste my time if the car did not suit my needs. I drove up to the dealership and took a test drive with Evan and the whole experience was fantastic. He is a real car guy and gave me a tour of the complete dealership and the excellent cars that they sell. Everyone at the dealership treated me the best of any car purchase I've done . The car was detailed out and delivered to my front door by "uncle Tom" in a covered trailer because they didn't want to get any dust on it. Unbelievable. Evan and everyone at the dealership are complete professionals .

Selling a sold car twice

Great Experience

I recently was in the market for a late model BMW M-6 to modify. I located a 2015 model with less than 4K miles at Chicago Motor Cars. I flew out to Chicago from the East coast to test drive and inspect the car. Evan picked me up from the airport in the vehicle for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and the market for this type of vehicle nationally. I found him to be honest and professional. I was offered a fair deal for the vehicle and the purchase was smooth. I was back on a plane home within 3 hrs. The car was delivered a week later to my office. The car required a state inspection and I had the dealer go over car looking for any other "unseen" issues. The car was in perfect shape as advertised. My experience with Evan and the dealership was very positive.

outstanding experience

Geno and the entire staff were exceptionally helpful. From start to finish I cannot say how great they were. For awhile, I had been planning on purchasing a new car (MB CLS 63 or Audi RS7) after moving to the suburbs. I had been to multiple other dealers to determine which car I would ultimately purchase with test drives/finance questions. From the moment I got to these dealers, they were very pushy to make me purchase/lease that day even though I told them upfront I was in the middle of selling/buying a home and did not want to put financing at risk until deal was done. Honestly we are talking a week or two before I would be purchasing and a few times I had to literally just walk out to have them let me go. This was never the case at Chicago Motor Cars. They understood the situation, took my info, and had everything set up for when the house deal was done. From where I live, the dealership was at least 45min-1hr away. Parin actually brought the car to my home, switched out my old car, and did all the paperwork at my home. All financing was done via phone. Overall, easily the best experience of buying a car I have had. would recommend with no reservations.

Great place to buy!

I purchased a 2013 jeep grand cherokee srt8 alpine edition... this jeep is a monster! I live in dsm iowa and could not find one locally so i started searching online. I came across this jeep at chicago motor cars in western chicago which is a 5 hr drive from where i live. I called them and spoke with evan my salesman...he was very helpful answering all of my questions and making the purchase of this vehicle very painless and easy. I obviously did not want to travel 5 hours one way and be disappointed... evan was very strait forward about the details of the jeep and about the flaws (if any) needless to say i was not disappointed. Evan stayed in touch with me even after i had returned home with the jeep just to make sure i was still satisfied and checking to make sure there were no problems. I was very impressed with their incredible inventory and definately will get ahold of evan in the future when i am ready for something newer! We live in Texas and flew to Chicago for a 2015 jeep! The process sounds super hard but it was one of the easiest processes we have ever done! Gino had all the papers ready for us to just sign and get out the door in a timely matter so we can get back to Texas ! Great experience! Gino has great customer service and highly recommend them!

Evan is one of the most down to earth and patient salesmen I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He spent a lot of time helping educate me on various vehicle choices, which ones would depreciate the most and never once rushed me, he understood that with a budget around $100,000 that this was a huge purchase for me. My Ferrari 355 Update

Just thought I'd let you know it's been a beast. Runs like a Swiss sewing machine, sounds like a choir of banshees. It really has been exactly as, if not better than, advertised. The big engine out timing belt service is due next year, but I'm just going to use that as an opportunity to clean up a few remaining issues (swapping out the crappy plastic and copper circuit connectors with a gold connector kit, replacing the water pump, replace a few old hoses). Otherwise, no need to mess with a great thing. The last of the electronically straightforward and mechanically badass V8s. Thanks again Evan!!

Do NOT waste your money buying cars from Chicago Motor Cars.Salespersons are very nice and make a deal with you until you go to sign the paperwork and meet Sam.He is rude, unprofessional, bad attitude, unhappy and tries to takes every penny from you by creating bogus charges. He likes customers to bow to him for buying a car from him. How would you like to go a dealer and spend thousands of dollar and then get mistreated by their financial coordinator (like Sam at Chicago Motor Cars)?Unfortunately, everyone is afraid of him at the dealership including salespersons and president of the company. Maybe he is silent partner and they do NOT want customers to know that their financial person of the business is the boss. He decided to break the deal after asking him to fix a simple broken speaker cover. He got mad and basically asked me to leave and told me I should be happy for getting a great deal. I am assuming that is the culture of their business to have Sam intimidate and mistreat you and get you to sign bogus charges or maybe their cars have problems and they do not want you to know. Sam gets mad when you ask him to explain the charges. I am assuming he has something to hide. All of these are RED flags for you not to buy cars from them. It is sad to see Chicago Motor Cars get bad reputation because of Sam. I like all other people that work there, especially Omar and Phil. But, all it takes is one person to change and destroy the companys reputation. I would never go back there.Please remember, there are always other honest dealership and places you could buy a car. Do NOT be tricked and think that this is the only place you could buy cars.

Most fun auto acquisition ever!

I had the most fun ever last week when I purchased my GT3RS from Evan Psihogios at Chicago Motor Cars. I found the car in Du Pont Registry. Evan contacted me immediately contacted me by email and we set up a call to discuss the car. He sent additional photos showing every detail, and more. I couldn't come out to see the car for two weeks - he was accommodating to my travel schedule. Evan picked me up at the airport and took me to Chicago Motor Cars. He was extremely knowledgable about the specifics of the RS and performance sports cars in general. We went for a great test drive and gave the car a through examination - with all of my questions answered in detail. I made the decision to purchase, Evan introduced me to Sam in Finance and we went through quickly and efficiently. This was the most crisp and efficient vehicle acquisition I have ever had. Evan and took me to a great lunch and then back to the airport. We had a great discussion of performance cars and I purchased my RS! What a great experience - I can highly recommend Evan and Chicago Motor Cars for the purchase of an exotic car and will purchase my next Porsche there!

Spotless R8, better than expected, fantastic transaction

Just purchased a beautiful 2010 Audi R8 from Chicago Motor Cars, and Geno Dobleman. Living in Mass and buying in Chicago can cause anxiety, but Geno was great on the phone, and over-communicated the details of the car, until I could travel out to see it. When I walked in Geno and the car were ready for me, in perfect condition and Geno had not over sold. He pointed out every detail and minor flaw on this 6 year old gem. We closed the deal in an hour or 2, he had it shipped back to my home in 3 days. It arrived on schedule in perfect condition and Geno overnighted the title. The place is is like a super car museum, and very friendly staff. cant wait to go back.

BEST Experience Nissan 370z Nismo

Let me start off by simply saying that, this was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought cars from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus. Recently my fiance and I were in the market for a summer car (370z Nismo) and we had worked with multiple Nissan and various dealers. All were "salesy", annoying, and wasted a lot of our time. We came across a 2015 370z Nismo at Chicago Motor Cars and from the minute I called and spoke with Geno, I knew we were working with the right people. Very straight forward, no bs or beating the bushes. From start to finish, the transaction was more than I could ask for. Geno was great, very easy to work with and get along with. Geno not only was honest, professional, and easy to work with, but he truly went the extra mile to make us happy as customers. Eventhough we bought one of the less expensive cars they had (since they carry VERY high end cars), we were treated just like the others and we truly appreciated that. Finance with Hoang was also a great experience. Best car buying experience we've had for years. T. he informed me to read the fine print (a disclaimer sold as is") at the bottom of the add, I replied the add said "Two Remote Master Keys", but received the answer "We dont find it, we don't have it".Called J.T. and Huang 10 days, 5 days, and 1 day before paper plate expiration on 3/14 to get an update, was told everything is fine, you should have the plate shortly.Called Huang 3/16 about the now expired plate, he transfer me to the woman in-charge of processing those papers, and she said will call me tomorrow with an update. Never hear from her despite calling her from 3/18 thru 3/20 and leaving multiple messages.2 weeks passed by, I'm car pooling to work because the car is stocked in the garage due to the missing plate (go figure!).Called Phil, he told me there was a mistake with my paper work, we cannot issue another paper plate, but go to DMV and they will give you one. Called Florida DMV and informed me, the vehicle is NOT registered under my name and they cannot issue a paper plate, and advice me to call the dealer and ask for the paper they submitted to DVM.Next day Called Phil explained the situation that the car is not register under my name in DMV and asked for the submitted papers, he told me "You are not listening, I told you 5 times to go to DVM not to call them" , after several interesting back and forth... Phil told me I'll send you the papers by tomorrow you'll have it".Not only I did not received the papers, but called Phil for 3 consecutive days never pick-up or return my messages.Waited another week with my car stocked in my garage before calling again...Called Phil on 4/1 and the receptionist transfer me to his cell phone, I told him I have not received the papers that he was supposed to send me last week, he told me was busy and he will check with the woman in-charge and will get back to me.Because the car was good, J.T. Purchase experience, and Huang Financing, I'm giving 3 stars. Although Phil appears to be knowledgeable of his business, his customer abdicate and management style in my case was below the acceptable level, hence not stars.Based on my experience above, I cannot recommend anyone to purchase from Chicago Motor Cars.

Fantastic Experience

By far the best car purchase experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of cars. Evan answered the phone before hours and right from the start was beyond helpful and completely knowledgeable. I saw a car they had online and by the time I called it was already sold, Evan was able to find me an even better car that suited my needs. Evan and Chicago Motors: OUTSTANDING

From the first time I spoke with Evan he was very attentive and friendly. It was nice to get a response, most often within seconds to every text and email communication. Evan answered all my questions and sent many pictures since I was buying a car from my home state of Virginia. Kudos to the technicians who carefully went over the car, even checking piston compressions for me. They changed the spark plugs, brake pads, replaced wiper arms, without me having to make a request. Porsche 911 GT3 pleasant surprise

I worked with Omar. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive (very easy to communicate - mostly we texted back and forth). I initially went in thinking that I would be getting a 911 turbo - Vorsteiner Edition, which was a total jaw-dropper online. I went into check it out, but I was disappointed the car had been sold. However, I liked the 911 GT3 too, but it wasn't my top choice as I, had my heart set on the turbo. We took the GT3 for a test drive and I loved the driving experience, sound, performance and it looked even better in person. It was so much fun and I loved the tubi exhaust it came with - sounds incredible!! So, I went in to buy the turbo and came out with a GT3, which I like even better! Omar facilitated having the rocker panels painted, clear bra, and helping me get a laser detector installed. Now I'm itching for better weather to take it out. Absolutely love it. Great Experience

I was looking to upgrade my Cadillac CTS-V to a Jeep Grande Cherokee SRT-8. The first and only place I contacted was Chicago Motor Cars. I spoke with Geno, he found a Jeep that met all of my criteria and contacted me immediately when it came in. When he went over the vehicle, he noticed a few minor things and didn't hesitate to call me. So when I came he pointed them out and said he'd have it fixed, no problem. Awesome experience

My Salesman was Omar. From the time we set out to buy the car to the drop off was done to perfection. I live in NH and flew out to Chicago to see The Lamborghini in person versus what was posted. The car was all that was posted and then some. Omar was very great to work with. He even did the little things like front license plate hidden away kit ( FREE!!!) and blacked out the wheels for me to for ( FREE!!). You just don't get that service everywhere. Saleen S7

I phoned and got Geno Dobelman directly. I like fine cars, supercars, rare cars, even raw cars.. I had spotted the Saleen S7 on the internet in August. Other interests took me to Chicago in November a couple of weeks after I got Geno. I sat in the S7. It grew on me and by phone we kept talking. The vibes between us were excellent and Geno who is a car enthusiast himself took many initiatives to try to make the deal work. I bought in December because the car was right for me. I met with several others including the owner. They are an outstanding team.. I have entered Ford in the brand box because it has a Ford engine and the Saleen is not in the list ! I think this might have caused my submission to fail.

I happened to come across a 1998 Ferrari F355GTS at Chicago Motor Cars. After an initial call, I was referred to Evan Psihogios. This was my first experience with Chicago Motor Car and Geno. After doing some internet research, I was a little hesitant to proceed with my quest to purchase my dream car from them. After dealing with Geno and Chicago Motor Car I have to say it was a great experience. Their inventory is pre owned cars. Just do a little research on the car, the VIN and get it checked out from an independent dealer/ mechanic. When I decided to take my interest in the car to the next level, Geno took the car to the dealer (since I live out of state) and I payed a few dollars to get it checked out. There were a few things the dealer found that Chicago Motor Car did not notice and we got them fixed at the dealer. It was that simple. These are things you should do when purchasing any pre owned vehicle and Chicago Motor Cars made it that simple. My advice, just do your homework and if you find a car at Chicago Motor Cars that you like...ask for Geno. You will have a great experience.

Outstanding experience

This was my first time to buy a car through ebay and a dealer out of state and it could not have been better. I was a little nervous about a $50,000+ purchase of a sight un-seen car but they made it easy. Geno was my main sales guy and he answered every question up front and honestly. Professional-level Service

I recently purchased a high-end vehicle from this Dealership without every seeing the vehicle in person or test driving it. The salesperson (Evan Psihogios) , was highly-professional and communicated exceptionally well. They offered to take the vehicle to a local dealer and have all systems checked, etc. They made this process flawless and they also arranged for a 1,000 mile vehicle delivery. Smooth until we signed the paperwork, horrible after that

We live in Texas & purchased a vehicle from Chicago Motor Cars, which was the 3rd vehicle we purchased outside of our state like this, so we have experience. The sales process was good and once we signed the paperwork it was completely downhill. They are extremely unorganized in numerous ways. First, the car was being delivered and we couldn't get anyone to tell us when we could expect the car. We didn't expect to have it overnight but we did expect to know when it would leave there and approximate date to arrive to us. It took 2 weeks for us to get this answer, after we signed the paperwork and the answer came from the company delivering the car. But that was just the beginning.Once we got the vehicle we could NOT get anyone to actually process the paperwork so we could register the car. It took multiple phone calls, emails and talking to a total of 4 people for 3 months. So technically we owned the vehicle for 3 1/2 months before it was registered. They did pay the fine for the delay, since it was 100% their fault. I have to say I've never seen a company of their size as unorganized.They have nice cars, we're completely happy with the car but just know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to do business with them. We won't be going back to them again.

Could have been scary but it was great

I bought a 2008 Mercedes cabriolet from Evan after finding them on eBay Motor.I am in Mississippi, the car in Chicago--so I was a little nervous about purchasing without being able to personally inspect the car. Evan was a great salesperson and very thorough--he sent more photos of the car to me, and pointed out in detail the very small flaws (scuff mark, one small ding). I ended up feeling very comfortable and respected--not always the case when a ""girl" is buying a car. I was pulling off a birthday surprise for my husband and it all went very well. Pretty damned good

Worked with Evan in my first Ferrari purchase. Car was very very close to how it was presented by dealer / eBay. I bought the car sight unseen and relied on Evan to tell me the quirks. He was very accurate minus a few small items. Would've preferred if dealer had thoroughly detailed car in / out prior to delivery. The trunk was dirty. The battery plate on passenger side wasn't screwed in and doesn't seem to fit into place. I had to take it to Ferrari specialist right away to get that done. But He was accurate about the tire condition once I asked. They recharged the AC and changed the fluids. They provided records of car ahead of time so my local specialist could view them. The delivery could've been coordinated a little better but the car got here in one piece and that's what counts. Overall it was a fairly fluid purchase with a couple adminsitrative humps. The car is absolutely gorgeous and Evan did a terrific job of describing it. I would definitely buy from CMC again. Don't hesitate to do the same. Evan is very responsive and being a car guy himself understands his client's need for details.

Amazing experience

When purchasing an exotic car I was expecting to deal with some uppity Kat in a stuffy suit which does not match my personality type. So to call Chicago motor cars and just talking with Evan I knew he was a guy I could do business with. I flew to Chicago and Evan picked me up and right away it was like being with a good friend I hadn't seen in years. We got to the store and right away your mind is blown away by their inventory. So many beautiful cars! We go to the back of the store and there waiting for a test drive was my own beautiful car. Great Experience

I was interested in a '14 Corvette Z51 and found one I likes on CMC's website late one evening. I requested a call and received one from Evan Psihogios. He told me everything about the car (history, former owner, etc.) and offered to send me the car to take a look (I declined). A few days later, I showed up unannounced on a Saturday to take a look for myself and it was gorgeous, just as Evan had said. Took a test drive and let him know I was looking at one more car before making a decision. He said 'good, I want you to be totally sure before buying from me'. I live in Massachusetts and have been looking for a Modern American Muscle car for a few years. I'm very picky and know what I want (many hours of research). I have always searched for and bought new. I want to be the only one that has driven a vehicle from mile one. On a search one day for a specific vehicle, CMC came up. I'm not sure why but it must have been "meant to be". I saw a gorgeous TorRed SRT, just what I was looking for, with very very low miles, all options and at a very competitive price. I thought it too good to be true (both the condition and price). I sent an e-mail requesting more information and in moments Evan Psihogios (Sa-hoy-is) got back to me. I told him what I was looking for and he listened to me No sales pitch and no BS. I was buying this car site un-seen and felt I could trust him. Great car buying experience!

I spent a lot of time researching this car. I knew exactly what I wanted and found 2 cars in the area - one was a CPO car at a BMW dealer and the other at Chicago Motor Cars. Quite honestly, I figured I would end up at the BMW dealer. Geno did everything he needed to do to sell me his car. It took a few days to work out the details, which is a few days longer than I have ever spent buying a car but it was worth it. He wasnt pushy and didnt try any hard sell tactics; on the contrary, he encouraged me to take my time and make the right decision. I highly recommend CMC and Geno to anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I had been searching for a Mercedes for quite some time and happened to come across CMC. The price was right, the car was perfect, and the customer service by Evan on our initial call confirmed we had chosen the right dealership. We are from Colorado so all the initial business was completed over the phone. We traveled to Chicago with two of our kids to pick up the car. My wife and I were very surprised how friendly everyone was from the pickup at the airport by Pinal to the final handshake on the deal with Evan. Great Commercial Equipment Sales/Shipping Service

I purchased a Vermeer mini skid steer from Chicago Motor Cars (yes they sell commercial equipment also). My business is located in Cincinnati and CMC had the piece of equipment I was looking for for a while. Evan was on point through the whole process. Long distance Purchase

My search for a CTS-v started local but with the spcifications and condition I was expecting from a fairly new car was turning into a difficult find. I had made several 100+ mile trips to Cadillac dealerships within a few states of my location to look at what appeared to be as good canidates. What I learned was Carfax means very little since side-job, shade-tree work doesn't get reported, if you don't fix it then it wont be reported, and most salesman have no idea how to critique the condtion of a car or know enough to be honest. So feeling frustrated I ventured out further and ran across a nice find at Chicago Motor Cars. It was very helpful to have high-quality pictures of the car to see the details and what helped even more was the service. Evan made sure to find any flaws no matter how small and point them out with very good pictures so I could make my own evaluation of the cars condition even though Evan's eval was pretty much on target with his description. Chicago Motor Cars is a classy establishment with cars classic to high-end exotic and use car enthusiast to sell them and not salesman. CMC had the car I was looking for, Even did a great job helping me buy it, and with his help was driving away in less than two hours which included chatting and helplessly looking around since it is hard to ignore the rest of the cars on the showroom. The cars they have are very well picked so if they have what you are looking for the car will sell itself, you just need a little help to get it off the floor. Our salesman, Evan Psihogios( I don't even think he pronounces it correctly), went above and beyond in every aspect of not only being a salesman but an enthusiast of the product he is selling. As a matter of fact, I met Evan last year while working with Jose(Senor Billy Crystal), he and I talked at length about the car I had purchased and what a fan he was personally of it. Let's face it, everyone hates the process of buying a car, but I urge potential customers to put themselves at ease by coming here. Not only does CMC sell top notch cars but they sell them at the correct price. We had driven nearly 4 hours to get there, knowing that we could have went somewhere closer, but we KNEW we would be driving away truly happy with our purchase and our entire purchase experience. This was the most satisfying automobile purchase I have ever made. Best car buying experience I have had

I have been buying cars for 50 years and have never written a review. The car buying experience at Chicago Motor Cars was the best I ever have had. The knowledgeable staff are helpful without being pushy. The selection of vehicles is tremendous. If you want a exotic car they have it. I would diffidently buy from them again.

Stunning 2009 Audi S8

I have been searching for a used S8 for over 4 months and last week found a 2009 Audi S8 for sale at Chicago Motor Cars in West Chicago. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday 1/24/15 to look at the car and we were totally amazed. This S8 was a one owner car and was showroom quality with 54,000 miles. Once we both sat in the car my wife looked at me and said you will drive this car home tonight. After a quick discussion with our sales associate Jose Perez we were able to negotiate trading in our 2009 Nissan Maxima and purchase this BEAUTIFUL 2009 Audi S8.My favorite 2 cars before this were my 2001 Audi S8 and a 2005 Mercedes S55. This 2009 S8 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Two days after we purchased this car I noticed the window washer fluid was not pumping up to the glass at all. I called Jose and he stated to bring the car in and they would give me a loaner to until they fixed this problem.I'm happy to say they fixed this in one day with no charge to myself.Needless to say I would recommend Chicago Motor Cars and Jose Perez to all my friend and family.From: Mark and Mary Ann E.

Awesome Experience when buying my Porsche!

I was looking to buy a used 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera for my wife and on December 30, 2014, I liked the one I saw on Chicago Motor Cars website. I took the chance to send an Instant Message through the Chicago Motor Cars website and just so happen, Alex Samhan quickly responded. The next day, I drove down from Wisconsin to have a look at the vehicle, test drove it with Alex, and was interested in purchasing the car. The vehicle was in good shape but need a little love. Alex was very helpful and did an excellent job in working with me to repair and fix a few things. That same day we reached a fair price and I purchased the Porsche! A week later, I picked the car up and the fixes and minor repairs exceed my expectations! I must add that I am the most skeptical person you will probably ever meet, and is not the least bit naive. After meeting Alex in person, I could tell from his low pressure and no haggling/no hassling approach to buying a car that he was a good person and was working with me to purchase a vehicle. I am pleased to say that my perception of Alex was correct as we are still in touch and have even become Facebook friends.
