Disappointing experience.

This ended up being my worst car buying experience ever. I should not have trusted them because it cost me a bunch of additional money that I had not planned on spending. I will never buy from this dealership again.

I did not get any answers to my questions.

I was looking for information and could not get a question answered without "Come into the dealership"I just wanted information before I drove 2 hours to be disappointed.

The easiest car buying experience I have ever had hands down!! NO one attacked me the minute I started to step out of my car. Saw what I wanted on their website and called about it. Told them I was financing through my own bank and received no grief or pressure to buy through them. They took added time to go through each detail of my new Colorado and helped in setting every feature up including connecting and setting up apps on my phone. There is no easier dealership to deal with. The "no commission" approach and the "no vulture zone" could not have been more true and more welcomed. The facility review is not totally fair because they are a new dealership and are waiting for their new facility to be ready, but the overall experience is hands down better than you will ever experience anywhere else. BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS GROUP OF GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!
